The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship among customer access service, internal response, and consumption behavior of security agency users through a structural model. The research will be meaningful in that it can contribute to the development of the security industry by identifying the importance of customer access service, which is an empirical face of buyers using security agency, and thus establishing the relationship between consumer reaction and consumption behavior. The study subject is a store that uses security agency in areas with dense shopping districts in Cheonan and Asan of South Chungcheong Province, where 375 store representatives and employees were selected to conduct the research. Research tools were modified and used to suit the purpose of the research based on domestic and foreign prior research. Using two statistical programs, SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0, data processing was performed: frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmed factor analysis, and structural model analysis. The statistical significance level was analyzed by setting a value of .05 and the following conclusions were obtained. First, the customer access service of security agency users has a positive impact on consumption behavior. Second, the customer access service of security agency users has a positive effect on the internal response. Third, the internal response of security agnecy users has a positive effect on consumption behavior. Fourth, the internal response has a positive effect as a medium effect between customer access service and consumption behavior of security agency users.
The effect of ${\gamma}$-ray irradiation on the color of nucleus and cultured pearls was investigated. After ($^{60}Co$) ${\gamma}$-ray irradiation on the pearl nucleus, its color was altered from brownish to blackish brown or gray depending on irradiation dose. It was clearly found that the all samples are composed of aragonite. ESR spectra were based on the measurement of the paramagnetic species $CO_2$-radicals by the interaction with the ${\gamma}$-ray irradiation in $Mn^{2+}$ containing $CaCO_3$. In this study, we investigated optimal detection method of ${\gamma}$-ray irradiation to establish destructive or non-destructive test for pearl nucleus.
We tried to determine the optimum salinity for a cultured of olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) by investigating after exposing the fish at different salinity (10, 15, 20 and 25 psu) for 24 and 48 hours compared with control group (fish before transfer to experimental tank). As a control groups, we compared an analyzed with other experimental groups using olive flounder in natural sea water. Hematological parameters including hematocrit (Ht) and hemoglobin (Hb), cortisol and glucose, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT), $NH_3$, osmolality, total protein (TP), $Na^+$, $K^+$ and $Cl^-$ mostly exhibited significant changes at 10 and 15 psu groups compared with control groups for 24 and 48 hours exposed. Plasma SOD (superoxide dismutase) and CAT (catalase) activity also increased with experimental groups (10 and 15 psu) compared to the control groups. The expression of HSP70 mRNA was also higher at low-salinity (10 and 15 psu) than at control group. In particular, after 24 hours exposed, it expression to 15 psu groups showed a significant difference compared to the control group. However, after 48 hours exposed, it expression was higher in the 10 psu groups than the control. It is assumed that the changes in the hematological responses and hormone, homeostasis and metabolism were resulted in to protect fish body from stress. Based on these results, we are expected that it will be used as basic data for the culture of olive flounder prepared for low salinity.

The demand of construction risk analysis is rapidly increased to improve the competitiveness of construction companies and the sound management of the construction project. However, estimating the amount and uncertainty of the risk is difficult due to the wide range of risks in the construction industry. Moreover, most of the research on risk management of construction risk is only focused on the causes of risk without separate the internal and external risk. This study statistically analysis the internal risk and external risk based on the accidents cases which are caused at construction sites to define the difference and importances of the risk. An accident cause analysis and T-test analysis are carried out to reach the goal of study. The results of the study are expected to be used as a guideline of construction project risk analysis.
The purposes of this study is to understand the influence of culinary employees' stress coping styles in the deluxe hotel industry on counterproductive work behaviors and turnover intention. Based on total 345 culinary employees obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of the research model and verified a total of 2 hypotheses using the AMOS program. The hypothesized relationships in the model test simultaneously by using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, ${\chi}^2$=736.474(p<0.001), df=233, GFI=.853, NFI=.901, CFI=.930, RMSEA=.079. Hypothesis $1^a$, which hypothesized a positive relationship between employees coping styles(avoid coping, ${\beta}$=.325; emotion coping, ${\beta}$=.261; job coping, ${\beta}$=-.203) and person-counterproductive work behavior was supported. As predicted by, Hypothesis $1^b$, employees' coping styles(job coping, ${\beta}$=-.307; avoid coping, ${\beta}$=.262; emotion coping, ${\beta}$=.146) had significant positive effects on organization-counterproductive work behavior. Also, employees' person-counterproductive work behavior(${\beta}$=.431) had significant positive effects on turnover intention(Hypothesis 2 was partially supported). Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.
The study sought ways to promote the global recognition of Korean food items. The Korean cuisine is one of the healthiest and well-balanced foods in the world. There are world-wide sauces in the United States, China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Australia, British, France and Italy. The above mentioned countries have good sauces and marketing strategies. In contrast to those countries, the internalization of Korean-style sauce has not yet been carried out. In this study, globalization plans for Korean cuisine through Korean-style sauces are divided as follows: promotion of the existing Korean-style sauces such as soybean sauce, Gochujang, Doenjang and Ssamjang, to chefs in foreign countries; development of derivative sauces, based on Gochujang, Doenjang, and Ssamjang; overseas promotion of Korean-style sauces through foreign chefs in Korea; and overseas promotion of the existing Korean-style sauces. Development of indigenous sauces by Korean food manufacturers and processors is one route in the promotion of Korean cuisine. Korean franchising restaurants could also aid in export of Korean food items. The food manufacturing/processing sectors must work in concert with the Korean government to globalize the Korean cuisine. The government should play a leading role in fostering star chefs, holding Korean cuisine seminars along with promotional efforts in foreign countries and foreign cooking schools (such as the 'Taste Korea' campaign).
The purpose of this study is to establish a marketing strategy for the makgeolli manufacturing industry. We fractionized cousumer types depending on motives for purchase of customers who had bought makeolli or drunk it for the last six months. We also examined the relationship between makgeolli selection attributes and customer satisfaction by the cousumer types. SPSS 15.0 statistical package was used to process data. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, a reliability test, K-means cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression were executed. As a result, the motives to purchase and drink were divided into four factors - marketing, effect on health, self-desires, outside environment; consumers into three types - dependent type, loving type, indifferent type; makgeolli selection attributes into five factors - health characteristics, visual elements, brand characteristics, drinking characteristics, purchase characteristics. It was shown that the makgeolli loving type considered all the makgeolli selection attributes as most important; the dependent type considered the health characteristics and visual elements as less important than the loving type did. The indifferent type considered all the makgeolli selection attributes as less important compared with the other types. Among the makgeolli selection attributes, drinking characteristics and the purchase characteristics had effects on customer satisfaction.

The objective of this study is to develop the plastic greenhouse models which are structurally safe under the weather condition of Seongju and have the dimensions suitable for oriental melon cultivation as well. To grasp the structural features of greenhouses in Seongju, the field survey was conducted on 406 farmhouses which included 2,068 greenhouses. The field survey showed that the roof shape of arch type accounted for the highest rate, but recently even span or peach type became more popular and the width and height of greenhouse tended to increase as the period of use was short. The relationship of the width, ridge height and eaves height were established based on field survey data. Using climate data of Gumi adjacent to Seongju, the regressions were determined for the design wind speed and design snow depth depending on recurrence period. To design the greenhouse models against weather disasters in Seongju, the optimal design loads are 23.7 cm of snow depth and $33.8m{\cdot}s^1$ of wind speed. As the design results, four models of single-span greenhouse, two models of double-span greenhouses including extension were developed.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the food-related lifestyle choices of female baby boomers and to investigate variables regarding home meal replacement (HMR) buying behaviors and future needs. This study was conducted on 358 female baby boomers 53 years of age living in Gyeonggi and near Seoul. Out of 420 distributed questionnaires, 358 were returned and used for analysis (response rate: 85.2%). As a result of cluster analysis, three groups were identified based on the food-related lifestyles : a value-seeking group, a convenience-seeking group, and a health-seeking group. Among the three groups, there were significant differences in two socio-demographic characteristics, education level (p<0.05) and regular exercise (p<0.01), and in several health- and food-related habits, type of breakfast (p<0.01), type of dinner (p<0.05), dinner details (p<0.05), frequency of eating out (p<0.05), and eating habits score (p<0.01). The health-seeking group was significantly more likely to purchase ready to cook (RTC) items (59.1%) than were the other groups (p<0.001). However, the ratio of HMR purchasing for the purpose of meal replacement (p<0.05) and an HMR purchasing frequency of more than twice a week (p<0.001) were significantly lower in the health-seeking group. Reasons for selecting HMR showed a similar tendency among groups in taste (26.2%), convenience (18.7%), price (16.9%), safety (15.3%) and type of food (14.3%). However, the satisfaction scores for hygiene and safety reported by the health-seeking group were significantly lower than those reported by the other groups. More than two-thirds of all respondents were willing to purchase HMR in the future, though there were significant differences according to group: convenience-seeking group, 73.1%, health-seeking group, 70.1%, and value-seeking group, 65.7% (p<0.05). Our results suggest that the number of baby boomers purchasing HMR products will continue to grow and baby boomers will want HMR products to be more healthy (52.0%), safe (28.5%) and delicious (13.4%). An emphasis on taste was high in the convenience-seeking group, whereas an emphasis on health was high in the health-seeking and value-seeking groups. In conclusion, this study shows various food-related lifestyles amongst female baby boomers and illustrates the need to develop HMR marketing strategies targeted to these different lifestyles.
