기술군집분석을 활용한 전략적 연구영역 도출

  • The importance of selecting the strategic research field is increasingly emphasized by research manager and technology policy-maker in perspective of the strategic allocation of R&D resources, employing the R&D personnel, and formulating technology policy. Among various methods for selecting the strategic research field, it is, however, very difficult to find the method that involves the path-dependant trend, and interdisciplinary nature of technology development. This study suggests modified technology cluster analysis (TCA) as a method for selecting strategic research field in order to include the recent technology trend in quantitative approach. TCA is the method that groups the near technologies of which the innovation pattern is similar. TCA model can be a very necessary method for multidisciplinary government research institutes (GRIs) which conduct multi research field with forward oriented positioning. It is more difficult for them to select the strategic research field mainly due to their diversity and intangibility of research scope. In this study, we applied this method to Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) which represents the most adequate research institute in terms of research diversity and forwardness. As a result of the application, we found that seven main technology groups come from TCA analysis, coincide with the technology topics of KIST's recent R&D planning. Even though this method designed for multidisciplinary research institutes, but it also can be used for establishing the research strategy of other (private or public) Research Institute which have the similar mission and scope of research.

호텔.외식 조리 종사원의 직무 만족이 이직 의도에 미치는 영향 - 대구 지역 조리 종사원을 대상으로 - (A Study on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention of Cuisine Employees in the Hotel and Food Service Industry - Focusing on the Cuisine Employees in the Daegu City -)

  • 본 연구는 선행 연구의 고찰을 통하여 호텔과 외식업체에 종사하는 조리 종사원의 직무 만족과 이직 의도의 구성차원과 측정방법을 이론적으로 정립하고 실증적으로 연구하여, 조리 종사원의 직무 만족과 이직 의도의 관계규명을 통하여 조리 종사원의 합리적이고 효율적인 인사 관리에 관한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 실증분석은 대구 지역 호텔과 레스토랑에 근무하는 조리 종사원을 대상으로 하였으며, SPSS/WIN 12.0을 이용하여 254부의 설문 중 239부를 분석에 사용되었다. 그 결과, 호텔과 외식업체 조리직 종사원의 직무 만족은 이직 의도를 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 경영자는 비용을 감소시키고 경영 성과를 제고하기 위하여 직무 만족을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하여야 하며, 종사원의 직무 만족이 경영 성과에 직 간접적으로 영향을 미치며 이직 의도를 감소시킴으로 인하여 양호한 팀웍을 형성할 수 있음을 인식하여야 할 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 자질과 역량 있는 신변보호사 인력을 양성하여 전문적이고 안정적인 서비스를 국민들에게 제공함으로써, 서비스이용대상자인 국민들이 보다 안전한 삶을 영위할 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 신변보호사 자격검정제도의 시행목적에 부합하는 제도로의 성장을 위해서는 현행 평가 방식에서 다각도로 수정 보완되어져야 할 것이다. 신변보호사 자격검정제도의 실기시험관련 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체력평가항목이 추가되어져야한다. 둘째, 검정기술의 재정립이 필요시 된다. (제2의 위협이 야기되는 기술은 삭제)(민간인 신분으로 사용할 수 있는 기술 추가) 셋째, 낙법 및 응용동작이 추가되어져야한다. 넷째, 다양한 시작자세에서의 평가가 필요시 된다. 다섯째, 상대와의 거리 및 방향을 다양화하여 평가가 이루어져야 한다.

미래 육군의 유·무인복합 전투체계 발전방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Future Army's Development of Combined Combat System with Manned and Unmanned Forces)

  • 우리나라는 21세기 들어 출생자 수가 급격히 감소하고 있다. 이것은 현행 병역제도와 인사제도를 유지한 상태로는 감축한 36.5만 명의 육군도 유지하기 어렵게 한다. 그럼에도 불구하고 육군은 국가방위 최후의 보루로서 외부의 침략으로부터 국토를 지켜야 할 사명이 있다. 이러한 사명을 다하기 위해서는 병역제도와 인사제도를 개선하는 방법도 있지만, 개인의 전투력을 극대화시켜 일당백의 용사를 만들고 적보다 우세한 기동력을 통해 부족한 병력 수를 극복하는 방안도 있다. 본 연구는 후자의 개념을 적용하여 개인전투력과 기동력을 극대화 할 수 있는 유·무인 복합전투체계를 통해 병력 부족의 해결은 물론, 전투력을 강화하는 방안을 연구하였으며 더 나아가 미래 전장환경을 분석하고 육군의 유·무인 복합전투체계의 발전적인 방향을 제시하여 작전수행 체계에 대한 시사점을 제공하는 것이다.

도로터널 구조물 내화설계기준 확립방안에 관한 연구 (An Study on Design Guidelines for Structural Fire Resistance of Road Tunnels)

  • A growing number of larger and bigger tunnels are being constructed, along with the continuing enhancement of road design speed, thereby increasing the frequency of vehicles using tunnels. For such reasons, a fire in tunnels may lead to such situations. Gases and heat caused by fires are to be blamed for such disasters, as well as the development of vehicles leads to the construction of large tunnels. Therefore this study is to provide for the safety of public and rescue personnel in the event of a fire within the tunnel system. For these purpose, the tunnel system must be protected from collapse during a specified time period. This study introduced the role of ITA, it is to developed guidelines for techniques and materials to answer these structural requirements and make tunnels and their ancillary structures more resistant to fire damage.

대학도서관조직의 변화요인고 (A study on the factors changing the university library organizations)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing on the organizational changes of the university libraries. Results of the analysis, that is, factors that cause the library organization to change, are as follows 1. Changes in library size physical facilities, growth and diversity of library collections, change in personnel organization, role enrichment and faculty status for librarians, management pattern of library director, change in financial su n.0, pport. 2. Change in program : change in goals and objectives, expansion of service programs, enhancement of library functions. 3. Library automation : introduction and development of many library automation projects. 4. Introduction of information technology : development and distribution of computer and related software, telecommunication, and new media. 5. Changes in user needs : many-sided demands for collections, spaces, and services. 6. Many other environmental factors related to library organization.

지역사회를 위한 정보봉사에 관한 일연구-대학도서관을 중심으로

  • As a society rapidly advances in technology and industry, various demands for information arc increasing and becoming more specialized than every before. The college library can no longer restrict its service to the people or, the campus alone. There is no fundamental change in its place on a college campus, but it has an additional role to play: to meet the demands for information from the community outside of the campus. Thyre is no denying that there are public libraries meant to serve the comnlunity and some small spacialized libraries to support certain institutions. But it is also well known that these libraries are inadequate to satisfy the demands for information in a highly diversified and specialized soceity of today largely due to lack of facilities, funds. and personnel. Under these circdmstances, it is almost imperative that the college library open its door to the community. It was attempted in the article to point out the nccds of cooperation between the college library and the community for economic and intellectual advancement on thc campus and in the community. Various ways of making the college library available to the community werc also discussed.

Prediction of the Volume of Solid Radioactive Wastes to be Generated from Korean Next Generation Reactor

  • Correlations between the amount of DAW (Dry Active Waste) generated from present Korean PWRs and their operating parameters were analyzed. As the result of multi-variable linear regressions, a model predicting the volume of DAW using the number of shutdowns ( $f_{FS}$ ) and total personnel exposure ( $P_{\varepsilon}$) was derived. Considering one standard error bound, the model could successfully simulate about 8575 of the real data. In order to predict the amount of DAW to be generated from a KNGR another model was derived by taking into account the additional volume reduction by supercompaction system. In addition, the volume of WAW (Wet Active Waste) to be generated from KNGR (Korean Next Generation Reactor) was calculated by considering conceptual design data and replacement effect of radwaste evaporator with selective ion exchangers. Finally, total volume of SRW (Solid Radioactive Waste) to be generated from KNGR was predicted by inserting design goal values of $f_{FS}$ and $P_{\varepsilon}$ into the model. The result showed that the expected amount of SRW to be generated from KNGR would be in the range of 33~44㎥. $y^{-1}$ . It was proved that the value would meet the operational target of KNGR proposed by KEPCO, that is, 50㎥. $y^{-1}$ .

Application of Electromagnetic Fields to Improve the Removal Rate of Radioactive Corrosion Products

  • TTo comply with increasingly strict regulations for protection against radiation exposure, many nuclear power plants have been working ceaselessly to reduce and control both the radiation sources within power plants and the radiation exposure experienced by operational and maintenance personnel. Many research studies have shown that deposits of irradiated corrosion products on the surfaces of coolant systems are the main cause of occupational radiation exposure in nuclear power plant. These corrosion product deposits on the fuel-clad surface are also known to be main factors in the onset of axial offset anomaly (AOA). Hence, there is a great deal of ongoing research on water chermistry and corrosion processes. In this study, a magnetic filter with permanent magnets was devised to remove the corrosion products in the coolant stream by taking advantage of the magnetic properties of the corrosion products demonstrated a removal efficiency of over 90% for particles above 5${\mu}m$. This finding led to the construction of an electromagnetic device that causes the metallic particulates to flocculate into larger aggregates of about 5${\mu}m$ in diameter by using a novel application of electromagnetic flocculation on radioactive corrosion products.

  • Experts are concerned about the lack of troops and security vacuum due to the low birth rate in the Republic of Korea. They consider policies to expand the proportion and role of female soldiers to address these issues. In this regard, We would like to introduce the successful use of female personnel in the Ukrainian military and draw implications for the Korean military. This will provide a clue to offset the shortage of troops in the Republic of Korea.
