자기주도 학습을 위한 학교도서관 이용교육의 개선 방안 (Improvement Plans in School Library Use Education for Self-Directed Learning)

  • 평생학습 사회에서의 학교도서관은 교육이 추구하고 있는 자기주도 학습능력을 증진시키는데 있어서 교육적 역할을 수행하여야 한다. 본 연구는 우선 자기주도 학습능력의 계발이 학교도서관 이용교육의 주된 목적임을 밝히고자 한다. 다음으로 학교도서관의 중요한 교육적 역할인 이용교육의 실태를 분석하고자 한다. 끝으로, 이용교육의 개선 방안을 다음과 같이 제안하고자 한다. 1. 학교도서관의 연합운영체계 구축 2. 정보교육의 문화교육차원에서 재정립 3. 교육과정 기반 협동수업을 통한 이용교육 전개

  • This study aims to build basic data for a optimization of a ventilation system for indoor environment improvement in school building. To this end, we conducted field tests and computation fluid dynamics simulations about a indoor environment in dependence on operation of a ceiling type inverter air conditioner and ventilation system. The results could be summarized as follows. (1) For the ventilation system of 350CMH, 500CMH and 850CMH, reduction of each $CO_2$ concentration was measured 662ppm, 748ppm and 526ppm. (2) A optimal discharge angle of the ceiling type inverter air conditioner system was evaluated 45 degree in heating and cooling.

학교도서관 교구·설비기준 개선 방안 (Improvement of Standards for School Libraries Instructional Media and Equipments)

  • 교구$\cdot$ 설비기준은 학교 교육과정을 위한 기본 요소를 의미한다. 지식기반사회에서 학교도서관은 교육과정을 지원하고 정보활용과 독서지도를 위한 기본적인 교육환경이다. 따라서 학교도서관 교구 설비기준은 학교도서관의 사명을 담아야 하며, 교육적 역할에 적합한 구성요소를 포함하여야 한다. 그러나 현행 기준은 양적 질적 측면에서 불충분하다. 따라서 학교교구·설비기준 개정 시, 학교도서관 교구 ·설비기준은 특히 다음과 같은 내용을 포함하여야 한다. 1. 시설 지침; 2. 기본 설비 방안; 3. 교육적 역할에 적합한 교구 기준; 4. 기본 공간별 설비 종목; 5. 보다 상세한 정보기기 종목; 6. 특수학교도서관 기준 개선

  • 커피전문점 시장 규모가 증가하고 커피에 대한 소비자의 수요가 나날이 확대되어 가고 있다. 본 논문은 사례 연구를 통해 커피전문점의 제품 및 서비스 품질개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 커피전문점 서비스에 대한 고객 요구사항을 파악하기 위하여 SERVQUAL을 채택하여 문제에 맞게 수정하였다. 고객의 요구사항을 제품 및 서비스 설계특성에 효과적으로 반영하고자 하는 노력으로 품질기능전개 기법을 도입하였다. 본 논문은 사례 연구를 통해 3개 커피전문점에 대한 시장 경쟁력을 먼저 파악하고, 품질기능전개를 이용하여 제품 및 서비스 설계특성의 품질개선 방안을 도출해내고자 한다.

Steel Plant Construction (EPC) Project Case Study : Forensic Lessons-learned Analysis and Systems Engineering Improvement Recommendation

  • As a recent global trend, the majority of mega-size plant projects are delivered through EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contracts, where a single contract is awarded for engineering, procurement, and construction. Under this contracting mechanism, it is challenging for contractors to carry out the projects under traditional project management processes used in design-bid-build projects. A new EPC Plant, the POSCO Special Steel Plant in Changwon, was built successfully at the beginning of 2012 and it is currently in full-scale production. The project has encountered a number of major difficulties however, with some technical and managerial issues through its development process. As summarized in this paper, the authors (as project participants with the contractor) investigated it as a post construction analysis and recorded the Lessons-learned for future project management improvement.

운동중추 주변에 위치한 전이성 뇌종양의 수술 후 운동 기능에 대한 평가 (Evaluation of the Postoperative Motor Function for Metastatic Brain Tumors Around the Motor Cortex)

  • Objective : Intracranial metastasis is responsible for nearly 50% of mortalities of systemic cancers. Although its frequency is increasing and there is little doubt that improving the quality and expectancy of life is the final goal, the mode of treatment is still disputed. The authors report the postoperative motor function after surgery in patients with metastatic tumors around the motor cortex. Materials and Methods : We studied 24 patients with metastatic tumors around the central sulcus during the last 22 months. Motor function was assessed pre- and post-operatively as well as its response to corticosteroids. MRI, neuronavigation system and intraoperative ultrasonography were used for tumor localization and functional MRI and cortical stimulator were used to define the motor cortex. Results : Single metastasis was found in 13 cases(54%) and 11 cases(44%) had multiple foci. Thirteen cases were located in precentral, 7 in postcentral, and 4 in superior or middle-frontal lobe. The most common primary focus was the lung(16 cases). There was no difference in postoperative motor function improvement between the steroid responsive group and non-responsive group(92% versus 90%). Ninty-two percent of the patients showed significant improvement of motor function and lived independently but there was worsening in the upper extremity in one and in another no improvement. Whole brain radiation of 3000cGy was given in all cases and 4 patients died of recurrence in primary or intracranial focus during mean follow-up periods of 14 monthes. Conclusion : Surgery may provide substantial improvement of the motor function and quality of life of the patients with metastatic tumors around the motor cortex.

과학 관련 진로교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 진로 선택에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Career Education Programs Related to the Science on Elementary School Students' Career Choice)

  • This study investigated the influence of the application of the career education programs related to the science of the elementary school on the career choice. For this study, a total of 32 lessons (4 units) utilizing the career education programs related the science curriculum were developed. The study subjects were 128 students from Y elementary school located in Incheon. A test with regard to the science related career choice and the science related career choice factors was performed before and after the lessons. For more detailed analysis, the experimental group was divided into two groups of female and male students; students who hope and do not hope career in science-related fields. As a result of the performance of career education programs, it showed a significant improvement in the 'science related career choice'. And, it also showed all significant improvements in 'science related major/department, education lecture selection'. It was possible to know that the students who do not wish science related jobs in the future also changed their mind on to the science. In addition, all the subcategories of the 'preference for science learning' area such as 'preference for science subject', 'preference for experiment', 'recognition of science subject availability', 'recognition of the impact of teacher' showed a significant improvement. The 'perception about career related to science' showed a significant improvement on the whole. There was no significant improvement on the whole in 'participation in science related activities'.

  • This study looks at a company which introduced SAP program, one type of ERP systems, and how the firm copes with the problems which happen in business process. The research tried to solve the problem by IDEAL method of process software improvement methodology. As a result, receipt account program for credit sales could be developed; the program was applied to the actual business work and operated.

Selecting Improvement Projects that Add Value to Customers

  • This paper presents a methodology to nominate and select improvement projects that are perceived as adding value to customers (both internal and external). The structure of the methodology can be explained in three "stages." First, the methodology suggests a new way of categorizing improvement opportunities, i.e. reactive-proactive, to "upgrade" the little Q-big Q categorisation. Then, it develops a roadmap that links performance indicators and improvement projects for both reactive and proactive improvements. Finally, it suggests an algorithm to select the improvement project, where the assessment of to what extent the nominated improvement projects add value to customers relies on the comparison between Overall Perceived Benefits (OPB) and Overall Perceived Efforts (OPE). The improvement project perceived as having the largest impact on adding value to customers receives the highest priority.

학교보건 증진을 위한 데이터베이스의 개발 및 관리 (Development and Management of Database for School Health Improvement)

  • The purpose of this study was to design and implementation of database for school health activity. This database system was designed stand-alone application for college school health center without a hospital affiliation and the database system was made of relational database management system, Microsoft access 2000 to be made GUI (Graphic user interface) type design and made up 7 tables: patients. symptoms. departments, income and outgo. medical cures. and medicine. The construction of this database system was patient management. code management. medicine management. and statistics management. The results of the database system were as follows; 1) This database system could be used for college school health center. 2) This database system could be made correct statistic data. 3) This database system could be managed income and outgo. 4) This database system could be changed for the better activity of community health service. 5) This database system could be simply attired administrative system. This database system will be used for students and employees to protect and promote health to measure for health level and quality of health service. In conclusion. this database system can be applied for unit health center to manage the college school health activity and advanced data management can be applied for health profession to do quality improvement. cost containment. management information system. and decision support system.
