This study purpose is the consideration of the processing evolution historic of the Educational Facilities 20s century at the grand view in the region Ile-de-France. Specially, by thepart of Educational Politic, Urban Geographic and the Urban Planning. This study purpose is to take a data base and study direction on 'A study of the role educational facility in the urban development'. So I was arrived these conclusions, First, the educational politic of the france was aimed for the democratization of the education and the popularization. After execution of the decentralization in the 1986, high school facilities was more popularized. Second, in the view point of the urban geographic, before 1975 years, high school facilities in the region ile-de-france was unbalanced in the situation regional and in the division social on the urban space. But after law of the Decentralization(1986) in the France, by effort of the regional conseil has take the regional balance. Third, high school facility has a potential force as a center of the development of the city. Forth, the facility has a possibility potential for a working of the important role in the urbanization. specially, the movement of population, the augment prix of the terrain, appartement and the division social in the urban space. as element that important relation with a development of the city.

Educational Facility has a specialty that similar design is repeatedly taken place so the importance of POE(Post Occupancy Evaluation) is increased for the improvement of problem appeared at the former projects. The POE could provides help to the design of next project and the direction when the need of remodeling is faced. Through the process of POE, the repeat of design mistakes could be prevented and the good information related with building efficiency and other problems could be applied to the design of next school project . In this study, the POE of Manbalro(barefoot) toilet of D Elementary school in rural area of H county is performed. The toilet is renovated as an educational environment improvement project of H county educational office in Chungcheong Namdo Province. The study is focused on the user's behavior at Manbalro toilet for carrying out indicative POE by the subjective response of user's. From the research, several being reformed items is proposed however the toilet is evaluated as a successful project that design purpose of initial stage is applied well.

Sustainability became the keyword of our society worldwide, and it is undoubtful that buildings are mainly responsible for green house gas emission and energy consumption. Among different project types, educational facility was selected in this study to find out what needs to be addressed in order to provide students better learning environments. Scorecards from 32 LEED certified school projects went through analysis and essential components as design strategies in sustainable educational facilities were extracted based on application rate of each credit in LEED for School(2009). The extracted data were further analyzed in comparison with related components in G-SEED. The results would be used as guidelines for those of who design sustainable education facilities and prepare green building certifications. and it would further foster architect's responsibility towards green society in Korea.

정확한 공사비 추정은 성공적인 프로젝트의 개발에 필수적이다. BTL 사업과 같이 민간투자사업에 있어서 정확한 공사비 산정은 효과적인 예산확보와 파이낸싱에 필수적인 기본 정보가 된다. 공사비 견적의 정확도에 따라 입찰과 제안서의 정확도가 반영되므로 프로젝트를 통한 수익성 여부와 사업타당성을 확보할 수 있다. 본 연구는 정확한 공사비 분석과 활용을 위한 기초적인 연구로써 10년 정도 경과한 초 중등학교 민간투자사업(BTL)의 건축공사비를 분석하여 여러 참여주체들별로 공사를 할 수 있는 건축공사의 공종별 분포비율을 학교급별로 파악한다. 즉, 초 중등학교의 건축 공종별 구성비율을 전체 평균비율, 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교별로 살펴보고 향후 유사한 공사를 수행하는 경우에 참여주체별로 활용할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

본 연구는 친환경 인증을 받은 학교시설을 대상으로 예비인증 거쳐 본인증을 획득한 시설에서 친환경건축물인증 제도의 부문별 적용 및 득점 비율을 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고, 향후 친환경 인증학교시설 계획에 있어 설계자 및 관련 담당자에게 기초자료를 제공함에 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 범위는 2010 개정친환경건축물 인증 기준 이후 인증을 받은 신축 학교시설을 대상으로 하며 예비심사를 거쳐 본 인증을 획득한 10개교를 분석 대상으로 하였다. 분석 내용은 녹색건축 인증기준 2013 학교시설 인증심사기준(별표4)의 7개 평가 부문에 대해서 적용시설 및 득점비율을 조사 분석하였다.

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to partition a last-mile delivery network into zones and to determine locations of last mile delivery centers (LMDCs) in Bangkok, Thailand. Research design, data, and methodology - As online shopping has become popular, parcel companies need to improve their delivery services as fast as possible. A network partition has been applied to evaluate suitable service areas by using METIS algorithm to solve this scenario and a facility location problem is used to address LMDC in a partitioned area. Research design, data, and methodology - Clustering and mixed integer programming algorithms are applied to partition the network and to locate facilities in the network. Results - Network partition improves last mile delivery service. METIS algorithm divided the area into 25 partitions by minimizing the inter-network links. To serve short-haul deliveries, this paper located 96 LMDCs in compact partitioning to satisfy customer demands. Conclusions -The computational results from the case study showed that the proposed two-phase algorithm with network partitioning and facility location can efficiently design a last-mile delivery network. It improves parcel delivery services when sending parcels to customers and reduces the overall delivery time. It is expected that the proposed two-phase approach can help parcel delivery companies minimize investment while providing faster delivery services.

The ongoing developmental studies on the application of hydrogen peroxide for propulsion are briefly reviewed. A detailed design-study of a laboratory scale facility of a hydrogen peroxide mono-propellant engine of 100-N thrust is presented. For the preparation of concentrated hydrogen peroxide, a distillation facility has been realized. Results of water analogy tests are presented. Initial firings using the concentrated hydrogen peroxide were not successful. Low environmental temperature, low contact area of the catalyst pack, and contamination in the hydrogen peroxide were considered to be the reasons. Addressing the first two points resulted in successful firing of the rocket engine.

According to the new multi-media appeared as a result of rapid growth of the information and science technique, the school library must be changed to the integration of the teach-study media resource from the existing print media. It means that the school library has to play a role of the study center with a different media from the existing teaching material, teaching instrument, facility and opportunity. The Information education must be conducted in the way of an integrated education course and able to do both information transaction and problem settlement. The education facility to solve this problem is the school library. Therefore, the school library becomes important more and more. It means that the school library is the center of entire study and education material for the teacher and student is focused on it. It is urgent to make the standard of the school library In order to cope with the new education and information environments. And especially it is very important to make a plan about the location and scale of the school library to improve the quality of the children's studying activity. The location of the school library is decided under consideration of the relationship with other room of school house and the proper scale of it is between 2.5units and 7.0units of classroom based on the number of class.
