The purpose of this study was to develop a teaching model to improve teaching demonstration competence of pre-service Fisheries and Marine teachers through class consulting. The results were as follows: First, the results of a survey on perception of 19 pre-service teachers showed that most of them did not know exactly about the teaching demonstration. Second, a teaching model through class consulting was developed in four stages: Preparation for class, doing lesson, watching lesson, reflecting class. Third, the developed lessons model was applied for 6 weeks, but it was hard to expect much change just for 6 weeks. If discussions about the content of the lesson plan are haven during prior class consulting, this will be helpful for pre-service teachers in making the real teaching plan. The class performer have to write a report on class analysis because it is necessary to try systematic analysis on teaching demonstration.

The purpose of this study is to examine the pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) elements and the changes in the science lesson planning and implementation difficulties experienced by high-career elementary school teachers with over 20 years of educational experience through the instructional consulting case of the Seoul City Office of Education Scholarship Support Group in order to find implications on effective instructional consulting support plan for improving the science teaching professionalism of high-career elementary school teachers. The result of this study is as follows : First, the pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) elements on the science lesson planning and implementation difficulties experienced by high-career elementary school teachers with over 20 years of educational experience were related to teaching strategy and they experienced difficulties in lesson content organization using lesson model and experiment facilitation and questioning, as well as in the area of interest and motive management that are definitional characteristic of learner in the learner element. Second, as for the changes in the PCK through science instructional consulting, they recognized the importance of the designing and experimenting process as students become the subject in the experiment facilitation in lesson, and they ended up attempting the postscript for promoting the thinking power of students. In addition, it was found that not only the cognitive characteristic but also the definitional characteristic of learner is important in science lesson and that students' motive is also an element that needs to be continuously managed. Third, as for effective instructional consulting plan for enhancing the science teaching professionalism of high-career elementary school teachers, it was revealed that it is necessary to first develop lesson expertise improvement consulting program that takes into account of teaching profession advancement phase of high-career teachers, and establish instructional consulting system and human resource pool of high-quality consultants based on the administrative and financial support from the Office of Education. The academic significance of this study is in the fact that it examined and searched for support plan on science teaching professionalism of high-career elementary school teacher, but a more extensive and in-depth study is needed since there is a limitation in this study on the object of study and the period.

본 연구는 수업컨설팅과 관련된 이론과 실천을 연계한 컨설팅 활성화 방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 두고, 학교교육의 문제 해결, 교사의 전문성 신장, 수업의 질 향상에 보탬이 되고자 하였다. 이러한 취지에서 한국교육과정평가원에서는 수학, 과학 및 영어의 3개 교과를 중심으로 교과별 내용교수지식(Pedagogical Content Knowledge, PCK)에 초점을 둔 수업컨설팅 실시 방안 및 그 구체적인 내용을 '수업컨설팅 매뉴얼'의 형태로 담아내고자 하였다. 본고에서는 수업컨설팅의 의미를 점검하고, 설문 조사를 통하여 현행 수업컨설팅 운영 실태 및 문제점을 진단하고자 하였다. 또, 매뉴얼 개발을 위한 수업컨설팅 사례를 분석하여 이를 토대로 수업컨설팅 활성화를 매뉴얼을 개발하고 개발된 수업컨설팅 매뉴얼 활용 방안을 정책 제언으로 제안하였다. 다만, 본고에서는 지면관계상 수업컨설팅 활성화 매뉴얼 부문에서 '처방 및 투입 단계'에 초점을 두어 제시하였다.

This empirical analysis investigates the impact of consultant competency and project manager (PM) competency on business performance. Two hundred and twenty four chief executive officers and executive members at small and medium sized firms in the manufacturing sector were surveyed, yielding several outcomes. First, consultant competency positively affects consulting performance. Second, consultant competency positively affects business performance. Third, PM competency does not have a significant influence on consulting performance. Fourth, PM competency does not have a significant impact on business performance. Fifth, consulting performance does not have a significant effect on business performance. Finally, regarding the mediation effect of consulting performance on the influence of consultant competency and PM competency on business performance, consulting performance had no significant impact. Thus, expertise and insight are crucial for a consulting business to enable the growth of professional consultants. Furthermore, this study is expected to enhance the consulting performance of small and medium sized manufacturing firms by providing useful data to consultants and project managers when carrying out consulting projects.

The purpose of this study is to identify core elements required of instruction consulting and to develop a systematic consulting procedure for successful Flipped Learning. The main contents of this study to achieve its purpose are as follows. First, core elements required of consulting are deduced by analyzing cases of instruction implemented with Flipped Learning. Second, consulting procedure is constructed based on core consulting elements of Flipped Learning. Based on the study results, the 3P process is suggested as the elements and procedure of instruction consulting for Flipped Learning. The 3P process has the following characteristics. The first stage Preparation involves guiding students to have an objective viewpoint about the lesson beginning with building a relationship with the instructor. Also, a lesson plan and source materials for lesson are selected and developed. The second stage Performance involves implementing lesson coaching oriented towards cooperative problem-solving to find better direction. The last stage Post-review involves introspection necessary for continuous quality improvement of lessons. The validity of the instruction consulting elements for Flipped Learning applied to deduce the aforementioned results has been verified after specialist review and field application.

본 연구는 컨설턴트의 역량이 컨설팅 성과에 미치는 영향 그리고 컨설팅 성과가 컨설팅 활용도와 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향 관계 및 컨설팅 참여기업의 컨설팅에 대한 이해도와 참여도가 컨설팅 성과가 컨설팅 활용도와 재구매 의도에 미치는 조절효과를 분석하기 위하여, 기술보증기금으로부터 기술·경영컨설팅 지원을 받은 154개 중소기업으로부터 회수되어진 103개 설문지를 활용하여 분석하였다. 컨설턴트의 능력, 지식, 태도부분으로 구분된 컨설턴트 역량 중에서 지식 부문(β=.377, p<.001)과 태도 부문(β=.461, p<.001)이 컨설팅 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계(R2=.623)가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 컨설팅 성과는 컨설팅 활용도 및 재구매 의도(β=.817, p<.001)에 정(+)의 상관관계(R2=.668)를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 수진기업의 컨설팅 이해도는 컨설팅 성과가 컨설팅 활용도에 미치는 영향을 조절하지 못하였으나, 컨설팅 참여도는 컨설팅 성과가 컨설팅 활용도에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

이 연구의 목적은 산학일체형 도제학교의 컨설팅 요구를 분석하여 산학일체형 도제학교의 안정적인 운영에 요구되는 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 산학일체형 도제학교 1, 2차 학교 총 60개교의 도제사업 담당 교원을 대상으로 컨설팅 요구조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산학일체형 도제학교 담당 교원들은 컨설팅 9개 영역 전반에 걸쳐서 컨설팅 요구가 있었으며 '학생 평가 및 신직업자격 평가', '프로그램 개발 및 학교 교육과정 편성 운영 계획 수립', '기업 선정 및 관리', '도제반 편성 및 학생 관리', '교수 학습 활동 및 교재 개발'에 대한 컨설팅 요구가 상대적으로 높았다. 둘째, 도제학교 운영 현황별로 컨설팅 요구의 차이가 있었다. 사업단 유형별로는 거점학교와 공동실습소형이 단일학교형보다 대체로 컨설팅 요구가 높았다. 도제 프로그램시간별로는 '1400시간 이상'과 '1200~1400시간'이 '1200시간 이하'인 경우보다 대체로 컨설팅 요구가 높았다. OJT 운영 방식별로는 구간정시제가 주간정시제보다 대체로 컨설팅 요구가 높았다. 이상의 결과에 따라 산학일체형 도제학교의 안정적인 운영을 위해서는 학교 교육과정의 정상적인 운영을 고려하여 도제 프로그램 시간을 적절하게 조절하여 개발할 필요가 있고 도제 프로그램과 학교 교육과정이 원활하게 운영될 수 있도록 사전에 학사일정을 수립하고 OJT 운영 방식을 설정해야 한다. 또한 사업단 내 참여학교 간의 유기적인 협력이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to apply the instruction consulting model for elementary science lesson with novice teacher. In this study the PIE(Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation stage) instruction consulting model was used. This model was introduced and offered during the electromagnet unit for sixth graders. The results of this study were as follows. First, in the assessment of the teacher's satisfaction with the instruction consulting the client teacher was found to be very satisfied. Second, the inquiry and scientific achievement for the students of the client's class were to increase in the experimental group, which demonstrated a statistically significant difference. Given the above results, the instruction consulting applied with the PIE model for novice teachers, who desire to raise the success rate of the experiment for students in the electromagnet unit of the elementary science class, helped the teachers to teach the students.

When developing a product, ensuring the quality and reliability is essential. Reliability process is always underestimated compared to its importance, especially in the field of domestic medical devices. In this paper, reliability process developed for near-infrared solid microscope, based on a variety of existing practices and other product process. The following findings were obtained as research progressed. First, learning about the medical equipment needed to assure the quality and reliability standards. Second, reliability process established to design a product in the field of medical devices.

국내는 물론 세계적으로 컨설팅이 기업경영 성과에 미치는 영향이 커짐에 따라 컨설팅사의 영향력도 확대되고, 컨설팅 시장도 성장하고 있는 추세이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 아직 컨설팅은 그 범주에 대한 학문적 연구 기반이 넓지 않아서 관련 연구가 미흡하다. 본 연구는 컨설팅 산업이 기업에 미치는 영향이 크고 컨설턴트의 중요성이 부각됨에 발맞추어 컨설턴트의 직무 만족과 사회적지지가 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 상관관계를 연구하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 제한적으로 양적연구에 치우쳐있던 컨설팅의 성과에 미치는 원인을 규명하는데 새로운 관점과 사고의 틀을 제공하는 첫 연구라는 점에서 가치가 있다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 컨설턴트의 직무만족과 성과는 정의 관계가 있다고 나타났다. 둘째, 컨설턴트에 대한 사회적 지지와 컨설팅 성과는 정의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 후속 연구를 통하여 컨설턴트의 자기개발, 컨설팅 보수, 컨설팅산업의 발전과 컨설팅 산업지원 정책의 방향설정에 기여를 함은 물론 컨설팅을 통한 산업경쟁력 강화 방안 마련 등의 정책자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
