이 연구는 선행연구에서 제안한 학교도서관 시설에 대한 요구조사 도구를 사용하여 전국의 학생과 사서교사를 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과이다. 연구에 사용된 요구조사 도구는 한국도서관협회의 기준, IFLA의 학교도서관 가이드라인, AASL의 기준에서 공통적으로 제시하고 있는 10개의 시설특성과 세부요소를 바탕으로 하고 있다. 설문대상은 전국 18개 학교에 소속된 507명의 학생과 134명의 사서교사이며, 이들로부터 학교도서관 시설에 대한 중요도와 현재 수준을 조사하였다. 분석결과 학생과 사서교사는 모두 학교도서관의 시설특성의 중요도를 현재 수준보다 높게 평가하였다. 학생이 중요하게 생각하는 시설특성은 자료 접근성, 편리성, 공간성 순서이며, 사서교사가 중요하게 생각하는 특성은 쾌적한 환경, 확장성, 자료 접근성 순으로 나타났다.

We present the high-resolution near-infrared spectra of standard stars observed with Immersion Grating Infrared Spectrograph (IGRINS). IGRINS covers the full spectral range of H and K bands simultaneously with a high spectral resolution (R=40,000), revealing many previously undetected and/or unknown lines. In this work, we present preliminary results of spectroscopic diagnostics for stellar physical parameters. Our ultimate goal is to provide a library of near-infrared spectra of standard stars, which covers all spectral types and luminosity classes, with a high-resolution and high signal to noise ratio ($SNR{\geq}200$).

The school library plays an important role to improve the student's mental activity and cultivate the formation of character and emotion. Especially in the information society, the students must collect, select and utilize the necessary information themselves. The school library has to collect, put in order and keep the book, audiovisual material and necessary information beyond it about the entire education and to offer the students and teachers them for the general school education. The school library has to be a center of school education and drive forwards the spontaneous and subjective learning activity as well as progress the education process. The school library must be the place to preserve the student's subjective study ability, that is, consolidate the materials as the study center and be composed of proper study materials for the solving-problem and research. Also to be perfect in the role of the information center, the school library has to be consolidated in accordance with development of various information softwares and ways including the newspaper, magazine, video, CD, laser disk and computer. It is required for the information of school library to be corresponded actively to the multi-media society.

본 연구는 도서관의 구체적이고 실제적인 폐교 활용방안에 앞서, 폐교 현황과 활용 사례를 기반으로 최근 도서관의 폐교 활용 트렌드를 파악하고 도서관의 폐교 활용 가능성 및 방향성을 확인하고자 하였다. 사례조사를 통하여 폐교를 활용한 도서관 건립은 복합문화공간 제공, 친환경적 공간 제공, 지역 커뮤니티 장소 제공 등 기존의 공공도서관과는 또 다른 특색을 가진 도서관으로 재탄생할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 연구 결과를 기반으로 향후 도서관의 폐교 활용 방향을 다음과 같이 제시하였다: 지역경제 기여와 지역의 재활성화 기회 제공, 지역주민을 위한 생활 밀착형 친화형 공간, 노인복지 요양서비스 귀농 생활 등과 연계한 공간의 재활용, 폐교를 활용한 부가 가치 창출과 지역 비즈니스 창출, 환경친화적 공간으로 구성, 복합문화공간의 형태로 구성된 통합적인 공간으로 활용, 지역의 커뮤니티 센터 역할 수행, 지역의 요구를 충족 보완할 수 있는 공간으로 재활용.

KAOS30 is an automatic observing software for the wide-field 10-inch telescope as a piggyback system on the 30-inch telescope at the McDonald Observatory in Texas, US. The software has four packages in terms of functionality and is divided into communication with Telescope Control System (TCS), controlling of CCD camera and filter wheel, controlling of focuser, and script for automation observing. Each interconnect of those are based on exe-exe communication. The advantage of this distinction is that each package can be independently maintained for further updates. KAOS30 has an integrated control library that combines function library connecting each device and package. This ensures that the software can extensible interface because all packages are access to the control devices independently. Also, the library includes the ASCOM driver platform. ASCOM is a standard general purpose library that supports Application Programming Interface (API) of astronomical devices. We present the software architecture of KAOS30, and structure of interfacing between hardware and package or package and package.

본 연구의 목적은 메이커스페이스 운영에 대한 학교도서관 전문인력인 사서교사 및 사서의 인식과 의견에 관한 질적 분석을 제공하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 사서교사와 학교 사서 7명을 대상으로 반구조화된 질문지를 활용한 전화 면담을 실시하여 학교도서관 메이커스페이스 운영 인식에 대한 자료를 수집하였다. 이를 통해 메이커스페이스에 대한 인지도, 메이커스페이스로의 전환과 메이커 교육의 필요성, 준비사항 및 시행의 어려움에 대한 의견을 조사할 수 있었다. 그 결과, 대체로 학교도서관 전문인력은 메이커스페이스가 도서관 서비스 확대와 이용자 요구에 부합하기 위해 필요하다고 인식하고 있었고 학교도서관이 학교 내 메이커 교육 프로그램의 센터로 기능하는 것이 바람직하다는 인식을 가지고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 학교도서관 메이커스페이스 조성 및 운영에 있어 중요하게 고려해야할 꽤 많은 사항들이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구가 학교도서관 중심의 메이커 교육 활성화를 위한 발판이 되었으면 한다.

이 연구는 학교도서관 리모델링 사례연구로서 학교도서관 리모델링의 적절성을 평가하고 개선점을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 최근 리모델링을 완료한 학교도서관을 선정하여 리모델링 추진 과정을 조사하였고 리모델링 이후 실제 이용자의 만족도를 설문조사하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면, 학교도서관의 리모델링을 통해 학교도서관 기능과 역할인 정보서비스와 교수 학습활동에 대한 이용자 만족도가 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 한편 학교도서관의 경우 여전히 도서관 내 외부의 미적 환경과 공간구성의 개선뿐만 아니라 자료 및 기자재의 확충이 우선적인 이용자 요구사항인 것으로 분석되었다.

We present medium resolution (R = 5000 - 6000) spectra in the near-infrared band, 1.4 - 1.8 ${\mu}m$, for template stars in G, K, and M types observed by the echelle spectrometer, IRCS, at the SUBARU 8.2 m telescope. The identification of lines is based on the spectra of Arcturus (K2 III) in the literature. We measured the equivalent of widths and compared our results to those of Meyer et al. (1998). We conclude that our spectral resolution (R = 6000) data can investigate more accurately the properties of lines in stellar spectra. The library of the template stellar spectra in ASCII format are available for download on the World Wide Web.

This study was conducted under the premise that the university library's subject specialization room is in need of major modifications in order to accommodate the needs of various majors. The subject specialization room will be able to support university library users who are inclined to use the general reading room. Therefore, the study presents spatial planning for the average university library's subject specialization room by taking into account student majors. This could be a guideline for the construction and renovation of university libraries in the future. The summary of results for this study and the conclusions are as follows: 1)Natural sciences subject specialization room should be, partially connected with the humanities/social science subject specialization room in order to provide an open-concept reference room. In the shared area connecting the two subject specialization rooms needs to be installed a staff counter and subject specialist librarian service booth for users of both subject specialization rooms. 2)For humanities/social sciences subject specialization room, partially connect with the natural sciences subject specialization room. In the connecting area between the two rooms, plan an open-concept lounge for resting and reading. 3)It is best to plan subject specialization room for art/music/physical education majors separate from the subject specification room of other majors. Structurally separate art/music/physical education major subject specialization rooms from the building or plan a separate room in an art/music/physical education building. Users of art/music/physical education majors showed a high preference for a spatially separated and specialized library structure, which proves that an art/music/physical education library need to be planed based on the specialized library structure found in law school libraries or medical school libraries. Plan the center of the room with open-concept based reading room. Use wall-sides, partitions, or shelves to create reading space separate from the shelving area.

본 연구의 목적은 중등 교사들의 학교도서관에 대한 인식과 경험에 나타난 특징을 알아보고 활성화 전략을 제언하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 2017년도 K대학 자격연수에 참여한 중등 교사 229명을 대상으로 설문을 하였다. 분석 결과 중등 교사들은 학교도서관이 교육 시설로서 꼭 필요하며 지속적인 지원과 투자가 이루어질 필요가 있다는 인식을 하고 있었다. 학교도서관의 효용성에 대해서는 여가 및 문화생활 기반을 조성하고 독서 분위기와 독서교육 활성화에 매우 도움을 준다고 생각하고 있으며, 이러한 인식은 연령대가 낮을수록 더 강하게 나타났다. 학교도서관 이용 횟수는 월 1회 정도로 낮고, 이용 목적은 주로 교양 함양과 여가 선용인 것으로 나타났다. 학교도서관 이용 시 불편한 점은 자료 부족과 교사 열람 공간 부재라는 응답이 많았다. 특히 도서관 활용수업 방법에 대한 지식과 필요성이 부족하고, 준비 시간과 자료도 부족하다는 응답이 많았다. 학교도서관 관련 연수의 필요성과 효용성을 높게 인식하고 있으며, 동료 교사를 통한 연수를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중등 교사들이 학교도서관을 교과 수업 운영에 적극적으로 활용할 수 있도록 교재연구와 개인연구에 필요한 시설과 장서를 확충하고, 동료 장학을 활성화하는 등의 전략을 마련할 필요가 있다.
