  • 본 논문은 멀티에이전트 환경에서 에이전트간의 지식 이종성과 통신 가능성 분산 제어의 방법에 중점을 두고 협동을 위한 정보를 KQML을 통하여 메시지를 전달한다. 항공사, 숙박업소, 설명 정보를 제공하는 에이전트들로 구성하여 조정 에이전트로 하여금 다른 에이전트가 필요한 정보를 주는 투어 스케줄링 에이전트 시스템을 구현하여 여행 준비자들이 자유 투어 스케줄링을 계획하는데 필요한 정보를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

  • Maintaining agility and responsiveness m designing and manufacturing activities are the key issues for manufacturing companies to cope with global competition. Distributed design and control systems are regarded as an efficient solution for agility and responsiveness. However, distributed nature of a manufacturing system complicates production activities such as design, simulation, scheduling, and execution control. Especially, existing simulation systems have limited external integration capabilities, which make it difficult to implement complex control mechanisms for the distributed manufacturing systems. Moreover, integration and coupling of heterogeneous components and models are commonly required for the simulation of complex distributed systems. In this paper, a collaborative and adaptive simulation architecture is proposed as an open framework for simulation and analysis of the distributed manufacturing enterprises. By incorporating agents with their distributed characteristics of autonomy, intelligence, and goal-driven behavior, the proposed agent-based simulation architecture can be easily adapted to support the agile and distributed manufacturing systems. The architecture supports the coordination and cooperation relations, and provides a communication middleware among the participants in simulation.

  • Scheduling the movements of trains in the modern railway system is becoming essential and important. Swiss Federal Railway Company (SBB) and machine learning researchers began collaborating to make a simulation environment and held a Flatland challenge. In this paper, the methodologies of the winners of this competition are analyzed to achieve insight and research trends. This problem is similar to the Multi-Agent Path Finding (MAPF) and Vehicle Rescheduling Problem (VRSP). The potential of the attempted methods from the Flatland challenge to be applied to various transportation systems as well as railways is discussed.

  • The "information roadway" will give us an impact of new PC based assignments and administrations, yet the unusualness of this new condition will ask for another style of human-PC association, where the PC transforms into a sharp, dynamic and customized partner. Interface administrators are PC programs that use Artificial Intelligence frameworks to give dynamic help to a customer with PC based errands. Operators drastically change the present client encounter, through the similitude that a specialist can go about as an individual collaborator. The operator procures its capability by gaining from the client and from specialists helping different clients. A couple of model administrators have been gathered using this methodology, including authorities that give customized help with meeting planning, electronic mail taking care of, Smart Personal Assistant and choice of diversion. Operators help clients in a scope of various ways: they perform assignments for the client's sake; they can prepare or educate the client, they enable diverse clients to work together and they screen occasions and methods.

시뮬레이션 모형을 통한 관광정보서비스 효과 분석 (Analysis of Tour Information Services using Agent-based Simulation)

  • 본 연구에서는 개별 관광객을 Simulation하는 모형을 개발하고. 이를 이용해 첨단 관광정보시스템 하에서의 여행객의 관광지 선택행태 변화와 관광 수요 패턴의 변화를 분석하였다. 관광객의 여행계획 목적함수는 기대효용 최대화로 가정하였고, 교통망에서 순차적 방문 계획 해를 얻기 위해 Traveling Salesman Problem(TSP)을 이용하였다. 단 관광객들의 경우 하루 동안 주어진 여행시간과 여행예산의 제약이 존재하기 때문에, 제약이 존재하는 TSP. 즉 Prize-Collecting TSP를 이용하였으며, 하루 이상 관광지에 체류하는 관광객들의 여행계획 문제를 풀기위해 Prize-Collecting Multiple-Day TTaveling Salesman Problem(PC MD TSP)을 개발하였다 관광 정보의 형태는 사전정보, Oft-line 정보. On-line 정보로 구분하여, 전체 관광객들을 이용 가능한 정보 형태에 따라 3가지 계층으로 구분하였으며. Simulation을 통해 각 관광지의 관광객을 계산하였다. 개발된 모형을 통해 Ubiquitous 환경에서의 On-line 정보가 관광객들뿐만 아니라 관광지에도 수요증가에 따른 운영 이익 증대를 가져다 줄 수 있음을 확인하였다.

진단검사의학을 위한 세균동정 쿼리시스템의 구현 (Implementation of Microbial Identification Query System for Laboratory Medicine)

  • 세균검사실의 검사업무는 균종 및 검사종류가 다양하고 최소시간에 검사결과를 도출해야 하므로 업무내용이 복잡하다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 에이전트를 이용하여 세균검사에 스케줄링 시스템을 구현하였고, 스케줄링을 관리하는 워크플로우 관리 시스템을 도입하였다. 스케줄링 체크를 위한 쿼리들은 조회가 가능하도록 궈리 시스템을 구현하였다. 그리고 세균검사의 중간 리포트나 결과리포트를 자동으로 보고할 수 있게 하였다. 구현된 스케줄링 시스템은 자원의 낭비나 부족을 파악하고 효율적인 자원할당 및 관리를 할 수 있었다. 궈리 시스템은 스케줄링 체크와 세균검사의 진척상황을 짧은 응답시간에 조회할 수 있었구 리포트의 자동보고 및 근거리나 원거리에서의 조회가 가능하고, 확인과정으로 인한 검사업무의 지연이나 방해요소를 줄일 수 있었다. 또한 검사기기의 오류나 배지, 시약의 부족 등 예측치 못한 예외사항에 대해 검사의뢰자가 확인할 수 있기 때문에 예외사항으로 발생할 수 있는 인간관계의 갈등 요소를 해결할 수 있었고, 작업진행의 효율화를 기대할 수 있었다.

사출성형 공정에서의 통합정비방법에 관한 연구 (An Integrated Maintenance in Injection Molding Processes)

  • Recently as the manufacturers want competitiveness in dynamically changing environment, they are trying a lot of efforts to be efficient with their production systems, which may be achieved by diminishing unplanned operation stops. The operation stops and maintenance cost are known to be significantly decreased by adopting proper maintenance strategy. Therefore, the manufacturers were more getting interested in scheduling of exact maintenance scheduling to keep smooth operation and prevent unexpected stops. In this paper, we proposedan integrated maintenance approach in injection molding manufacturing line. It consists of predictive and preventive maintenance approach. The predictive maintenance uses the statistical process control technique with the real-time data and the preventive maintenance is based on the checking period of machine components or equipment. For the predictive maintenance approach, firstly, we identified components or equipment that are required maintenance, and then machine parameters that are related with the identified components or equipment. Second, we performed regression analysis to select the machine parameters that affect the quality of the manufactured products and are significant to the quality of the products. By this analysis, we can exclude the insignificant parameters from monitoring parameters and focus on the significant parameters. Third, we developed the statistical prediction models for the selected machine parameters. Current models include regression, exponential smoothing and so on. We used these models to decide abnormal patternand to schedule maintenance. Finally, for other components or equipment which is not covered by predictive approach, we adoptedpreventive maintenance approach. To show feasibility we developed an integrated maintenance support system in LabView Watchdog Agent and SQL Server environment and validated our proposed methodology with experimental data.

최적 공급사슬 구성을 위한 에이전트 협상방법론 개발 (Optimal Supply Chain formation using Agent Negotiation in SET Model based Make-To-Order)

  • 본 연구는 최적의 공급사슬을 구성하기 위해 다수의 주문을 다수의 참여자에게 할당하기 위한 방법으로 에이전트 협상을 이용하였다. 본 에이전트 협상은 투명한 정보공유를 바탕으로 참여자간의 전략적 협력관계를 형성하기 위한 조정 메커니즘을 제공하고 있으며, 모든 참여자(주문자, 제조자, 공급자)가 자신의 이득을 달성하고, 공급사슬 전체 관점에서도 파레토 최적해가 달성됨을 보여주고 있다. SET 모델기반의 스케줄링에서 지연생산비용과 조기생산비용이 발생되고, 경쟁적 관계에 놓인 다수의 참여자를 고려하였다. 이러한 동적공급사슬 환경에서 에이전트 협상의 결과가 파레토 최적해임을 증명하고, 성능을 검증하기 위해 수리적 모형을 수립하고, 휴리스틱 방법론과 비교하는 실험을 진행하였다.

E-Net을 이용한 Heterarchical SFCS 실행 모듈 개발 (Development of Heterarchical SFCS Execution Module using E-Net)

  • A shop floor control system(SFCS) performs the production activities required to fill orders. In order to effectively control these activities, the autonomous agent-based heterarchical shop floor control architecture is adopted where a supervisor does not exist. In this paper, we define functional perspective of the heterarchical shop floor control using planning, scheduling, and execution modules. In particular, we focus on an execution module that can coordinate the planning and scheduling modules and a general execution module that easily can be modified to execute the other equipment. The execution module can be defined informally as a module that downloads and performs a set of scheduled tasks. The execution module is also responsible for identifying and resolving various errors whether they come from hardware or software. The purpose of this research is to identify all the execution activities and solving techniques under the assumptions of the heterarchical control architecture. And we model the execution module in object-oriented modelling technique for generalization. The execution module modeled in object-oriented concept can be adopted to the other execution module easily. This paper also proposes a classification scheme for execution activities of the heterarchical control architecture. Petri-nets are used as a unified framework for modeling and controlling execution activities. For solving the nonexistence of a supervisor, a negotiation-based solution technique is utilized.

Heterarchical SFCS 를 위한 가공기계의 Planner 모듈 개발 (Development of a planner of processing equipments for heterarchical SFCS)

  • A common control model used to implement computer integrated manufacturing(CIM) is based on the hierarchical decomposition of the shop floor activities, in which supervisory controllers are responsible for all the interactions among subordinates. Although the hierarchical control philosophy provides for easy understanding of complex systems, an emerging manufacturing paradigm, agile manufacturing, requires a new control structure necessary to accommodate the rapid development of a shop floor controller. This is what is called autonomous agent-based heterarchical control. As computing resources and communication network on the shop floor become increasingly intelligent and powerful, the new control architecture is about to come true in a modern CIM system. In this paper, heterarchical control is adopted and investigated, in which a controller for a unit of device performs three main functions - planning, scheduling and execution. Attention is paid to the planning function and all the detailed planning activities for heterarchical shop floor control are identified. Interactions with other functions are also addressed. In general, planning determines tasks to be scheduled in the future. In other words, planning analyzes process plans and transforms process plans into detailed plans adequate for shop floor control. Planning is also responsible for updating a process plan and identifying/resolving replanning activities whether they come from scheduling or execution.
