간결함과 명료함을 위한 디스플레이 채도에 따른 밝기의 시각적 특성 연구 (Visual characteristics of brightness according to display saturation for conciseness and clarity)

  • 색채는 크게 세 가지 속성인 색상, 명도, 채도로 구성되어 있으나 색채를 시감적으로 인지하는데 있어서 각 속성을 구분하여 독립적으로 인지하지 않는다. 채도와 밝기 관련 기존 선행된 연구들은 채도 속성의 순도 정도에 따라 밝기 속성이 다르게 느껴진다는 결과를 유의미하게 얻을 수 있었으나 정신물리학적 실험 대부분이 감산 혼합을 활용한 사례이기에 디스플레이 기반의 색채 인지 기초 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 자체 발광 시스템을 보유한 디스플레이 기반에서 채도와 밝기 관련 시각적 특성을 알아보고자 정신물리학적 실험을 진행하고 이를 분석하였다. 가산 혼합 형태의 디스플레이에서 일정한 밝기를 선정한 후 주요 색상의 채도를 조정하여 실험을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 진행된 실험 결과를 분석하여 감산 혼합과 동일한 결과가 산출되는지 알아보고 색채 인지 특성에 대한 연구 자료로써 유의미 여부를 정의한 후 향후 연구방향을 제시한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 다입출력 불확실 선형 플랜트를 위한 포화함수에 의한 연속 슬라이딩 면 변환 가변 구조 시스템이 주어진다. 이론적으로 불연속 슬라이딩 면 변환 가변구조 시스템을 제안한다. 사전에 결정된 슬라이딩 면 위에 슬라이딩 모드의 다입출력 존재 조건과 함께 페루프 지수 안정성에 대해 검토한다. 실제 응용을 위하여 포화 함수에 의하여 불연속 가변구조 시스템의 연속 근사화를 이룬다. 실제적인 관점에서 가변 구조 시스템의 내부 특성인 제어입력의 불연속성을 많이 개선한다, 설계 예와 시뮬레이션 연구를 통하여 제안된 연속 변환 가변구조 시스템 제어기의 유용성을 입증한다.

PDP 형광체의 진공 자외선 조사에 따른 열화 특성 (Degradation of PDP Phosphors Under VUV Excitation)

  • $(Y,Gd)BO_3$: Eu, $Zn_2$$SiO_4$ : Mn and $BaMgAl_{10}$ $O_{17}$ : Eu phosphors used in PDP were continuously irradiated by vacuum ultra violet generated from the penning gas (96%Ar+4%Xe) discharge and then the change of emitting intensity with time was investigated. The brightness of these phosphors decreased exponentially with VUV excitation time. The experimental data showed that the degradation rate increased in the order of $Zn_2$$SiO_4$ : Mn>(Y,Gd)$BO_3$: Eu>$BaMgAl_{10}$ $O_{17}$ : Eu phosphor. This different degradation property of phosphors was interpreted in terms of brightness saturation and stability against VUV irradiation. It was found that the degradation property of $(Y,Gd)BO_3$ : Eu red phosphor synthesized by ultrasonic thermal spray was superior to commercial phosphor.

Application of Procedures to Calculate Thermodynamic Properties of Carbon Dioxide, HFC-134a and HCFC-22

  • Systematic methods to calculate thermodynamic properties of carbon dioxide, HFC-134a and HCFC-22 are presented. First, application of a basic method to identify the saturation state with given temperature or pressure is attempted and the feasibility of auxil­iary equations is tested. Next, detailed procedures are suggested to tell a phase when tem­perature/pressure and another property are specified. Finally the Newton-Raphson method is applied to calculate unknown thermodynamic properties fixing the state with the two inde­pendent properties specified. The procedures described here are utilized to develop a computer program, which is used to find the relation between temperature and pressure with maximum isobaric heat capacity for super-critical carbon dioxide.

  • 관입시험은 한정된 범위에서 1차원적 정보를 얻을 수 있으나, N치는 다양한 지반설계정수와 실험적으로 연관되어 있다. 탄성파를 이용한 비파괴 검사는 역산 과정을 통해 비용 및 시간에 효율적으로 2차원 및 3차원 물성에 대한 지도를 얻을 수 있으며, N치와 탄성파 속도는 간극비, 포화도, 유효응력 등에 의해 좌우된다. 따라서 N치와 탄성파 속도간의 경험적 관계들이 제안되어 왔다. 본 연구는 다양한 간극비와 포화도를 갖는 주문진사에 대해 정지토압조건에서 탄성파를 실험적으로 측정하였다. 그 결과 하중 조건이 간극비 및 포화도에 비하여 가장 영향을 주는 요소로 나타났으며, 간극비와 포화도는 응력-속도 관계의 경향에 영향을 주었다. 각 영향인자간의 관계를 다중회귀분석을 통해 상관식으로 나타내었다.

동화 속 악녀 의상의 색채와 이미지 분석 (An Analysis of a Wicked Women Costume Colors and Images in a Fairy Tale)

  • This study aims to analysis the costume colors and images of wicked women in fairy tale. For the most costume applied to the relationship between color kind, brightness, and saturation. so, this study investigated the costume colors put on by wicked women in fairy tales and analysed and interpreted them by inputting data. First, mostly the costume colors applied to transfer the image of wicked women were dark blue, red, violet, bluish green, green, and purple. Second, the colors feeling cool and cold such as dark blue, bluish green, green, and blue were applied more frequently than the colors feeling warm and mild. Third, the deep and dark color tones with low brightness and low saturation affected by the mixture ratio of black were applied frequently for the use of wicked woman colors. Fourth, the colors mentioned above have the meaning of men, powerful, authority, cruel, angry, brutal, mysterious, and evil, that have the property of attacking and strong wicked women. They were expressed by the costume put on by wicked women.

Co1-xPdx 합금의 Pd함량과 스퍼터 기판온도에 따른 자기적 특성 변화 (Influence of Pd Contents and Substrate Temperature on the Magnetic Property in Co1-xPdx Films)

  • Co-Pd alloy thin films prepared by a DC-sputter that have self-organized nano structure(SONS), are promising for high-density information storage media in information era. We prepared the samples by varying Pd contents of 0~8.1 wt% at the substrate temperatures of room temperature (RT) and 200 $^{\circ}C$, respectively Microstructure and Pd contents of the Co$_{1-x}$ Pd$_{x}$ films are probed by a scanning electron microscope (SEM), a transmission electron microscope (TEM) and an energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). We also investigated the saturation magnetization (Ms), remanence and coercivity of the Co$_{1-x}$ Pd$_{x}$ films. Surface roughness are measured by an atomic force microscope (AFM). We revealed that self-organized nano size Co-enriched phase and Pd-enriched phase existed with Pd contents at the substrate temperatures of RT and 20$0^{\circ}C$ through microstructure characterization. SONS helped to keep the saturation magnetization and enhance the perpendicular anisotropy with Pd contents. Out result implies that we may tune the perpendicular magnetic properties with keeping the saturation magnetization by varying substrate temperatures and Pd contents for high density magnetic recording.rding.

증착 Power의 세기와 시간에 따른 Fe-N 박막의 구조와 자성 특성 (A Study on Structure and Magnetic Properties of Fe-N Thin Films with Different DC Magnetron Sputtering Power and Time)

  • Due to the high saturation magnetization (~2.4 T), $Fe_{16}N_2$ is interesting for the thin film application such as an actuator, data record storage and sensor etc. In this study, Fe-N thin films were deposited on Si(001) substrate with various power and deposition time by DC magnetron sputtering, in order to get high portion of $Fe_{16}N_2$ phase. Surface morphology, phase formation and magnetic properties were measured. As a result, Saturation magnetization and Remanence magnetization reach to ~2.45 T and 1.41T. But, Coercivity was not enough in this experiments. Its value lower than 100 Oe. Which is very close to theoretical value.

Analysis of Phase Separation by Thermal Aging in Duplex Stainless Steels by Magnetic Methods

  • The phase separation in ferrite phase of duplex stainless steel is the primary cause of thermal aging embrittlement of the LWR primary pressure boundary components. In this study the phase separation of simulated duplex stainless steel was detected by Mossbauer spectroscopy and magnetic property analysis by VSM(Vibrating Specimen Magnetometer). The simulated duplex stainless steels, Fe-Cr binary, Fe-Cr-Ni ternary, and Fe-Cr-Ni-Si quarternary allots, were aged at 370 and 40$0^{\circ}C$ up to 5,340 hours. It was observed from Mossbauer spectra analysis that internal magnetic field increases with aging time and from VSM that the specific saturation magnetization and Curie temperature increase with aging time. These result are indicative that phase separation into Fe-rich region and Cr-rich region is caused by thermal aging in the temperature range of 370~40$0^{\circ}C$ In cases of specimens containing Ni, the increase of specific saturation magnetization is much higher. This implies that Ni seems to promote Fe-Cr interdiffusion, which accelerates the phase separation into Fe-rich $\alpha$ phase and Cr-rich $\alpha$' phase.
