물리치료학과 대학생의 전공 교육과 직업가치 인식의 상관성 연구 (A Study on the Correlation between Major Education and Occupational Value Perception of Physical Therapy College Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 물리치료학과 학생들의 전공 교육 만족도와 물리치료사의 직업가치 인식을 알아보고 물리치료 전공 대학생의 진로지도에 활용할 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구는 설문조사를 통해 진행되었으며, 설문 내용은 일반적인 특성, 물리치료학과 진학 동기, 전공 교육 만족도, 물리치료사의 직업가치 인식, 물리치료사란 직업의 사회적 가치 인식 등에 관련된 문항으로 구성된다. 설문은 온라인을 통해 진행되었으며, 통계분석은 spss ver 28.0 프로그램의 빈도분석, 상관계수분석, 카이제곱 검정을 이용하였다. 연구 결과 성별과 학년에 따른 전공 교육 만족도는 각 유의확률 .368, .685로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 성별에 따른 본인이 생각하는 직업가치 인식은 유의확률 .032로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 학년에 따른 유의확률은 .463로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 성별과 학년에 따른 사회적 직업 인식은 각 유의확률 .483, .077로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 전공 교육 만족도에 따른 물리치료사의 직업가치 인식 수준을 상관 분석한 결과 상관계수 .483로 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 결론적으로 물리치료학과 전공 대학생들의 전공 교육에 대한 만족도가 높은 것과 물리치료사에 대한 직업 가치인식 수준이 높은 것은 상당한 연관성이 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 물리치료학과 전공 대학생의 진로지도에 활용할 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

전남 동부지역 물리치료사의 근무환경 및 직무 만족도 조사연구 (The Study Work Conditions and Job Satisfaction of Physical Therapist in Jeonnam East area)

  • The purpose of this study was to research the work condition and the degree of job satisfaction of the physical therapist in Jeonnam East area. This study consisted of 120 physical therapists who were working in hospital located in Jeonnam East area from May, 19 to June 16, 2004. The data for analysis were collected by questionnaire survey. The major statistical methods used for the analysis were factor analysis, $x^2-test$, multiple regression analysis. The summarized result are as follows; 1. As for the general characteristics of the surveyed physical therapists was male 61($50.83\%$) and female 59($49.16\%$), majority was 26-30 in age. Most of the respondent worked in local clinics($62.5\%$). Also most of the respondent educated college graduation($68\%$). While the service period less than 12 months accounted for $41.7\%$. 2. The average marks by their job satisfaction factors indicated $56.7\%$ for duty importance, the relation with the patient accounted for $53.3\%$, the mending education for $18.3\%$, the equipment & institution for $20.9\%$. The average job satisfaction score was 3.04. 3. The comparative analysis of job satisfaction and general characteristics among different characteristics of the respondents revealed that there was significant difference between male and female, between 31-40years and 41years or more in ability knowledge & technique satisfaction. 4. The comparative analysis of job satisfaction and work conditions among different characteristics of the respondents revealed that there was significant difference between local clinics and hospital, between yosu&goheung and beolgyo in the mending education satisfaction. 5. Contributing factors for the job satisfaction in Physical therapist were welfare system, the relation with the patient, the service time per patient, mending education, the number of the patient.

보건소 물리치료사의 직무만족도에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on the Job Satisfaction of Physical Therapist's at Public Health Center)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting physical therapist's job satisfaction at public health center. The data were collected from May 10 to 12, 2002 and 117 valid questionnaires were obtained and analyzed. They were analyzed by the percent, frequency, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficiency. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The average marks by their job satisfaction factors indicated 3.56 for identity guarantee, 3.20 for administration, 2.78 for duty volume, 2.53 for relation with colleague. 2. There was statistically a difference of the education degree in relation with colleague. 3. There were statistically a difference of the age, total career, grade in rank, the number of colleague in identity guarantee. 4. No statistical significance were observed with the factors of incumbent satisfaction, duty volume, flexibility at work, administration.

  • This research paper looks into the interrelationships between physical self-perception, performance confidence, physical self-efficacy, dance flow and dance performance satisfaction with dance major students as the central figure. It also looks into the needs of dance majors, and in order to understand the accomplishment in dance and performance satisfaction, studies were carried out on 313 dance major students. According to this research, firstly, in the difference from physical self-perception according to general characteristics, specialists that major in dance have perception about one's body when specialists have a longer dancing time and experience. In the relationship between dancing experience and self-efficacy it could be seen that self-efficacy is postirely comelated with dancing experience. Also, in dance performance satisfaction, the more experience or time one encounters dance the higher the satisfaction. Secondly, when looking at the effect physical self-perception has on performance, confidence and self-efficacy, among the lower factors of physical self-perception, sports competence, condition and fitness have notable amount of effect on performance confidence. Thirdly, when looking at the effect on physical self-perception and self-efficacy, sports competence and condition have a certain amount of influence on body competence. Also sports competence, condition and fitness have some influence on physical confidence. Fourth, when looking at the influence of performance confidence and self-efficacy on dance flow, performance confidence, body competence and physical attraction have some effect on behavioral devotion. Lastry looking at the influence dance flow has on dance performance satisfaction, only behavioral devotion has much influence on dance performance satisfaction.

  • Purpose: According to previous studies, customer experience had a significant effect on consumer behaviors. In this perspective, this study investigates the structural relationship among customer experience, resort use satisfaction, and customer behavioral intentions, with focus on the mediating role of resort use satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology: Data collected from 361 individuals who had experienced the resort service were analyzed using SPSS 29.0 and AMOS 29.0, involving frequency analysis, HTMT, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model testing. Result: Firstly, cognitive, and relational experiences had significant effect on resort use satisfaction. Secondly, resort use satisfaction had significant effect on customer behavioral intentions. Thirdly, resort use satisfaction had partial mediating effects in the relationship between customer experiences and customer behavioral intentions. Conclusion: This study academically confirmed the empirical link between customer experience and consumer behaviors. From a practical standpoint, it suggests the necessity of marketing activities that enhance customers' perception of their experiences, as well as resort use satisfaction and customer behavioral intentions, through systematic CS education and management of the physical environment.

국립병원 간호사의 직무만족과 관련요인 연구 (A Study of Job Satisfaction and Related Factors of the National Hospital Nurses)

  • By this time, a few of previous studies of factors related to separation from their jobs and job satisfaction only have dealt with the separation rate. the cause of separation and related factors that induce job satisfaction and incentive factors, the actualities of morale some suggestions for reduction of the separation rate. This study is attempted to determine factors that have effect on job satisfaction of national hospital nurses. and to proide information and materials for the development of the administration of nursing through the appreciation of factors influencing on job satisfaction between isolated ward nurses and general ward nurses working at national hospitals. 185 nurses of national hospitals responsed th this study, and were divided into two groups. Group 1: 57 nurses working at isolated wards for tuberculosis patients and Group 2 : 128 nurses at general wards. Relevant data were collected from August, 5, 1992 through August 20, 1992. The questionnaire consisted of 8 genalized items and 4 items concerning job satisfaction. The collected data were processed with SPSS, and the relationship among vaviables was analyzed by means of $X^2-test$, Pearson Correlation, Multiple Regression. The results of this study are as follows: 1. There is no significant difference between two groups in terms of generalized items. Age distributions show $44.3\%$ under the category of less than 34. and $55.7\%$ under the category more than 35, $19.3%$ was single and $74.6\%$ was married respectively. 2. $79.4\%$ of the nurses have the desire to have in-service education under the satisfactory physical environments such as welfare system, accommodating structures and facilities, instruments or management systems of the hospital, but under the category of unsatisfactory circumstances, $60.3\%$ have the intention of having in- service education. The concern in terms of in-service education shows statistically significant difference between two groups $(X^2=8.85,\;p<0. 05)$. This result accepts the hypothesis that good physical environments could intensify interests in service education. 3. The extent of satisfaction related to psychological environments is heightend according to good physical environments. In result, the hypothesis that the extent of satisfaction in terms of physical environments could raise satisfaction about psychological environment is accepted. 4. In the light of the extent of satisfaction about physical environments, $33.3\%$ of isolated ward nurses are satisfied with physical environments, but only $11.7\%$ of general ward nurses are satisfied. $(X^2=10.88,\; p<0.01)$. This result shows that the satisfaction degree about phusicalenvironments of isolated war nurses was higher than that of general ward nurses in spite of high physical and psychological risks due to exposure to infection. Consequently. the hypothesis was rejected that the satisfaction degree about physical environments would be lower in isolated ward nurses than in general ward nurses. 5. The fact that $87.7%$ of isolated ward nurses took interest in service education and $53.19\%$ of general ward nurses took interest in service education demonstrats that isolated ward nurse have more interest in service education than gerneral ward nurses. The result shows that the hypothesis is accepted that isolated ward nurses would have mor interests in service education than general ward nurses. 6. In the extent of satisfaction about physical environments such as morale human relationship promotion, there is no significant difference between two groups in terms of statistics. The hypothesis is rejected that satisfaction about psychologic environments would be high in isolated ward nurses than in general ward nurses. In conclusion. factors influencing on job satisfaction are considered to have effect on. another, and also interdisciplinary amelioration of factors accompanied with systematic inter cooperative investigation is necessary.

뇌성마비아동 보호자의 삶의 질 측정과 물리치료 서비스의 만족도 조사 (Satisfaction of Utilization of Physical Therapy and Quality of Life for Caregivers of Cerebral Palsy Children)

  • Purpose: This study evaluated of quality of life (QOL) and physical therapy satisfaction (PTS) in caregivers of cerebral palsy children. Methods: Eighty six caregivers in Gwang-ju were examined. The caregivers' QOL was assessed through self-reports using the WHO Quality of Life-BREF (WHOQOL-BREF), and the data was analyzed separately for each of its 5 domains. Physical therapy satisfaction was assessed using a self-reported questionnaire and the data was analyzed separately for the 2 domains. The results were processed by the mean and standard deviation and then verified by ANOVA and a t-test to determine the significant differences in the QOL and PTS. The factors affecting the QOL were processed by logistic regression. Results: Life environment domain of the QOL across the caregivers factors showed a statistically significant difference in age at natal, monthly income and education. The birth order in the cerebral palsy child factor showed a significant difference in the general, physical and emotional domain of the QOL. The PTS showed a significant difference in the delivery of therapy domain and in the birth order and walking condition of the environment domain. Caregivers education was found to be associated independently with the life environment domain of QOL. Conclusion: Because the QOL of caregivers is an important treatment goal for children with cerebral palsy, early family intervention should be considered.

손자녀를 돌보는 조모의 신체 건강 및 여가 활동 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Physical Health Satisfaction and Leisure Activity Satisfaction of a Grandchild Caregiving Grandmother)

  • 본 연구는 돌봄 관련 변수가 손자녀를 돌보는 조모의 신체 건강 만족도와 여가 활동 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시되었다. 손자녀를 돌보는 조모 141명을 대상으로 수집된 자료는 기술 통계와 Pearson의 적률상관계수, 위계적 중다회귀로 분석되었다. 연구 결과, 신체 건강 만족도에는 조모의 교육 수준과 월 가계 총 소득, 돌보는 손자녀 수, 성인 자녀와의 돌봄 갈등여부가 영향 변수였다. 즉, 교육 수준이 높을수록, 월 가계 총 소득이 높을수록, 돌보는 손자녀의 수가 많을수록, 성인 자녀와 돌봄 갈등이 없는 경우, 조모의 신체 건강 만족도가 높았다. 여가 활동 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수로는 조모의 교육 수준과 성인 자녀와의 돌봄 갈등 여부가 포함되어, 조모의 교육 수준이 높을수록, 자녀와의 돌봄 갈등이 없을 때, 이들의 여가 활동 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 함의를 논하였고 정책적, 실천적 측면에서 제언하였다.

영양교육, 급식 만족도, 잔반, 정신적.신체적 건강에 관한 자각증상간의 관련성 - 대전지역 일부 초등학생을 중심으로 - (The Interrelations among Nutrition Education, Satisfaction with School Lunch, School Lunch Leftovers and Self-rated Mental or Physical Health - The Elementary School Children in Daejeon Area -)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the interrelations among current status of nutrition education, satisfaction with school lunch, school lunch leftovers and self-rated mental or physical health in order to find out the effective method of nutrition education. For this, a questionnaire survey of 623 primary school 5th and 6th-graders in Daejeon area was carried out. The eating places were classrooms (41.1%) and restaurants (58.9%). A 59.2% of students have received nutrition education and the opportunity of receiving nutrition education was more in 5th-graders than in 6thgraders (p < 0.001). The score of nutrition knowledge was $9.4\;{\pm}\;2.8$ out of 15. When the score of nutrition knowledge was higher, the practical use of nutrition knowledge was higher (r = 0.134, p < 0.01); the score of school lunch leftovers were less (r = -0.116, p < 0.01); and the score of self-rated mental health was more positive (r = 0.198, p < 0.01). The practical use of nutrition knowledge was $2.9\;{\pm}\;1.1$ out of 5. When the practical use of nutrition knowledge was higher, satisfaction with school lunch was higher (r = 0.105, p < 0.01); school lunch leftovers were less (r = -0.103, p < 0.01); the score of self-rated positive mental health was higher (r = 0.293, p < 0.01); and the scores of self-rated negative mental health (r = -0.119, p < 0.05) and physical health (r = -0.126, p < 0.01) were lower, thus rating their health more positively. The score of satisfaction with school lunch was $3.4\;{\pm}\;1.0$ out of 5. When the satisfaction with school lunch was higher, the score of school lunch leftovers was less (r = -0.216, p < 0.01); the score of self-rated positive mental health was higher (r = 0.147, p < 0.01); and the score of self-rated negative health was lower (r = -0.121, p < 0.01). The score of school lunch leftovers was $2.9\;{\pm}\;1.4$ out of 5. When the school lunch leftovers were less, self-rated positive mental health was significantly higher (r = -0.146, p < 0.01); and the scores of self-rated negative mental health (r = 0.135, p < 0.01) and physical health (r = 0.223, p < 0.01) were significantly lower, thus presenting positive health. Therefore, in order to maintain positive health condition, it is necessary to carry out nutrition education, which is able to raise the nutrition knowledge and practical use of nutrition knowledge, school lunch satisfaction and to reduce the school lunch leftovers.

초등학교 물리적 환경에 대한 교사의 인식 고찰 (A Study on the Teachers' Perception on the Physical environment of Elementary School)

  • In general, teachers' perceptions on the physical environment of elementary school are related on the quality of education and school life. But, we don't have study what teachers think of their enviroment of school. This study analyzed elementary school teachers' satisfaction with overall physical environment and their assessment of spaces with specific functions in order to understand teachers' perception of the physical environment of elementary schools. A survey questionnaire was administered to 982 homeroom teachers working at 67 elementary schools located in Seoul and Busan. Teachers' satisfaction with physical environment of school and their assessment were analyzed comparatively according to the teachers' personal attributes and school conditions. 1) Most of the surveyed teachers were satisfied with overall physical environment of the school, and assessed high the substantiality of functional spaces indoor and outdoor. By sub-factor, however, their satisfaction with work environment was lower than that with education and living environment. 2) The teachers perceived that the optimal number of classes was 30~36, and this is probably because they were relatively accustomed to large scale schools. 3) As might be expected, negative assessments were more frequent among teachers working at a large-scale school, an old school, or a school with small outdoor spaces. The results of this study show that, though partially different according to region, gender, teaching experience and school condition, teachers' satisfaction with school environment was relatively high. This suggests that elementary school teachers perceive their current school environment positively. Because they are accustomed to traditional education methods that have been maintained.
