The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the autonomy of dental hygiene students after clinical practice and their satisfaction with the clinical practice in an effort to determine how to manage courses in need of practice and how to provide education and guidance on clinical practice. A survey was conducted on the students in a three-year college in Gyeonggi Province, and the data from 295 respondents were analyzed. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. As for autonomy, the subjects got a mean of 3.60 in respect for others, and 3.40 in respect for themselves. 2. In regard to satisfaction with clinical practice, they gave the highest score of 3.58 to the content of the clinical practice, and they gave the lowest score of 3.09 to practice hours. 3. They gave higher scores to autonomy of clinical practice when their awareness of dental hygienist at the time of college admission and after experiencing the clinical practice was better and when they were more satisfied with their major. 4. They gave the highest scores to satisfaction with the clinical practice when they voluntarily chose the department of dental hygiene in terms of motivation for major selection, when their awareness of dental hygiene at the time of college admission and after experiencing the clinical practice was better and when they were more satisfied with their major. 5. The students who gave higher scores to autonomy of the clinical practice were more satisfied with the practice.

Purpose : This study was investigation of satisfaction in clinical practice of students in a college. Methods : 250 students were participated in this study for 8 weeks though getting results of clinical practice from 1, 2, 3 clinic hospitals. Results : This was for knowing about achievement, It could figure out the increasing achievement the higher satisfaction with education and environment for clinical practice of physical therapy. As a result, whole satisfactions for environment and course or education in clinical practice was higher. Conclusion : This research was not too much higher satisfaction on participated students in clinical practice. So, it needs to suggest to more study for increasing satisfaction on clinical practice.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the influencing factors on attitude, satisfaction and stress in clinical practice in dental hygiene students. Methods : The subjects were 304 dental hygiene students living in Suwon. The data were collected from 2012 to 2013 by a self-reported questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS. Results : Clinical practice showed good results in attitude, satisfaction and stress than that in the classroom. Satisfaction in the classroom practice was proportional to clinical practice. The contents, learning management system, and the assessment tool in the classroom influenced on the dental clinical practice. As the dental clinic practice became stressful, the students tended to have negative feelings for the practice. Conclusions : In order to provide the best clinical practice contents to the dental hygiene students, it is important to prepare the best combination of the contents, learning management system, and the assessment tool in the classroom.

This study examined the satisfaction of clinical laboratory science students practiced in clinical practice. In addition, the satisfaction of clinical practice and the satisfaction of the clinical practicum affecting the major satisfaction were investigated. From February 20, 2019 to March 10, 2019, a questionnaire survey was conducted on clinical laboratory science students who performed clinical practice in eight weeks of 2018. A total of 344 people were selected for the final analysis data. The questionnaire was comprised of 46 items, which consisted of three items of the general characteristics and 43 items of the clinical practice satisfaction. The satisfaction level of the clinical practice evaluation part was lowest in average 3.88 points. Male students were more satisfied with clinical practice than female students. The satisfaction level was higher in the group with more than the average degree of satisfaction than the group with less than the average. The factors that affect the satisfaction of clinical practice and the degree of satisfaction with majors are the satisfaction with the clinical practice time and satisfaction with interpersonal relationships.

The objective of this study is to find out the factors affecting the satisfaction of the students at the department of radiotechnology of health college for their clinical practice and provide the basic data necessary for the better planning of the curriculum for the clinical practice. The questions were distributed to and collected from 227 junior college students in Seoul and Kyeonggido from January to february, 2004. All statistical analyses were carried out using SPSS/PC+. The general characteristics of students and the current clinical practice conditions were presented in real numbers and percentages. The responding scores for the degree of satisfaction vary from 1 to 5, where is the worst score and 5 the best. The degree of satisfaction for clinical practice was presented as the average score and the standard deviation for each item shown. 1.The degree of satisfaction for the clinical practice was assessed in total eight aspects. and the overall average score was $3.64^{\circ}$. The degree of satisfaction for practice period was scored 3.69, which was higher than the average. Environmental aspect was scored 3.57, suggesting relatively low satisfaction. The degree of satisfaction for parts, evaluation method of clinical practice, education, practice contents, achievement after clinical practice, and personal relationship in practice were presented 3.64, 3.21, 3.37, 4.00, 3.88, and 3.72 respectively. The degree of evaluation method of clinical practice was the lowest among them. 2. The students favored the clinical practice course offered in the second semester of their third year and a total of 8 weeks for the period. 3. The major complaints of the students during the clinical practice were simple works, insufficient rest place and conflict with practice teachers. As mentioned above, the degree of satisfaction for the achievement after clinical practice and item necessary for clinical practice showed relatively high scores. It turns out that the students think of their clinical practice as very positive in answering the questionnaire.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of clinical practice for university students in the physical therapy department. 163 students participated in the study. The subjects completed an online survey that consisted of 36 clinical practice satisfaction questions and 5 questions of general characteristics. The collected data was analyzed by using frequency analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe post hoc analyses with a significant level of 0.05. The students' satisfaction of clinical practice was 3.84 in average on a scale of 5. The students' satisfaction was the highest for the item 'Satisfaction after clinical practice', and the lowest for the item 'Internal conflict in clinical practice' and 'Evaluation of clinical practice'. The students' satisfaction of clinical practice showed significant differences according to the satisfaction of the major (p<.001), however, no significant difference according to gender, grade, training period and practice institution.

Purpose: This study was designed in order to explore the factors affecting the satisfaction of clinical practice among prospective graduates in nursing colleges and attempt to provide the base data for the quality improvement of clinical practice education. Methods: A total of 205 perspective graduates in nursing who have completed the clinical practice at four colleges of nursing located in Gyeonggi-Do and Chungcheongnam-Do participated in the study. Using structured questionnaires, the data was collected between October 10th, 2016 and November 9th, 2016. Results: The average scores for the image of nurses ($3.86{\pm}0.66$), satisfaction of major ($3.85{\pm}0.55$), self-efficacy ($3.44{\pm}0.51$), nursing professionalism ($3.70{\pm}0.47$), and satisfaction of clinical practice ($3.32{\pm}0.56$) were calculated. The satisfaction of clinical practice was in significant statistical correlation with the image of nurses (r=.59, p<.001), major satisfaction (r=.47, p<.001), self-efficacy (r=.21, p<.001), and professional identity (r=.46, p<.001). The significant predictors of the satisfaction of clinical practice included the image of nurses (${\beta}=.48$, p<.001) and nursing professionalism (${\beta}=.19$, p=.008). The regression model resulted in 36.0% satisfaction of clinical practice. Conclusion: Active development and implementation of programs for establishing positive images of nurses and nursing professionalism are needed in order to improve the satisfaction of clinical practice for nursing students.

The purpose of this research is to suggest a new desirable direction to a positive educational program for dental hygeine students, through the analysis of the degrees of observation and performance practice and the student satisfaction. This researched 471 senior dental hygien students from 5 separate universities. SPSS 10.0 for Windows was used to transform the results data analysis into statistics. The students' degree of satisfaction and length of observational/performance practice level were measured. For statistical anlysis the Mean and Standard Deviation were computed and the t-test and ANNOVA were carried out. The significant level of these statistics was a=0.05. 1. 12 weeks practice is the highest in the satisfaction of observation practice was the highest in clinical settings, followed by 16 weeks practice, and 8 weeks practice. 2. 12 weeks practice is the highest in the satisfaction of performance practice, followed by 16 weeks practice, and 8 weeks practice. 3. 8 weeks practice is the highest in the satisfaction of performance practice, followed by 12 weeks practice, and 16 weeks practice. 4. According to the frequency of clinical practice and satisfaction 12 week program of observation/performance practice is the most desirable, followed by 16 weeks practice, and 8 weeks practice.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of awareness toward disabled persons among nursing students and to identify associating factors for their awareness of disabled persons. Method: 410 nursing students completed the survey on the awareness and frequency of contacts toward disabled persons, self-efficacy, and clinical practice satisfaction. Results: The scores in awareness, contact, clinical practice satisfaction was $50.53{\pm}7.53$, $52.41{\pm}10.61$, $79.21{\pm}10.88$ and $67.04{\pm}9.47$, respectively, indicating. Awareness of disabled persons had significant positive correlations with frequency of contact (p<.001), satisfaction with nursing major (p=.045), satisfaction with clinical practice (p<.001) and self-efficacy (p=.029). Conclusion: To improve awareness of disability, we need to improve student's satisfaction with nursing major and clinical practice by modifying the curriculum. Thereby awareness toward disabled and the weak can improve naturally.

Purpose : This study was designed to investigate the satisfaction of clinical practice for in the occupational therapy department and to provide the basic materials for improvement the curriculum of clinical practice. Method : This research period was from May 10. 2012 to May 31. 2012. And the subject of was were belonging to occupational therapy department who finished clinical practice. Results : The research result is as following. As for the satisfaction of the clinical practice, the average point was 3.16 for 5, which was regular satisfaction. The satisfaction of clinical practice content point was 3.47 for 5. In detail, the item of 'clinical practice made us a new experience in relation to curriculum at college' scored 4.01, the highest. By contrast, the internal conflict during the clinical practice scored 2.63. In detail, the answer "I didn't feel sorry for failing this training" scored 2.4, which scored lowest. Conclusions : As the result of this research, students have feel the clinical training is the significant process for being a occupational therapist, and they also have satisfy what they experienced. And we can also tell that some of them have trouble because of the gap between the theory and clinical practice. To improve these problems, students should have confidences by preparing their clinical practice and external voluntary. Furthermore, for better clinical practice, we hope that the study on preparations for clinical practice will continue.
