인터넷교육훈련정도가 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증 연구: 교육효과를 매개변수로 (An Empirical Study on Causal Relationship Between the Degree of Internet Educational Training and Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention: Training Effect as Mediator)

  • 본 연구에서는 경쟁력 있는 기업으로 성장하기 위한 잠재성장 요인으로 기업 내 교육훈련을 통해 직원들의 인적자원개발이 조직성과에 영향을 미치고 있다는 실증적 분석결과를 제시함으로써 기업들의 체계적 교육훈련 등 인적자원개발에 대한 인식의 중요성과 지원강화에 대한 필요성을 제시하는 것이다. 기존의 선행연구들이 교육훈련과 기업성과와의 관계만을 검증한 반면, 본 연구는 인터넷교육의 훈련요소별 학습정도에 따라 기업성과가 달라질 수 있다는 가정 하에 실증분석을 실시하였다. 또한 교육훈련정도와 조직성과에서 직무역량과 조직몰입이 매개효과가 있을 것이라는 기초를 토대로 효과분석을 함께 시행하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인터넷교육훈련정도 중 강좌 수, 수료율은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향이 있다. 둘째, 인터넷교육훈련정도 중 강좌 수는 재무적 직무만족에 부분매개효과가 있다. 셋째, 인터넷교육훈련정도 중 기업교육지원금비중은 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향이 있으며, 기업지원형태는 정(+)의 영향이 있다. 넷째, 통제변수인 결혼유무는 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향이 있으며, 기업규모는 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향이 있다. 본 연구의 시사점은 매개효과로 작용하는 조직몰입은 현실적인 교육계획 및 대안을 통해서 질 높은 교육훈련이 이루어짐으로써 직원들의 조직몰입은 극대화시킬 수 있다는 점이다, 그리고 인터넷교육훈련이라는 학습형태의 고도화작업을 통해서 질적 교육 콘텐츠 개발이 이루어져야 할 필요성이 있다는 부분도 함께 시사하고 있다.

초등 고학년 학생의 인터넷 중독 실태 및 원인 분석 (Analysis on the Current Status and Causes of 5th and 6th Graders' Internet Addiction)

  • 인터넷 이용 인구가 증가하면서 인터넷 중독이 사회적 이슈로 등장하게 되었고, 인터넷 이용 층의 연령이 점차 낮아지면서 인터넷 중독에 대한 우려는 초등학생에게까지 미치게 되었다. 이러한 추세와 비교할 때, 청소년을 대상으로 한 인터넷 중독 관련 연구들은 상당수 이루어졌으나 초등학생을 대상으로 한 연구는 아직 부족한 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구는 충정북도와 대전지역의 초등학교 5, 6학년 학생들을 대상으로 인터넷 중독의 실태를 파악하고, 인터넷 중독의 원인이 되는 요소들을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 조사 대상의 22.9%가 '초기중독자'로 구분되었다. 인터넷 중독과 관계가 있는 요인으로는 성, 학년, 인터넷 하루이용 시간, 인터넷 이용 목적, 부모와의 관계 만족도, 가족간의 대화 시간, 친구 관계, 학교 생활 만족도등이 유의미한 것으로 분석되었다. 한편 인터넷 중독에 영향을 주는 변수들의 상대적 중요성을 알아본 결과, 인터넷 이용 시간, 부모 관계 만족도, 가족 대화 시간 등이 중독에 큰 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

방사선(학)과 학생들의 전공 선택 동기 및 전공 만족도가 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Radiology Department Students' Motivation for Major Selection and Satisfaction on University Life Adjustment)

  • 본 연구는 방사선(학)과 대학생을 대상으로 전공 선택 동기 및 전공 만족도 정도를 파악하고 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 시행되었다. 2021년 6월 20일부터 7월 20일까지 부산, 경남 소재 대학에 재학 중인 1~4학년 학생 308명을 대상으로 하였다. 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사회적 동기 보다 개인적 동기로 전공 선택을 했을 경우 적응을 잘 하는 것으로 나타났으며 전공 만족도의 하부요인 중 일반 만족, 주변 관계 만족 시 대학생활 적응에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 건강한 대학생활 적응을 위해서는 학교, 교수, 학생 사이에 친밀함을 확보할 필요가 있으며 전공 만족도를 높이기 위해 급변하는 교육의 정책변화를 인지하여 학생들에게 다양한 교육을 경험할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 방사선(학)과 학생들의 성공적인 대학생활을 영위할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

간호대학생의 대학생활 적응 영향요인 (Factors Influencing the Adaptation to the College Life of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the degree of undergraduate nursing student adaptation to college life and investigate the factors that influenced that adaptation. Methods: First-year (undergraduate) students attending three nursing colleges were surveyed from November 24 through December 5, 2014; and data from 206 respondents were analyzed. For data analysis, multiple regression analysis was performed using the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Results: The findings showed that age (p=.002), emotional intelligence (p<.001), and self-efficacy (p<.001) were significant variables that influenced first-year undergraduate nursing student adaptation to college life. Undergraduate nursing student adaptation was explained by self-efficacy (${\beta}=.327$, p<.001), emotional intelligence (${\beta}=.222$, p=.001), satisfaction with education in their academic major (${\beta}=-.217$, p<.001), and academic achievement (${\beta}=.136$, p=.018); and, the explanatory power of these variables was 41.2%. Conclusion: To facilitate undergraduate nursing student adaptation to college life prior to clinical practice, developing and apply programs to improve self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, satisfaction with education in their major, and academic achievement is deemed necessary.

일 대학 간호학생의 임상실습 만족도, 실습경험 분석 및 개선방향 제시 -모성간호학 임상실습 중심- (A Study on Satisfaction and Experience of Clinical Practice & Direction for Clinical Education: Focused on Maternity Nursing Practice)

  • The study was intended to investigate the degree of satisfaction and experiences of maternity nursing practice and to examine the relationships between satisfaction and experiences. Data were collected from a college located in Inchon from April 2, 2001 to October 30, 2001. A general characteristics questionnaires, questionnaire for clinical practice satisfaction and maternity nursing clinical checklist were used to measure the satisfaction and experiences of maternity nursing practice. The subject were supposed to record their clinical experience in maternity clinical practice checklist. 153 questionnaires for satisfaction of clinical practice and 178 maternity nursing clinical practice checklists used for analysis. The data were analyzed by SPSS-PC+ program. The results of this study were as follows ; 1) The mean score of satisfaction of clinical practice was 3.34(a perfect score 5) and among the 4 categorial components from the questionnaire of satisfaction the score of 'clinical practice teaching' was high(3.85) and 'clinical practice environment(2.91)' and 'clinical practice contents(2.90)' was relatively low. 2) There was significant value between place of clinical practice and clinical practice satisfaction among 7 clinical practice hospital and the most high score of clinical practice satisfaction is 3.70 and the low score is 2.91(F=7.706, p<.001). The score of delivery room was significantly higher than the OBGY room and there was significant value among the place of clinical practice(DR : F= 6.441, p<.001, OBGY room : F=7.908, p<.001). 3) In delivery room, the frequency of observation are 2.61 day, the frequency of practice are 1.33 day and in OBGY room the frequency of observation are 1.73 day, the frequency of practice are 1.31 day for 2 week of maternity clinical practice and the most frequent practice of maternity nursing care was checking vital sign. 4) There were significant relationships between the ranking score of clinical satisfaction and clinical experiences in maternity nursing practice. Based on the results, it is suggested that the satisfaction of clinical practice was related to environment of clinical practice and it is necessary to improve environment of clinical practice and make a strategies to enhance the quality of maternity clinical experience.

임상간호사의 병원감염관리에 대한 중요성 인지도, 실천정도 및 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Clinical Nurses Level of Perception of Importance, Performance and Satisfaction in the control of Nosocomial Infection.)

  • Hospitals accomodate patients who have a high risk of infection due to reduced immunity as well as people who require surgical, medical or other treatments. Consequently, the role of clinical nurses, who come into close contact with these patients is very important in the control of nosocomial infection. This study was done to investigate and compare the level of perception of the importance of the control of nosocomial infections as well as the level of actual performance, and the level of satisfaction with the control of nosocomial infection by the clinical nurses. Thus, the purpose of this study is to contribute basic data for improving policies and educational programs to control nosocomial infection. A summary of the survey results is as follows. 1) The means of scores on all categories of the inquiry were 4. 51 for awareness 4.42 for actual performance, and 3.20 for satisfaction, of a possible high score of 5.00. 2) Correlations of the level of perception of importance between characteristics of nurses and hospital control of nosocomial infection differed significantly according to the type of hospital establishment type (p=.005), age(p=.000), career(p=.000), position (p=.002), and regular conferences on infection control in working departments(p=.003), Correlation of the level of actual performance between characteristics of nurses and hospital control of nosocomial infection diffesed significantly according to type of hospital(p=.000), hospital size (p=.009), working department(p=.000), age(p=.000), career (p=.000), school career(p=.040), position (p=.000), education experience on nosocomial infection(p=.020), and regular conferences on infection control in working department(p=.000). Correlation of degree of satisfaction between characteristics of nurses and hospital control of nosocomial infection also differed significantly according to the type of hospital establishment (p=.003), working department(p=.000), age (p=.000), and regular conferences on infection control in working department (p=.000). 3) Correlation between clinical nurses, level of perception of importance and actual level of performance for the control of nosocomial infection was relatively positive (r=.57, p=.000). Correlation between clinical nurses degree of satisfaction and level of actual performance for control of nosocomial infection was relatively positive (r=.47, p=.000). Correlation between clinical nurses, level of perception of importance and degree of satisfaction degree with the control of nosocomial infection was also relatively positive (r=.27, p=.000).

대학도서관서비스에 대한 고객만족도 분석 (The Analyses of Customer Satisfaction Index on University Library Service)

  • 본 연구는 대학도서관서비스에 대한 고객만족도를 측정하여 고객 지향의 도서관 운영방안을 마련하려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 서비스의 질 속성 총 55개 문항에 대한 고객의 만족도를 5점 척도로 조사한 결과, 만족도가 가장 높은 것은 대출 반납의 신속성이었고, 그 다음은 연체료처리, 도서관의 위치, 검색시스템의 용이성과 도서관이용교육, 검색속도, 검색 단말기수, 청결 상태의 순 이었다. 반면, 만족도가 가장낮은 것은 불만처리 속도이었고, 그 다음은 프로그램 사용시간, 민원처리 결과와 도서관이용교육의 정례화, 홍보방법, 인터넷이용의 대기시간, 비 소장자료의 이용의 순 이었다. 또한 대학도서관의 고객이 특히 중요시하는 서비스 부문은 서가에서의 자료 획득 가능성, 학습시설, 장서의 적절성 도서대출, 검색시스템 등이었다. 대학도서관에서는 이런 면에 관심을 갖는다면 고객만족을 더욱 높일 수 있을 것이다.

의사와 환자 간 공유된 진료의사결정이 환자만족도에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Shared-Decision Making on Patient Satisfaction)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of shared-decision making on patient satisfaction. The study is significant since it focuses on developing appropriate methodologies and analyzing data to identify patient preferences, with the goals of optimizing treatment selection, and substantiating the relationship between such preferences and their impact on outcomes. Methods: A thorough literature review that developed the framework illustrating key dimensions of shared decision making was followed by a quantitative assessment and regression analysis of patient-perceived satisfaction, and the degree of shared-decision making. Results: A positive association was evident between shared-decision making and patient satisfaction. The impact of shared decision making on patient satisfaction was greater than other variable including gender, education, and number of visits. Conclusions: Patients who participate in care-related decisions and who are given an explanation of their health problems are more likely to be satisfied with their care. It would benefit health care organizations to train their medical professionals in this communication method, and to include it in their practice guidelines.

An Empirical Investigation of Work Life Balance and Satisfaction among the University Academicians

  • University academicians are playing a significant role in nation building and striving hard to impart quality education to students and also instill moral and ethical values in them. The current study aims to determine the relationship between work-life balance (WLB) and satisfaction among academicians. For the study purpose, 154 academicians from different universities with varied designations were selected randomly from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Pareek et al. (2011) constructed and validated a scale to gather responses from respondents with the aim of understanding WLB in relation to satisfaction. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to interpret the results to make the study more authentic and valuable. The study's findings revealed that (i) all facets of WLB have positive relationships with one another, resulting in workplace satisfaction; (ii) the result also reflects that male faculty members have a lot of pressure and responsibility in the universities than the female faculty members which reflect that male are more prone to dissatisfaction in comparison to the dfemale faculty members (iii) the factor personal needs is having the high degree of correlation followed by the social needs. Results indicate that WLB plays a crucial role to provide satisfaction and surely ignite new information in the contemporary knowledge of work life balance among the Saudi Arabian Universities.

A Hybrid Approach Based on Multi-Criteria Satisfaction Analysis (MUSA) and a Network Data Envelopment Analysis (NDEA) to Evaluate Efficiency of Customer Services in Bank Branches

  • A hybrid procedure based on multi-Criteria Satisfaction Analysis (MUSA) and a Network Data Envelopment Analysis (NDEA) is proposed to evaluate the relative efficiency of customer services in bank branches. First, a three-stage process including sub-processes such as customer expectations, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty, is defined to model the banking customer services. Then, fulfillment of customer expectations, customer loyalty level, and the customer satisfaction degree are measured and quantified through a multi-dimensional questionnaire based on customers' perceptions analysis and MUSA method, respectively. The customer services scores and the other criteria such as mean of employee evaluation score, operation costs, assets, deposits, loans, number of accounts are considered in network three-stage DEA model. The proposed NDEA model is formed based on multipliers perspective, output-oriented, and constant return to scale assumptions. The proposed NDEA model quantifies and assesses the total efficiency of main process and assigns the efficiency to customer expectations, customer satisfactions, and customer loyalties sub-processes in bank branches. The whole procedure is applied on 30 bank branches in IRAN. The proposed approach can be used in other organizations such as airports, airline agencies, urban transportation systems, railway organizations, chain stores, chain restaurants, public libraries, and entertainment centers.
