친환경 정비수로에 대한 주민 만족도 평가 (Evaluation of Resident Satisfaction Level on the Environment Friendly Consolidation Canals)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the satisfaction level and to analyze the factors in the environment friendly consolidation canals. In this study, the survey consists of four parts, such as the actual status of environment friendly canals, satisfaction level for each items, overall satisfaction level and the personal features of the users. Total 128 samples out of 140 respondents were used for the final analysis. Analysis of the satisfaction level were fulfilled to survey results such as the basic statistics and the correlations of variables, in addition, dispersion analysis for two user groups were carried out. Function of canal, water quality, landscape, and convenience facilities were chosen as independent variables in the model. Residents in Yeoju area were satisfied with water quality, water quantity and the function of canal. And residents of Yeonggwang area were satisfied with the convenience facilities and the function of the newly consolidated canal.

임플란트 환자의 일반적 특성 및 구강관심도에 따른 기능별 만족도 연구 (Study for general characters of dental implant patients and satisfaction level of function by dental interest level)

  • For this study, self-completion survey for 149 implant patients of dental clinics and hospitals in Seoul and Kyunggi areahas been executed in order to provide basic data for increasing patient satisfaction level by effective consultation and various information for the patients who want dental implantation. The conclusion of the study is like below. 1. In terms of demographics of the study, sample size of female patients(n=85) was more than that of male patients(n=64) and patients in their 50s were major age group. When it comes to the educational level, university graduates were 85 and high school graduates were 44. And 132 were married and 6 were single. In the income level, monthly income between KRW 2~4 million was major group(n=59). 2. In the study, patients' most concern was complication or adverse events(n=41), and price(n=39) & annual dental check-up(n=49) were following it. And 80 patients responded that dental health is the most valuable(n=80) and whole body health was following(n=37). In terms of knowledge on dental implant, 100 patients responded 'know just a little', 31 and 13 answered 'generally know' and 'well know' each. 3. As a result of analyzing implant patients' satisfaction level by segment, general satisfaction rate was highest as 4.20, social satisfaction rate was 4.20, psychological function was 4.06 and masticatory function was 3.90. 4. Based on the result of comparing patient satisfaction level by general characters of dental implant patient, chewing function was the highest in the age group of 60s with score of 4.21 and in terms of social function, the group with over KRW 8 million of monthly income showed highest score with 4.54. When it comes to the psychological function, patients in their 70s showed highest satisfaction level with 4.52. In the end, patients in their 70s showed highest score with 4.81 in the overall satisfaction and it was also statistically significant. 5. In the overall satisfaction level by interest in dental health, appearance showed highest score with 4.57 and it was also significantly higher than that of whole body. In the variance by dental knowledge, 'well know' group showed highest score with 4.58, and that of 'just a little' group was 4.33. That means there are correlations between dental knowledge and satisfaction level. 6. As a result of analyzing correlations amongst variances of the study, there were strong positive correlations among them. And there were very significantly positive correlations especially between social and psychological function and between psychological and overall satisfaction level. In conclusion, higher psychological function has strong relations with both social function and overall satisfaction level(p<.001).

Improvement of Upper Extremity Function and Leisure Satisfaction of Children with Brain Lesions through Sports Stacking Activities: A Case Study

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate changes in upper extremity joints and leisure satisfaction in children with brain lesions through sports stacking activities. Methods: A sports stacking program was conducted on three children with brain lesions who had upper extremity joint limitations and joint range of motion lower than the normal range. It was conducted 10 times, 1 to 2 times a week, 40 minutes each time. Upper extremity joint angles were measured using a goniometer in the order of shoulder, elbow, wrist, and fingers, and leisure satisfaction was measured using a smile evaluation. Results: As a result of measuring the upper extremity joint angles, all three children showed slight angle changes in the shoulder, elbow, and wrist areas. Differences in joint angles appeared differently for each child. Smile evaluation results were evaluated in various psychological, educational, and physical aspects. Only child A was evaluated for Smile Evaluation No. 1. Conclusion: Sports stacking activities changed the upper extremity function of children with brain lesion disorders and showed differences in psychological, physical, and educational aspects of leisure satisfaction. As this is a short-term study result, the change in upper extremity function is minimal, but if sports stacking activities are continued, it will be a rehabilitation program that can prevent upper extremity dysfunction and improve physical strength. Accordingly, continuous attention should be paid to increasing accessibility and enjoyment of daily life according to individual characteristics and level.

입 체조 프로그램에 참가한 노인의 만족도에 관한 조사연구 (A study on elderly people's satisfaction level with oral exercise program)

  • Objectives : This study was to examine the satisfaction level of participants in a oral exercise program geared toward the improvement of oral function, their reuse intention of the program and their willingness of recommendation in an effort to facilitate the advancement of the program. Methods : The subjects in this study were 85 senior citizens who used senior welfare centers and nursing homes in Seoul. A oral exercise program was implemented 24 times from April to June 2009, twice a week, and the selected elderly people participated in the program 20 times or more. An interview survey was conducted by two trained dental hygienists, and the collected data were analyzed. Results : 1. As for satisfaction level with each part of the program, the elderly people investigated expressed the best satisfaction with the service supplier(a mean of 3.81), followed by the usefulness of the procedure of the program(3.77) and oral exercise(3.64). 2. The satisfaction level with oral exercise had a significant impact on their overall satisfaction with the program, reuse intention and willingness of recommendation, and the entire satisfaction level with the program was correlated to reuse intention and willingness of recommendation(p<0.001). 3. Out of the demographic characteristics, marital status and whether to live with their families or not made a significant difference to their satisfaction level with oral exercise(p<0.05). Conclusions : It took 20 minutes to get oral exercise, which consisted of warming-up, exercise for each part of oral and cooking-down, and they found it appropriate to spend that time and had no difficulties in repeating after the instructor.

사회복지서비스 기관의 조직성과에 관한 연구 : 서울시 지역사회복지관의 질 산출(quality output)을 중심으로 (A Study on the Performance of the Human Service Organizations : An Analysis from the Perspective of Quality of Output)

  • This study examines the organizational performance of human service organizations from the quality output perspective. Using the 2001 evaluation data about 89 community welfare centers in Seoul, this study attempts to identify the levels of the performance of human service organizations in Korea. This study also attempts to identify the factors that predict performance of human service organizations measured in terms of client satisfaction and experts' evaluation about the functioning of each center. Results are as follows: (1) when pooling 866 clients' satisfaction level into satisfaction score about each center, the average of client satisfaction about the centers is 3.42 at 4 points scale. (2) 41.6% of the community welfare centers is evaluated as "highly qualified" in its overall operation and functioning by the professional evaluation team, (3) the employee reward system(+), practice based on the program guideline manual(+), the portion of the government support grant in its budget(-), the overall employee salary level(-), the level of acquirement of program grants from external sources (-) are the predictors in explaining clients' satisfaction level, and (4) the level of professional expertise of the executive director(+), the level of professional supervision of middle managers(+), the employee reward system(+), the program need assessment(+), the level of client information system(+), the portion of government support grant(-), the overall employee salary level(-) are the predictors for "being highly qualified" in its overall operation and function of each center. Through the empirical analysis, this study provides valuable knowledge about organizational performance of community welfare centers from the quality output perspective. Finally, this study discusses implications for more effective and efficient organizational performance of community welfare centers in Korea.

임플란트 시술에 대한 환자의 기능별 만족도 (Patients' Functional Satisfaction of Dental Implant Treatment)

  • 본 연구는 임플란트 시술에 대한 환자의 기능별 만족도를 파악하고 이와 관련된 요인을 분석함으로써 환자만족도 향상에 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행되었다. 2007년 1월 3일부터 9월 30일 까지 서울 인천 경기도에 소재한 치과 의료기관에서 임플란트를 식립한 환자를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 최종 분석은 120부(92.3%)를 사용하였다. 수집한 자료는 t-test와 ANOVA 분석, Pearson 상관분석을 수행하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 일반적 특성에 따른 각 기능별 만족도는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 2. 자가 구강위생관리에 따른 각 기능별 만족도의 차이를 분석한 결과 정기적으로 치석을 제거하고 일일잇솔질 횟수가 4회 이상인 집단에서 사회적 기능 및 심미적 기능에 대한 만족도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다(p < .05). 3. 저작기능에 대한 만족도는 소구치 부위에 식립하였을 때 가장 높았고, 사회적 심미적 기능에 대한 만족도는 전치 부위에서 가장 높았으나 통계적인 유의성은 없었다. 4. 사회적 기능과 심미적 기능에 대한 만족도는 치과병원에서 가장 높았으며 다음은 치과의원, 종합병원순으로 나타났다(p < .05).5. 저작기능과 사회적 기능, 심미적 기능 및 총만족도는 서로 양(+)의 상관관계를 보였고, 특히 총만족도와 사회적 기능의 만족도간에 상관계수가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다(p < .01).

Air-jet기능을 장착한 멀티형 복합유닛 핸드피스의 사용 만족도 조사 (A study on the usage satisfaction of multi-type handpieces with equipped air-jet function)

  • Purpose: This study was to investigate usage satisfaction of multi type handpiece with equipped air-jet function Methods: The subjects of this study through the survey was conducted for fifty-nine dental technicians in Daegu and Gyeongsangbukdo from the May 7 to 19, after the June 23 to July 4 2014. The survey was about the function and quality through user testing environment by cutting zirconia specimens using appliance for zirconia. The collected date was analyzed by the statistical program SPSS Win Ver 19.0 for the satisfaction of handpiece and control system. To test for significance on each item, p<0.05 had been decided a standard. General characteristics and relationship between the handpiece and control system was performed correlation analysis. Results: The results of this study is as follows. 35 dental technicians had 1~2 years career in zirconia part as the highest 59.3%, 95% of subjects expected that the prospects for the zirconia material have bright prospects. The satisfaction of multi type handpiece and control system design and function showed a significant difference. Subjects satisfied with the design and function of the multi type showed negative correlation with those of Standard. The satisfaction of multi type handpiece showed 3.37 points of air jet, 3.05 points of noise level, 2.69 points of water flow rate, and 1.98 points of cruise function. Sample differences in all parameters showed a statistically higher difference. Conclusion: High-speed cutting mechanism of multi-type is recommended working with zirconia materials and the multi-type unit combined handpiece motor, air-turbine and air-gun will be expected the increase of user due to the high satisfaction of air jet.

자연휴양림과 수목원 방문객의 이용특성 비교 연구 (Comparison of Visitor Characteristics in Recreational Forests and Arboretums)

  • 본 연구는 자연휴양림과 수목원 간의 방문 이용특성과 서비스 만족도, 전반적 만족도 및 충성도(재방문의향, 권유의향)의 관계를 비교, 분석하는 것을 목적으로 수행하였으며 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자연휴양림의 서비스 만족도, 전반적 만족도, 이용객 충성도 모두 수목원보다 높게 나타났으며, 상대적으로 서비스 만족도가 전반적 만족도나 이용객 충성도에 비해 평균 차이가 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 자연휴양림의 서비스 만족도는 전반적 만족도, 이용객 충성도에 영향을 주지 않는 반면, 수목원의 서비스 만족도는 전반적 만족도와 이용객 충성도에 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 수목원 이용객의 전반적 만족도에 미치는 가장 큰 요인은 '산림 및 휴양경관'이었으며 재방문의향은 '자연경관 체험콘텐츠'와 '시설이용요금'이, 권유의향은 '자연경관 체험콘텐츠'가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 인자로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 전국에 분포한 자연휴양림과 수목원 방문 이용객을 대상으로 공통된 항목을 동시에 조사한 자료를 토대로 분석하여 두 산림휴양공간 간에 이용특성에 차이가 있음을 확인하였다는데 의미가 있다. 향후 이러한 전국 규모의 이용객 실태조사 결과가 산림휴양공간 유형별 차별화된 운영전략 제시로 이어지기 위해서는 산림휴양공간에서 제공하는 서비스 전반을 아우르는 공통 조사항목의 개발이 필요하다. 더불어 각각의 산림휴양공간의 조성목적에 부합하는 기능 발휘를 위해 서비스 콘텐츠를 선택적으로 운영하고 있으므로 해당 항목을 추가적으로 개발, 모듈화하여 공통 조사항목과 병행 조사하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단된다.

SERVPERF 모형을 응용한 학교 조명 품질 만족도 평가 (Evaluation on the Satisfaction of School Illumination Quality by Applying SERVPERF Model)

  • This study addresses the evaluation on the satisfaction of school illumination quality by applying SERVPERF model after extracting factors affecting school illumination quality. Three types of illumination systems (fluorescence light, general LED light and high color rendition LED light) were tested by students who have used each illumination system. Three factors such as effectiveness, esthetic sense and function were developed for evaluation. Satisfaction evaluation was performed based on applied SERVPERF model by comparing perceived levels. The differences of perceived levels of satisfaction on the illumination systems were analyzed by ANOVA. The results said respondents satisfy only the high color rendition LED light regardless of three factors. Especially, students who experienced high color rendition LED light have strong intention to recommend that illumination system to other schools. They also express their desire to use that system at home. Interestingly, there is not much satisfaction difference between fluorescence light and general LED light.

대구시 공원녹지에 대한 시민 만족도의 경시적 변화 분석 (Analysis of Changes in Citizen Satisfaction with Parks & Green Spaces in Daegu City, Korea)

  • 본 연구는 대구광역시의 공원녹지를 대상으로 시민들의 공원녹지에 대한 만족도의 변화를 동일한 측정도구를 활용한 결과인 1986년도와 2001년도 및 2010년도 조사 자료들을 비교 분석함으로써 그 경시적인 변화를 살펴보고자 하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가장 최근 조사인 2010년의 만족도 평균치들이 전반적으로 보통(4.0)수준을 상회하며 가장 높았고, 전반적으로 약간 불만족(3.0)에 가까운 수준이었던 1986년도에 비해 현저하고 지속적인 만족도 개선이 나타났으며, 3개 조사 시기 공히 시 전역 공원녹지에 대한 만족도가 거주지 주변 공원녹지에 대한 만족도보다 약간 높게 나타났음을 볼 수 있었다. 둘째, 지표별로는 녹지의 다양성 지표에 대한 만족도 향상이 가장 두드러진 반면 녹지공간의 시설물의 관리 상태에 대한 만족도가 가장 부진하게 나타났다. 셋째, 요인분석 결과, 만족도 평가인자는 기능별 만족도와 물리적 조건이 하나의 인자로 나타났고, 지표별 만족도 변수들이 하나의 인자로 묶여 전체적으로 2개의 인자 집단으로 분류되었으며, 회귀모델에서는 전만적인 만족도를 결정짓는 주요 변수들로 녹지의 다양성, 수림의 관리상태, 녹지공간의 양적 수준, 정적 레크리에이션 기능, 시설물 관리상태, 배치의 체계성, 녹지공간의 질적 수준, 녹지공간의 규모, 크기 등의 순서로 채택되었으며, 이들 8개 변수들의 결정계수($R^2$)는 0.468이었다. 넷째, 녹지 유형별 만족도는 가로변 녹지(가로수)에 대한 만족도가 가장 현저하게 개선되었고, 공업단지 등 공장지역의 녹지에 대한 만족도가 가장 불량하게 평가되었다. 섯째, 녹지유형들에 대한 요인분석 결과, 도시공원계 녹지, 시설계 녹지, 지구(district)계 녹지 등의 3개 인자 집단으로 분류되었다.
