특수교사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족 간의 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Special Teachers)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 특수교사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족 간의 관계를 조사하여 특수교사의 직무스트레스를 파악하고, 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 적절한 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2017년 8월 21일부터 9월 18일까지 약 4주간 217명의 특수교사를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구문제는 첫째, 특수교사의 직무스트레스와 직무만족에 대한 배경변인별 차이를 알아본다. 둘째, 직무스트레스가 직무 만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여교사가 남교사 보다 직무스트레스가 높고 직무만족이 낮으며, 국 공립학교 교사, 특수학급 교사, 근무기간이 10년 이상, 유 초등학교 교사, 특수학급 교사의 경우도 같은 양상을 보이고 있다. 둘째, 직무스트레스와 그 하위요인들은 상호 간에 유의미한 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 직무만족과는 유의미한 음의 상관관계를 나타내고 있다. 또한 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 확인한 결과 직무스트레스가 증가하면 직무만족은 감소한다. 이러한 결과를 통해 변인별 특수교사의 직무스트레스를 파악하였으며 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

대학의 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of University Entrepreneurial Education Service Quality on Education Satisfaction, Entrepreneurial Capability, and Entrepreneurial Intention)

  • 본 연구는 대학의 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 대학에서 다양한 창업교육이 진행되고 있지만 창업성과에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 창업성과를 높이기 위한 요인을 분석하기 위해 창업교육의 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 첫째, 창업교육 서비스 품질을 측정하기 위해 서비스 품질에 대한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성 등 5개 요소 21개의 문항을 설정하고, 설문 분석 결과를 바탕으로 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 둘째, 고객 만족에 대한 선행연구를 바탕으로 창업교육 수강생의 교육만족을 정의하고, 창업역량의 요소 중 성취역량, 창의성역량, 개념화역량, 사회적 역량 등에 미치는 인과관계를 분석하였다. 셋째, 교육만족과 창업역량이 창업의지에 미치는 인과관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 창업교육 서비스 품질은 기존의 연구와 다르게 유형성과 신뢰성이 하나의 요인으로 분석되어 반응성, 확신성, 공감성 등 4개 요인으로 확인되었고, 4개의 요인으로 구성된 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 창업역량 요인을 4개로 정의하여 설문을 분석한 결과 성취역량과 창의성역량이 하나의 요인으로 분석되어 개념화역량, 사회적 역량과 함께 3가지 요인으로 확인되었다. 이는 교육만족에 영향을 받는다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 창업의지는 창업역량에 영향을 받았지만, 교육만족에 직접적인 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 교육만족이 창업역량을 통하여 창업의지에 간접적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 차후 연구에서는 대상을 여러 지역 혹은 전국으로 확대할 필요성이 있으며, 다른 변수와의 접근 방법을 가지고 연구되어야 할 것이다.

고객상담 부서 직원의 상담업무교육이 업무수행 및 업무 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The effects of consumer counselor's work training in firm work performance and satisfaction)

  • This study examines the effects of consumer counseling education on the work performance and work satisfaction of consumer counselors, controlling the effects of other variables. The results of this study is as below: First, approximately 70% of consumer counselors have not had any education pertinent to their work. The level of work performance was highest in listening to customers' complaints, and then consistence of counseling work and explanation for counseling were next. Professionality was the last in order. Second, consumer counseling education did not affect the work performance. Instead, the number of counselors and work experience, along with whether the counselor majored in consumer studies, were more likely to increase the performance. Finally, educating counseling skills did not affect the level of work satisfaction. Instead, the work performance affected the level of work satisfaction. The number of workers and income were positively related with the level of work satisfaction.

플립러닝을 활용한 교육이 물리치료학과 학생들의 학습동기와 수업만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Flipped Learning Education on Academic Motivation and Class Satisfaction in Physical Therapy Students)

  • Background: This study aimed to investigate the effects of flipped learning education on academic motivation and class satisfaction in physical therapy students. Design: Cross-sectional study. Methods: Participants included 72 physical therapy students (experimental group=36, control group=36). In order to compare the effects of flipped learning education, flipped learning and lecture-style learning were provided in a class titled Acticities of Daily Living and Practice. An independent t-test was used to compare academic motivation and class satisfaction between two groups. Results: The flipped learning group showed a significantly higher level of academic motivation and class satisfaction compared to the traditional learning group (p<0.05). Conclusion: These results showed that flipped learning education is an effective learning strategy for improving the academic motivation and class satisfaction of physical therapy students.

  • 본 연구는 조직에서 구성원들에게 제공하는 경영 이념 교육과 관리자의 조직의 이념 교육에 대한 신념이 직무 만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 수행되었다. 분석 결과 조직의 이념에 대한 관리자의 성향은 직무 갈등에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 관리자의 성향은 직무 만족에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 이념 교육과 직무 갈등은 직무만족에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect on satisfaction after education of cardiovascular pulmonary resuscitation(CPR) in Daejon Emergency Medical information Center in Korea. The major instruments of this study were Korean Self-Analysis Student Opinionnaire. Questionnaire contains 12 items which measure student's satisfaction or attitude factor. To take the analysis of data, the total of 308 students were investigated in Medical Information Center in Dae-jon Metropolitan City from 2004. 2. September to 2004. 16. September. The data were analyzed by the path analysis SPSS program. The result are as follows: 1. After education of CPR, there was significant satisfaction of CPR knowledge P=0.0011). 2. After education of CPR, there was significant satisfaction of CPR skill(P=0.00001).

교육서비스품질이 학생만족도를 매개로 교육성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Educational Service Quality on Student Performance through Student Satisfaction)

  • With a remarkable and rapid change of universities in Korea, the role of universities has been changed from a traditional education supplier to a demander. Both the remarkable decrease of the number of entering students and the advent of an open education market are enforcing the universities to be changed. Universities should provide a variety of educational services in accordance with the students' needs. This study is based on the systematical Kuh's model which the educational service quality provide a decision making of alternative plan. This research is purposed to empirically study the effects of educational service quality(circumstance index, input index, participate index, output index) provided by universities on student satisfaction and educational performance(Perceived usefulness, Education Achievement). The results of this research follows; first, circumstance index, input index and output index significantly effect student satisfaction, but participate index does not effect satisfaction. Second, student satisfaction significantly effects on the educational performance.

Determinants of Working International Students' Life Satisfaction: The Mediating Role of Sense of Belonging

  • South Korea is in the limelight in the past decades as Korean universities races for internationalization. As the number of students studying abroad tremendously increasing, there has been a growing need for higher education institutions to understand international working students' life satisfaction and sense of belonging. The aim of this research is to outline which determinants affects life satisfaction as mediated by sense of belonging. With the samples size of 102 respondents, the proposed research model was examined using structural equation modeling (SEM) and SPSS. Results show that all determinants (Recognition, Quality of Education, Experienced Difficulties in Public Service and Understanding Korean Language) were positively significant toward Sense of Belonging. Likewise sense of belonging holds the positive indirect significant effects of the four determinants to life satisfaction.

The Impact of Extrinsic Work Factors on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment at Higher Education Institutions in Vietnam

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the link between job satisfaction and organizational commitment at higher education institutions (HEIs) in emerging countries such as Vietnam and to determine extrinsic work factors that influence job satisfaction. Higher education is critical for socio-economic growth and the overall development of each country. Hence, an understanding of what motivates employees' actions and attitudes should be obtained before determining the extent of employee satisfaction. The conceptual model was developed by incorporating job satisfaction-related variables, their relationships, and the impact of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. An empirical study was conducted on a study sample of public and private universities, with 316 academics and non-academic employees surveyed. The current study employed the partial least squares structural equation modeling to test the proposed hypotheses. The results reveal a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The findings confirm that extrinsic work factors (job itself, supervision, working conditions, payment, and reward and recognition) have a positive and significant relationship with job satisfaction. Furthermore, the study indicates that employees at HEIs who have a high level of ability utilization and supervisor support are more likely to be satisfied with their jobs.

ATCIS 성능개량체계 만족 및 지속사용 의도에 미치는 영향요인 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the User Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention of the Improved Army Tactical Command Information System)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the user satisfaction and continuous use intention of the improved ATCIS in the Korean Army. Design/methodology/approach Based on the various theories in relation to IT continuance, user satisfaction was identified as the main factor with regard to the continuous use intention of the improved ATCIS. In addition, computer self-efficacy, education-training, and system quality were hypothesized as antecedent variables to user satisfaction, and information security stress was set as a moderating variable for these relationships. Findings Survey results show that computer self-efficacy, education and training, and system quality had a positive effect on user satisfaction, and information security stress was found to moderate these relationships. The effects of computer self-efficacy and education-training on user satisfaction were higher in the group with low information security stress. However, the relationship between system quality and user satisfaction was higher in the group with high information security stress. User satisfaction is found to have a positive effect on the continuous use intention even with habit considered as a control variable.
