Purpose This study is intended to catch the expansion of theory of Sasang Constitutional Medicine through comparison prescription of Sasang-Yihak-Chobonguen with prescription of Dongyi-Soose-Bowon Method I studied the archive of prescription and medicines concerned in the Sasang-Yihak- Chobonguen with Dongyi-Soose-Bowon Result and conclusion 1. The base of theory on prescription of Sasang-Yihak-Chobonguen is based on Naesang -oigam theory but the base of theory on prescription of Dongyi-Soose-Bowon is based on Pyoribyung theory of Sasang constitutional Medicine. 2. Medicines are confused in prescription of Sasang-Yihak-Chobonguen but medicines are not confused in prescription.

1. Background and purpose: The purpose of this study is to find the characteristic of "Donguisasangshinpyun" through comparison and analysis of "Donguisusebowon" and "Donguisasangshinpyun". 2. Methods: First we compare the composition of Sasang prescription with the same name in "Sinchukbon" and "Gabobon" to the composition of Sasang prescription in "Donguisasangshinpyun" "Donguisasangshinpyunchebang"(東醫四象新編劑方). And we compare the difference of "Donguisusebowon" and "Donguisasangshinpyunchebang" about symptom of Sasang prescription. The third is to find the utilization of Sasang prescription in "Donguisasangshinpyun" "Donguisasangyongyakhuebun"(東醫四象用藥彙分). 3. Results and Conclusions: 1) There are some Sasang prescriptions with the same name in "Donguisasangshinpyunchebang", "Sinchukbon" and "Gabobon". The composition of Sasang prescription in "Donguisasangshinpyun" is based on "Sinchukbon" better than "Gabobon". 2) The symptom of Sasang prescription in "Donguisasangshinpyunchebang" are more various than the symptoms in "Donguisusebowon". We find new symptom of Sasang prescription in "Donguisasangshinpyun" that does not exist in "Donguisusebowon". 3) The Sasang prescription of "Sinchukbon" is utilized much more than the Sasang prescription of "Gabobon" in "Donguisasangyongyakhuebun".

1. Objectives: This research was proposed to find out the selection and form of addition and subtraction of the Sasang prescription. 2.Methods: The related contents of the pathology and the medical action of a Sasang disease were selected in "Donguisusebowon- Sasangchobongyun, -Gabobon, -Shinchukbon(東醫壽世保元-四象草本卷, -甲午本, -辛丑本)", "Donguisasangsinfyun(東醫四象新編)". 3.Results and Conclusions: 1) The change and development of the Sasang prescription. 2) The selection of drugs are caused by immunity of the ordinary times and a class of present disease. 3) Addition and subtraction of the Sasang prescription can divide 4-type.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of the experience prescription in 『Donguisusebowon(東醫壽世保元)』. Methods We examined the examples of the experience prescription in the pathology of 『Donguisusebowon』. Afterward, we considered the characteristics about the experience prescription of Junggyeong Jang and the Next Generation Doctors in 『Donguisusebowon』. Results and Conclusion 1. The Junggyeong Jang's experience prescription isn't modified despite the fact that it doesn't fit the constitutional disease and pharmacology, and many experience prescriptions are mentioned to in the pathology of 『Donguisusebowon』. But the Next Generation Doctors's experience prescription is modified, and a considerable number of experience prescriptions are not mentioned to in the pathology of 『Donguisusebowon』. 2. Jema Lee cited all of the Junggyeong Jang's experience prescription except Daesiho-tang(大柴胡湯) as an explanation for the constitutional disease, and cited a prescription that could not be used for the constitutional disease. And the pathological symptom of the Junggyeong Jang's experience prescription was used to establish the system of the Sasang Constitutional Medicine, so the Junggyeong Jang's experience prescription wasn't modifed. 3. Jema Lee cited a prescription that could be used for the constitutional disease. And the pharmacology of the Next Generation Doctors's experience prescription was used to establish the system of the Sasang Constitutional Medicine, so the Next Generation Doctors's experience prescription was modifed. 4. Jema Lee established the Sasang Constitutional Medicine based on the Existing Medicine. It was appeared in composition and name about the table of contents of the experience prescription in 『Donguisusebowon』.

1. Objectives This paper was written in order to understand prescription's combination of Taeumin. 2. Methods We analysis prescription's combination of Taeumin through pathology and new prescription in Sinchukbon(辛丑本) of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyisusebowon${\lrcorner}$. 3. Results and Conclusions New prescription of Taeumin is combined with a few specific prescription. We analysis new prescription of the exterior disease and get the basic prescription that is Chobonkwon Taeummahwang-tang(太陰麻黃湯), Chobonkwon Saengmac-san(生脈散) and Gunyul ${\cdot}$ Euiin ${\cdot}$ Nabokja(乾栗 ${\cdot}$ 薏苡仁). And we analysis new prescription of the interior disease and get the basic prescription that is Jojung-tang(調中湯), Galgunhagi-tang(葛根解肌湯) and Isunggugo-hwan(二聖救苦丸) of old prescription. However, pharmacology of Eumhyulmogal is different from the other symptom and disease. That contain the pharmacology of Chungsimyunja-tang(淸心蓮子湯). We can't find Chungsimyunja-tang from the discussion of symptom and disease. So we can estimate that Chungsimyunja-tang belongs to the prescription of Eumhyulmogal.

1. Objectives This Study is to find efficacy of Red Poria and White Poria used for Soyangin Prescriptions in Lee Je-Ma's writings. 2. Methods We analysed Soyangin Prescription with Poria in ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon Chobonkwon(東醫壽世保元 草本卷)${\lrcorner}$ , ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon Gabobon(東醫壽世保元 甲牛本)${\lrcorner}$ , ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon Sinchukbon(東醫壽世保元 辛丑本)${\lrcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Sasang Sinpyun(東醫四象新編)${\lrcorner}$ based on the efficacy of Poria written in ${\ulcorner}$DongMugo YakSungGa(東武遺藁 藥性歌)${\lrcorner}$ . 3. Results and Conclusions 1) Red Poria and White Poria seems to be different in Sasang Constitutional Medicine. 2) Poria in Soyangin Prescription had used from the traditional medical point at the beginning, in ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon Chobonkwon(東醫壽世保元草本卷)${\lrcorner}$ , but its usage was changing until ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon Sinchukbon(東醫壽世保元辛丑本)${\lrcorner}$ as the point of Sasang Constitutional Medicine. 3. It is necessary to use Poria in Soyangin Prescription as the essence of Soyangin's life because it effects on the whole body without any distinction from body's upper part with lower part and body's exterior part with interior part.

1. Objectives: We aimed to derive using status of Sasang Constitutional herbal prescription and good effective one in specific disease. 2. Methods: We sent Questionnaire to 463 oriental medical doctor listed Korea Sasang Constitutional medicine from 2009 years. 10 to 11 and got back 191 questionnaire, which consisted of sex, age, clinical duration, working type, using status and effectiveness of Sasang Constitutional herbal prescription. 3. Results: - Digestive tract disease was especially most effective field, and circulatory, the endocrine, dermatology, psychopathy, urogenital disease went in order in western disease. - Spleen disease was especially most effective field, and the heart and circulatory, neuropsychiatry, lung, liver, psychopathy, gynecology disease went in order in oriental medicine pathology. - Chungshimyenja-tang was effective to neuropsychiatry and heart disease in Taeeumin, Hyangsayangwi-tang to disease related digestive system, Palmulgunja-tang to gynecology disease in Soeumin, Dockhalgiwhang-tang to diet disorder, Yanggeuksanwha-tang to heart and psychologic disease in Soyangin. 4. Conclusions: Constitutional prescription effected on special pathological symptom support weaken organ, and these result will help to make treatment standard and support clinical study of constitutional medicine.

1. Purpose This study is intended to catch the expasion of theory of Sasang Constitutional Medicine through comparision DongyiSooseBowon Chopanbon with DongyiSooseBowon Chobonguen and DongyiSooseBowon Gabobon. 2. Method I compared the Soyangin's prescription and medications of DongyiSooseBowon Chopanbon with those of DongyiSooseBowon Chobonguen and Dongyisoosebowon Gabobon. 3. Result and conclusion 1) Soyangin's Medications of the same kind in Chobonguen's prescriptions and Gabobon's and Chopann's are thirty-two; like Bangpoong(防風), Hyeunggye(荊芥), Sangjihwang(生地黃), sukgo(石膏), etc. And these medications are the principle in Soyangin's disease. 2) Soyangin's Prescriptions of the same name in Chobonguen's prescriptions and Gabobon's and Chopanbon's are Yangdokbackhotang(陽毒白虎湯). Chopanbon's Yangdokbackhotang(陽毒白虎湯) is more rational and effective prescription. 3) Soyangin's Prescriptions of the same name in Chobonguen's prescriptions and Gabobon's are eleven; Bangpoongtongseungsan(防風通聖散), chengumdojuksan(千金導赤散), etc. These prescriptions are similar in the structure. 4) Soyangin's Prescriptions of the same name in Gabobon's prescriptions and Chopanbon's are five; Hyungbangpaedoksan(荊防敗毒散), Yangdokbackhotang(陽毒白虎湯). etc. These Prescriptions make a change in the structure from Gabobon's to Chopanbon's. As this we know that Dongmu(東武) selected Sasang Constitutional prescription and medication in detail as he has the more experience of treatment.

Puporse This study is intended to distinct of Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang on the Shinchukpan Dongyi Suse Bowon through compare with early books' prescription by studying use of Sanyak and Yeonjayuk. Method This study is reserch to use of Sanyak and Yeonjayuk in early books, Dongyi Suse Bowon-Sasang-chobonkyeon, Gapobon Dongyi Suse Bowon, Shinchukpan Dongyi Suse Bowon and Dongyibogam, Taepyungheymin-hwajegukbang in sequence of date. with this, we study a base of virtue of Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang. Result and conclusion 1. Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang is a prescription of treatment Gonscratia and CVA. 2. Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang is base on Chungsimyeonjaum in Dongyibogam. 3. The chief virtue of Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang is accord with all prescription after 1894's Gapobon Dongyi Suse Bowon.

Objectives This study is purposed to distinct of Soyangin Hyungbangdojok-san on the ${\ulcorner}$Dongyisusebowon\;{\cdot}\;Shinchukbon${\lrcorner}$ through compare with early medical books prescription and early Dongmu's books prescription 2. Methods This study is research to use of dujok-san in early medical books and Dongmu's books. so the process of Hyungbangdojok-san formation is knowed 3. Result and conclusions 1) Early dojok-san is mostly used in oligouria 2) The use of dojok-san is changed by Dongmu' books 3) Hyungbangdojok-san is used in the superficial disease's pathology
