It is a complex process to analyze power system voltage stability problems with all of the dynamics of a system, because a large power network system sophisticatedly consists of generators, lines, loads and so forth. So we considered the dynamics of loads so as to analyze voltage stability method- by carrying out an analysis of steady state voltage stability and dynamic voltage stability simultaneously. To perform a steady state voltage stability program in advance makes it possible to cut down on laborious calculations so that an analysis of dynamic voltage stability becomes concise. The validity and efficiency of the method presented in this paper were verified by applying the IEEE 14 bus system.

HDL(Hardware Description Language) is the most important modem tools used to describe hardware, and becomes important as we move to higher levels of abstraction. The HDL has been made brisk use of in analog design, MEMS device[1-2], process related field as well as digital design. The most important characteristics of HDL is Abstraction which is the strongest tool that extend greatly designer's design ability. In this paper by the Modelling Continuum with hierarchical structure of abstraction, we apply UML(Unified Modeling Language) to SoC Design with HDL UML makes an easy and visual description of the various levels of abstraction, and gives designers good flexible modeling capabilty for SoC Design.

Line 2 is being operated in 10 cities and it composed the amount of rolling stock combination. Line 2 rails have more curved than straight rails. So, wheels and rails were damaged. Accidents or delays caused many social problems. so it is important that wheel and rail are efficiently managed. Here, find out the cause of wheel-slip characteristics and workarounds were studying.
