The major objective of this study is provide to basic data for developing of new Sangye-Tang products. The findings from this study are as follow. Consumers over half were thought Samgye-Tang products to be good for health. At the eating place of Samgye-Tang products, \"at home\" ranked high in their groups. Also consumers have eaten Samgye-Tang products for the good of their health. On the developing functional Samgye-Tang products, respondents over 80% showed that it is desirable to develop functional Samgye-Tang products. And it is indicated that consumers want to strengthen the physical stamina in the new Samgye-Tang products. Price is the most important factor in selecting the new Samghye-Tang products. In packaging, consumers have preferred retort pouch.
The characteristic fitness of food to each Sa-sang constitution and the relationship between Han-Yeoul characteristics and chemical composition after classifying Samgye-tang ingredients and other food into Ohn-Yeoul-Ryang-Han characteristic were assessed. When the suitable constitution to the each characteristic was investigated after classifying Samgye-tang ingredients and other food into Han, Ryang, Pyound, Ohn and Yeoul of which fitness case for Soeumin was 44∼63% but fitness case for Soyangin and Taeyangin was only 0∼18%. When the relationship between Samgye-tang ingredients and other food classified into Ohn-Yeoul-Ryang-Han and chemical composition of fatty acid, amino acid, vitamin and mineral was investigated, the value of correlation coefficient was extremely low. There was not the relationship between chemical composition and Han-Yeoul classification. Therefore it should be further investigated the relationship between characteristic and chemical composition by additional analysis index.

This study investigated and analyzed the village space and architectural characteristics of Eoeun Village, Samgye-myeon, Imsil-gun, Jeonbuk. The space of the village was formed based on the idea of feng shui, and the Confucian hierarchical idea determined the location, size, and structure of the building. Recently, clan villages in rural areas have been dismantled and damaged due to population outflow and urbanization. In this situation, Eoeun Village, which preserves the traditional space and residential form at the time of the village's creation, is considered to be worth preserving and studying.

This study aimed to develop a high-productivity breed of Korean native Samgye chicken. We evaluated the production performance of six Korean native chicken combinations (KNC-SCYC, SCYD, SDYC, SDYD, SYYC, SYYD) and GSP-Hanhyup Korean native chickens, with Baeksemi chickens used as a control group. The performance test was conducted from hatching to 7 weeks of age on 756 chickens, and we measured survival rate, body weight, shank length, feed utility, and carcass yield. The overall survival rate was nearly 100% for all strains. However, body weight showed significant differences between strains at all ages (P<0.01), with Baeksemi weighing 863.8±76.9 g, GSP-Hanhyup weighing 804.7±72.5 g, and KNC-combinations weighing 543.0±61.8 g at 5 weeks of age. The duration needed to reach 850 g was estimated to be 34.5 days for Baeksemi, 37.5 days for GSP-Hanhyup, and 45.8-48.8 days for KNC-combinations. Carcass yield percentage was highest for KNC-SYYD combination at 63.3%, followed by Baeksemi at 60.4%, and GSP-Hanhyup at 56.1%. Shank length at 850 g body weight was 7.6 cm for KNC-SYYD combination, 7.8 cm for Baeksemi, and 8.0 cm for GSP-Hanhyup. The feed conversion ratio at 850 g body weight was 1.81 for Baeksemi, 2.17 for GSP-Hanhyup, and 2.27 for KNC-SCYC combination. Our results suggest that the KNC-SYYD combination and GSP-Hanhyup breed have the potential to be used in Samgye production due to their moderate growth performance, higher carcass yield, and shorter shank length, despite their lower growth productivity and feed efficiency when compared to Baeksemi.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the current state of usage and education participation intention for Yaksun food according to demographic characteristics. Methods: The questionnaire for the survey was distributed to 300 students, who were enrolled in culinary education program at Seoul Institute of Technology and Education from September 5, 2014 to September 20, 2014, and 264 responses were used for analysis. Results: Awareness regarding Yaksun food was low, but the intention to participate in the Yaksun food class was high. The information searching route for Yaksun food was mainly television, radio or internet. Memil-jeonbyeong ssam was the most eaten menu item and Nokdu-Samgye tang was the most popular menu item. Among the different types of Yaksun food, vegetable dishes, steamed dishes, rice dishes and roasted dishes were preferred in this order. The most preferred educational institution for Yaksun food was the cultural center, and the most preferred educational period for Yaksun food was less than three months. The most important point in the Yaksun food class was practical application in real life. Also, the current state of usage for Yaksun food and the intent to participate in an education program for Yaksun food was statistically different according to demographic characteristics. With respect to the current state of usage for Yaksun food, the information searching route for Yaksun food was statistically different according to occupation, cooking career and lives and Yaksun cuisine type preference according to gender, occupation, income and households. Also, with respect to education program participation intention for Yaksun food, educational institution preference for Yaksun food was statistically different according to gender, age, occupation, cooking career, income and lives. Conclusion: Based on these results, this research concludes that for developing an educational program for Yaksun food, it is important to analyze the target customers' demographic characteristics and their needs. Furthermore, it shows that there is a need to develop various educational programs and menus for Yaksun food.
This study separated different factors into the Korean Wave and Korean health food according to the interest in Korean culture among the Chinese living in China. We then conducted a two-step cluster analysis with gender, marriage status, academic background, interest in Korean culture, command of the Korean language and the status of having visited Korea as variables. The subjects were split into a Korean wave-preferring group, highly interested in Korean food as health food group and a low interested group according to clusters, and we then investigated for preference differences for 20 Korean food dishes. Between these two groups the statistics indicated a significant influence with a level p<0.001 for Bulgogi, Bibimbap, Kimchi, Galbi-tang, Galbi-gui, Chicken, Samgyepsal, Doenjang-Jjgae, Dak-galbi, Japchae and Gimbap p<0.01 for Samgye-tang and p<0.05 for Naengmyeon, Kimchi-Jjigae, Dak-galbi, Seolleongtang, Haemul-tang, Hanjeongsik and Tteok-bokki. Jeon and Juk did not show any statistically significant difference. Chinese consumers preferred Korean food for Samgyeopsal, Bulgogi and chicken and less preferred gruel, Hanjeongsik and Kimchi-Jjigae. The highly interested in Korean culture group preferred Samgyeopal, Bulgogi and Chicken, and less preferred Juk, Jeon and Hanjeonsik in that order. This study offers information on the Chinese's preference for different Korean food to any food service enterprises that manage Korean restaurants in China or that sell Korean cuisine and also basic data for differentiated marketing to those entering the Chinese market.

The purpose of this study was to use 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) to quantify taste-active and bioactive compounds in chicken breasts and thighs from Korean native chicken (KNC) [newly developed KNCs (KNC-A, -C, and -D) and commercial KNC-H] and white-semi broiler (WSB) used in Samgye. Further, each breed was differentiated using multivariate analyses, including a machine learning algorithm designed to use metabolic information from each type of chicken obtained using 1H-13C heteronuclear single quantum coherence (2D NMR). Breast meat from KNC-D chickens were superior to those of conventional KNC-H and WSB chickens in terms of both taste-active and bioactive compounds. In the multivariate analysis, meat portions (breast and thigh) and chicken breeds (KNCs and WSB) could be clearly distinguished based on the outcomes of the principal component analysis and partial least square-discriminant analysis (R2=0.945; Q2=0.901). Based on this, we determined the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve for each of these components. AUC analysis identified 10 features which could be consistently applied to distinguish between all KNCs and WSB chickens in both breast (0.988) and thigh (1.000) meat without error. Here, both 1H NMR and 2D NMR could successfully quantify various target metabolites which could be used to distinguish between different chicken breeds based on their metabolic profile.
Korean reunification would be one of the greatest heaven-earth works by Gucheon Sangje in terms of the lasting paradise of the Later World. The Oseonwigi-gongsa describes what it will be around the Korean Peninsula. Furthermore, Haewon Sangsaeng is the very practical means in unifying the two Koreas. What are the effectiveness of Haewon Sangsaeng, regarding Korean reunification in dealing with the social science? This researcher has found out three main impacts as follows: (1) it deals deeply with the cause of the social conflicts, and it could provide the solutions towards the Later World, (2) it highlights the great values and the potential abilities of human, and (3) it widens the research areas up to the heave-earth-human Samgye. Dealing with Haewon Sangsaeng in the social science, researchers must consider the limit of the research, which are (1) the tenacity of researcher's goal and the extremity of the research, (2) the possibility of a fallacy in doing the social science, and (3) the paradox of knowledge. In conclusion, Haewon Sangsaeng has many fundamental and practical values when it comes to Korean reunification. First, it should be a very important virtue for the unification leadership and the Korean people. Second, it could heal the serious illness, rooted in the Korean War, and many internal conflicts between the right and the left ideologically. Finally, it also recover North Korean people's severe pain and grief under the long-term dictatorship, and the heterogeneity between the South and North Korean people for 60 years.
The view of life and death in Daesoonjinrihoe includes all the gods of Heaven and Earth, and the human heart is taken as the foundational key. Practitioners can realize their value according to how much they have cultivated themselves. This is regarded as the mythical use of a singularly focused mind (full dedication of one's heart). In other words, it focuses on the potentiality of humans who are able to enter a transcendental area of divinity through their self-cultivation. This view of life and death in Daesoonjinrihoe was established by the religious mission known as "Samgye Gongsa (the Reordering of Three Realms of Heaven, Earth, and Humanity)." Samgye Gongsa indicated a new opening of the Three Realms of Heaven, Earth, and Humanity. This new opening is a return to the original principle of Heavenly operation and also a new order for the universe. Heaven and Earth have their own underlying principle by which they operate. This act was directly initiated and manifested from Dao. Daesoonjinrihoe diagnoses that the underlying principle by which Heaven operates was damaged by human misconduct, and as a result, the human observance of that principle fell out of common usage. Therefore, Daesoonjinrihoe gives priority to the reestablishment of Dao as it existed originally and tries to bring about reconciliation between Heaven and Earth and Humanity. In short, it resolves the grievances accrued since time immemorial by correcting the order of Sindo (Divine Law). Furthermore, it shows that the Dao of Sangsaeng (mutual beneficence) was created by reordering the arrangement of Heaven and Earth so that human beings and divine beings could reach a state of perfection through self-realization. Humans not only communicate with Heaven and Earth, but also communicate with divine beings. Divine beings are transcendent living beings capable of communicating with humans through their heart-minds. In Daesoon thought, human beings are not swayed by the power of divine beings, but instead are able to control divine beings through the transcendent power of their heart-minds. Given this view, the aim of Daesoonjinrihoe lies in participating in the harmony of Heaven and Earth through the cultivation of the human heart. Also, it sees that the human heart-mind can be united with the universal Dao, and thus it is able to be united with the deities of Heaven and Earth. In order to actualize this, one does not rely on exterior rituals or magic but has to focus instead on cultivating the moral ethics of the heart-mind to reach perfection. In other words, one can reach a transcendent level in one's heart-mind through the cultivation of a singularly focused mind and be free from the contradiction of life and death and other such torments. Life and death is an inevitable process for humans. So they do not have to be happy for life and sad for death. They can rather be free from the fear of death by fulfilling the energetic zenith of the human heart-mind via training themselves to transcend their physical bodies. No aging and no death is not a pursuit of radical longevity or immortality for the physical body, but rather a pursuit of the essence of life and the realization of eternity on a spiritual level. Daesoonjinrihoe pursues the state of being unified with Dao by developing "Jeong·Gi·Sin (精·氣·神 the internal energies of essence, pneuma, and spirit)" and trying to reach the transcendent state of non-aging and radical longevity by spurring the practice of self-realization and the discovery one's own innate nature. Through the practice of human ethics, they can access the creative functions of Heaven and Earth and become one with Heavenly Dao thereby achieving harmony between temporal existence and eternity. In this way, humans transcend the life and death of their physical bodies. When "Doins (trainees of Dao)" reach the true state of unification with Dao through singularly focused cultivation, they not only realize self perfection as human beings, but also enable themselves the means to do away with all disasters and forms of suffering. They thereby attain ultimate happiness in their lives.

This study aims to comprehend that Seokpajeong garden for aspect of space change. Spatial characteristics according to the transfer of ownership are classified as period. And investigate the aspect of space change in Seokpajeong garden based on literature and painting, newspaper, photo. The results were as follows. First, Investigate the construction and change of Seokpajeong garden. Accordingly, spatial characteristics of Seokpajeong garden are classified into three period. 1st period is Kim-Heung Keun owned Samgyedong-jungsa garden. 2nd period is Daewongun hold Seokpajeong garden. 3rd period is damaged original form of Seokpajeong garden from Korean War to current time inclusive. Secondly, Kim-Heung Keun owned Samgyedong-jungsa garden has characteristics of water system centric space and many buildings. In addition accept foreign culture like chinese pavilion and Byeoldang Villa. and plant unique flower and leaf in garden. Thirdly, According to Seokpajeong garden folding screen, Daewongun owned Seokpajeong garden accept organization of space in Samgyedong garden. But different locations of Sarangchae in folding screen means possibility of move building to current position. So, additional historical research is required with representation of chinese pavilion location. Fourthly, Seokpajeong garden was damaged from original form to frequent changes of ownership. Transform of geographical features and water system as well as Anchae and Sarangchae, back side of a outbuilding are only the remained among many buildings. Also, Seokpajeong garden is more fell to the subsidiary facility of Seoul Museum than Wonrim. Therefore restoration and recovery of original form are urgent.
