In this paper, we consider the c-sample location problem for ordered alternatives using median ranked ordering-set samples(MROSS). We propose the test statistic using the median of samples that have the same ranked order in each cycle of ranted ordering-set sample(ROSS). We obtain the asymptotic property of the proposed test statistic and Pitman efficiency with respect to other test statistic. In simulation study, our proposed test statistic has good powers for some underlying distributions we consider.

Using the center instead of the Lipschitz condition we show how to provide weaker sufficient convergence conditions of the modified Newton Kantorovich method for the solution of nonlinear singular integral equations with Curleman shift (NLSIES). Finer error bounds on the distances involved and a more precise information on the location of the solution are also obtained and under the same computational cost than in [1].

This study was carried out in order to investigate the relationship roundness of fly ashes and fluidity of fly ash cement paste. electrostatic precipitator system in coal-fired power plant have many successive collection fields in the direction of flue gas travel. In experiment, the roundness of fly ashes collected from the same location had similar values regardless of the load or boiler, and they increased going from the 1st collection filed to third collection filed in the direction of gas movement. In considering the relation between roundness of fly ashes and fluidity of fly ash cement paste, it has a high correlation.

The first specimens were sampled across the depth of roll products processed by rapid heating and cooling of the roll, namely, differential heat treatment. The second samples were taken from the non-heat treated roll at different depths. The samples were heat treated following the same temperature history as that at each corresponding location in the roll where the samples were taken. Consequently, both specimens showed the similar microstructure and mechanical properties (tensile, impact and fatigue strength etc.)

This paper presents a frequency analysis of subspan oscillation on overhead transmission line. The Oscillation frequency is a natural characteristic of a subspan and can be calculated. But it is not same to calculated frequency, because it has been composed several frequencies of adjacent subspan. We were analyzed to the frequency of subspan oscillation by FFT methods. This result will use to establish of the subspan location rules.

This paper reports of camera detection of Mura. The type, location, size, orientation and amplitude are found. As the luminance variation in Mura is down to less than app. 0.3 %, measurement apparatus, techniques and algorithms are developed to measure low noise data and to extract the Mura from data with the residual noise in the same magnitude as the Mura.

고급 GIS 및 복잡한 공간 분석 기술이 발전함에 따라 다양한 의사 결정 지원 시스템에서 지리적 혹은 공간적 문제 해결을 위한 고급 지식을 지원하기 위해 더욱 강력한 기술이 필요하게 되었다. 또한, 법집행 기관 및 수사 기관 등을 중심으로 효율적인 수사 및 향후 범죄 예방을 위해 과학 수사, 법 과학에 관한 연구의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 특히, 연쇄 범죄의 공간적 패턴을 분석함으로써 범죄자의 거점 위치를 예측하기 위한 지리적 프로파일링(Geographic Profiling)에 대한 연구가 활발하다. 그러나, 기존의 지리적 프로파일링 연구에서는 공간적 패턴 분석을 위해 단순히 통계적 방법만을 사용하고 있고, 연쇄 범죄에 대한 다양한 공간적, 시간적 분석 기술을 지원하지 않으므로 거점 예측시 낮은 정확도를 보인다. 그러므로, 본 논문에서는 범행 위치의 공간적 분포와 범죄 발생의 시간적 분포 특성에 따라 연쇄 범죄의 시공간 패턴을 유형화하고, 이를 기반으로 연쇄 범죄의 거점 위치를 보다 정확하게 예측하는 알고리즘으로 STA-BLP(Spatio-Temporal Analysis based Base Location Prediction)을 제안한다. STA-BLP는 하나의 거점으로부터 특정 방향을 선호하여 이동하며 발생되는 연쇄 범죄의 비등방성 패턴을 고려하고, 동일한 경로에 대한 반복 이동에 대한 범죄자의 학습 효과를 고려함으로써 예측 정확도를 개선시킨다. 또한, 다수의 군집화된 범행 위치들로부터 각 군집에 소속된 범행 위치들에 대한 지역적 거점 위치 예측과 모든 범행 위치에 대한 전역적 거점 위치 예측을 통해 거점이 다수 존재하는 연쇄 범죄의 경우에도 보다 정확한 예측을 수행한다. 마지막으로 다양한 실험을 통해 기존에 제시된 알고리즘과 STA-BLP의 예측 정확도를 비교하여 제안 알고리즘의 우수성을 입증하였다.

미소진동기술을 활용한 계측 및 안전관리는 전통적인 방법에 비해 우수성이 인정되어 국내외 광산 등에서 활용되고 있다. 그러나 국내 지하광산의 비정형화와 채굴적과 암반 등이 혼재한 복잡한 구조는 미소 진동 전파속도 산정과 미소진동 신호의 초동발췌를 어렵게 한다. 본 연구에서는 여러 초동발췌방법과 차원에 따른 음원위치의 결정에 대해 실험적 연구를 수행하였다. 초동발췌방법은 FTC(First Threshold Cross), Picking window, AIC(Akaike Information Criterion)을 사용하였으며, 2차원 센서 배열일 때 2차원과 3차원 음원발생 실험을 수행하였다. 각 실험에서 음원위치결정 알고리즘은 반복법과 유전자 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 반복법은 센서 배열과 음원발생이 동차원인 경우 효과적이나 음원발생이 상위차원인 경우에는 적합하지 않았다. 반면, RCGA를 이용한 음원위치결정의 경우 상위차원 음원위치를 결정할 수 있었으나 계산속도가 다소 느렸다. 초동발췌방법의 정확도는 음원위치결정 방법에 따라 다르게 나타났으나, Picking window가 전반적으로 높은 정확도를 나타냈다.
