인위적인 수요창출 하에서 서비스부품의 수요예측의 정확도 (A Study of Measuring Forecasting Accuracy Under Rromotion System)

  • Promotion system can be used as strategical management weapon to enhance the sales power. Planned order system has some similarities with promotion system to create purchasing power and to supply the service parts with low price on purpose. The only difference is whether it is prearranged event or not. The effectiveness of forecasting has increased with normal state of ordering process. However, the accuracy of forecasting has diminished with irregular state of ordering, such as demand occurrences by unexpected climate change or intended planned order by the company. A planned order system is examined through the process of computing the effectiveness on the basis of forecasting in this paper. And it is suggested that how to increase the accuracy of forecasting capability under the planned order system.

판매촉진 정보의 위치(위vs.아래)가 판매촉진 매력도 및 증정량 지각에 미치는 영향 (How the Information Location (up vs. down) Impacts Promotion Attractiveness and Amount Perception)

  • 최근까지 수행되어 온 연구들에 따르면 정보의 제시위치가 해당 정보에 대한 해석과 판단에 의미 있는 영향력을 가진다고 한다. 특히 수직적 위치의 경우, 무게에 대한 해석과 관련성을 가지며, 결과적으로 정보가 위쪽에 위치하는 것보다 아래쪽에 위치할 때 더 무겁다고 판단하는 경향이 있다. 이것은 가벼운 것은 위로 떠오르며 무거운 것은 아래로 가라앉는다는 사람들이 가지고 있는 객관적 지식과 경험에 기인한 것이다. 본 연구는 이러한 연구결과를 증정 제품을 제공하는 부가가치 촉진 상황에 적용하여, 증정량 정보의 위치가 판매촉진 평가 및 증정량 지각에 미치는 영향력을 고찰하였다. 본 연구에서는 연구 가설로 증정량 정보가 위쪽에 제시될 때보다 아래쪽에 제시될 때 무겁다는 연상을 가지며 결과적으로 증정량이 더 많다고 지각하고, 판매촉진에 대한 평가가 더 호의적일 것임을 제안하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 두 개의 실험을 진행하였다. 실험 1은 포스트잇의 2+1 증정 행사 맥락에서 증정 정보 '1'의 제시 위치가 판매촉진 평가에 미치는 주효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 증정량 정보가 구매 제품 정보 대비 위쪽에 제시되는 것보다 아래쪽에 제시될 때, 해당 판매촉진에 대하여 더 호의적으로 평가하였다. 실험 2는 실험 1의 결과를 다양한 방법으로 일반화하였다. 구체적으로 첫째, 자극물로 비타민 알약을 사용하였다. 둘째, 실험 1에서는 2+1의 정보를 제공할 때 문자(숫자) 정보를 사용하였던 것을 실험 2에서는 시각적 제품 사진으로 변경하였다. 마지막으로 종속 변수를 증정량 지각으로 확대하여 소비자의 반응을 보다 직접적으로 측정할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 양에 대한 명시적 메시지의 유무에 따라 증정량 정보의 위치가 증정략 지각에 미치는 영향력이 달라지는지를 고찰함으로써 앞서 제안한 효과의 경계 조건을 밝히고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 양에 대한 명시적 메시지가 없는 경우에는 증정량 정보가 아래쪽(vs. 위쪽)에 제시될 때 증정량이 더 많다고 지각하여 실험 1과 유사하게 위치 효과가 나타났다. 반면에, 양에 대한 명시적 메시지가 있는 경우에는 증정량 정보의 위치 효과가 나타나지 않아 양에 대한 명시적 메시지 유무의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 다양한 문헌에서 중요하게 연구되어 온 정보의 제시 위치가 판매촉진 매력도 평가 및 증정량 지각에 미치는 영향력을 부가가치 촉진 맥락에 적용하고 그 영향력을 고찰하였다는데 학문적인 의의가 있다. 본 연구는 마케터가 증정량의 제시 위치라는 요소를 잘 통제하여 다양한 판매촉진 상황에서 세부적 전략을 수립하는 데 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

외식사업 신규창업을 위한 사업계획서 작성방법 사례와 투자경제성 분석에 관한 연구 (Case Studies on Preparing a Business Plan for the Foundation of Food Service Business and Analysis of Investing Economy.)

  • This study was performed as placing stress on business plan preparation and investing economy analysis centered to cases upon presenting the premises of study for new foundation of food service business. The summarized results are as follows: 1. In the aspect of carrying out process of practical project, establishing the promotion strategy, the facility project program, the menu program, the facility and furniture program, organization & manning schedule, the business operation schedule, review of all laws & provisions and the allout promotion schedule in order were deployed. 2. Analysis of investing economy for review of profitability 1) In case of investment, excluding 600million for the real setate lease among the total investment of 1billion, it was required by 161, 235, 000 for interior project, 161, 110, 000 for facility & equipment, 19, 235, 000 for fittings, 27, 600, 000 for menu plate & uniform, 27, 600, 000 for furniture, 13, 800, 000 for sign article. 2) In case of loss & profit presumed the annual turnover is to be 1, 115, 856, 000 the contigent profit(before tax) is to be 148, 966, 000 which is 13.3% in comparson to the sales amount and the net profit(after tax) for this term s to be 104, 276, 000 which is 9.3% against the sales and the profitable ratio to the equity investment( 500 million) is 20.9% and it satisfies 20% of the premises of study. 3) In case of the payback period will be approximately two(2) years which indicated within three(3) years that is standard of new project evaluation term of ordinary enterprise. 4) In case of internal rate of return it will be 21.5% which is favorable profitability as taking into account of 15% that is standard of new project evaluation by ordinary enterprise based on general downtown money interest. That the investing value of Happy Day profitability is hinted as it is sufficient enough as the case under this study based upon such results and considered that securing supremacy is competitive power in case of commitment will be possible.

  • SP(sales promotion)전략을 지향하는 백화점은 강 한 개성으로 다양하게 변화해 가는 소비자의 욕구충 족을 위해 대 고객차원의 편의성 및 쾌적한 쇼핑환 경을 마련하며 아이디어는 항상 특별하고 새로워야 한다. SP 전략으로서의 VMD (visual merchandi sing)는 상품의 시각화계획 등 통일된 시각(visual identity) 연 출을 통해 고객의 그룹이나 개인의 취향에 맞는 타켓 마케팅 (target marketing) 으로 백 화점 은 고객 의 중심에서 그들의 삶을 윤태하게 하며 아름답고 즐거 운 소비문화를 주도해갈 수 있는 환경을 제공해야 할 것이다. 1999년 말 IMF 이후 최근 막강한 자금력과 경쟁 력을 가진 대형 외국 할인 업체의 부상과 계속되는 장기적인 경제위축으로 백화점의 마케팅활동은 기존 고객과 관련된 단기적 욕구만을 충족시키는 점에서 벗어날 수 없었다. 이렇게 심각한 경기불안과 유통환 경의 급변으로 인해 소비자의 구매력이 약화되고 매 출이 감소하는 등 백화점의 한계성과 업태간의 경쟁 이 심화되어 갈수록 진정한 서비스개념의 합리적 목 적을 띤 VMD가 SP전략의 실질적인 형태로써 존재 되어야 한다. VMD는 이러한 불경기에 대응하는 백화점의 생존 고용식 전략으로서 좀더 강하고 적극적인 글로벌 마인드 ( (global mind)를 갖고 보다 넓은 시장에 대한 장기적 안목을 필요로 한다. 특히 대 고객 감성의 글로벌화 로 광범위한 상품의 장르와 감각적인 투자로써 신 고객창출을 도모하는 한편 고객에 대한 세심한 배려 와 구체화된 전략을 통해 불황을 극복하는 등 국내 유통문화의 선진화를 가속시켜 나갈 수 있는 것이다. "손쉬운 장사벌이"라는 무책임한 사고를 버리고 철저한 고객친화의 중심에 서서 그들에게 즐거웅을 주고 풍요로운 문화의 장(場)을 마련하는 등 지금의 무한경쟁 시대에 가장 감성적인 경쟁력으로서 고객에게는 쇼핑을 통한 즐거움과 여유로움, 풍성한 정보 와 화제성, 독특한 서비스와 볼거리 등이 지속적으로 제공되어야 하며 상품의 시각화 계획인 VMD는 세 련된 드라마처럼 감동적 연출로 그 이야기가 전개되 어야한다. 고객의 구매행동을 기초로 유통시장의 무한 자유 경쟁이란 현 시점에서 판매촉진의 전략에 대한 체계 적 접근과 합목적성을 가진 VMD의 전개 방향 및 향후 백화점업계의 차별화 방안과 전략은 단순한 행 위의 출발이 아닌 주변환경과의 밀접한 연관 속에서 지극히 창조적인 예술적 자극이 요구되며 그 과정에 따른 결과적인 "반응"을 기대한다.quot;반응"을 기대한다.기대한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the different preference as well as the factor for this preference between general internet shopping mall and feminine internet fashion shopping mall only which are subjected with women and know the satisfaction which follows hereupon. This research will help to establish the strategy to marketers who manage feminine internet fashion shopping mall. The results of this study as follows; 1. As the result of the analysis of preference factors for general internet shopping mall, it was classified with, convenient characteristic, economical efficiency, product and information characteristic, sales promotion, and customer service. Also differences among preference factors appear with following orders, economical efficiency, convenient characteristic, product and information characteristic, sales promotion, and customer service. 2. As the result of the analysis of preference factor for feminine internet fashion shopping mall, it was classified with, fashion information and style, purchase product, economical efficiency, product assortment, and customer service. Also differences among preference factors appear with following orders, fashion information style, product assortment, purchase product, economical efficiency, and customer service. 3. As the result of the analysis of preference factors, convenient characteristic and product information mostly effects to satisfy the customers who use general internet shopping mall. 패션머천다이징 프로세스에서의 고객정보 활용 및 고객관리에 관한 사례 연구 (Case Study of Appling Customer Information and Customer Management in Fashion Merchandising Process)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze fashion merchandising process, to apply customer information in merchandising process and to examine customer management strategies of fashion industry in on-line and off-line channel. In depth, face to face interviews with structured questionnaires were conducted with MD and customer managers from selected 4 brands, one from each categories of men's, women's, casual and sports wear. Key findings of the study were as follows: First, they followed fashion merchandising process of 18 steps and collected trend information and sales data were applied to planning, selling/promoting process to plan season concept, design, and promotion activity. Second, commonly applied customer information types in fashion merchandising process were all from indirect information collected from sales data and forecasting companies. However, casual and sports wear conducted consumer monitoring activity f3r collecting customer data directly from customer participation. Third, in off-line channel, customers are segmented by amount of purchase they make in a specific time period and all the categories show high interest in valuable customers. However, only men's and woman's wear conducted promotion activities for valuable customers as a differentiated marketing strategy. In on-line channel, companies were interacting with the customers through internet web site to determine their demands. In conclusion, this study has significance in that it propose the necessity and strategy of differentiated customer management approaching by analyzing and comparing fashion merchandising activity process cases.

자기모니터링, 인구통계학적 변인과 화장품 구매행동 및 사용에 관한 연구 (The Purchasing Behavior and Use of Cosmetics Associated with Self-Monitoring and Demographic Variables)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the casual relationships of self-monitoring, face satisfaction, and demographic variables on the purchasing behavior and use of cosmetics of women. Samples wre 479 women in their 20's to 50's in Seoul, Korea. Three factors of the purchase criteria of cosmetics derived by factor analysis : F.1 'intrinsic trait', F.2 'sales promotion and fashion', F.3 'economy. Women high in self-monitor purchased and used cosmetics more than those low in self-monitor. There were significant relationships between the purchasing behavior and use of cosmetics and age, education, and social stratification. Women in their 20's and 30's perceived purchase criteria associated with intrinsic trait such as color and becomingness as more important, 20's sales promotion and fashion, women with less education perceived economy more than did the others. Upper class women showed more concern for intrinsic trait such as quality and color of cosmetics than did lower class. Social stratification, age, self-monitoring, and education had a direct effect on the degree of cosmetics purchase. Self-monitoring and education had a direct effect on the degree of cosmetics use. Age, education, social stratification, and face satisfaction had an indirect effect on the degree of cosmetics purchase and use. The causal relationship of self-monitoring on the use of coloring cosmetics was stronger than the connection between self-monitoring and total cosmetics. The present findings provide that personal trait associated with self-monitoring of women is important variable in understanding of the purchasing behavior and use of cosmetics.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze examples of online fashion product planning of domestic fashion brands, to grasp the characteristics and step-by-step problems in product planning, and to suggest product planning methods. This study consists of a literature study and a case study. The results of th study are as follows. First, in the information analysis and product planning, product planning according to analysis and targeting of online consumers should be conducted separately from offline, and the proportion of online-only products should be expanded. Second, in the design planning and product development stages, it should be possible to secure the quantity through the pre-planning of fabrics, a to acquire the novelty of the material through the preemption of good fabrics and the pre-planning of colors to secure competitive design. Third, in the convention, a systematic review process involving company members and customer review teams should be conducted to ensure product quality and sales-ability Fourth, in the production stage, the production period must be to reduce cost. Fifth, differentiated services according to the characteristics of their products for each brand in the promotion and sales stages. Based on this analysis, a desirable approach online product planning should first run promotion phase, increasing pre-planning for the product, and organizing specialize work and manpower issues.

South Korean Consumers' Experiences and Underlying Shopping Mechanism of Black Friday

  • Purpose: Black Friday is a globally used as a promotion event. A lot of South Korean retailers also have used it as their promotion concepts. But South Korean Consumers' response to Black Friday has never been investigated academically. This study examined Black Friday shopping of South Korean consumers, including experiences, perceptions, motives and shopping mechanism. Research design, data and methodology: To verify the purposes of this research, a survey was conducted with 462 participants. This study analyzed descriptive features of experiences, perceptions and motives and developed and tested the model of shopping mechanism. Results: South Korean consumers perceive Black Friday as one of the credible marketing tactics offering a big price discount. They have generally positive perceptions and shopping experiences toward Black Friday. The key motive of Black Friday shopping is for saving cost. In addition, for South Korean consumers, perceived deal value, perceived innovativeness, saving cost motive and fun motive are important antecedents of shopping on Black Friday, and attitude toward Black Friday plays a mediating role between antecedents and shopping behavior. Conclusions: The findings of this study provide practical and theoretical insight to understand the impact of Black Friday in South Korea.

사회적 경제 지원을 통한 산촌생태마을 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Mountain Eco-Village Revitalization through Social Economic Promotion)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop promotion strategies for revitalizing mountain eco-villages through social economic support. In order to fulfill this purpose, this study analyzed operation conditions, income creation structures of 240 mountain eco-villages formed by Korea Forest Service, and reviewed systems for social economic support. As summarized in research outputs, this study confirmed that the activities of organizations for joint projects had not been properly implemented due to the absence of supporting systems following the construction of mountain eco-villages. In addition, 159 villages formed as experience villages could not be qualified for enterprise systems due to aging population and absence of network systems. As for income creation, as indicated by comparing net incomes for joint projects calculated based on the classification of village management evaluation, the average net income of 51 highly-rated villages was 22 million Won and that of 128 moderately-rated villages was 3.5 million Won. Experience-based projects and the sales of processed forestry products made by young adult associations or women's societies were major sources of income, and the absence of inner economic bases or villages' jobs caused young adults and returned farmers to focus on working for outside economic activities. Finally, this study developed strategies for mountain eco-village's social economic promotion and suggested four stages of social economic revitalization provisions.
