  • 국내시장과는 환경과 여건이 판이한 해외시장을 표적시장(target market)으로 하는 국제마케팅은 시장자체의 형태가 천차만별일 뿐만 아니라 그 시장을 형성하는 상황, 시장구조 등이 전혀 다르며 다이나믹하게 급변하고 있다. 이러한 시장을 유지, 확대, 개척한다는 것은 효율적인 교역촉진의 수행 없이는 매우 어렵다. 보다 진보적이고 마케팅 정보를 토대로 하여 보다 세분화되고 구체화된 마케팅믹스 전략을 수행하는 것이 궁극적 목표이다.

Success Factors Analysis of Domestic Franchise Business - A Study on the CEO of Kwangju and Jeonnams -

  • In this paper, We conducted to find out what factors may affect the development of franchise businesses by reviewing the success factors of the domestic franchise business. The research was conducted by the CEOs of Gwangju and Jeonnam Franchise Business and a total of 137 items were used in the empirical analysis. Factors influencing success of the franchise business were designed in five areas : ability of the franchise CEO, franchise system, brand management, capacity of the parent store, and product differentiation. We conducted multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis for the research assumptions, Validation of the relationship between variables revealed that the ability of the franchise CEOs, franchise systems, brand management, and product differentiation did not significantly affect the increase in member sales, so the ability of the shareholders to increase their sales was important. However, the impact on revenue growth at franchise headquarters has all been significant, The increase in sales of franchises has a significant influence on the increase in profits of franchise headquarters, the report said. It was also found that an increase in the sales of franchises has a significant influence on the success of franchises. Finally, it was revealed that increasing profits at franchise headquarters significantly affects the success of the franchise business.

기업 크기에 따른 재고자산회전 변화율의 차이 (The Difference of the Inventories Assets Turnover Change Ratio According to the Firm Size)

  • This paper studied the differences of the inventories asset turnover change ratio and several characteristics variable between large and small manufacturing firm group. Large and small firm group were determined based on number of labors and asset size. Several characteristics variable of firms such as assets size, sales growth rate, return on assets, leverage ratio, credit rating and age of firm were used to find out the differences of firm group. As a result, the inventory asset turnover change ratio of large firm was 5.16% and that of the middle and small firm was 9.3%. For the large firm, sales growth rate, ROA and credit rating affect inventory assets turnover change ratio. For the middle and small sized firm, Assets size, sales growth rate and credit rating affect inventory assets turnover change ratio. Using this result, we can say that manufacturing company need to consider their firm size and their characteristics to make their own operation strategy of inventory.

Odoo Data Mining Module Using Market Basket Analysis

  • Odoo is an enterprise resource planning information system providing modules to support the basic business function in companies. This research will look into the development of an additional module at Odoo. This module is a data mining module using Market Basket Analysis (MBA) using FP-Growth algorithm in managing OLTP of sales transaction to be useful information for users to improve the analysis of company business strategy. The FP-Growth algorithm used in the application was able to produce multidimensional association rules. The company will know more about their sales and customers' buying habits. Performing sales trend analysis will give a valuable insight into the inner-workings of the business. The testing of the module is using the data from X Supermarket. The final result of this module is generated from a data mining process in the form of association rule. The rule is presented in narrative and graphical form to be understood easier.

Smart Store in Smart City: 소비자 감성기반 상권분석 시스템 개발 (Smart Store in Smart City: The Development of Smart Trade Area Analysis System Based on Consumer Sentiments)

  • 본 연구는 소비자들이 상권에 대하여 수행하는 웹 탐색 활동과 감성평가를 반영하는 데이터인 지역구 연관감성어휘를 기반으로 서울시 내 대형 상업 공간으로 정의할 수 있는 각 지역구 간의 연관 감성 네트워크에 대하여 소셜 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 나아가 도출한 소셜 네트워크 지표를 지역구 공공 데이터와 결합하여 보다 다각적 측면을 고려한 지역구 상권의 매출액에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 검증하였고 그 영향력의 변화 또한 확인해 보았다. 정적 데이터로 표현되는 공공 데이터만을 통해 구성된 모형으로도 높은 설명력을 가지는 것을 확인할 수 있었으나, 소셜 네트워크 분석 결과로 도출된 네트워크 지표와 결합된 모형에서는 그 설명력이 더욱 향상된 것이 확인되었다. 공공 데이터에 대한 회귀 분석 결과, 투입된 22개의 요인들 중 '골목 상권 수,' '1인당 거주면적,' '주거환경만족도,' '거래증감률,' '3년 이상 생존율'의 5개의 요인이 지역구 상권 매출액에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었다. 이후 공공 데이터와 네트워크 지표 결합 모형에서 투입된 지표들은 '에고 네트워크의 밀도,' '연결 중심성,' '근접 중심성,' '매개 중심성,' '아이겐벡터 중심성'이며, 이 중 '연결 중심성'과 '아이겐벡터 중심성'이 매출액에 유의한 영향을 미치며 모형 내에서 가장 높은 영향력을 보유한 것이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 각 상권이 소비자가 원하는 감성을 고려한 도시 전략 계획 수립과 이행의 실증적 근거로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 상권에 진입하거나 재창업하는 자영업자나 잠재 창업자를 바탕으로 지역구 상권이 보유한 감성과 그 관계 구조를 고려한 상권 진입 방향성을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

모바일 PST를 위한 효율적 PA 기법 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Efficient PA Technology for Mobile PST)

  • PST는 제품 컨설팅을 위해 제품 카탈로그를 시스템화 한 것으로 대다수의 모바일 PST(Premium Sales Tool)는 DA(Dynamic Allocation)기법을 사용한다. 그러나 모바일 기기는 수용할 수 있는 자원이 한정되어 있어 고해상도의 콘텐츠를 연속적으로 질의 할 경우 요청한 리소스가 대기상태로 쌓여 CPU의 과부하가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자의 제스처에 따라 페이지 할당과 해제를 주기적으로 제공함으로써 부하 발생에 대한 문제를 개선하여 향상된 PST 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 구현한 시스템의 성능을 테스트 한 결과 기존 DA 기반 시스템 보다 제안한 PA(Pattern Allocation) 기반 시스템이 페이지 할당과 해제 빈도수에 대한 부하가 평균 약 78%의 감소율을 보였으며, CPU 점유율은 평균 약72% 감소한 것을 확인하였다.

농촌개발사업 효과의 정량적 평가 및 공간적 연관 분석 (Quantitative Effect Evaluation and Spatial Autocorrelation Analysis of Rural Development Projects)

  • A lot of rural development projects have been planned and implemented for revitalizing rural areas in South Korea. However, it is not easy to properly evaluate and quantitatively analyze project outcomes. For this reason only selected regions have been evaluated for rural projects by government agencies. In this study, we analyzed the purpose and the contents of the Rural Village Development Project (RVDP) and Green Tourism Village Project (GTVP) to find indicators for evaluating results of rural projects using logistic regression analysis. Outputs of this study show that RVDPs increase regional population and GTVPs positively affect the sales of agricultural products. We also estimated the spatial distribution of project effects through spatial autocorrelation analysis and local-spatial autocorrelation analysis. Results show that the Moran's I values for the proportion of farmers with avocational jobs, product sales changes, and population growth in Jeol-La province are positive and the biggest one is population growth. Especially, key areas of agricultural product sales are widely distributed.

국제물품매매계약에서 매도인의 물품인도의무 위반에 대비한 손해배상액의 예정조항 (Liquidated Damage Clause: LD조항)의 활용에 관한 연구 - ICC Model International Sale Contract를 중심으로 (A Study on the Use of LD Clause against the Seller's Breach of Delivery of Goods in the Contract for the International Sale of Goods)

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the use of LD Clause against the seller's breach of contract in connection with delivering the goods in the international sales contract, and international guarantee system using standby L/C or demand guarantee. For this purpose, the author, first, considered the outline of the buyer's remedies in cases that the seller had not performed his obligations in contract and the difficulties in the buyer's remedies. As alternatives for overcoming the difficulties, this author recommended the LD Clauses (Liquidated Damage Clauses) based on ICC Model International Sales Contract, and explained each Model Clause. To enhance the feasibility of LD Clause, this author suggested the guarantee system, like the standby L/C or demand guarantee. But these guarantee systems have several limitations in practical use. Thus, these guarantee systems would greatly contribute to Korean exportation in the future. The reason is that the Korean export structure would be more complex and the period of sales contract would be longer and longer, which result to in long-terms supply contracts. These changes would require the guarantee much urgently.

구동 모듈 감속기 윤활 특성에 관한 연구 (Research on the Lubrication Characteristics of Driving Modules)

  • In this study, we report on a power system developed as a decelerator for a driving module in an electric vehicle. The system is to be mounted in a limited space. The research focus was on development of miniaturization, light weight, and high power density. In particular, we aimed to minimize the layout of existing external components as integrated or built-in, and to maximize the power density by applying optimal cooling technology to increased requirements for developing modular power systems applicable to various OEM models. South Korean automakers ranked fourth in global electric-vehicle sales in 2020, but domestic sales are relatively slow. Despite government's expansion in subsidies for eco-friendly cars, consumers are delaying purchases after 2021 considering the cost-effectiveness of electric vehicles. In major European markets, the demand for electric vehicles exceeded the demand for diesel cars, and sales of hybrid cars, which used to represent eco-friendly cars, are slowing down as Toyota, started selling electric vehicles. In this study, the internal lubrication characteristics of a decelerator installed in an electric vehicle were analyzed in terms of the deceleration time while driving. By selecting the proper oil and oil viscosity, it was confirmed that there is no problem in lubricating the bearings and gears of the decelerator.
