  • This study deals with a type of vehicle routing problem faced by manager of some department stores during peak sales periods. The problem is to find a set of traveling paths of vehicles that leave a department store and arrive at a destination specified for each vehicle after visiting customers without violating time and capacity constraints. The mathematical model is formulated with the objective of maximizing the sum of the rewards collected by each vehicle. Since the problem is known to be NP-hard, a heuristic algorithm is developed to find the solution. The performance of the algorithm is compared with the optimum solutions obtained from CPLEX for small size problems and a priority-based Genetic Algorithm for large size problems.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기업의 네트워킹 활동 현황을 분석하고 기업의 네트워킹 활동에 영향을 미치는 기업특성 변수를 분석함으로써, 기업의 네트워킹 활동 촉진을 위한 정부의 적절한 개입전략을 마련하는데 기여하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구는 기업의 네트워킹 활동으로서 정부의 네트워크 형성 정책 참여 여부를 종속변수로 한다는 점을 고려하여 이항로짓모형을 활용하며, 기업의 네트워킹 활동을 산학 협력 연계망 구축 사업 참여, 지역혁신센터사업 참여, 그리고 핵심 기술 확보 방법으로서 네트워킹 활동 및 미래의 필요 기술 확보 방법으로서 네트워킹 활동 등으로 파악하며, 이들 각각을 종속변수로 하는 모형을 설정하고 계수 값을 추정하였다. 기업의 네트워킹 활동에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변수는 전반적으로 기업의 연구능력과 정보 자원에 대한 개방성, 그리고 정부 지원 사업 활용 경험 등으로 요약할 수 있을 것이다. 기업의 적극적인 연구개발네트워킹을 촉진하기 위해서 정부는 기업이 연구시설을 갖추고 연구 인력을 고용하며, 연구개발에 투자하는 등 흡수 능력을 갖추도록 유인하는 것이 필요한 것으로 파악된다. 또한 산업공학 전공 코디네이터를 양성함으로써 다양한 정보에 대한 기업의 개방성 향상과 기업의 정부 지원 사업 활용을 촉진할 수 있을 것이다.

패스트 패션의 상품 공급 프로세스 설계에 관한 연구 (The Product Supply Process Design for Fast Fashion Industry with BPMN)

  • This paper suggests the product supply process model based on the store and production capacity, assortment planning and quick response for fast fashion retailers with BPMN. In the fast fashion industry, the standardized business process model is required to respond quickly market trends and customer requirements based on the quantitative and qualitative criteria. Thus we define the product supply processes which incorporate forecasting and assortment plan, cost and profitability of the production, store capacity based on the visual merchandising, and production capacity of the fast fashion retailers. Also we design the key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of these product supply processes. The product supply process model for the fast fashion has great significance in embracing the fast fashion product development process because it presents the holistic view of the product supply process of the fast fashion and provides a performance evaluation mechanism. A case study shows that adopting the processes, a Korean fast fashion company achieves improvement in various performance indicators.

영업관리자 코칭이 동기부여와 조직유효성에 미치는 영향: 성취욕구의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Sales Manager Coaching on the Motivation and Organizational Effectiveness Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Achievement Needs)

  • 최근 들어 코칭 리더십은 조직구성원의 역량 강화뿐만 아니라 조직유효성 제고를 위한 중요한 인적자원관리 전략으로 주목 받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 영업관리자의 코칭이 동기부여 및 조직유효성에 미치는 영향과 성취욕구의 조절적 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 영업관리자 코칭은 영업사원의 동기부여와 조직유효성(직무만족, 조직몰입 및 직무성과)에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 동기부여는 조직 유효성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 성취욕구는 영업관리자 코칭과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서 조절적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에 따르면 영업관리자의 코칭은 영업사원의 성과 향상뿐만 아니라, 동기부여, 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 유용한 접근방식이 될 수 있으며, 또한 영업사원의 성취욕구 수준에 따라 영업 코칭의 목적과 접근 방식을 달리 해야 한다는 점을 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 영업관리자의 코칭이 조직 유효성에 미치는 영향과 이를 효과적으로 발휘 될 수 있는 상황적 요인을 확인함으로써, 코칭리더십에 대한 이론적 실무적 발전에 공헌하였다는 점을 본 연구의 의의라 할 수 있다.

And, we will Prove the facts that it could be a guiding company which has a ability of cooperation with entities through the founding of supply chain, On the conclusion, we will show the variation which influences for capacity entities and alternative proposal to define a element which influence for a cause and effect basically.

외식프랜차이즈기업 부실예측모형 예측력 평가 (Evaluating Distress Prediction Models for Food Service Franchise Industry)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was evaluated to compare the predictive power of distress prediction models by using discriminant analysis method and logit analysis method for food service franchise industry in Korea. Research design, data and methodology: Forty-six food service franchise industry with high sales volume in the 2017 were selected as the sample food service franchise industry for analysis. The fourteen financial ratios for analysis were calculated from the data in the 2017 statement of financial position and income statement of forty-six food service franchise industry in Korea. The fourteen financial ratios were used as sample data and analyzed by t-test. As a result seven statistically significant independent variables were chosen. The analysis method of the distress prediction model was performed by logit analysis and multiple discriminant analysis. Results: The difference between the average value of fourteen financial ratios of forty-six food service franchise industry was tested through t-test in order to extract variables that are classified as top-leveled and failure food service franchise industry among the financial ratios. As a result of the univariate test appears that the variables which differentiate the top-leveled food service franchise industry to failure food service industry are income to stockholders' equity, operating income to sales, current ratio, net income to assets, cash flows from operating activities, growth rate of operating income, and total assets turnover. The statistical significances of the seven financial ratio independent variables were also confirmed by logit analysis and discriminant analysis. Conclusions: The analysis results of the prediction accuracy of each distress prediction model in this study showed that the forecast accuracy of the prediction model by the discriminant analysis method was 84.8% and 89.1% by the logit analysis method, indicating that the logit analysis method has higher distress predictability than the discriminant analysis method. Comparing the previous distress prediction capability, which ranges from 75% to 85% by discriminant analysis and logit analysis, this study's prediction capacity, which is 84.8% in the discriminant analysis, and 89.1% in logit analysis, is found to belong to the range of previous study's prediction capacity range and is considered high number.

  • In this paper, we try to analyze the likelihood of exercising the power of market dominance by certain generators in future power industry of Korea. Firstly, we estimated installed generation capacity and sales volume of electricity in Korea, based on 'The 3rd Long Term Power Plan' which was announced in December 2006. Secondly, we calculated HHI, an index showing the degree of concentration of an industry, and RSI, an index showing how adequate the supply of goods or services of an industry is, using Fast-Forward. Thirdly, assuming a major generator employs the strategy of withholding a part of its available capacity at a peak time, we simulated hypothetical movement of SMP over a certain period of time, which is compared with that obtained without assuming such strategy to generate Lerner Index. an index showing the degree of market power of a monopoly. Regulators, home and abroad, have not given much interest in analyzing the effect of market dominance that is likely to be exercised by certain players in the future. That said, this paper provides insight into developing methodologies of analyzing and mitigating such effect by proposing the above indices to gauge it. In addition, this paper also shows the potential impact of employing capacity withholding strategy on the financial account of a dominant generator.

국제상사계약의 유효성에 관한 주요국가의 입법례 검토 (Review of Legislation Case in Main Country about the Validity of International Commercial Contract)

  • The United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods(CISG) leaves a number of aspects concerning commercial sales untouched. In particular, it is not concerned with the validity of the contract or of any of its provisions or of any usage. And UNIDROIT don't deal with all-round validity in International Commercial Contract. Especially, UNIDROIT includes declaration of intention department. The UNIDROIT contains the chapter 3 on the "validity" in terms of the defects of consent such as mistake, fraud, and threat as well as "gross disparity". Notwithstanding these provisions, the Principles did not deal with invalidity arising from the lack of capacity or authority, or immorality or illegality. On the other hand, there are arguments that the corresponding provisions of the Principles of International Commercial Contracts(UNIDROIT Principles; PICC). Therefore, Validity in International Commercial Contract is delegate by Each Country Law. So Trade practicer should know full well about Each Country Law Position. People(human, corporation, company) of position Trade practice classify each country civil law relation to validity of commercial contract. This paper is to examine the Validity of UNIDROIT Principles. Also this paper analyses comparison on each country position relation to capacity of right, capacity to act, illegality of contract, declaration of intention. In conclusion, This paper expect that people of trade practice makes use of analysis knowledge.

A Study on the Development of Railway Logistics Business Model and Track Capacity

  • Purpose: This study attempts to analyze the current status of the railway logistics business and to seek ways to improve it by using the business model as an analytical framework. It was intended to reflect practical implications that could be applied to the field, by dealing with issues at the industrial site related to each component in the business model. Research design, data and methodology: This study was conducted through literature review and field research. We analyzed academic papers and industrial reports on the development of the railway logistics industry and interviewed various stakeholders in the railway logistics industry. Results: This study determined the factors that could be eliminated, raised, reduced, or created from the customer and product perspective, infrastructure management perspective, and financial perspective. Conclusions: The growth of existing business can be achieved by lowering service prices, improving service quality, and securing large-scale transportation capacity. The additional transportation of high value goods and cold chain commodities will be promising business opportunities. Existing services can be provided to new customers (large pre-shippers, forwarding customers, etc.) in order to increase the size of sales Urban delivery services and comprehensive logistics services based on complex logistics centers may open an avenue for new market. A more timetable and track capacity need to be assigned to logistics, which significantly improve the flexibility and the competency of railway logistics.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 스마트팜 사업 참여 기업 자료를 이용하여 기업의 혁신 활동이 기업 혁신 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 실증분석 하였다. 기업의 혁신활동을 기획역량, R&D역량과 사업화 역량으로 구분하고 각 혁신 활동이 기업의 매출 및 특허 창출에 미치는 영향을 추정하였으며, 정부의 기술정책지원이 기업의 혁신활동과 성과와의 관계에서 미치는 조절효과도 분석하였다. 연구방법으로는 회귀분석을 진행하였으며 분석 결과, 기업 내 혁신과 관련된 기획역량, R&D역량, 사업화 역량은 기업 성과 창출에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타으며 정부의 기술정책 지원도 기업 성과를 더 높이는 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 기술사업화 경영성과를 높이기 위해서는 기획, R&D역량과함께 정부의 기술정책지원이 필요한 것으로 확인되었다.
