A Study on Planning Factors of Apartment House in Newspaper Advertising - Since autonomy of lotting-out price of house - (신문광고에 나타난 아파트 계획요소에 관한 연구 - 주택의 분양가 자율화 이후를 중심으로 -)

  • This study is to examine changes since autonomy of lotting-out price of apartment house and planning factors related to sale of apartment house through leaflet of sale of apartment house. Objects of the study were leaflets of sale of apartment houses through the Donga Il Bo daily newspaper from 2001 to 2003. The results of research can be summarized to three. First, traffic of locational factors in advertisement of sale of apartment house showed the highest frequency and it was found that it was an important planning factor of apartment house. Second, considering that advanced facilities and the highest finishing materials were used, quality of apartment house has been advanced. Third, considering that community space, theme park and green zone showed high occupancy in external space, there has been high increase in external space as well as in internal one since autonomy of lotting-out price.

  • Domestic distribution market is in a time of transition for the present. With consumers' diverse demands, the growth of department stores, shopping malls, specialized shops and so on has been taken place radically and the competition among them also has become severe. In order to promptly and positively cope with the radically changing trend of market and the generation of competing business entities, they are necessary to establish a discriminated indoor space plan. With such desires as the expansion of leisure activities based on the increase of personal income and the up-gradation, diversification and individualization of living standard based on economic growth, the dining-out space, one of people's life environments, need a variety of changes. In the past, the specialized restaurants of composite shopping malls and department stores were a mere mediating space of food sale between producers and consumers, but today they become a discriminated and creative indoor space which representing customers' lifestyle. The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristic of public space of specialized restaurants at composite shopping malls and department stores and then present a discriminated spatial marketing strategy in order to find out the direction of its proceeding in the future. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to work out basic data for the development of dining-out contents at the time of appearing diverse composite dining-out spaces in the future and of establishing a renovation plan of specialized restaurants at composite shopping malls and department stores in order to provide customers a space which could satisfy their desires. In this vein, the characteristic and composition of necessary space was analyzed based on the examination of cases. The investigator hopes that study findings are used as basic data for the study on the interrelationship between the sale space and dining-out space of composite commercial facilities and for the establishment of marketing strategy to attract customers.

  • A cosmetic shop in a department store is the best place in Korea's cosmetic market flow that shows the total image of each brand. The present day departmental cosmetic shops are centered around global brands and comparative brand power is competing with a small number of local brands. It is a fact that not only regarding the brand power of local brands but also the space design of their shops are different than the global brands. And, influenced by a modern society, culture, economic surrounding, the customers are getting original and individual. Their individualistic life style is demanding a shop environment with new concept. Such a sale environment is not for just product sale and a place where exchange economy of sale occurs. It is requisite for communication where total marketing strategy Is used In an active way. We must acknowledge it as a symbolic place being the ultimate site of customer oriented exchange economy showing the image of both product and the company. The aim of this plan is to set up a sale environment that will enhance the brand awareness and product value. We intended to provide purchase comfort and visual effect to the customer simultaneously with an Increase in customer attention by putting in the appropriate design requisites as per the brand specialty and by the application of a distinguished S.I.P (Store Identity Program) for the shop.

In fact, it's not only making atmosphere that could give relaxation and rich life but also supporting commodity and many kinds of information to effect the sale's effectiveness, so the various alternative need to be checked out to treat the difference of atmosphere. importance of space composition plan considerating specific character is confirmed each commercial area of alternatives. In this study, we want to provide the most important standard of space composition of several visible or invisible environment factor making an bakery store. commercial rights are defferentiated between center commercial land and dwelling commercial land and we can strengthen the competitveness by bringing inspect, analysis, comparison about product make-up price each commercial land in space organixation of in-store actively in the 21 century's new bakery competition. In the 21st century, we should recognize we are in the new period about these a aggressive goal of maximization of sales and performed space construction through plan specialization to build reasonably and effectively. composition plan for store space as composition rate of product would be basic plan. so when the opening store is decided it need to be basic composition plan space which Is proper to situation of area.

A Periodic Change of Landscape Charicteristics and Visual Preference with Open Space of Apartment Complex -Specially Focused on Apartment Sites in Cheongju City- (시대적변천에 따른 아파트단지의 경관적특성 및 선호도에 관한 연구 - 청주시 아파트 단지를 대상으로 -)

  • The open space of apartment complex has changed diversely according to construction periods which were divided into the introduction stage (the 1980s), the development stage (the 1990s), and the maturity stage (after 1999). This study set out to analyze the periodic changes of visual characteristics and preference with the open space of apartment complexes in Cheongju City. For analysis of visual characteristics and preference, nineteen adjectives that were determined to sufficiently express the feeling of the open space of apartment complex. The results are as follows. As for adjective image assessment by using descriptive statistics, favorable images were shown in complexes of maturity stage phase that were constructed after the liberalization of apartment sale in 1999. These results may be caused both by quantitative increase and diversification of materials in planting and landscaping furniture and by nature-friendly designing. The results of factor analysis by Varimax rotation method showed that common variance was 73.9%, which indicates higher explanation. The nineteen adjectives could be divided into three factors, 'pleasantness factor,' 'negative factor,' and 'irregular factor.' Visual preference was analysed by using Least significant Difference (LSD) by analysis of variance : complexes of maturity stage phase that were constructed according to the liberalization of apartment sale in 1999 were highest in assessment. The correlation between view preference and adjective images was analyzed by multiple regression analysis, and 'feeling like walking,' 'well-arranged,' 'beautiful,' 'friendly,' and 'clean' (in order) were adjective images that most affected the preference. As for the analysis of the correlation between visual preference and physical components of view, the preference increased as the rate of pavement and greens was higher, while it decreased as size of building was larger. Therefore, backgrounds of walking and greens had strong effects on the preference.

  • The surrealism for the revelation of the unconscious realms shares the inner world of mentality with modern fashion display for the visual expression of sensation each other. The analysis of the influence which automatism technique of surrealism exerts on fashion display showed as follows : 1) The automatism technique elevated the dramatic effect of the sales room by scraping the perspective, or the principle of visual arts. 2) It maximized the effect of subject of the display by coinciding surrealism with realism. 3) The technique which distorts the things heralded the strong message to customers by letting them keep away from the fixed idea. 4) Humorous expression of display brought about the effect of sales stimulation by giving astonishment, shock and exaggeration. 5) Expression of surrealism and realism caused customers to feel shock, illusion, fantasy. 6) The automatism technique expressed the high-tech image, and free expression by revealing the diversity of subject. 7) Display hinted from nature satisfied the mental desire of the human beings to be assimilated with nature. The formative characteristic presented the new possibility of combination of display with arts through the avant-garde sensation. Sale's room, or the marketing space was to be sublimated to three dimensional art space, which enhanced the image of sale's room, furthermore meeting the demand of moderner's lifestyle.

Numerical Simulation of Impact and Dynamic Deformation Based on Two-Step Eulerian Method (Two-Step Eulerian 기법 기반 충돌 및 동적 변형 해석)

  • In this paper, numerical algorithms applied in two-step eulerian scheme are investigated and implemented. Element quantities are advected with donor or van Leer algorithm. Nodal quantities are advected with Simplifed ALE [SALE] algorithm. Material interfaces are determined with Simple Line Interface Calculation [SLIC] algorithm. Practical aspects considered for code development are addressed in detail. The results of developed two-step Eulerian code are verified by comparing with those from pure lagrangian scheme and commercial code.

  • Today the trend of department Is increasing stores to satisfy consumers to enjoy shopping comfortably and purchase desire. Specially, high stores focus on the sale environment improvement for consumers's pattern such as different corporate images, new life style and value system. However, nowadays Internet shopping mall is generalized, so consumer can purchase high brad more comfortably. Therefore, department store have to show high brand image through new interior production in departments. Specially, the importance of department store's facade is realized to link of company sales promotion of stores. Because the purpose of department store is sale, so the role of facade display is very important. Specially, facade in department stores contains many various concepts connotative logics, so this is more important than other space. Facade shows product images and connects consumer's purchase desire. Therefore the purpose of this study to find out the characteristics of high stores in departments and to help facade design of department stores.

  • Recently residential-commercial buildings are being built more like residential-oriented apartments and also as deluxe residential houses targeting at the high-income bracket that is seeking for high Qualify of life. The important factors to provide a pleasant environment for residential-commercial buildings are both common space shared by occupants and the quality of service and the conveniences. These have already become prominent as important factors when choosing a residence. This research manipulates the characteristics of commonly shared space, being an important factor of amenity, in the residential-commercial buildings recently built for sale so that a reference to planning of common space in residential-commercial buildings can be provided for the future.

  • Modern fashion shop is changed by the changing of fashion style. And as purch asing pattern is charged to consuming pattern which has strong individuality functions as space which reflect characteristics of products and consumers in order to present sensitive and in dividual image are also required besides conventional concept as space which simply focused on sale. Meanwhile in the 1980's the fashion presented retro mood modernly by popularization of post-modernism and introduced minimalism that is one of the anti-cultures in the 1960's. Recently minimalistic trends which are expressed by various attempts and a new point of view are introduced to the fashion shop by interior designer. Therefore in this study minimalistic characteristics which appear in the composition of interior space of the modern fashion shop are researched by theoretical consideration and analysis of examples and analysis of examples and consistent direction of fashion shop is presented.
