한전 Gateway를 활용한 Smart Office 기능 연구 (Study on Smart Office Functionality Utilizing KEPCO Gateway)

  • 본 연구는 한국전력 eIoT(: energy Internet of Thing) 플랫폼을 활용한 스마트오피스 기능이고, 망구성은 센싱 디바이스, 게이트웨이, 플랫폼, 그리고 서비스서버로 구성 한다. 핵심 기능들은 게이트웨이와 디바이스간 LoRa(: Long Range) 기술을 활용하여 프로토콜 데이터 전달하는 부분, 지능화된 애플리케이션 처리 부분 그리고 PS-LTE(: Public Safety-Long-Term Evolution) 시스템에 연동되는 공공 안전 데이터처리 부분이다. 그리고 스마트오피스에서 서비스될 수 있는 리소스트리가 제시되며, 이것은 애플리케이션 서버와 디바이스에서 공통적으로 사용된다.

It may increase the effect of the education for the equipment by showing the details of safety equipments, general account, a manual, LSA(Life Saving Appliance) Code and SOLAS convention through an image on a screen.

전자뇌관을 이용한 보안물건 초근접구간 시공 사례 (A Case Study on the Construction at Near Verge Section of Secure Objects Using Electronic Detonators)

  • 화약을 이용하여 작업하는 현장에서는 발파에 의해 발생되는 소음과 진동의 영향으로 작업상 많은 제약을 받는다. 최근에 민원 발생 증가 및 보안물건에 대한 환경규제 기준이 대폭 강화되고 있는 추세이다. 때문에 보안물건이 근접해 있는 경우 일반적으로 기계식굴착에 의해 작업이 이루어지고 있다. 기계식굴착 공법은 발파공법에 비해 소음과 진동을 저감시키는 장점을 갖고 있으나 굴착하고자 하는 암반의 상태에 따라서 계획 보다 시공성이 떨어지는 경우가 발생되기도 한다. 일반적으로 굴착암이 극경암에 가까울수록 시공성이 낮아진다. 본고에서는 전자뇌관을 사용하여 보안물건이 초근접해 있는 공사구간을 시공한 사례에 대해 설명하고자 한다. 당 현장은 인근에 보안물건(철도)이 근접(9.9m)해 있어 암파쇄 굴착공법으로 설계가 되어 시공하던 중, 극경암 노출에 따른 시공성 저하 및 공사기간 단축을 위한 대안 공법으로 전자뇌관을 이용한 시공을 검토하게 되었다. 전자뇌관 이용한 발파작업으로 주변 보안물건에 미치는 영향을 최소화 하면서 시공성과 경제성을 극대화 할 수 있었다. 한화에서 생산하는 하이트로닉($HiTRONIC^{TM}$)은 혁신적인 안정성과 높은 기폭 신뢰성을 갖고 있어 초정밀발파가 가능하다. 전자뇌관은 철도 및 고속도로현장, 대형 석회석 광산을 비롯한 도심지 터파기 등에서 널리 사용되고 있다.

  • 최근 전자뇌관은 다양한 건설현장과 석산에서 폭넓게 사용되고 있다. 보안물건이 근접한 지역을 비롯하여 발파작업에 의한 파쇄도 개선과 2차 소할 비용 절감을 통한 작업효율성을 극대화하거나 공사기간을 단축시켜 비용을 절감하기 위해 전자뇌관을 이용하는 경우가 점차 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 본 사례는 도심지에서 시공 중인 수도권 광역급행철도 A노선 민간투자사업 건설공사 00공구 현장에서 전자뇌관을 적용한 사례이다. 당 현장은 설계에 비전기뇌관을 이용하여 시공하도록 되어 있었으나, 발파작업을 진행하던 중 인근에 위치한 보안물건에 대한 피해와 민원을 최소화하면서 안전하고 빠른 굴착작업을 위해 전자뇌관을 이용한 발파공법을 검토하였다. 전자뇌관을 적용하여 발파소음과 진동에 대한 환경규제기준을 충족시켰으며 인근의 보안물건에 대한 손상을 방지할 수 있었다.

  • Internet of Thing(IoT), which is recently talked about with the development of information and communication technology, provides big data to all nodes such as companies and homes, means of transportation etc. by connecting all things with all people through the integrated global network and connecting all actual aspects of economic and social life with Internet of Thing through sensor and software. Defining Internet of Thing, it plays the role of a connector of providing various information required for the decision-making of companies in the cloud computing environment for the Insight usage by collecting and storing Raw Data of the production site through the sensor network and extracting big data in which data is accumulated and Insight through this. In addition, as the industry showing the largest linkage with other root industries among root industries, the mold industry is the core technology for controlling the quality and performance of the final product and realizing the commercialization of new industry such as new growth power industry etc. Recently, awareness on the mold industry is changing from the structure of being labor-intensive, relying on the experience of production workers and repeating modification without the concept of cost to technology-intensive, digitization, high intellectualization due to technology combination according to IT convergence. This study, therefore, is to provide a golden opportunity to increase the direct and indirect expected effects in poor management activities of small businesses by actually implementing and managing the entire process of mold life cycle to information system from mold planning to mass production and preservation by building SME(small and medium-sized enterprises)-type mold life cycle management information system in the cloud computing environment and applying it to the production site.

철도차량의 새로운 탈선계수 측정방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on New Measurement of Derailment Coefficient for Rolling Stocks)

  • The running safety of rolling stock is assessed by derailment coefficient. It requires lots of preparatory time, expenditure and high measurement technique to measure derailment coefficient. If derailment coefficient could be measured when track or vehicle is maintained, safety will be improved. The measurement and assessment of running safety is necessary for safety especially for the vehicles newly developed and started service. Therefore measurement of derailment coefficient is most important thing to secure running safety. In this paper, we examined new assessment method which could estimate derailment coefficient by measuring vibration acceleration and displacement of vehicle operating at actual track irrespective of time and place. The new method could be used effectively as a mean confirming running safety.

  • Construction Management(CM) that is the business innovation and method of construction management is introducing and implying the needs to improve high cost and low productivity structure and cope with very variable changes of construction market in construction industry within the country. But, safety management system is a very insignificant thing under CM. Consquently, We had been needed for the improvement about what the problem was. Therefore, My study raised the problem to the system and management by making a comparative study of the feature of the management method and the content of the accomplishment of safety management by using the consideration of the case about a big field of construction work implying CM within the country and proposed the active method of safety management.

Leading for Safety: A Question of Leadership Focus

  • Background: There is considerable evidence that leadership influences workplace safety, but less is known about the relative importance of different leadership styles for safety. In addition, a leadership style characterized by an emphasis and a focus on promoting safety has rarely been investigated alongside other more general leadership styles. Methods: Data were collected through a survey to which 269 employees in a paper mill company responded. A regression analysis was conducted to examine the relative roles of transformational, transactional (management-by-exception active; MBEA), and safety-specific leadership for different safety behavioral outcomes (compliance behavior and safety initiative behaviors) and for minor and major injuries. Results: A safety-specific leadership contributed the most to the enhanced safety of the three different kinds of leadership. Transformational leadership did not contribute to any safety outcome over and above that of a safety-specific leadership, whereas a transactional leadership (MBEA) was associated with negative safety outcomes (fewer safety initiatives and increased minor injuries). Conclusion: The most important thing for leaders aiming at improving workplace safety is to continuously emphasize safety, both in their communication and by acting as role models. This highlights the importance for leadership training programs aiming to improve safety to actually focus on safety-promoting communication and behaviors rather than general leadership. Furthermore, an overly monitoring and controlling leadership style can be detrimental to attempts at achieving improved workplace safety.

  • This Study analyzed about various factors affecting preference of Silver Town. Especially, the Study shows how Individual peculiarities and the realization of decrepit Service and facilities have on preference of Silver Town. According to analysis, the site location, Economics and Safety have a positive effect on the preference of the Silver Town. On the other hand, Investment, pleasant environment and convenience have nothing to do with the preference of the Silver Town. Also, the Study shows that if someone realizes that medical service is the most important thing in the essential service, they prefer the Silver Town. If someone realizes that asset management service is the most important thing in the essential service, they don't prefer the Silver Town.
