건설현장의 안전관리 개선사항이 근로자의 안전보건 증진에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Improvement of Safety Management on the Promotion of Safety and Health of Workers in Construction Sites)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 산업안전보건법과 건설기술진흥법의 규정을 파악하고, 건설현장의 안전관리 개선을 통하여 근로자의 안전보건 증진방안 모색하여 중대산업재해 방지 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 표본 대상 범위는 상시 근로자 50인(공사금액 50억원) 이상의 건설현장을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료의 분석은 JAMOVI 통계 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 객관적인 자료를 바탕으로 하여 분석하는 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과: 본연구의 가설을 검증하기 위하여 다중회귀분석을 시행하였으며, 분석결과. 근로자의 안전보건 활동 참여가 근로자 안전보건 증진에 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 건설현장의 근로자 안전보건 증진을 위하여 근로자의 안전보건 규칙 준수가 필요하고 근로자가 안전보건 활동에 참여하도록 개선되어야 한다고 할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내 안전보건경영시스템의 올바른 정착과 지속적인 개선을 통한 산업재해를 줄이기 위한 시스템 성숙도평가를 제안하는데 있다. KOSHA 18001시스템 실행의 현재 수준파악과 성숙도 측정의 검증을 통한 결과로서 다음 내용으로 요약된다. 시스템의 지속적인 성숙도 등급 향상을 위해서는 경영층 인식부문(의사결정) 46.0%, 본사지원활동 32.0%, 현장실행참여 22.0%로 중요도 로 검증되었다. 본사/현장의 활동은 위험성평가, 안전보건 재해예방활동, 성과평가 및 모니터링, 자원관리 및 지원, 경영검토 및 개선 등 활동의 중요도 순으로 실행 우선순위가 결정되었다. 또한, 전문가 그룹은 시스템의 강점, 약점, 개선주제를 제시함으로써 지속적인 개선활동과 연계시켜야 시스템을 정착할 수 있다고 제시하였다. 셋째, 안전보건경영시스템 실행의 성숙도 등급을 관리할 수 있는 도구를 제시하였다.

거푸집공사 위험성 평가에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Risk Assesment of Formwork)

  • The object of risk assesment is to prevent the accident from arising. The main reason for risk assesment of construction work is to determine priority order of improvement plan about risky work. Formwork is a complicated process that determines the total duration of apartment construction, and occupies 10∼15% of total construction expense, and 17% of serious accidents occur during formwork. So, formwork occupies very importment roles in work sites, economical efficiency and safety. We need to identify the work type with a high risk of accidents, and to establish suitable safety counterplan and implement intensive safety management.

  • Inventory information system is providing the benefits of smoother demand, lower inventories(work in process, safety stock) and reduced costs. This study focused on improvement of safety level inventory efficiency by inventory information system. The results indicated that inventory information system allowed the company to serve its customers more surely and efficiently.

A Health and Safety Improvement Roadmap for the Construction Industry

  • Comparatively, the construction industry has, on average, a higher rate of fatal and major injuries, work induced ill-health and damage to properties than other industrial sectors; and this is a source of concern to industry stakeholders. The study showed that although subcontracting could be contributory to an increase in workplace accidents in the construction industry, contractual aspects of subcontracting arrangements (such as the power imbalance that exist along the client-customer interface) also present opportunities for improvements in health and safety management (HSM) practices in organisations. This conclusion was reached after an analysis of a questionnaire survey (with a 27% response rate) that assessed the attitudes and perception to health and safety issues.

사고예측모형을 활용한 회전교차로 안전성 향상에 관한 연구 - 전라북도를 중심으로 - (Safety Improvement Analysis of Roundabouts in Jeollabuk-do Province using Accident Prediction Model)

  • PURPOSES : There are many recently constructed roundabouts in Jeollabuk-do province. This study analyzed how roundabouts reduce the risk of accidents and improve safety in the province. METHODS : This study analyzed safety improvement at roundabouts by using an accident prediction model that uses an Empirical Bayes method based on negative binomial distribution. RESULTS : The results of our analysis model showed that the total number of accidents decreased from 130 to 51. Roundabouts also decreased casualties; the number of casualties decreased from 7 to 0 and the seriously wounded from 87 to 16. The effectiveness of accident reduction as analyzed by the accident prediction model with the Empirical Bayes method was 60%. CONCLUSIONS : The construction of roundabouts can bring about a reduction in the number of accidents and casualties, and make intersections safer.

초등학교 통학환경개선에 관한 연구 (A study on improvement of walking safety in newtown schoolzone way)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest a scheme to provide children safer and more comfortable walking circumstances by survey current walking circumstances of schoolzone ways. A scheme suggested in this study was based on the analysis of survey to elementary school in 3 Newtowns(Dongtan, Dongbaek and Gumdan Districts) and actually surveyed data on school zone, the scheme can be summed up as follows; First, to avoid pedestrian roads being interrupted and to expend waiting space near schoolzone ways, several measures are needed including fixing roads and building additional gateway. Second, to secure pedestrians' safety in school zone ways should be planned and established more security concepts und facilities Third, to improve the walking safety in schoolzone way should be established specially "schoolzone B-plan".

조선업 위험성평가 실용을 위한 개선 방안 (Improvement for practical application of Risk Assessment in shipbuilding industry)

  • Subcontracting business than the contracting business in shipbuilding industry is a lot of hazardous job and highly accident because of highly work intensity. In order to prevent the accidents, there is a need to analyze characteristic. of shipbuilding, to apply measures of risk assessment. In this paper, I suggested an improvement of the risk assessment through the actual condition research in shipbuilding industry. In the research method, I analysed accidents occurred until 2011-2013. Carried out the actual site survey while two weeks in May 2014. As a result, 1) The main pattern were caught-in or between, fall on the high level according to analyzed accidents. 2) To apply the weight show clear of magnitude for risk assessment. 3) Risk estimation of risk assessment is desirable to be quantization by accidents analysis, and to be greater than or equal to 4 steps.

도로표지병의 형태 및 기능 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improvement of the Shape and Performance of Raised Pavement Marker)

  • The existing raised pavement marker, however, have some limitations. Most of them are square-shaped which makes only forward and backward retro-reflection, their orientation can be easily changed by impact of vehicle, and the surface reflector can be readily contaminated leading poor functioning. In addition, maintenance for broken raised pavement marker is not easy. The purpose of the study is to design and manufacture a new and improved type of raised pavement marker. The new raised pavement marker has round-shaped upper structure. Its body was separated from the holder and the reflector was surrounded by acrylic cover. We tested performances of the constituent parts, optimum load after installation, and reflection efficiency. The new raised pavement marker will be an initiation of studies on the improvement of the shape and performance of raised pavement markers.
