This study analyzed that the standard of school supplies affects the satisfaction of certification. Safety requirements of school supplies in the Republic of Korea is enforced by court duty certification. Therefore, a test was conducted to compare the safety requirements of the United States and Europe and the survey was conducted to know how much manufacturers and importers are satisfied with the certification. To prepare management measures for harmful substances contained in children's product, XRF(X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry) is utilized to analyze lead(Pb) and cadmium(Cd) in PA(paint), SP(sheet) and PVC(Poly Vinyl Chloride). The results of comparative analysis of ICP(inductively coupled plasma) is analyzed statistically with measured values.

군용항공기 감항인증은 감항성을 가지고 요구된 성능과 기능을 발휘할 수 있음에 대한 정부의 인증이다. 북대서양조약기구(NATO)는 최대이륙중량 150kg 이상의 군용무인기에 대한 감항인증 요구도인 STANAG-4671을 2009년에 배포하였다. 최근 150kg 미만의 소형무인기에 대한 감항인증 요구도인 STANAG-4703을 내부적으로 배포하여 검토 중에 있다. 우리나라는 국제적으로 통용되는 감항인증 기준인 STANAG-4671을 기타감항인증 기준으로 준용하여 군용무인기에 적용하고 있다. 하지만 STANAG-4671은 중량에 관계없이 동일한 목표안전수준을 요구하여 낮은 중량의 중 소형무인기에 대해서는 목표안전수준이나 설계 요구도가 과도하게 적용될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 군용무인기 분류와 감항인증 기준을 분석하고, 지상피해 평가기법을 적용하여 최대이륙중량별 목표안전수준을 제시하였다.

원유 탱크나 가스 저장소 등과 같이 상시 폭발 가능한 농도의 지역을 0종 지역이라고 한다. 0종지역에서 각종 장비를 사용하기 위해서는 본질적으로 스파크가 일어나지 않는다는 것을 보증할 수 있는 본질안전인증을 득해야 한다. 본질안전인증을 취득하는 장치는 대부분 간단한 단품 소자이거나 장치가 대부분인데 본 연구에서는 수백가지 부품이 PCB 기판에 실장된 초음파 발생 장치와 마이크로컨트롤러가 포함된 전자전자회로를 본질안전인증을 취득하려고 하는 것이므로 매우 어려운 과정이었다. 본 연구를 통해 까다로운 본질안전인증을 대비한 회로 설계를 어떻게 해야 하는지에 대한 방법을 파악할 수 있게 되었으며 향후 본질안전인증을 취득하게 될 경우 본 연구의 결과를 이용하면 보다 용이하게 본질안전 회로를 설계할 수 있게 될 것이다.

항공기에 탑재되는 소프트웨어는 안전과 직결되기 때문에 안전 비행을 위해서는 감항인증 기준을 따라야만 한다. 항공기 탑재 소프트웨어는 감항인증기준에 명시된 DO-178을 따라 개발되어야 하지만 방사청 무기체계 소프트웨어 개발 및 관리 매뉴얼에 따라 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 전문가 설문조사를 수행하였고 DO-178을 기반으로 소프트웨어 개발 및 인증 절차를 제안하였다.

This study surveyed the recognition and credibility of infant's organic cotton apparel and examined the current quality of children's organic cotton clothes available in the market. This study contributes to improve fabric certification programs and safety standards by understanding customer opinions and actual quality. A customer survey revealed that customers believe that organic cotton products should not include chemicals such as pesticides, fluorescent whitening agents and chemical colors; in addition, customers have high expectations for safety as well as worries about the products' validity. Children's underwear was the most purchased item category among organic cotton products. Current organic cotton certification programs are voluntary with multiple organizations that provide various certification standards. A total of 34.2% of children's organic cotton clothes sold at online and offline stores were not certified, and 10.5% had invalid certification information. This may substantially lower the credibility of organic cotton products and requires immediate change. Examination of organic cotton products showed that products do not meet customer expectations for quality and safety: 3 out of 8 products used accessories (buttons and wappens) that include harmful chemicals such as lead, phthalate and formaldehyde, 6 products used fluorescent whitening agents, and 4 products used other fabrics such as rayon, polyurethane and polyester. GOTS mark is the most recognized organic certification, but it still allows the usage of fluorescent whitening agents, which indicates a gap between customer opinions and actual certification standards. Managing national-level mandatory certification programs like food and setting quality standards that meets customer expectations are required to enhance the credibility of organic cotton products.

러시아 정부는 세계 3위의 민간항공기 생산 강국을 목표로 민간항공기 제작기술 및 첨단 소재 확보를 위해 외국과 생산 제휴 등 전략적 협력을 확대하는 중이다. 또한 러시아 정부는 항공기 제작산업의 발전을 지원하고 항공 인증 조직을 개편하여 체계적인 항공안전 확보를 추구하고 항공제품 수출을 위한 국제협력과 인증활동에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 국가 간에 민간항공기 안전 및 인증분야의 협력체계를 구축하기 위해서는 전반적인 인증시스템에 대한 상호간의 이해와 신뢰를 구축하는 과정이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서 러시아의 항공기 인증조직, 법령체계, 인증절차를 분석하여 러시아의 항공기 인증체계에 대한 이해를 돕고자 하였다.

Recently, the using of prefabricated temporary equipments is increasing in the industrial field because it can reduce the installation and dismantling period. The various types of prefabricated temporary equipments are manufacturing with various materials in domestic and overseas countries. However, those equipments should win the safety certificate according to the "Governmental Notification about Safety Certification" which regulate the member-based safety certification. It tends to cause over performance of temporary equipments because it couldn't consider structural benefit of the prefabricated products. As the result of this study, it is concluded that the establishment of new safety certification standard for the prefabricated temporary equipments is resonable and the movable scaffold is appropriate for those prefabricated temporary equipment. The movable scaffolds are using as single structure and cannot be expands horizontally. Other types of temporary equipments are using as complex structure which can freely expand horizontally according to the main structure. From the results of the study, the standard of vertical compression performance of prefabricated movable scaffolds should be more than double the performance of single main frame. Other test items of safety certification standard should be fixed when the Notification is amended. The prefabricated temporary equipments which are adopted for the safety standard on assembled structure should be used, moved and kept in assembled state and not separated discretionally. The establishment of new standard for the assembled structure based on this study leads to the development of various types of temporary equipments using structural efficiency of prefabricated structure.

The certification of software products can provide a greater level of acceptance and feeling of security to customers of these products. This paper presents a certification method for the quality of package software. First of all, the evaluation criteria are derived from IS0/1EC 9126 and 12119 standards, and then the evaluation module are designed considering the measurement scale type. The results can be applied to construct the certification scheme of software product quality for the commercial purpose.
