  • Recently interior of a country have been innovated driverless LRT(lightweight railway train) that has a virtue of reducion of payroll cost, decrease of headway and improvement of speed. But, if driverless LRT will be happened a accident, response capacity considerably have low. And then passenger will have feel fear. This thesis had examination a IEC 62267 : AUGT safety requirement and analyze safe facilities of the inside and outside of the country. Later on, this result will have not only increase economics, reliability, convenience and safety but also set standardization standard.

감천항내 연근해 어선 출·입항에 따른 안전성 연구 (A Safety Assessment on Fishing Vessels' Entering or Leaving the Port of Gamcheon)

  • The purpose of this study was to obtain an objective conclusion of safety assessment and to suggest proper countermeasures for the fishing vessels' entering or leaving the port of Gamcheon, in where the pier No. 4 for the fishing vessels will be newly opened soon. 20 times of the manoeuvring simulation were performed respectively onto entering and leaving the port of Gamcheon with the various conditions in weather and current, and then each of result was carefully analyzed. In spite of some increasing demand of entering the port in future, the safety will not be largely worse if the suggestion will be taken.

  • Recently, fundamental innovation for the improvement of Korean railway industry is proceeding with the vertical separation into infrastructure and operation, and the privatization of railway operation. And also, with the advent of an era of high-speed railway, starting of Korea Train Express (KTX) will give a great change to circumstances of railway industry. It requires that a railway safety regulation policy and accident survey system cope effectively with this restructuring of railway system. Under these great changes, safety must have the first priority, and the function of management and supervision on railway safety will be ten to the governments responsibility; In this paper, according to changes of railway safety management system, foreign states railway accident system and direction of korea railroad accident survey system will be also introduced.

  • Currently, the Korean railway safety law (RSL) and its ordinances have been enforced for the guarantee of the safety of railway. In RSL, the quality certification is required to guarantee the safety and performance of railway components or systems. However, not much attention has been focused on the quality certification scheme for railway components or systems since the scheme is relatively new. Therefore, in this investigation, the detailed guidelines and main contents for the enforcement of quality certification for railway components will be suggested, and the detailed items including the procedures, subjects, management, etc., will be addressed. Moreover, a better understanding on quality certification for railway components will be provided.

  • Hydrogen energy is expanding in range for civil use together with development of pollution-free power sources recently, and it is judged that the use of hydrogen will increase more as a part of carbon dioxide reduction measures according to the Climatic Change Convention. Especially, it is thought that the securement of safety of the used dispenser will be the biggest obstacle in the use of high-pressure hydrogen because the hydrogen station is operated in a high pressure. This study found risks in the process and problems on operation by making use of HAZOP(6 kinds), a qualitative safety evaluation technique, and FMEA(5 kinds), a fault mode effect analysis, for the hydrogen charging system at a hydrogen gas station, derived 6 risk factors from HAZOP and 5 risk factors from FMEA, and prepared measures for it.

  • Unlike a general building high-rise buildings itself has a kind of risk. In this study, the risk of a number of high-rise buildings have fire safety management of the particular risks associated with looking for ways to minimize focused. Theoretical Study of the United States since the collapse of the WTC buildings, and be the center of the authentic country was. outside of the high-rise building fire safety and related issues, and measures were based on the theory of reference. Issues include voluntary arson. disaster management, building codes and fire regulations of the discrepancies, such as fire safety aspects are explained in terms of three kinds, and for it to take steps in the direction suggested an alternative for high-rise buildings. Although differences of opinion between departments will not be easy to fire and building regulations regarding conflicts of laws among other things, require immediate resolution, and high-rise buildings to create a standard for effective crisis management manual countermeasures will also be ensured.

  • It is very important to manage efficient data for safety and maintenance of those constructs. Estimation for structural safety can be evaluated by using data that surveys various structural durability and safety elements. so, it should be based on synthetic and efficient data that includes a variety of related safety elements obtained from a structure. It will subsequently be managed properly and economically. Accordingly, we will approach efficient maintenance management using a Geographic Information System (GIS) with data from structural-safety diagnosis and a Global Positioning System (GPS). In this study, we noted that by using the data that measures the factors (crack, incline, settlement etc.) of various structures as evaluate safety degree. And the horizontal coordinate variation/time of structure was monitored using the GPS easily.

  • This research is based on the relevant research literature on the voice behavior, this study examines the influence of trust in leader on voice behavior. And this study examines the role of psychological safety as a mediating between trust in leader and voice behavior. This study uses SPSS for data analysis. The results of the study are as follows: This study explains the impact of trust in leader on psychological safety, and explains the impact of trust in leader on organization members' voice behavior, as well as the impact of psychological safety on organization members' voice behavior. And this study also explains the influence of psychological safety as an intermediary effect on trust in leader and voice behavior. Overall, the higher the level of organization members' trust in leader, the more they will increase the level of psychological safety of the organization members, which will prompt the organization members to make more voice behavior.

  • Electrical safety technique is a disaster prevention technology to protect the life and property of the people and it has high correlation with all electricity industry. According to the latest statistics, loss of human life and property damage due to electrical fire have increased from 2011. Therefore, technological development for guarantee safety of electrical facilities for customer will become more important. In this paper, we drew priority and weigh for the electrical safety technology using analytic hierarchy process and present progress direction of each technology through Risk-Return assessment. We expect development of the research and development policies of government about electrical safety technology in a higher state and think that policymakers and experts will be more interested in these fields based on this paper.
