부유식 파력발전단지 조성을 위한 계류선 초기설계 (Preliminary Design of mooring line in floating wave energy farm)

  • In this paper, the mooring system for a floating wave energy farm is designed based on a two-dimensional analysis. The mooring system uses an anchorless mooring line linking two floaters in a floating wave energy farm. The basic equation to determine the length of the mooring line between the two floaters is proposed. The other properties such as the diameter and pretension are taken from the mooring line for a single floater. The dynamic behavior and safety of the designed mooring system under extreme ocean conditions are analyzed with the commercial software Orcaflex. A numerical study shows the stability and high safety in tension of the designed mooring lines for a floating wave energy farm. The proposed anchorless mooring system for a floating wave energy farm results in a considerable reduction in the length of the mooring line, contributing to the economics of a floating wave energy farm.

  • Presently, The Regular Block System(Automatic, Interlocking block system) is usually used during the operation of block section. However, In case that the regular block system fails because of the failure of the fixed signals and block equipment or in case of the unexpected emergency which should drive on the single line due to the accidents in the double line section or the repair work of the single line, the Substitute Block System to use the driving permission license(mapping ticket and paper) is used. In case of the operation of the opposite line and the temporary one line, the safety gets worse and the SBS may cause the fatal accidents such as a head-on & a rear-end collision. Also, the unmanned railroad stations has recently increased owing to the effective operation of the stations, for it is difficult to execute the SBS in their absence. As a result, the increase of the operation time made the train delayed. Being on the rise of these problems, in this study, we analyzed the problems and difficulties of the SBS on one line which is lacking stability and safety and on the sections combined between maned and unmaned railroad stations. And we proposed the suitable method in KORAIL referring to the examples of European & Japan railways lately. According to the passing of the high tech time, If the new SBS equipped with stability and safety is executed, it will contribute to the effective operation of trains and the satisfaction of KORAIL customers in the future.

  • SIS는 공정안전시스템 분야에서 폭넓게 활용될 수 있는 계장안전시스템이다. SIS는 유해화학물질 누출 사고로부터 인간, 물질적 자산 그리고 환경에 미치는 피해를 줄이기 위해 필수적이다. 현재 전기, 전자 그리고 프로그래밍 가능한 전자 (E / E/ PE) 장치가 기계, 공압 및 유압 시스템과 상호 작용하는 통합 안전 시스템은 IEC 61508과 같은 국제 안전 표준을 따르도록 되어있다. IEC 61508은 안전 수명주기의 모든 사항을 규정한다. SIS 지원 도구 없이 안전 수명주기에 따라 IEC 61508의 요구 사항을 충족시키는 것은 복잡한 일이다. 본 연구에서는, 사용자가 보다 쉽게 안전 수명주기의 설계 단계를 구현할 수 있도록 도움을 줄 수 있는 On-Line SIS 지원 도구를 제시하였다. On-Line SIS 지원 도구는 데이터 읽기 및 수정 시스템과 통합될 수 있는 안드로이드 응용 프로그램의 형태로 되어있다. 이 도구는 안전 수명주기의 설계 단계에서 소요되는 계산 시간을 줄이고 계산 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 오류를 줄인다. 또한 On-Line SIS 지원 도구는 비용 요소에 근거한 최적화 접근법을 제시할 수 있으며, multi-objective GA를 사용하여 최적의 솔루션 조합을 찾을 수 있도록 하였다.

LC-MS/MS를 이용한 인체시료 중 프탈레이트 대사체 동시분석법 확립 (Development and Validation of On-line Column Switching HPLC-MS/MS Method for 10 Phthalate Metabolites in Human Urine)

  • Phthalates, such as di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP) have been proved to be teratogenics and endocrine disruptors, metabolized rapidly and excreted in the urine. In this study, a simultaneous analytical method for 10 phthalate metabolites, MnBP, MiBP, MBzP, MCHP, MEHP, MEHHP, MEOHP, MnOP, MiNP and MiDP, in human urines, based on switching system with on-line pretreatment column using HPLC-MS/MS has been developed. This method was validated according to the guideline of bioanalytical method validation of National Institute of Toxicological Research. Limits of detection range between 0.2 and 0.9 ng/ml for 10 phthalate metabolites. The calibration curves showed linearity in the range 0.997~0.999, and the results of the intra- and inter-day validations were in the range from 0.4 to 14.7% RSD and from 0.3 to 9.4% RSD, respectively. Recoveries of phthalate metabolites varied from 87.0 to 116.1%. This analytical method showed high accuracy and stable precision for all metabolites, and seems to be suitable for biomonitoring of phthalates in human urine.

간선과 지선간 절충을 통한 개선된 크로스도킹 모델 개발 (Development of the Enhanced Cross-Docking Model through Compromise between Line-haul and Shuttle Service)

  • Many logistics enterprises have made efforts to achieve low costly and high efficient logistics network. The cross-docking system can be a good solution for them. However, it requires tight schedule and all-night operation inevitably for realization of ideal cross-docking. These causes the difficulty of the attainment of daily delivery target and the leave of delivery service persons. In this paper, we develop the line-haul and shuttle service compromised cross-docking model in order to solve the problems practically. We apply the storage process with the cross-docking system and the direct cross-docking between line-haul and shuttle services. The simulation model validates the shorter delivery time by the developed model than the present model.

Effectiveness of a Training Program Based on Stress Management on NEDSA Staff and Line Staff

  • Background: The purpose of present study was to determine the effectiveness of training program based on job stress management in NEDSA and line staff. Methods: The study method of this study was quantitative and quasi-experimental research Methods: From the statistical population (all employees of the NEDSA and line staff in 2020-2021), 30 of these people were selected by judgmental sampling method and considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The participants were first matched based on age and education and were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. First, pre-test was taken from both groups (Job Stress Questionnaire). The experimental group was presented with a job stress management training package and no protocol was presented in the control group. After the sessions, post-test was received from both groups (experimental and control). After two months, a follow-up test was performed. Results: The results were entered into SPSS-24 software and analyzed. The results of repeated measure showed high effectiveness of the job stress management package (researcher-made). The results showed that the job stress management training package showed 67.5% effectiveness and also the training effect of job stress management training was stable for two months (follow-up). Conclusion: Based on these results, Training program based on stress management can be effective in military staff.

현행 철도건설규칙을 고려한 기존선 구간에서의 탈선안전도 해석 (An Analysis of Derailment Safety in Conventional Line considering Current Railway Construction Regulations)

  • When a railway vehicle passes through curves & transitions, the running speed must be improved by proposing the standards on the maximum running possibility speed of each section on conventional line (Dongdaegoo-Namsunghyun) considering derailment safety. In this paper, To improve the maximum running possibility speed of railway vehicle which passes through curves which have high risk of derailment, the track alignment conditions of conventional line (Dongdaegoo-Namsunghyun) that present transition curve length in current railway construction regulations are controlled. We presented elevation way about the section maximum running possibility speed in conventional line by analysis result.

혼합모델 U라인에서 작업할당과 투입순서 결정을 위한 유전알고리즘 (Genetic Algorithm for Balancing and Sequencing in Mixed-model U-lines)

  • This paper presents a new method that can efficiently solve the integrated problem of line balancing and model sequencing in mixed-model U-lines (MMULs). Balancing and sequencing problems are important for an efficient use of MMULs and are tightly related with each other. However, in almost all the existing researches on mixed-model production lines, the two problems have been considered separately. A genetic algorithm for balancing and sequencing in mixed-model U line is proposed. A presentation method and genetic operators are proposed. Extensive experiments are carried out to analyze the performance of the proposed algorithm. The computational results show that the proposed algorithm is promising in solution quality.

시운전 시험을 통한 한국형 고속전철 차체진동 특성의 분석 및 평가 (Analysis and Evaluation of Body Vibration Characteristics for Korean High Speed Train through On-line Test)

  • The prototype of Korean high speed train (HSR350), composed of two power cars, two motorized cars and three trailer cars, has been designed, fabricated and tested. In this paper, the body vibration has been reviewed from the viewpoint of the vehicle's safety and the vibration limits for components and sub-assemblies mounted on the car-body using by the experimental method. And, the dynamic characteristics, such as jerk, natural mode and kinematic mode, have been reviewed. The KHST has been run to 300 km/h in the KTX line and the results of on-line test show that it has no problems in the vehicle's safety and the vibration limits. And the characteristics of body vibrations has been predicted at 350 km/h by fitting curve about the measured acceleration signals.
