This paper aims to analyze the effect of the introduction of new technology and education for gas safety on the prevention of gas accidents. For the purpose of a study, inspections, safety tests and training programs conducted by KGS were examined and the gas accident data, installation rate of safety devices and training, inspection data for last 20 years were also collected and then Multiple regression analyses were performed by using SPSS. The results showed that in both of City Gas and LPG system, the installation rate of fusecocks and training programs were statistically meaningful for reducing the gas accident rate.

The 56 percentage of industrial accident had been occurred by new employer, who has been worked less than 1 year, in 1999, therefore safety training and education is required for those new employer. This study is present the analysis and investigation of safety training and educational situation and consider a counterplan.

The purpose of this study is to establish the training standards for HF of aviation maintenance reflecting the growing relevance of aviation maintenance technicians' ability to perform their work for the safety and efficiency of airline operation. For this purpose, previous studies on the concept of human factors were examined, and the HF training standards of the advanced international aviation bureaus such as the International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO), Federal Aviation Administration(FAA) and European Aviation Safety Agency(EASA) were compared with the operational technical standards of Korea Aviation Safety Law. In addition, the actual status of human factors education and training were examined for Korea's two full service carriers (FSC) and four of the low cost carriers (LCC). The study results revealed that Korea's human factors education and training standards were weak compared with international standards, and that most airlines were not able to systematically implement human factors education and training. These results complement the existing problem of training standards for aviation maintenance human factors in Korea and support the development of a standard model of the training course for aviation maintenance human factors which meets international standards.

In this study, safety education contents for medical radiation workers were produced based on Mixed Reality(MR). Currently, safety training for radiation workers is based on theory. This is insufficient in terms of worker satisfaction and efficiency. To address this, we created ICT(Information and Communication Technologies)-based MR radiation worker safety education content. The expected effect of Mixed Reality worker safety education content is that education is possible without space and time constraints, realistic education is possible without on-site training, and interaction between images is possible through reality-based 3D images, enabling self-directed learning Is that. In addition, learning in a virtual space expressed through HMD(Head Mounted Display) is expected to make education more enjoyable and increase concentration, thereby increasing the efficiency of education. A quantitative evaluation was conducted by an accredited institution and a qualitative evaluation was performed on users, which received excellent evaluation. The MR safety education conducted in this study is expected to be of great help to the education of medical radiation workers, and is expected to develop into a new educational paradigm as online education in accordance with Corona 19 progresses.

The educational process and result of onboard training should be evaluated according to the 1995 Amendments to the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch-keeping for seafarers(STCW), 1978. In particular, the revised Convention requires that a trainee's seagoing service must be recorded in each cadet's Training Record Book approved by the maritime administration responsible for the issuance of certificates of competency. Trainees for certification under regulation III/1 of the STCW Convention are required to complete an approved on-board training programme. The purpose of this paper is to understand the compliance of the education for an approved on-board training programme. The questionnaire was distributed among 110 cadets being trained on board the training ship of the maritime college of the Mokpo National Maritime University. In this study, we conducted the questionnaire survey which is related to the on-board training programme such as marine engineering; controlling the operation of the ship and care for persons on board; electrical, electronic and control engineering; etc. The survey revealed that onboard training program was normally satisfactory, however, lack of practical training tools and time have accounted for most of the reasons for dissatisfaction. Therefore, it is our goal to enhance the satisfactory value of onboard training education by analyzing the reason of the dissatisfaction.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the past and present status of occupational safety and health education in Korea and to explore future plans for these fields. Methods: We summarized past empirical or theoretical literature. Results: Occupational safety and health education strive to protect workers' health and create healthy workplaces by solving various problems such as workers' occupational diseases and mental health in the rapidly changing occupational environment. For occupational safety and health education to be effectively utilized in occupational sites, a live education that can be applied to the field should be provided. The need for education to explore and develop the ability to prepare for new hazards, including infectious diseases such as COVID-19, has increased. Conclusion: It is believed that the occupational health education element of the new era will be occupational health education. This focus will develop the ability to closely assess and predict the collective, organizational, and personal responses of affected workplaces and the impact of occupational health sciences.

The basic safety training for fisheries is being conducted to cope with an emergency situation and prevent the maritime accidents. A new joined person must be educated the safety training and a refresher must be completed the refresher training course every 5 year in according to the STCW-F and seafarers' Act. In order to achieve the objectives of marine safety training, it is necessary to distinguish the trainees by ship's type and the courses should be implemented in consideration of safety equipment of fishing vessels. However, since the classification criteria of seafarers' Act are unclear, the officer of fishing vessels which is over G/T 25 tons has been trained through the same course and curriculum for merchant ship's seafarers. About 80 % of domestically registered fishing vessels are small size ships(less than 100 tons) and there is not many safety equipment required by law. In case of marine accidents such as collision, the small vessel losses its buoyancy and stability caused by damage of hull. despite fisheries fall into the sea during fishing work in bad weather on the deck, there was no safety equipment by law. So fisheries must be trained by a safety training course suitable for fishing vessel. The purpose of this study is to develope the suitable course for fisheries by analysis current curriculum and rules. so suggested the basic safety training course for fisheries and institutional improvement.
