건설재해 강도율 감소를 위한 안전관리비의 책정 및 사용방안 (The Appropriation and The Use Scheme of Safety Control Cost for Reducing Severity Rate of Injury on Construction)

  • 우리나라의 건설안전 관리시스템은 그동안 꾸준히 개선되어 왔으나 재해강도율은 감소되지 않고 있고 건설산업의 안전수준도 향상되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 재해강도율을 감소시키기 위해서는 건설현장에서의 안전관리도 중요하지만 안전설계 의무화 및 설계 안전성 평가의 도입이나 건설업 산업안전보건관리비의 효과적인 사용방안 등 제도적인 틀을 개선하는 것이 필요하다. 그 중 안전관리비는 낙찰률에 따라 당초 설계금액보다 줄어드는 문제와 현장에서 사용시 안전관리자 등의 인건비에 비해 안전시설비용이 상대적으로 적게 집행되는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구는 건설업 재해강도율이 감소하지 않는 주요원인을 살펴보고 그 원인을 제거할 수 있는 방안으로 안전관리비와 관련된 문제점 분석을 통해 효과적인 개선방안을 제시함으로써 건설현장의 재해강도율을 낮추는데 기여하고자 한다.

  • A Train control system is intended to assure train operation safety and to improve train operation efficiency. To perform these missions, the Train Control System consists of train safety space control part, train route control part and train operation management part. Train control technology changed from track circuit based to wireless based. And Wireless based train control technologies were developed by some railway signaling companies in Korea. To commercialize these control technologies, the development project is carried now. This project did analyze system requirements, and made the system development specification. Now this project finished system functions allocation, which will be performed by some subsystem. This paper describes roles of each function and the allocation of these functions to each subsystem.

  • With the development of CNC(Computer Numerical Control) and communication technology, the connotation and functions of Distributed Numerical Control have been greatly enlarged. In this study, we develop and implement a Distributed Numerical Control system that has real time and multi-tasking operation capability for the machining cell with various NC(Numerical Control) and CNC machines. With the consideration of economy, generalization and extension, this system is interfaced with Shop Floor Control System, Machine Control System and Tool Preparation System using advanced networking method. In the implementation phase, we use the ORACLE DBMS (Database Management System) as the DBMS and Microsoft Visual C++ as the programming tools.

A Study of Software Coding Rules Inspection Tool for Railway Signaling Software Safety

  • In accordance with the development of recent computer technology, railway signaling software became more complex for the intellectualization. Therefore the importance and dependency of railway signaling system on the computer software is getting more increased further, and the testing for the safety and reliability of railway signaling system software became more important. It is started to become influential as very important issue for the reliability and safety of vital embedded software like railway signaling system. The software coding which can have an effect on the safety at the coding level of software shall not be included preferentially, for the safety of software, and must be checked. This thesis suggested an automated testing tool for coding rules on this railway signaling system software, and presented its applied result for railway signaling system software. The testing items in the implemented tool had referred to the international standards in relation to the software for railway system and MISRA-C standards. This automated testing tool for railway signaling system can be utilized at the assessment stage for railway signaling system software also, and it is anticipated that it can be utilized usefully at the software development stage also.

개정된 정도관리제도를 적용한 작업환경측정기관의 실험실 현장 평가 (Evaluation of Industrial Hygiene Laboratories by on-Site Investigation for Revised Quality Control System)

  • Objectives: This study assessed the status of domestic industrial hygiene laboratories using data from on-site investigation for revision of quality control systems in 2012-2013. Methods: The target laboratories were 60 industrial hygiene laboratories chosen by random selection and nationwide distribution which had participated in on-site investigations for revision of quality control systems from March 2012 to August 2013. The investigation was performed on-site following standard quality control procedures. The score between each group was compared using Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis tests, and the correlation between analytical career, sex, academic major of analyst and score of analytical performance was expressed as Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. Results: The assessment revealed that the items to be improved, in sequence, were effort at staff training (score 65.5), ability to calculate data (score 73.4), establishment of internal quality control guidelines (score 75.7), laboratory facilities (score 77.1), degree of understanding and skill at gas chromatography (score 77.1). Analysis performance showed a positive correlation with career of analyst (r=0.56, p<0.01). Conclusions: The practice of on-site investigation for quality control systems showed the current status of industrial hygiene laboratories in the first trial. There were many laboratories which needed improvement and development of analytical systems. This assessment can provide information for the systematic operation and improvement of facilities at each laboratory. Further practice of this investigation will lead to a proficiency testing and accreditation system for autonomous quality control as is the practice in many countries, rather than mandatory practice by legal regulation.

군집주행 기동을 위한 하이브리드 모델링 및 제어기 설계 (Hybrid Modeling and Control for Platoon Maneuvers in Automated Highway Systems)

  • An objective of Automated Highway Systems (AHS) is to increase the safety and throughput of the existing highway infrastructure by introducing traffic automation. AHS is an example of a large scale, multiagent complex dynamical system and is ideally suited for a hierarchical hybrid controller. We discuss a design issue of efficient hybrid controllers for the platoon maneuvers on AHS. For the modeling of a hybrid system including the merge and split operations, a safety distance policy is introduced for the merge and split operations. After that, the platoon system will be modeled by a hybrid system In addition, a hybrid controller for the proposed merge and split operation models is presented. Finally, the performance of the proposed hybrid control scheme is demonstrated via scenarios for platoon maneuvers.

  • The train control system is a facility to ensure safe train operation, and its safety is the most important factor for system introduction. Therefore, in order to improve practical usability in the business, safety analysis and evaluation of train control system and train control related core technologies are needed. Korea Railroad Research Institute has carried out standard development of radio-based train control system as a government research and development project. In this paper, we present a system specification of ATP, a core part of train control system, for standard system of Korean radio-based train control system(KRTCS). The paper present a operation environment and primary ATP functions, and functional requirement specifications.

Generation of Newly Discovered Resistance Gene mcr-1 Knockout in Escherichia coli Using the CRISPR/Cas9 System

  • The mcr-1 gene is a new "superbug" gene discoverd in China in 2016 that makes bacteria highly resistant to the last-resort class of antibiotics. The mcr-1 gene raised serious concern about its possible global dissemination and spread. Here, we report a potential anti-resistant strategy using the CRISPR/Cas9-mediated approach that can efficiently induce mcr-1 gene knockout in Escherichia coli. Our findings suggested that using the CRISPR/Cas9 system to knock out the resistance gene mcr-1 might be a potential anti-resistant strategy. Bovine myeloid antimicrobial peptide-27 could help deliver plasmid pCas::mcr targeting specific DNA sequences of the mcr-1 gene into microbial populations.

  • 본 논문에서는 선박의 안전운항을 위하여 안개 발생 시 엔진을 자동으로 제어하여 피해를 최소화하거나 회피할 수 있도록 자동 제어 시스템을 설계 및 제작 하였다. 제작된 동력 자동제어시스템은 ATmega128과 RPM감지회로를 사용하여 안개발생부에서 인위적으로 안개를 발생시켜 RPM의 변화량을 측정하였다. 이를 위하여 전체구성도를 작성하였으며 홀센서가 있는 모터를 사용하여 PWM 제어를 하도록 ATmega128에 Source code를 적용시켰다. 추후, 제작된 동력 자동제어장치를 통하여 실제 선박에서의 실험 및 안전성평가를 마련할 계획이다.
