Recently, the supplying of basic materials for construction of building as sand is big issues due to lack of shoreside supply. For solving this problem, many suppliers attempt to gather aggregate from the sea bottom of the EEZ & west coastal area of Korea. In this regard, the 'Jangantoe' which exists in the westside of the Daesan port is worth noticing as good seasand supplying areas. The Chungnam Aggregate Association have plan to gather of seasand from 'Gaduckdo 5 regions & Igok 3 regions' which lies westside about 6 miles off from the Jangantoe areas. This designated area also locates upper parts of the Gadaeam TSS(Traffic Separation Scheme) which is very useful passing routes for the sailing vessels of Inchon & Daesan ports. In this study, the evaluation of the safety for passing vessels in the vicinity of the seasand gathering area was performed by various methods of radar observations & GICOMS AIS data for marine traffics and vessel traffic-flow simulation of the 'Marine Traffic Safety Diagnostic Scheme'. By the results of this evaluation, I suggested comprehensive countermeasures for the safety of passing vessels in the near the seasand gathering area.

For the world's safest air traffic, safety-related areas through the large investment made in a sufficient safe level, but the airport's lack of safety management is concerned about the safety. Airside area is essential area for the flights, and activities of safe management in airside area is very important. Grafting of airside safety management and IT, importance of the safety and efficiency is growing. Advanced airports of world has applied GIS over 10 years ago, and through applying GIS, Airports GIS has been a specialized area. Therefore, this research is for geographic information standards and related laws, providing a guideline of regulations and standards for AIXM (Aeronautical Information Exchange Model), RTCA DO-272A (USER REQUIREMENTS FOR AERODROME MAPPING INFORMATION), FAA Advisory Circular 150/5300 -18A (General Guidance and Specifications for Submission of Aeronautical Survey to NGS: Field Data Collection and Geographic Information System Standards), and by analyzing aviation information and air map(notice "Civil Aviation Safety Authority No. 2009-1"), provide the direction of standardization for air map.

In this research the 2009 spring occurred during forest fire ImSil and research destination GyeongJu has been selected. Research in the field of the target time exploratory Boundary Data through after air photos, satellite photos and topographic map by using the combustion area was calculated. 2009 March 1-forest fire occurs on the day of the weather information and weather changes wildfire in the check in any affected. Study research destination of combustion is ImSil 161 ha, GyeongJu 270.93 ha. The impact of the weather-temperature dry weather forest fires this favorable situation to occur and the wind directions and the spread of the mountain wind speed was less impact has no arguments.

This study was carried out to provide a basis for the development of a safety manual for kitchen accident prevention by identifying the safety situation and awareness through risk assessment of kitchen areas. The study was conducted in two phases. First, kitchen accidents and area risk assessment were investigated from February 2014 to September 2014, after which safety awareness of hospital foodservice employees was assessed in a survey. The results of this study were as followes. All of the respondents were women. The evaluation point of kitchen area risk assessment was reduced by 14%. After improvement, an initial score of 108 points decreased to 93 points. The number of accidents was also reduced by 78%; 14 accidents were decreased to three. The most common area of accidents was the kitchen area (58.8%), and burns was the most common accident (35.3%). Most of the employees deemed "enough staff" as the most major factor for good foodservice. "High indoor temperature and poor ventilation in the kitchen area" was chosen as the most common problem in the foodservice workplace. Taken together, our study quantitatively evaluated safety issues in hospital foodservice kitchen areas and provides a basis for the development of a safety manual for kitchen accident prevention.

Logistics has been recognized as a growing industry in Korea. Accidents in Korean logistics industry are listed up in this paper. As accidents in Korean Logistic industry increasing rapidly, lots of researches on the safety management in logistics industry are published. We surveyed those Korean research papers including supply chain management. Research papers are classified by logistics function and logistics area. Some logistics area still have not been researched on safety management.

본 연구는 평택항 도선구 주변해역의 해상교통 시스템 개선방안을 찾고자 하는 연구로서, 평택항의 도선사와 기항 선박 선장들의 전문가적 시각에서 평택항 도선구 주변의 교통환경을 분석하였다. 또한 장안서 도선사 승하선 구간과 입파 도선사 승하선 구간의 위해요소를 실증적인 관점에서 분석하여 다음과 같은 해상교통시스템 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 먼저 목덕도 분리수도와 안도수역에 분리수도 설정을 제안하였고, 장안서 분리수도의 폭을 조정하여 혼잡도를 개선함은 물론 분리수도 외측경계선에 등부표를 설치하여 어구가 침범하지 못하도록 제안하였다. 또한 장안서 입파도 구간 해역에 교통안전 특정해역을 설정하도록 제안하고, 입파도 정박지 및 장안서 정박지 확충을 제시함으로서, 이러한 교통시스템 개선을 통하여 평택항 도선구 주변 통항선박의 안전운항 증진방안을 기대할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문은 우리나라 민 군 겸용 비행장의 고도제한의 기준이 되는 군용항공기지법을 중심으로 비행안전구역을 분석하기 위한 방법을 연구하여 개발사업 시행시에 제한 지역을 분석할 수 있는 효과적인 방법을 제시하고 최근 대두되고 있는 비행장 주변지역의 고도제한에 따른 문제 해결에 도움을 주고자 한다. 이를 위해서 지리정보체계(GIS) 기법을 활용하여 항공기 지법에서 규정하고 있는 비행안전구역의 3차원 모형을 효과적으로 생성하기 위한 방법을 제시하고, 비행안전구역 내에서 자연지형 및 인공지물로 인한 장애지역과 대상을 자동으로 식별하기 위한 기법을 제시하였다. 제시한 방법을 실제적으로 적용해보기 위하여 실험지역으로 선정한 비행장에 대하여 상용의 수치지도 자료와 위성영상을 기반으로 지형공간정보를 생성하기 위한 단계적인 방법을 제시하였으며 실험지역 비행장의 비행안전구역 모형을 생성하고, 장애지역과 대상을 식별하여 비행장 비행안전구역 분석을 위한 통합 모형을 가시화함으로써 제시한 방법들의 활용성을 보였다.

In the industrial field, various type of fuel have been used for product processing facilities. Recent for 10 years, the usage of natural gas (NG) was gradually increased. Because it has many merits; clean fuel, no transportation, storage facility and so on. There are common safety concept that strict explosion protection approaches are needed for facilities where explosive materials such as flammable liquid, vapor and gases exist. But some has an optimistic point of view that the lighter than air gases such as NG disperse rapidly, hence do not form explosion environment upon release into the atmosphere, many parts has a conventional safety point of view that those gases are also inflammable gases, hence can form explosion environment although the extent is limited and present. In this paper, the heating equipments (Hot Oil Heater) was reviewed and some risk management measures were proposed. These measures include hazardous area classification and explosion-proof provisions of electric apparatus, an early gas leak detection and isolation, ventilation system reliability, emergency response plan and training and so on. This study calculates Hazardous Area Classification using the hypothetical volume in the KS C IEC code.

In this paper, we investigated a dust pollution and spot survey of electrical installation in vulnerable area. From the survey results, we know that the dust was easily accumulated in cabinet panel because the cabinet panel cover was opened and the management of installation was not good. Although the dust pollution was not difference, the possibility of accident become increased by dust in salt area. Thus, it is necessary to variation of cabinet panel shape to prevention of electrical disaster in dust occurrence and another protection devices.
