접지시스템의 접속방식에 따른 접속요소의 열화특성 분석 (Analysis of Deterioration Characteristics for Connection Factor according to Connection Method of Grounding System)

  • This paper describes the analysis of deterioration characteristics for connection factor according to connection method of grounding system. The connection method of grounding system is specified in IEC standard. In order to analyze the deterioration characteristics for connection factor, deterioration test was carried out when the connection factor was buried in salt water and underground. The test connection factors were C-type sleeve, clamp, and exothermic welding. As a consequence, most of the connection factor was corroded, and the electrical resistance decreased after deterioration. The analytical results can be used to establish the safety of grounding system.

  • In this study, unattended Light Rail Transit System (K-AGT) is a general-purpose standards safety requirements of IEC 62267 based System Engineering Process (SEP) was used. Functional analysis and physical architecting for each requirements through the vehicle was classified into sub-systems, design was analyzed in terms of SE. The analysis of the proposed system engineering process, unattended train operation (UTO), driverless train operation(DTO) design of the safety measures to be used as the basis is studied.

터널 화재진압시스템 도입에 따른 재난 안전비용의 경제성 분석 연구 (A Study on the Economic Analysis of Disaster Safety Costs by the Water-Bulwark System against the Tunnel Fire)

  • This study attempted to analyze the comparative advantage in terms of disaster safety costs in verifying the effectiveness and economic feasibility of the high-performance water-bulwark system in the pole tunnel, which was recently promoted as a part of the acceleration of vehicles. The tunnel to be analyzed was divided into a short tunnel(Anyang, Cheonggye) and a long tunnel(Suraksan, Sapaesan). As a result, it was analyzed that 25% of the improvement effect would occur if one lane was secured by applying the Water-Bulwark System. It was analyzed that this is because the time value cost, which accounts for a large proportion of the traffic congestion cost of short tunnels and pole tunnels, differs depending on the congestion time and traffic volume, not the length of the tunnel.

A Research on Dynamic Behavior of Clamshell Hood to Secure the Safety and Durability Performance

  • The purpose of this study is to predict the dynamic behavior of clamshell hood system on the harsh road driving condition, and secure the safety and durability performance of the system. The equation of motion of hood system is derived and the numerical analysis is implemented to obtain the lateral movement of the hood system. Also, the actual Belgian road test results are correlated to the predicted ones, and confirm the reliability of the system. Then, the parameter study is conducted to figure out the sensitive factors to affect the dynamic behavior, and the engineering design guide to make the system robust to confine the minimum friction force generated from hood latch and maximum hood weight is suggested from this research.

전기식 도어시스템의 고장건수 및 지연시간을 활용한 열차운행장애 분석 (Analysis of Train Operation Obstacle Using Number of Failures and Delay Time of Electric Door System)

  • This paper analyzes functions of component parts of D-Urban Railway's door system along with operation obstacle risks on frequency(the number of occurrences/year) and severity(delay time/the number of occurrences). Based on this, the paper presents improvements and current system's problems after obstacle risks of EMU and door system are appled. The obstacle of door system causes corrosion of main parts such as DCU due to heat problem of operation environment, problems of maintenance methods and deterioration. DCUs on PCBs with more than 50% pattern corrosion cause problems. Even though the number of door system's obstacle occurrences for the last 5 years is 42, along with 104 minutes of operation obstacle, EMU operation obstacle risk is low(Level 1), which indicates there is limit in matrix of railway risks presented by the standard of railway safety management system. Therefore, it is necessary to have railway risk matrix suitable for the field. Finally, the paper deducts the obstacle risks through frequency and severity. Since 2017 when the risks of EMU and door system's obstacle, that of EMU has been 24(47% reduced) and that of door system has been average 9.5 per year(23% reduced).

  • This paper provides a safety guideline for DC supplied home appliances through the comparative analysis of existing safety guideline for AC supplied home appliances. For this purpose, a predictive DC home appliance model is suggested and in special international safety standards of AC appliances are also analyzed. Moreover, a DC distribution system is built to verify the validity of the proposed safety guideline. The detailed analyzing process is explained with help of informative experimental results.

  • Since Zohar(1980) emphasized the influence of social, organizational, and psychological context in occupational safety and health study, the research in this area tends to be emphasizing the influences of personal and physical interaction. With this research trend, this paper is to examine the relationship between safety climate model and safety accident, and the interactional or moderating effect of personal and physical factor on the above relationship. Author conducted a survey to 292 manufacturing workers in construction industry, and the chief results of statistical analysis are as follows 1) management involvement, safety education, precaution activities, and safety system have negative effects on safety accident, 2) a-type personality has interactional effect on safety accident with communication, precaution activities, and safety system. 3) physical job load has interactional effect on safety accident with precaution activities, and safety system.

댐핑안전 구조물을 고려한 완전밀페식 LNG 저장탱크 시스템의 강도안전성에 관한 유한요소해석 (FE Analysis on the Strength Safety of a Full Containment LNG Storage Tank System with Damping Safety Structures)

  • 본 논문에서는 유한요소법을 사용하여 댐핑안전 구조물을 설치한 완전밀폐식 LNG 저장탱크 시스템의 강도안전성에 대해 해석하였다. 내부탱크의 FEM 해석을 위해, 탱크에 저장된 LNG에 의한 유체정압, 초저온 온도하중, BOG 압력, LNG 자중량, 내부탱크의 코너 측벽면에 가해진 침하하중 등과 같은 모든 복합하중을 내부탱크 구조물에 적용하였다. FEM 계산결과에 의하면 기존의 내부탱크는 주어진 모든 하중 조건에 대하여 안전하지만, 압축 스프링과 같은 댐핑안전 구조물은 탱크시스템의 안전성을 확보하는데 대단히 유용한 구조물일 것이라는 사실이다. 따라서 스프링의 강점도를 높이고 최적의 설치위치를 찾으면 스프링 구조물에 의해 탱크시스템의 댐핑강도 안전성을 증가시킬 수 있는 중요한 설계요소가 될 것이다.

DEA 분석 기법을 이용한 안전관리체제 운영효율성 분석 (A Analysis on the Operation Efficiency of Safety Management System using DEA method)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 해운회사의 안전관리를 위한 여러 가지 투입요소와 산출요소들에 대한 자료를 설문조사하고 각 해운 회사간의 안전관리체제 이행에 따른 효율성을 DEA 분석법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 1998년$\sim$2004년까지 각 해운회사의 안전관리체체의 운영효율성을 DEA 모형으로 분석한 결과 효율성 평균지수가 매년 감소하는 추세를 나타내었다. 효율성 평균지수가 매년 낮아지는 경향을 보이는 이유는 해양사고 건수, PSC 지적 건수, 선박보험료, P&I 보험료는 매 년 감소하는 것에 비해 선박수리비, 선용품비와 선박 불가동일수는 매년 감소하지 않고 오히려 증가하는 경향을 보이고 있는 것이 그 주요한 원인으로 분석되었다.
