Growth of Bacillus cereus was assessed during the storage of seasoned soybean sprouts at 0,5, 10, and $15^{\circ}C$. No lag time in its growth curve was observed and thus the specific growth rate of B. cereus in the exponential growth phase was estimated for bootstrapped microbial count data. The distribution of the specific growth rate could be explained by the BetaGeneral distribution function, and temperature dependence was described by the Ratkowsky square root model. The temperature dependence of the growth could be successfully incorporated into the differential equation of microbial growth to predict the B. cereus count on the seasoned soybean sprouts under fluctuating temperature conditions. Safe shelf lives with different probabilities to reach $10^5\;CFU/g$ were presented at four different temperatures, considering the variation in initial contamination and specific growth rate by the Monte Carlo method and 2-step bootstrapping, respectively. Safe shelf lives defined as the time with a probability of less than 0.1% of reaching the critical limit, were 13.4, 5.2, 3.6, and 2.8 days at 0, 5, 10, and $15^{\circ}C$, respectively.

In order to successfully develop attitude and orbit control subsystem(AOCS), AOCS engineer performs hardware selection, controller design and analysis, control logic and interface verification on electrical test bed, integrated system test, polarity test, and finally verification on orbit after launching. Attitude and orbit control subsystem for KOMPSAT-2 consists of standby mode, sun mode, maneuver mode, science mode, and power safe mode to stabilize and to control the spacecraft for performing the mission. The sun mode is usually divided into sun point submode, earth search submode and safe hold submode. The maneuver mode is divided into attitude hold submode and ${\triangle}$ V submode, while the science mode divided into science coarse submode and science fine submode. Moreover, it is added to back-up mode which uses wheels as an actuator for sun mode and maneuver mode. In this paper, we describe the controller design process and the performance of the design results with respect to the sun mode and the maneuver mode based on thrusters as an actuator using on flexible model.

Consumer Education Policy for -Focusing on developing Social support System- The purpose of this research is to understand the change of future consuming environment and the characteristics of future potential consumer: the net generations. With those research results, we deduced our goal, content and method of consumer education for these net generations. Finally, I suggested a scheme of the social construction by demand of our future society. Literature review and depth interview are used for this research. The main factors of the change of our future consuming environment are Digitalization, globalization, improvement of consumer sovereignty, Sustainable consumption culture, the increasing pursuit of safe life. It is necessary to educate our future consumer, net generations, the information searching skills in order to be able to obtain right information. We also need to educate them how to practice the safe life and Sustainable consumption and how to get consumers sovereignty. The method of the education requires interchangeable communication. We need social networking system for the support of consumer education, in order to build this social system. We need an administrative support from the government and financial support from corporations. We have suggested that it is very desirable to share all the information developed among Academic field, Consumer related organizations and schools by this network be build.

The law reflects the situation of the times, understands the society, and shows the will of the state and the community. The Means of Egress should be maintained from design to construction, supervision, as well as use, in order to protect the lives and property of the residents as well as the safe use of the facilities. However, Interior Architects are think that evacuation and safety regulations are complex elements that change frequently and may inhibit the idea of design. The purpose of this study is to propose a design method for the use of safe facilities in the interior architectural design on the evacuation regulations affecting the actual design by the IBC(the International Building Code) and NFPA(National Fire Protection Association) LSC (Life Safety Code). The research method is to investigate and analyze the provisions related to the evacuation of interior architecture in the US and to understand the current regulations and the evacuation regulations. We suggest to design method to the details of the hallway, corridors, aisle accessway, door way, exit path, In particular, the design of furniture, tables and chairs layout that could be obstacles to evacuation situations is presented.

This research is related to house entrance recognition of residents, who have long kept the entrance without a closing door in Eoeun village, Geumho, Keongbook. The purpose of the research was to interpret the recognition of a house entrance in Eoeun village with the theories of cultural ecology. Final results suggest the belief for all the inhabitant\`s welfare through anthropological adaptation to habitat. The fish in the Geumho River had sought the shelter from the heavy rain in summer. The Eoeun forest at the entrance of the village provided good shelter for the fish. The Eoeun residents thought that the safe shelter fur the river fish is also semantic for the people. They believed that if the fish could not find shelter, i.e., the Eoeun forest and left, the village could be not safe for their life. Therefore, even the entrance of house should be structurely opened for the fish shelter in a symbolic sense. The entrance without a closing door has implied that their life should depend upon their natural environments because they have believed that till now there have been no considerable accidents in the village.

Agricultural extension services in YoungDong county, ChungBuk province have tried and changed many things to overcome difficult situations since localization of extension services in 1997. The county Rural Guidance Office changed the name of the office as county Agricultural Technology & Extension Center (ATEC), and has been operated as a service center for all people who need help in agriculture. The recent efforts of the ATEC have been placed on eco-friendly agriculture and sustainable agriculture for protecting the natural environment of the county as well as production of safe agricultural products. In order to overcame difficult situations under the IMF, the ATEC has tried to find new ways for the extension services because of reduced extension educators under the IMF restructuring. The followings were a few examples of many efforts in various fields to overcome difficult situations in the rural county; 1) The ATEC has supported services to produce safe and high quality agricultural products and to increase their high value through extension services for food processing. 2) The ATEC has opened experimental fields for farmers who want to learn new technologies to cultivate grapes, persimmons, apples and pests etc., specialty fruit trees in the county. 3) The ATEC has implemented many kinds of programs to improve the quality of the extension educators to serve better.

It is well-known fact that woodworking activity could contribute in enhancing creativity, scientific problem-solving ability, spatial perception ability and prosocial behavior of children. However, there is little chance that children experience woodworking at home or in kindergarten. This study was conducted to know how much children and adults have done woodworking in there daily life and how they perceived children's woodworking activity. Woodworking activities for children (N=207, 5 and 6 year old kids) with adults (N=271, only fathers) were carried out in 10 kindergartens of Cheongju. Actually, the survey result shows that very few children and adults experienced woodworking in their daily life. 62.8% of children and 34.3% of adults surveyed responded that they had never done woodworking. However, the greater part of children and adults evaluated the woodworking activity positively. Over 95% of children surveyed responded that their woodworking activity was fun and they want to play woodworking again. Over 73% of adults surveyed responded that children's woodworking activity was safe, and over 99% of adults surveyed responded that they can recommend children's woodworking activity to others. In conclusion, the development of safe tools and programs for children's woodworking activity helps its spread and activation.

This paper is managing about problem and EMI by electromagnetic waves occurrence of electrical appliances and harmfulness of EMS and standard. Specially, because this paper certifies a mouse and electromagnetic waves interception effect of electricity market place which possess electromagnetic waves interception facility, there is effect that contribute in health life that do to secure safe going to sleep condition from electromagnetic waves of electricity market place that is security of computer working environment of safe state through electromagnetic waves interception and essential electric appliance of home life.

The use of cultured meat, also known as in vitro meat, is claimed to be a way of meeting the growing demand for meat worldwide in a safe and disease-free manner, without sacrificing animal and lowering greenhouse gas emissions. However, its economic feasibility is limited by its cost, scale-up complexity, public neophobia and technophobia, and an imperfect knowledge of its impacts on human health. Cultured meat, which is obtained from stem cells using tissue engineering techniques, has been described as a potential alternative to the current meat production systems, which have extensive negative effects. To ensure that a food product is safe for human consumption, it is important to consider all aspects of its life cycle. In this context, the current review analyzes the major elements of the cultured meat life cycle, including the incorrect use of chemicals, such as pesticides or antibiotics, as well as improper processing and storage methods that determine the food safety of cultured meat. The purpose of this review is to determine food safety, health issues, and the potential risks associated with cultured meat production.

This study aims to examine the educational needs of migrant farm workers and farmers in Korea. For developing survey instruments, content analysis of migrant workers & employer training programs, in-depth interviews with farmers and expert reviews had been conducted. Therefore, eight parts and twenty nine educational contents for migrant workers, five parts and twenty educational contents for farmers have been constructed. For data analysis, Borich analysis and The Locus for Focus Model were hired to analyze the educational needs assessment. Results showed that migrant workers' educational priorities were 'basic korean for farming, working attitude in farming, safety guidelines and first aid skills for rural life, safe use of pesticides and protective equipment, driving skills, safe use of agricultural machinery, operation & maintenance of agricultural machinery, pest control by crop', and for the farmers' were 'communication with migrant workers, trouble controls with employment, farming guidance, industrial accident cases and countermeasures, preventing disease and promoting mental health of migrant workers'.
