VTS관제사의 최소안전거리에 관한 기초 연구 (A Basic Study on the VTS Operator's Minimum Safe Distance)

  • 본 연구에서는 우리나라 각 항만 VTS에서 근무하고 있는 현직 관제사들을 대상으로 관제 구역 내에서 선박의 안전한 운항을 위해 선박과 선박 사이 및 선박과 육지(장애물)와의 최소 안전거리를 조사하여 VTS 관제의 효율성을 제고하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 안전한 선박 통항을 위한 기초 자료를 제시하기 위해 우리나라 각 항만 VTS 관제사들이 관제하는 안전이격거리를 각 VTS 센터별, 개인별로 설문 조사 및 분석을 하고 실습선을 이용하여 선박 통항이 밀집되어 있는 싱가포르와 말라카 해협에서의 관제 거리를 서로 비교하여 VTS 관제사간의 최소안전거리에 어떠한 차이점이 있는지를 조사하였다. 설문조사 결과 같은 VTS 소속임에도 불구하고 개인별로 관제하는 최소안전거리에는 많은 차이가 있고 전체적으로 해안선이 완만한 동해항의 경우 관제 안전거리가 타 항만보다 컸으며 해안선이 복잡하고 어선 및 여객선의 입출항이 잦은 목포항이 관제 안전거리가 가장 짧음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 동일한 VTS에 근무하는 관제사들이 정형화된 관제 방법에 따라 관제를 할 수 있도록 항만의 자연조건이나 교통량에 적합한 모듈(Module)을 개발할 필요성이 필요하며 향후에는 표준관제절차 수립을 위한 전문가 집단의 충분한 논의가 있어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

An Integrative Review on Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality Simulation Programs in the Mental Health Area for Health Professionals

  • This is an integrative review paper of Augmented Reality (AR)/Virtual Reality (VR) simulation programs in the mental health area including the analysis of the general characteristics, contents, and the impact of the interventions studies. The keywords used to search the studies were "AR/VR" and "medical/nursing students". The author and a postdoctoral research fellow searched four electronic databases: Web of Science, PubMed, EmBase, and CINHA, and as a result nine studies met the inclusion criteria. Among the selected studies AR/VR simulation programs in the mental health area for healthcare professionals were found to be effective in clinical skills as well as for the interpersonal relationship and the stigma of mentally ill patients. Providing an opportunity to experience a safe and effective tool is important when educating health professionals and AR/VR simulation programs are safe and effective. Thus, standardized AR/VR simulation programs are needed to be developed for health professionals.

속력을 고려한 선박충돌회피모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Ship Collision Avoidance Model considered Speed)

  • 선박의 충돌회피 방법을 제시하는 관점에 있어, 두 선박의 조우각도에 따라 속력이 충분히 고려되어야 할 것이다. 하지만 선박의 충돌회피를 위해 새롭게 연구된 근접상황 선박충돌회피지원 모델의 안전경계영역(Safe-Guard Ring) 설정은 본선과 상대선박의 속력비가 약 1.7이하로 제한되어 있으므로 제한된 범위 이외의 경우에서 충돌 위험이 존재 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 두 선박이 조우하는 각도 및 속력을 고려한 안전경계영역 설정을 연구함으로써 안전한 충돌회피 조종을 위한 선박충돌회피모델을 제시하고자 한다.

가리왕산 일대 돌서렁에서의 일차천이 (Primary Succession on Talus Area at Mt. Kariwangsan, Korea)

  • Stages of vegetation development on talus area were studied to examine temporal changes in species composition and vegetation structure, and to elucidate the mechanism of early patch formation. While ground coverage of lichens, which may form substrate for moss colonization and mitigate the heat-stress on rocks, decreased gradully, coverage of mosses increased slightly during primary succession. Ecological role of mossess related with water retention in community may be very important not only at pioneer stage but also at later stages because of little soil development on this talus area. Species diversity and species richness increased during the early stages of succession. Parthenocis년 tricuspidata and Sorbaria sorbifolia var. stellipa dominated in liana stage, Ulmus davidiana for. suberosa and Lindera obtusiloba in shrub stage, and Fraxinus rhynchophylla and Actinidia arguta in subtree stage, however, was composed of mixed forest of several tree species. U. davidiana for. suberosa, L. obtusiloba, Securinega suffruticosa and Rhus chinensis were relatively important woody species in early patch forming process. The results, however, suggested that early establishment on talus area might be strongly associated with chance for safe-site because both pioneer species and later species could take part in early patch forming process.

  • For the world's safest air traffic, safety-related areas through the large investment made in a sufficient safe level, but the airport's lack of safety management is concerned about the safety. Airside area is essential area for the flights, and activities of safe management in airside area is very important. Grafting of airside safety management and IT, importance of the safety and efficiency is growing. Advanced airports of world has applied GIS over 10 years ago, and through applying GIS, Airports GIS has been a specialized area. Therefore, this research is for geographic information standards and related laws, providing a guideline of regulations and standards for AIXM (Aeronautical Information Exchange Model), RTCA DO-272A (USER REQUIREMENTS FOR AERODROME MAPPING INFORMATION), FAA Advisory Circular 150/5300 -18A (General Guidance and Specifications for Submission of Aeronautical Survey to NGS: Field Data Collection and Geographic Information System Standards), and by analyzing aviation information and air map(notice "Civil Aviation Safety Authority No. 2009-1"), provide the direction of standardization for air map.

이직종간 지식공유 활성화 방안에 대한 연구 : 항공운항 분야를 중심으로 (A Research on Knowledge Sharing among Air Transportation Professionals)

  • Purpose - Aviation control, navigation, and aircraft control in the air transportation area are very specialized. Each part is in progress for safety, efficiency, automation, and further. On the other hand co-work among each part including knowledge sharing has been inattentive for many reasons. The purpose of this research is to show how practicians and professionals in the air transportation area perceive the issue of knowledge sharing and to recall the necessity of knowledge sharing in the area. And we try to find ways to activate the knowledge sharing in the area. Research design, data, methodology - For the research, we inquired into whether practicians and professionals think knowledge sharing can effect safe aviation positively or not and what steps are necessary to activate knowledge sharing in the area. We adopted survey method using questionnaires for current practicians and interview for specialists. The survey and interview results were analyzed using regression analysis and AHP method. The interview for specialists and analyzing the results using AHP was to investigate what are the precedence factors to activate the knowledge sharing. Results - First, practicians perceive that knowledge sharing will affect aviation safe positively. Second objective knowledges such as, tower air traffic control procedure of aviation control area, flight principle and structure of aircraft control area, instrument landing system of navigation area, for knowledge sharing of each area were identified. Also the precedence factors such as, knowledge absorbability of personal factor, personal expectation of result of expectation factor, leadership of management of Structure factor, method of knowledge spread of application factor for knowledge sharing were found. Conclusions - Knowledge sharing for practicians and professionals in the aviation area is very important especially from the perspective of safety. However, for various many reasons including the environment of each special area that focusing on their own area, knowledge sharing has not been emphasized. We found that practicians in the area feel that knowledge sharing is necessary and helpful. For it, each practician's active participation is the most important and many ways such as chatting room to share knowledge are to be developed. And the organization culture should be changed to encourage knowledge sharing.

교육용 가상원전을 이용한 화재안전정지분석에 관한 연구 (Study on Post-Fire Safe Shutdown Analysis using an Imaginary Plant for Training)

  • 본 연구에서는 다중오동작을 포함하고 있는 화재안전정지분석 교육자료를 개발하기 위하여 가상원전에서의 화재안전정지분석을 결정론적 화재분석코드를 사용하여 수행하였다. 교육용 가상원전은 원자로건물과 보조건물로 이루어졌고, 총 22개의 방화지역으로 구성되었다. 교육용 가상원전의 각 방화지역에는 밸브, 펌프, 비상디젤발전기, 스위치기어, 모터제어반, 로직컨트롤러 등의 기기가 배치되었다. 교육용 가상원전 기기들은 두 개의 케이블로 연결되었으며, 각 케이블은 케이블 트레이를 따라서 방화지역을 지나간다고 가정했다. 방화지역분석을 위해 교육용 가상원전에 대한 기기 및 케이블 정보를 데이터베이스화하였고, 다중오동작 시나리오, 기기로직 및 케이블로직을 가정하여 방화지역분석을 수행하였다. 방화지역 분석결과 문제가 되는 케이블과 케이블 트레이에 대해서 3시간 내화성능으로 케이블을 래핑하는 완화조치를 적용하였다.

LNG선의 계류 안전성의 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Mooring Safety of LNG Ships)

  • The ship’s safe mooring stability is a principles for the safe cargo handling works at the mooring berth. Today numerous standards, guidelines and recommendations concerning mooring practices, fittings and equipments exist throughout the worldwide maritime industries. In recently, the mooring facilities were constructed as dolphin types at the open sea area apart far from shoreside instead of enclosed coastline area in accordance with increasing ship’s size and for preventing environmental pollution. Therefore the exciting wave condition must be considered as a basic environmental criteria with the wind force and current force for all of the mooring ships at the sea berth facilities. In this study, this added wave force as one of the environmental external forces by using the theoretical formula was applied to the LNG ship in Pyeongtaeg harbor needed the special mooring stability of the sea berth. Through this research, it can be confirmed that wave force is the very important factor in the mooring force and the strength of wave force works much more in the full laden condition than in the lightship condition. And also the wave force changes to non-linear states according to the wave frequency and wave length. In addition, the maximum limit criteria of environmental force of prohibiting the entering ship on the berth and loading works controlled by the port authority concerned of Pyeongtaeg port fully satisfies the condition of the mooring limit force recommended by OCIMF that the safe permitted force of the mooring line have to be within 55 % of MBL.

농촌지역의 재난발생에 따른 안전도 향상을 위한 기초연구 (A Preliminary Study on the Improvement of Safety Level from Disasters in Rural Area)

  • 본 연구는 농촌지역의 재난발생에 따른 안전도를 향상시키기 위하여, 농촌지역 재난발생이력을 검토하고 피해특성을 분석하였다. 또한 지역방재 개념을 농촌지역에 접목하여 농촌지역 재난안전마을 만들기를 위한 기초방향을 설정하였다. 농촌의 특성상 인구 및 가구수가 적고 각종 재난안전 시설과 인프라가 부족하며, 지리적 특성상 외부로의 이동에 한계가 있어 신속한 대응에 어려움이 있다. 이에 농촌지역의 인문사회, 시설 인프라, 지리적인 특성을 반영한 지역단위의 재난안전마을 만들기 구축방향과 운영에 관한 사항을 제시하였다.
