서로 다른 지역에서 서로 다른 과정의 실습 중심의 정보보호 단기 교육을 진행하기 위하여 SaaS 기반 가상훈련 시스템을 사용하였다. 본 논문에서는 SaaS 기반 가상훈련 시스템을 이용한 정보보호 실습 교육의 장단점을 정리한다. 강사 및 수강생들은 교육 과정 중 데스크톱 가상화를 사용하여 실습 환경을 구축하는 시간을 절약할 수 있었다. 또한, 원격 실습 지원, 진행 상황 확인도 가능하였다. 관리자는 강사 및 장소와 무관하게 균등한 실습 교육을 제공할 수 있다는 점이 가장 큰 장점이었다. 향후에는 서버 가상화와 데스크톱 가상화가 결합된 하이브리드 형태의 실습 환경 개발을 고려할 필요가 있다.

Recently the information system introduction and the application which use the computer are increasing. The efficient operation of information system helps corporations to improve productivity, customer service and corporate competitive power. SaaS(Software as a Service), which is the developed type of outsourcing in the area of information technology, is to use standardized and packaged application by hosting from the outside of enterprise. SaaS is not developed yet as much as people's interest about that in the initial stage, but its related technology and service capacity are accumulated after repeated trial and error, and it's ready to activate the industry. In the area of information system, studies on the measurement of service quality were followed. But there is little study on service quality measurement in the field of SaaS(Software as a Service). The purpose of this study was to divides the SaaS with e-SERVQUAL and it consider the relationship with the perceived recognition and the usage intention. According to this, variables of traditional research were rejected because SaaS is not developed yet in Korea. But information had a strong effect on perceived recognition. Therefore, business related with in SaaS must have provided a correct information about various applications.

현재, 도서관시스템의 소프트웨어 사용 방식은 클라이언트/서버 및 ASP 방식으로 서비스를 제공함으로써 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 구매비, 설치 및 배포, Customization, Upgrade, 문제점 관리, 라이센스의 고비용 등 소프트웨어 전반에 걸쳐 관리가 힘들고 고비용의 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 SaaS 기반의 전자도서관 통합관리 서비스 시스템에서는 SaaS 성숙도 레벨 3 이상에서 구현이 가능한 핵심요소들을 개발하였다. 그러므로 초기 투자비용이 거의 없고, 쉽고, 간편하며, 저비용 IT 서비스가 가능한 SaaS 기반의 소프트웨어 온-디멘드 방식의 서비스 모델로 성능을 개선하였다.

Domestic ASP (Application Service Provider) market has been dramatically enlarged under government supports for last 10 years. However ASP industry recently has been troubled for poor performance and market saturation. In this paper, firstly I derive core service groups through using BCG matrix for ASP market size and growth rate and secondly generate major critical success factors using focused group interview for selected core service groups. Finally I would like to propose a direction of ASP industry revitalization based on above critical success factors and transition strategy to SaaS (Software as a Service).

전통적인 소프트웨어 서비스 제공 환경에서는 응용 서비스 제공자가 테넌트들의 요구 사항에 맞춰진 서비스를 제공하기 위해 각각의 테넌트 별 응용을 개발하여 왔다. 그러나 소프트웨어 서비스(Software as a Service; SaaS) 환경에서는 테넌트마다 개별 응용을 생성하는 대신 공유되는 하나의 동일한 응용 객체와 결합할 수 있는 개별화 객체 생성 방법으로 테넌트들이 원하는 서비스를 제공하도록 서비스 제공 개념이 변하고 있다. 기업의 개별화 요구사항은 다양하기 때문에 SaaS 개별화에 관한 능숙한 이해가 필요하다. 현재까지의 SaaS 개별화에 관한 연구는 체계적이지 않고 초기 단계에 머물고 있는 상황이어서 본 논문은 SaaS 개별화에 대한 실직적 또는 개념적 구조를 제공하여 SaaS 개별화 연구의 확장 가능한 기초가 되고자 한다.

SaaS 환경에서는 다수의 사용자가 동일한 어플리케이션을 이용하게 되므로 사용자에 따라 특정 자원 혹은 기능에 대한 접근을 제어하는 보안 기능의 중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있다. 이러한 기능을 갖춘 SaaS 플랫폼의 중요성과 그 가치는 매우 크다 할 수 있으나 국내에서는 이에 대한 많은 연구가 보이지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 계층적 그룹 구조, 접속 시간 IP 주소 MAC ID 등에 따른 역할 부여 등 풍부한 기능을 제공하는 SaaS 플랫폼을 위한 사용자 권한 관리 시스템을 설계한다.

The kinetics of isothermal crystallization in blends of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) and poly(styrene-co-acrylic acid) (SAA) has been examined as a function of the blend ratio, the copolymer composition, and the crystallization temperature, based on the Avrami eauation. The Avrami exponents were mostly chose to 2, independent of the crystallization temperature. The crystallization rate of PEO in PEO/SAA blends decreased with the increase of SAA content. And also, the higher the acrylic acid content in the SAA copolymer, 7he slower the crystallization rate of PEO in the blends.

In this paper, UPnP Network SaaS model has been studied. Currently, this model of UPnP Network and the trade mission is being used by outsourcing. From now on, the introduction of new trading systems and existing systems and the commercialization of this model as a UPnP network service connection should work. The future of UPnP network SaaS model will become commercially available software, commercial software can be accessed remotely via the Internet should be. Customer site activities must be managed from a central location. Application software architecture, pricing, partnerships, management should not include the character models. N should be the model. When used in small and medium enterprises have a very high value.

최근 컴퓨터 기술의 발전과 네트워크의 개방화 그리고 무선 모바일 통신 기술의 비약적인 보급으로 인하여 컴퓨팅 환경을 이루고 있는 각종 장치(PC, 모바일 단말, 저장장치, 네트워크 기기 등)가 다양한 형태의 보안 위협에 노출되어 데이터의 유실, 조작, 유출되어 금전적인 피해를 입거나 프라이버시 침해를 받고 있다. 이러한 문제를 근본적으로 해소하기 위하여 설립된 TCG(Trusted Computing Group)는 세계적인 IT 핵심기업들을 중심으로 구성된 비영리 단체로서 PC 혹은 모바일 기기 등의 단말과 서버 장비 그리고 저장 장치 및 네트워크로 구성된 컴퓨팅 환경에서 보안성 향상 및 데이터의 신뢰성을 제고하기 위하여 TPM(Trusted Platform Module)이라는 반도체 칩을 신뢰의 기반(root of trust)으로 한 신뢰 플랫폼을 제안하고 있다. 한편 SaaS(Software as a Service)는 패키지 형태의 소프트웨어를 네트워크 서비스 형태로 바꾸어 사용량에 비례한 요금제로 과금하는 방식을 채택하고 사용자가 온디맨드로 요청한 서비스를 적시에 제공하는 기술로 최근 전세계적으로 각광을 받고 있다. 이때 다양한 컴퓨팅 환경 안의 사용자에게 높은 신뢰성과 보안성 그리고 연속성을 갖는 SaaS 서비스를 제공하고 데이터의 무결성 및 비밀유지와 정확한 서비스 사용시간을 기록하고 업로드하는 기능들을 제공하는 SaaS 플랫폼은 TPM기반의 신뢰컴퓨팅 기술을 통하여 쉽게 구현될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 일시적으로 네트워크와 차단된 상태의 PC 혹은 모바일 단말에서도 위의 조건들을 만족하는 SaaS 서비스를 지원하는 신뢰 플랫폼이 가져야 할 기능들에 대하여 분석-도출한 후 그러한 기능들을 제공하는 컴포넌트로 구성된 신뢰형 SaaS 사용자 플랫폼을 설계하였다.
