모든 원자력관련시설들은 지진으로부터 공공에 아무런 피해를 주지 않는 안전한 설계를 위하여, 일반구조물인 건물, 교량 등의 설계$\cdot$건설을 위하여 정해져 있는 내진설계법규보다도 훨씬 보수적으로 내진설계를 규정하는 원자력법규에 따라 설계 건설되고 있다. 국내의 원자력법규에 정해진 설계기준지진은 안전정지지진(Safe Shutdown Earthquake, SSE)이라 하며, 국내의 원자력발전소 및 원자력관련시설은 안정정지지진의 지반가속도 크기를 0.2g(g는 중력가속도, 1g= 1,000gal=980cm/$sec^2$)로 정하여 사용되고 있다.

본 고에서는 병렬 영상처리를 이용한 고속 머신 비전(Machine Vision) 기술의 동향에 관해 다룬다. 머신 비전에서 사용되는 대표적인 고속 상용 영상처리 라이브러리인 MIL, HALCON, IPP에 대해 소개하고 현재 활발히 연구되고 있는 SSE, OpenMP, CUDA와 같은 병렬 처리 기술에 대하여 알아 본다. 이러한 병렬 처리 기술을 실제 영상처리 알고리즘에 적용하여 그 성능을 고속 상용 영상처리 라이브러리의 성능과 비교하여 소개된 병렬 처리 기술을 실제 PCB 기판 자동검사와 같은 머신 비전에 적용한 연구사례에 대해서 알아본다.

피고초 및 펨퍼초 펄스를 얻기 위한 동기형(Synchrous mode-locking) 및 혼합형 모드결합(Hybrid mode-locking) 방식이 색소레이저에서의 출력특성에 대하여 연구하였다. 피고초 및 펨퍼스 펄스의 발생원리에 대하여 논하고, 군속도 분산과 자기위상변조와 같은 펨퍼토 펄스의 형성원리 사이의 연관성에 대하여 논한다. 또한 펨도초 펄스의 시분해 응용으로 축퇴 4광파 혼합법으로 미소반도체 CdSSe(Re645)에서 위상이완시간(Dephasing time)의 측정에 관하여 논한다.

지진 및 냉각재상실사고와 같은 외력에 대한 집합체 구조적 건전성 분석을 위한 해석시 필요한 지지격자의 동적 특성치들을 얻기 위해 17$\times$17 JDFA 중간지지격자에 대한 충격시험을 수행하였으며, 지지격자에 대한 허용충격하중값(Crush Strength)을 구하고 Impact Duration Method를 이용하여 집합체 구조해석에 필요한 지지격자의 동적 강성도 (Dynamic Stiffness)를 구하였다.

본 글에서는 ANS(American Nuclear Society)에서 규정하고 있는 Safety Class 구조물 중 격납건물의 내진해석모델에 대해 주로 언급하며, 기타 건물(Non-Nuclear Safety "NNS")은 일반건물과 차이점이 없음으로 언급하지 않는다. U.S. NRC(Nuclear Regulatory Commision)는 참고문헌[1]에 의해 원자력 발전소내 여러건물중 SSE(Safe Shutdown Earthquake)하중에도 견디도록 규정하여 정확한 동력학적 계산이 요구되어지나, 그 이외의 건물들은 대개 등가정적 방법에 의해 해석되어진다. 이 해석방법은 여러 빌딩규정들에서 제안된 것으로 지진에 의한 동적하중을 밑면적 단력 또는 각층에 작용하는 층전단력이라는 등가의 정적하중으로 바꿔 계산되며 이 때 사용되는 해석모델은 건물의 기본진동만을 표시할 수 있는 간단한 것이다.

In this paper, we analyze a physical layer of W-CDMA .system and design a transmitter and receiver by using ADS (Advanced Design System). Also, we simulated a link level performance with different channel estimation algorithm in Jakes fading channel environment. For the channel estimator, we used the WMSA(Weighted Multi-Slot Averaging) algorithm, EGE(Equal Gain Estimation) algorithm and SSE(Symbol-to-Symbol Estimation) algorithm. This study will be useful in the analysis and design of W-CDMA system.

We consider the mean value function for NHPP software reliability model and time series regression model in software failure data. We estimate parameters for the proposed models from two data sets. The values of SSE and MSE is presented from two data sets. We compare the predicted number of faults with the actual two data sets using the mean value function and regression curve.

In this paper, we introduce the fast decoding method with the SIMD (Single Instruction Multiple Data) instructions for HEVC RExt (High Efficiency Video Coding Range Extensions). Several tools of HEVC RExt such as intra prediction, interpolation, inverse-quantization, inverse-transform, and clipping modules can be classified as the proper modules for applying the SIMD instructions. In consideration of bit-depth increasement of RExt, intra prediction, interpolation, inverse-quantization, inverse-transform, and clipping modules are accelerated by SSE (Streaming SIMD Extension) instructions. In addition, we propose effective implementations for interpolation filter, inverse-quantization, and clipping modules by utilizing a set of AVX2 (Advanced Vector eXtension 2) instructions that can use 256 bits register. The evaluation of the proposed methods were performed on the private HEVC RExt decoder developed based on HM 16.0. The experimental results show that the developed RExt decoder reduces 12% average decoding time, compared with the conventional sequential method.

Necessity for the guidebook of occupational health nursing practice has been perceived by our OH research members since the health management of small scale enterprises(SSE) was controlled by law. Mean-while, developing the OH manual, our team found that the work situation of occupational health nursing(OHN) services should be prior to the construction of the OHN manual. This procedure was regarded as helpful for producing the OH manual which is fitting to the Korean nursing circumstances. Thus, this study was planned and carried out. The study aimed to find out current situation of work performance on occupational health nursing practice perceived by nurses working for health management of SSE. Questionnaire was distributed to the OH nurses working in the 55 group occupational health service(GOHS) agencies throughout the Korea from January to March in 1997. Ninety-seven nurses of the 31 GOHS agencies responded. Descriptive statistics was used in the SAS programme. Four nurses participated to select nursing area investigated in the study. Those area were 'document', 'job orientation', 'OH reference', 'nursing theory', 'group health education', 'health examination', 'work dilemma', 'approach attitude', 'workplace visit', 'health promotion' and 'communication'. Results can be summarized as follow : Types of document were mentioned diversely depending on the GOHS agencies. Job orientation was seen to be performed by nurses in 56% among the 75.3% nurses responded. Sixty five percents of nurses agreed to apply nursing theories into the OH with lack of knowledge on them. Health screening and health education were responded as commonly provided nursing activities with various nursing obstacles as well as indicated in the area of 'work dilemma', 'approach attitude', 'workplace visit', 'health promotion'.
