본 논문에서는 전기공사 단위시방서 작성 및 운영에 필요한 KEM-SPEC. 운영시스템을 개발하였다. KEM-SPEC. 운용시스템은 전기설비 시공에 있어, 필요한 공사시방서 작성 시, 누락과 오류, 중복적 피해를 최소화 하고, 전기공사 시공품질과 성능을 확보할 수 있다.

본 논문은 BCPS(Balanced canister purge solenoid valve) 의 Lab. 내구 시험 Spec. 결정 방법에 관한 것이다. BCPS 는 기존에 사용 중인 CPS(Canister purge solenoid valve) 의 응답성과 제어의 용이성을 좋게 하여 배기 가스 특성을 향상시키기 위해 CPS 내부에 Rubber 재질의 막(Diaphragm) 을 적용한 것이다. 하지만 이 Diaphragm 이 마모 등에 의해서 찢어지면, 오히려 배기 특성이 저하된다. 따라서 BCPS의 적용을 위해서는 이 Diaphragm 의 내구성이 검증되어야 하며, 이를 위해서는 새로운 신뢰성 시험 Spec. 의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 BCPS Diaphragm의 검증을 위해 필요한 신뢰성 시험 Spec. 을 결정하였다. 이를 위해, X-ray Inspection System등을 이용하여 부압에 따른 Diaphragm 의 형상 변화 등을 관찰하였으며, 실제 차량에서 Diaphragm 에 걸리는 압력의 분포를 측정하였다.

Let D be an integral domain, Spec(D) the set of prime ideals of D, and X a subspace of the Zariski topology on Spec(D). We show that X is compact if and only if given any ideal I of D with $I{\nsubseteq}P$ for all $P{\in}X$, there exists a finitely generated idea $J{\subseteq}I$ such that $J{\nsubseteq}P$ for all $P{\in}X$. We also prove that if D = ${\cap}_{P{\in}X}D_P$ and if * is the star-operation on D induced by X, then X is compact if and only if * $_f$-Max(D) ${\subseteq}$X. As a corollary, we have that t-Max(D) is compact and that ${\mathcal{P}}$(D) = {P${\in}$ Spec(D)$|$P is minimal over (a : b) for some a, b${\in}$D} is compact if and only if t-Max(D) ${\subseteq}\;{\mathcal{P}}$(D).

This paper discusses the implications of the MASTER SPEC project and its introduction to Korea in terms of social and political contexts. The motives for this report starts from both theoretical and empirical puzzles. Its theoretical motive is concerned to the right form of governance of electric-construction standardardization. Upon the experience of the United States and many European countries, we have acknowledged the role of government in the setting of industrial policy formats and standardization. However, the mechanisms of industrial governance have greatly changed these days, from the centralized one to the participatory one. We call the latter type governance. The form of governance implies the participation of both public and private actors in the policy-making of industrial matters. We have sought to find a better format in the case of electric-construction field. The answer is: the governance initiated by the private actors rather than the government-centered one. The project of MASTER SPEC, in this sense, has many probable implications toward the standard-setting of future industrial managements in Korea.

In this paper, we gave 3 suitable modified control chart at the same time shows. First control chart is plot analysis control chart by sampling data, Second control chart is including Upper Spec and Lower Spec in first control chart. Third control chart is including target value and new calculated upper/lower control line by using known average and standard deviation of long term data. If 3 control charts are seen at the same time, there is advantage that can see problem of process at a look. We hope this method proposed in this treatise give many help in spot.

Considering QoS only considering real-time multimedia service, it is possible to adjust the number of terminals and ensure them appropriately, but this study considers complex services considering real-time multimedia service and general data service. Since the amount of physical network resources is limited, the guarantee of the desired QoS can not be achieved unless the appropriate CAC is done. However, given the traffic profile and QoS spec of the entire network resource and the current service being provided, and the traffic profile and QoS spec of the newly requested service, it is quite difficult to determine exactly whether the new service request is acceptable from this. To do this, it is necessary to study in various directions from mathematical analysis to various simulations and statistical research based on data obtained from actual network operation.

In this study, parameters such as unit cement weight and placing temperature which influence on temperature rise and temperature rise velocity are investigated through adiabatic tests for the domestic ordinary portland cement(0PC). Adiabatic temperature rise suggested by Korean Concrete Spec. are compared with that from this experimental results. As a result of this study, adiabatic temperature rise of OPC suggested spec. is overestimated. Also it is shown that 2-parameter equation suggested in the spec. overestimate heat evolution at early age and reasonable prediction of heat evolution can be obtained by using 3-parameter equation. Results of numerical analysis by using the input data from this test and the suggested values from spec. shows similar temperatures. However thermal stresses pridicted using input value from spec. may result 20% more than that from this test in case of externally restricted state.

Strontium selective chromatographic material $(Sr-Spec^{TM})$ was investigated for separation of radiostrontium from environmental soil and water sample. This chromatographic material has great capacity of binding of strontium ion in nitric acid media, and has selectivity to permit the separation of stontium from bulk amount of calcium. But the extraction of strontium was reduced by the other interfering ions such as K and Ba. So, in order to apply this material to the soil sample, prior removal treatment of K and Ba was needed. But the Sr-Spec material could provides simple and effective methods for the separation and removal of radiostrontium from liquid sample.

Let I be an ideal of Noetherian local ring (R, m) and M an artinian R-module. In this paper, we study colocalization of local homology modules. In fact we give Colocal-global Principle for the artinianness and minimaxness of local homology modules, which is a dual case of Local-global Principle for the finiteness of local cohomology modules. We define the representation dimension r^I (M) of M and the artinianness dimension a^I (M) of M relative to I by r^I (M) = inf{i ∈ ℕ₀ : H^I_i (M) is not representable}, and a^I (M) = inf{i ∈ ℕ₀ : H^I_i (M) is not artinian} and we will prove that i) a^I (M) = r^I (M) = inf{r^IR_𝖕 (_𝖕M) : 𝖕 ∈ Spec(R)} ≥ inf{a^IR_𝖕 (_𝖕M) : 𝖕 ∈ Spec(R)}, ii) inf{i ∈ ℕ₀ : H^I_i (M) is not minimax} = inf{r^IR_𝖕 (_𝖕M) : 𝖕 ∈ Spec(R) ∖ {𝔪}}. Also, we define the upper representation dimension R^I (M) of M relative to I by R^I (M) = sup{i ∈ ℕ₀ : H^I_i (M) is not representable}, and we will show that i) sup{i ∈ ℕ₀ : H^I_i (M) ≠ 0} = sup{i ∈ ℕ₀ : H^I_i (M) is not artinian} = sup{R^IR_𝖕 (_𝖕M) : 𝖕 ∈ Spec(R)}, ii) sup{i ∈ ℕ₀ : H^I_i (M) is not finitely generated} = sup{i ∈ ℕ₀ : H^I_i (M) is not minimax} = sup{R^IR_𝖕 (_𝖕M) : 𝖕 ∈ Spec(R) ∖ {𝔪}}.

This paper presents a quantitative method of sequential separation of $^{90}Sr$, $^{241}Am$ and Pu radionuclides with an anion exchange resin and a Sr-Spec resin. The Pu isotopes were purified with an anion exchange resin. The americium and strontium fractions were separated from the matrix elements with an oxalate co-precipitation method. Americium fraction was separated from the strontium fraction with iron co-precipitation method and purified from lanthanides with anion exchange resin. Strontium-90 was purified from other hindrance elements with the Sr-Spec resin after oxalate co-precipitation. The measurement of Pu and Am isotopes was carried out by an ${\alpha}$-spectrometer. Strontium-90 was measured by a liquid scintillation counter. The radiochemical procedure of $^{90}Sr$, $^{241}Am$ and Pu radionuclides investigated in this study has been validated by application to IAEA-Reference soils.
