다회수 스파크 점화기관의 기관성능에 관한 연구 (A study on the engine performance in a multiple spark ignition engine)

  • The ignition quality of ignition system is influenced by spark energy, discharge pattern of spark energy and spark duration. In this paper, the characteristics of multiple spark ignition system have been investigated for various number of spark and spark interval. The results, which were compared with those obtained with a standard single spark ignition, show that engine output is increased, and lean misfire limit is extended with the multiple spark ignition system. The most effective number of spark at the most effective spark interval that are determined by engine performance test, were 6 times spark at 0.02ms spark interval. For the above condition of spark, engine torque was increased about 20% comparing with conventional ignition system and lean misfire limit was extended to air-fuel ratio 22.5:1. This study researched the rate of heat release and quantity of heat release influenced by a condition of spark on the mass burned in order to investigate the relationship between the rate of mass burned and number of spark times.

다회수 스파크 점화기관의 방전효과에 관한 연구 (A study on the effect of discharge in a multiple spark ignition engine)

  • The effect of discharge have been investigated for condition of spark in a multiple spark ignition engine, as the spark duration, capacitive and inductive discharge energy were calculated for condition of spark by ignition wave and energy formula. The useful portion of spark discharge is divided into capacitance portion and inductance portion. It was found that capacitive discharge energy and spark duration were increased according to increasing number of spark, and inductive discharge energy was increased according to increasing spark interval. Therefore engine torque was increase and lean misfire limit was extended comparing with the standard ignition system. It found that spark energy was discharged within ignition delay period availability acted on the formation and growth of flame kernel, and total spark energy was increased according to increasing number of spark times, but discharged spark energy after ignition delay became unavailable energy. And the capacitive discharge energy has the dominant effect for stoichiomeric or not very rich air-fuel mixture but inductive discharge energy has the dominant effect for lean air-fuel mixture.

불꽃소멸에 의한 연삭특성에 관한 연구 (A study on the characteristic of grinding by spark-out)

  • The surface roughness of workpiece is reduced during spark-out. The reduction of roughness is a benefit of spark-out, but spark-out lowers productivity. The characteristics of spark-out are different to those of plunge grinding to which feed is applied. This difference is due to overlapping cutting during spark-out. Effect of spark-out is in proportion to volume of grain wear. This phenomenon is due to different overlapping area. Dressing interval can be enlarged by spark-out, when volume of grain wear is large. In this study, the characteristic of spark-out was studied by spark-out obserbation in various grinding conditions. For this purpose thrust force, spark-out time and surface roughness of workpiece were experimentally investigated in various grinding conditions.

  • 일반적으로 C언어는 고신뢰도를 요구하는 소프트웨어에 적합하지 않다고 알려졌음에도 불구하고 적지 않은 수의 안전성이 중요시되는(safety-critical) 시스템들이 C언어로 구현되었거나 C언어를 기반으로 개발되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 C언어의 안전한 subset을 정의하고 이 subset 언어로 작성된 프로그램을 SPARK Ada로 변환하여 SPARK의 분석 도구들을 사용해 프로그램의 안전성을 분석하는 데 있다. SPARK은 Ada의 안전한 subset으로 고신뢰도를 요하는 시스템을 구현하는데 성공적으로 사용되어왔다. SPARK으로 변환된 C 프로그램은 SPARK 수준의 안전성을 갖게 되며 SPARK의 분석 도구인 Examiner를 통해 프로그램의 정확성 검증 등의 분석을 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 엘리베이터 컨트롤러 사례 연구를 통해 정의한 subset이 현실적인 시스템을 구현하기에 부족하지 않음을 발견하였으며, SPARK Ada로의 변환을 자동화해주는 변환기를 구현하였다.

  • 무배전기식 불꽃 점화 시스템의 스파크 플러그 케이블에서 발생되는 전자파에 대한 분석이다. 무배전기식 불꽃 점화 시스템인 경우에는 점화코일이 고주파 발생원이고 스파크 플러그 케이블과 스파크 플러그는 전자파를 복사하는 안테나로 동작 할 수 있다. 스파크플러그 케이블과 스파크 플러그의 길이를 측정하여 ${\lambda}/4$ 수직 접지 안테나로 동작하는 안테나로 고려하여 HFSS를 이용하여 공진주파수를 계산하였다. 계산된 공진주파수와 엔진룸에서 복사되는 전자파의 전력 스펙트럼 분포를 측정한 결과를 분석하여 무배전기식 불꽂 점화 시스템이 특정한 주파수 대역에서 고주파 에너지를 복사한다는 것을 알 수 있다.

  • In order to establish the ignition system for lean burn, the influence of the number of spark plug, spark times and spark intervals on discharge pattern of spark energy on ignitability and combustion characteristics were evaluated. It showed that, ignitability remarkably increased with the case of multiple spark ignition system than with the case of single spark and the lean limit extended fuel/air equivalence ratio by 0.1, the increase of magnitude and lasting time of capacity component and inductance component was multi spark discharge in a row.

  • 건식 spark 방법에 의하여 상온에서 광 발광하는 실리콘을 제작하였다. Anodically etching된 다공성 실리콘에 비하여 spark법에 의해 제조된 광 발광 peak는 520nm로 청색으로 전이되어 있었다. 또한 spark법으로 제조된 실리콘의 경우 UV 노출에 의한 광 발광력의 안정성이 매우 높게 나타났다. High resolution TEM, XRD 연구 결과를 통하여 spark법으로 제조한 실리콘은 작은 다결정성 nanocrystalline 입자가 주로 비정질 $SiO_2$에 의하여 에워 싸여져 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • A high voltage pulse generator with a rotator airhole spark gap instead of a rotary ball spark gap has been proposed and investigated. Its feasibility as a high voltage pulse generator is compared with the rotary ball spark gap type one. Parametric studies showed that proposed the rotary airhole type spark gap had a very stable breakdown voltage and reliable pulse repetition time compared with the conventional rotary ball type spark gap. This however showed that the proposed pulse generator with a rotary airhole spark gap instead of a rotary ball spark gap could be potentially used as a very stable and reliable pulse generator in the various fields of applications.

예연소실 점화플러그의 화염가시화와 화염전파특성 (Flame Visualization and Flame Characteristics of Spark Plug with Pre-ignition Chamber)

  • New concept spark plug was developed to study its influence on the combustion characteristics of SI engine. It has pre-ignition chamber at the lower end of spark plug and flame hole, in which fresh mixture gas can be put in through the flame hole without any fuel supply system. This spark plug was tested in a single cylinder engine dynamometer for different air fuel ratio to measure the fuel consumption rate, emission gases, and MBT timing. And constant volume combustion chamber was made to understand flame characteristics of spark plug. New spark plug induced fast burn compared to the conventional spark plug and its effects were increased in lean air fuel ratio. Pre-ignition chamber spark plug with 5 holes which had adjusted size was more stable and effective in combustion performance than pre-ignition chamber spark plug with 1 hole. And its effects showed larger differences in lean air fuel ratio than stoichiometric condition. Flame kernel and flame growth process of conventional spark plug and pre-ignition chamber spark plug studied by flame visualization of schlieren method.

  • Spark variance technique is melded the jagged spill-over-sonance status of the glitter-differentiation knowledge level (GDKL) on the spark knowledge gestalt. The knowledge level condition by the spark knowledge gestalt system is comprised with the spill-over-sonance system. As to search a spot of the glitter situation, we are obtained of the spark value with black-red dot by the spill-over upper structure. The concept of knowledge level is comprised the reference of glitter-differentiation level for variance signal by the spark sonance gestalt. Further presenting a jagged variance of the GDKL of the maximum in terms of the spill-over-sonance gestalt, and spark spot sonance that was the a spark value of the far variance of the Spa-kg-FA-${\rho}_{MAXN}$ with $17.68{\pm}2.22units$, that was the a spark value of the convenient variance of the Spa-kg-CO-${\rho}_{MAXN}$ with $7.55{\pm}0.59units$, that was the a spark value of the flank variance of the Spa-kg-FL-${\rho}_{MAX}$ with $2.70{\pm}0.48units$, that was the a spark value of the vicinage variance of the Spa-kg-VI-${\rho}_{MAX}$ with $0.48{\pm}0.05units$. The spill-over sonance will be to appraisal at the jagged ability of the spill-over-sonance gestalt with black-red dot by the spark knowledge level on the GDKL that is presented the glitter-differentiation gestalt by the knowledge level system. Spill-over knowledge system will be possible to restrain of a gestalt by the special signal and to employ a spark data of spill-over sonance level.
