A Study on Project Information Integrated Management Measures Using Life Cycle Information in Road Construction Projects (도로건설사업의 생애주기별 정보를 이용한 건설사업정보 통합관리방안 연구)

  • Construction projects generate a massive amount of diverse information. It takes at least five years to more than 10 years to complete, so it is important to manage the information on a project's history, including processes and costs. Furthermore, it is necessary to determine if construction projects have been carried out according to the planned goals, and to convert a construction information management system (CALS) into a virtuous cycle. It is easy to ensure integrated information management in private construction projects because constructors can take care of the whole process (from planning to completion), whereas it is difficult for public construction projects because various agencies are involved in the projects. A CALS manages the project information of public road construction, but that information is managed according to CALS subsystems, resulting in disconnected information among the subsystems, and making it impossible to monitor integrated information. Thus, this study proposes integrated information management measures to ensure comprehensive management of the information generated during the construction life cycle. To that end, a CALS is improved by standardizing and integrating the system database, integrating the individually managed user information, and connecting the system with the Dbrain tool, which collectively builds artificial intelligence, to ensure information management based on the project budget.

  • 수량과 수질 자료는 물에 대한 기본정보로 물 관리 분야뿐만 아니라 각종 SOC 사업의 계획 및 설계에 필수적인 자료로 활용되고 있다. 그러나 우리나라에서는 수량과 수질 관측의 주체가 분리되어 있고, 관측제도와 시설도 별도로 운영되고 있어, 결과 활용이 미흡할 뿐만 아니라 국가예산의 낭비가 발생한다. 이에 대한 정책적 개선방안으로 정책적 충돌을 해소하기 위한 임시 정책기구를 가동하여 정책방향을 결론짓고 이어서 관련 법령의 개정 및 국가수문관측종합계획 및 국가수문정보관리종합계획의 수립과 같은 방안을 통해 수문관리의 선진화가 필요함을 제시하였다. 기술적 개선방안으로 일부/통합 관측+ 통합관리안을 제안하였다.

  • The SOC project such as road and railway performs a preliminary feasibility study according to the priority of the individual projects after establishing the master plans. For a preliminary feasibility study, feasibility evaluation should be performed according to the transport demand estimation and economic analysis. The feasibility of individual project will be performed by focussing on the results of analyzing economic feasibility. In case that analysis of the traffic demand and the economic feasibility every phase is performed, a lot of time and expense will be required in the course of promoting projects. So this study could give help to determine the priority of the project by intuitive method only in the phase to establish the master plan and a preliminary feasibility study.

  • 조선산업은 노동집약형이면서도 기술집약적인 성격을 동시에 지니는 전통산업으로 고부가가치 산업으로의 업그레이드를 위해서는 IT융합 기술을 접목시켜야 한다. 특히 조선 기자재 산업 중 IT 융합 기술을 접목시켜야 한다. 특히 조선 기자재 산업 중 IT 융합 시스템 산업을 중점적으로 육성해야만 조선사업의 초일류화를 달성할 수 있는 기반이 될 것이다. 본고에서는 조선산업의 현황을 살펴보고, 세계적으로 추진중인 e-Navigation 정책의 중요성을 IT기반 시스템 관점에서 기술하고, 조선 산업에 IT기술을 도입하여 생산 공정 혁신, 핵심기술 개발 등으로 원가절감, 안전한 고품질의 선박 개발, 환경 개선 등의 효과를 거두기 위해 조선산업에 IT기술을 융합하기 위한 IT 기반 선박 토탈 솔류션 기술에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 또한, 조선산업의 초일류화를 지속하기 위해서 추진해야 할 조선-IT융합분야에서의 신산업 창출을 위한 연구개발 추진방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 현재 정부는 사회간접자본 확충을 통한 물류비용의 절감이라는 궁극적 목표를 위하여 도로터널의 확충 노력을 적극 경주하고 있으며 터널의 규모 또한 급격히 장대화 하고 있다. 또한 환경 및 안전 측면에서의 규제 강화로 인하여 터널환기 시스템이 점점 복잡해져 가고 있는 추세이다. 환기관련 주요 설비는 제트팬, 축류팬, 집진기, 수갱 등으로 대형화 및 자동화에 따라 운영비용 역시 급격히 증가하고 있으며 운영비용 중의 대부분은 현재 일반전기로 분류되어 있는 환기설비에 소요되는 전력비로, 장대터널의 경우 km 당 1 MW를 훨씬 초과하는 경우도 많아 SOC(사회간접자본)사업으로 추진되는 도로터널의 건설 및 운영상의 문제점으로 지적되고 있다.   • Korea became the 5th country by opening the Kyungbu-Highspeed Railway in April of 2004, which has contributed to technical innovations and motivated to increase SOC investment for the Railroad facilities. This increase of Railroad facilities will need the many railroad civil engineers who are in charge of construction and maintenance. Moreover, we need more qualitative engineers to catch up with the speed of technical renovation and to play an important role in exporting our railroad technique to outside country such as China, and Russia. In this paper, a new alternative of training railroad civil engineers will be investigated in relation to NURI Project, which is sponsored by Ministy of Education.

  • Project Financing(PF) was introduced from the way of banks' conditional financing that take buried oil as security and offer required money to oil explores which have weak loaning ability in the U.S. 1930s. After that PF has developed with financial market and it has been activated in the market of Korea since 'An Institution about Private Financing Invitation Promotion' was established. Started with I-Hwa Ryoung tunnel project, PF has been used in the Metropolitan Area Airport Highway and etc. But because of the risk that occurred by PF's complexity and uncertainty, PF has not been used fully and there are only few practical examples. The purpose of the present study is to investigate how to decrease, identify and extract the risky factors of project that being planned by PF.

  • As a strategy to enhance traffic management, roundabouts come to the fore recently to decrease traffic accidents, streamline traffic flows, and expedite the realization of green transportation. As local governments introduced roundabouts, new road sign standards have to be established because the existing road sign regulations cannot be applied to roundabouts. Prior to trying to make suitable specification of sub-destination signs in roundabouts, regulations of other countries were examined and modified. The legend and location was calculated so that drivers could turn in time. Two specifications were determined by simulation experiments. As a result, drivers could read signs at right side better than at traffic island, and turn in time at 15cm legend size. Consequently, we proposed the minimum specifications and optimal locations of sub-destination signs.

  • As the urban development economy is stagnating due to the reduction of the budget for Social Overhead Capital (SOC) and the stabilization policy of the real estate market, there is a steady increase in the interest of domestic construction companies to enter the overseas market. However, domestic construction companies are showing a decline in overseas urban development market as compared with advanced foreign companies having excellent financial management and overseas project management ability. Therefore, it is necessary for domestic companies to select an urban development model that meets the environment and the level of the country of entry, and to establish an advance strategy to manage the risks of overseas business. For this purpose, the factors of entry into the overseas urban development market through the existing research, literature analysis, and FGI were derived, and survey strategy and IPA analysis were conducted to develop strategies for entering the overseas urban development market. As a result, we have established a strategy for private companies to enter the overseas urban development market.

An Evaluation of Net-zero Contribution Regarding Hydrogen Energy Conversion in Urban Building and Transport Sector (도시의 건물 및 수송 부문에서의 수소에너지 전환에 따른 탄소중립 기여도 평가)

  • This study evaluated the contribution of carbon neutrality by calculating the carbon reduction amount and reduction intensity targeting the hydrogen pilot city and applying it to the carbon neutral reduction target. In the building sector, the reduction amount for 2030 was 10.8% on average. In addition, by 2050, the contribution to carbon neutrality of plan A was 14.1% on average, and the contribution to carbon neutrality of plan B was 15.1% on average. In the 2030 reduction amount of the transportation sector, the contribution to carbon neutrality was 138.4% on average. In addition, by 2050, the contribution to carbon neutrality in plan A was 82.5% on average, and the contribution to carbon neutrality in plan B was 74.9%. From the above research results, additional carbon reduction is possible when creating a hydrogen city, so it will be used as a basis of city-level carbon neutral model. It will also be used as a basis for technology development and investment promotion for various hydrogen supply methods in the future.
