OSGi(Open Service Gateway initiative) Alliance는 1999년에 썬 마이크로시스템즈, IBM, 에릭손 등에 의해 구성된 개방형 표준 단체로 지능형 분산 컴포넌트와 원격 관리 될 수 있는 자바 기반의 서비스 플랫폼을 제정 해왔다. OSGi의 핵심은 어플리케이션의 생명 주기를 OSGi 플랫폼 위에서 어플리케이션이나 번들 컴포넌트의 재부팅 없이 실시간으로 설치, 시작, 정지, 업데이트, 제거를 할 수 있도록 지원해 주며, OSGi는 또한 어플리케이션에 포함될 수 있는 형태의 SOA를 구현하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 OSGi가 현재 홈 네트워크에서 많이 사용되고 있는데 그 방향을 자동차 내부의 네트워크 환경에 중점을 두어 실제로 어떤 서비스가 가능한지 시뮬레이션이나 간단한 서비스를 제작하여 알아본다.

IT Services market is growing rapidly in the business industry and SOA-based Web Services have been introduced as an effective vehicle for the integration of enterprise-wide applications within organizations. The number of publicly available Web Services is ever increasing recently in a variety of areas, and as the number of public Web Services increases, there will be many Web Services with the same functionality. These services, however, will vary in their QoS properties, such as price, response time and availability, and it is very important to choose a right service while satisfying given QoS constraints. This paper addresses the issue of selecting composite Web Services which involves conditional branches in business processes. It is essential to have any conditional branches satisfy the global QoS constraints at service selection phase, since the branches are chosen to execute at run-time dynamically. We proposed service selection procedures for basic structure of conditional branches and explained them by examples. Experiments were conducted to analyze the impact of the number of candidate services and service types on the time of finding service solutions.

Currently, the world has experienced a mass exodus of workforce from the manufacturing industry to service related industry. In addition, the changes of industry structure toward service industry have been gradually accelerated. We have felt that it is time to conduct researches about IT service systematizing and discovering the essence of service itself with scientific and synthetic ways based on Service Science. For Service Science researchers, service identification is regarded as a difficult activity when they contact it for the first time and they want to apply it real environment. In reality, there exist mismatches between business and IT service to identify service since service is identified from the business point of view in Service Science area and it is identified from the technical point of view in IT service area. In this paper, we have conducted researches about service identification placed on the first priority and regarded as difficult area in service-oriented business area. To lessen aforementioned difficulties, we propose procedures and methods for extracting and identifying service in the viewpoint of business process. We conducted case study and comparison with existing researches to verify the applicability and the excellence of our proposal.

서비스 지향 구조 (Service-Oriented Architecture)는 독립적으로 구성된 렙 서비스(Web Services)들을 프로세스 중심적으로 연결시키기에 적합한 소프트웨어 시스템 구성 방식이다. 하지만 SOA의 규모가 커질수록 제공되는 서비스들의 숫자 또한 증가하게 될 것이며 그런 상황에서 사용자가 원하는 서비스를 직접 찾아 이용하는 것은 불가능하다. UDDI는 사용자에게 기술적인 정보만을 제공하기 때문에 이러한 문제를 적절하게 해결할 수 없다. 그에 비해 서비스 통합(Service Integration)은 서비스들이상호 동작하여 사용자에게 통합된 서비스를 제공할 수 있기 때문에 UDDI의 한계를 극복할 수 있다. 하지만 서비스 통합의 장점과 영향들은 아직 분명하게 규명하지 못하였다. 이 논문에서는 서비스 통합의 한 형태인 서비스 중개자(Service Broker)클 구현하고 평가하였다. 구현된 중개자의 비지니스 모델은 콜 택시 서비스이며, 콜택시 서비스 중개자는 접근성, 확장성, 재사용성, 유연성, 안정성 등에서 향상된 기능들을 제공하였다.

두 개의 실험을 통하여, 시간경과에 따른 한글 다의 단어의 의미처리과정을 알아보고자 하였다. 실험1에서는 의미를 편향시키는 맥락이 없는 상황에서 다의어의 의미처리를 알아보고자 하였는데, 결과는 사용빈도가 높은 의미의 활성화 촉진의 정도가, 빈도가 낮은 의미에 비하여 크고 오래 지속됨을 보여주었다. 실험 2에서는 다의어의 의미를 하나의 의미로 편향시키는 맥락을 사용하였는데, 맥락에 부합하는 의미의 반응시간이 부합하지 않는 의미에 비하여 빨랐다. 그리고 처음에는(SOA가 짧을 때) 일차 의미와 이차 의미의 활성화가 동시에 이루어지지만, 시간이 경과할수록 일차 의미의 활성화촉진은 이차의미에 비하여 크고 오랫동안 유지됨을 보여주었다.

최근 소프트웨어의 다양한 환경에서의 사용으로 다른 시스템과의 통합을 위한 요구가 증가하고 있으며, 소프트웨어 개발이 치고 복잡하게 됨에 따라 유지보수가 어렵게 되었다. 컴포넌트 기반 개발은 이런 문제점과 요구를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 대두되고 있으며, 웹 서비스와의 연동을 통한 기업의 요구사항 변경에 민첩하게 대응되는 방법으로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스 통한 소프트웨어 개발비용의 감소와 생산성의 향상으로 기업의 요구사항 변경에 대한 민첩성을 보장하기 위한 컴포넌트 기반의 웹 서비스 개발을 제안한다. 이는 컴포넌트의 재사용성과 대체성을 통해 신뢰성과 수정의 용이성을 보장하고자 한다. 이를 위한 웹 서비스 개발 컴포넌트기반의 서비스 지향 아키텍처를 정의하고, 서비스 지향 모델기반 Facade-Backside 컴포넌트를 분석/설계를 통해 웹 서비스 구현 전략에 대해 논한다. Facade-Backside 컴포넌트에서 등록, 검색을 위한 웹 서비스 사례를 제시한다.

This paper presents an experimental investigation on the performance of 2.5 m long reinforced concrete (RC) T-beams strengthened in shear using epoxy bonded glass fibre fabric. Eighteen (18) full scale, simply supported RC T-beams are tested. Nine beams are used as control beam specimens with three different stirrups spacing without glass fibre reinforced polymer (GFRP) sheet and rest nine beams are strengthened in shear with one, two, and three layers of GFRP sheet in the form of U-jacket around the web of T-beams for each type of stirrup spacing. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness, the cracking pattern and modes of failure of the GFRP strengthened RC T-beams. The test result indicates that for RC T-beams strengthened in shear with U-jacketed GFRP sheets, increase the load carrying capacity by 10-46%.

Web services are the core technology for changing from traditional web to SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) based Web. It is time to adapt the web services to Mobile Devices such as PDA, smart phone and so on. Specially Korea has an efficient mobile environments that is based on CDMA. That is suitable for evaluating the web services in mobile environments. This paper explains a framework of mobile web services based on intermediaries. Intermediaries support various enhanced functionality for mobile environments.

기업의 Business Process가 복잡해지고 B2B가 증가로 인하여 기업 내 혹은 기업간 Business Process를 통합하고 자동화하여 효율적으로 업무를 처리할 때 SOA 기반의 비즈니스 프로세스의 통합 툴의 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 재 사용성과 변경 용이성을 위해 개발한 다양한 업무 EJB 컴포넌트 형태들을 서비스 기반 아키텍처 상으로 전환하기 위한 서비스 기반 애플리케이션 개발 프레임워크를 제시한다. 제시한 서비스 기반 프레임워크는 기존 CBD 기반 업무 컴포넌트를 웹 서비스로 전환하기 위한 자동화 툴뿐만 아니라 웹서비스와 EJB까지 포함한 형태로 복합 어플리케이션을 개발할 수 있는 Orchestration Server까지 포함하고 있다.
