  • 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS)의 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 전반에 걸친 영향력이 점점 더 커지고 있는 현실에서 가장 발빠르게 이들 매체를 전략적인 PR 도구로서 이용하고자 노력하는 조직들은 아마도 기업일 것이다. 본 연구에서는 TF-IDF 와 연관 규칙 기반 유투브 인플루언서 선별방안을 제안하여 기업 마케팅의 초석을 제공한다.

K-beauty SNS 인플루언서가 중국 소비자의 신제품 수용의도에 미치는 영향 -정교화 가능성 모델(ELM)을 중심으로- (The Effect of K-beauty SNS Influencer on Chinese Consumers' Acceptance Intention of New Products: Focused on Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM))

  • The acceleration of digital transformation (DX) has resulted in SNS influencer marketing trends becoming the mainstream of the new market. SNS influencers act as early adopters in the process of new products being accepted. Chinese consumers are most affected by Hallyu, which increases interest in K-beauty products. This study analyzes how K-beauty SNS influencers are related to Chinese consumers. A survey was conducted among Chinese millennial consumers after watching videos provided by K-beauty SNS influencer; subsequently, 456 responses were used for data analysis. As a result, the analysis based on the Elaboration Likelihood Model (ELM) distinguishes the central route and the peripheral route in the process of Chinese consumers accepting new SNS products. The study findings suggested that information quality, credibility, accuracy, and usefulness had significant effects on acceptance intention for new products among central route factors, and similarity, trustworthiness, pleasure, expertise, and attractiveness also had significant effects on the acceptance intention of new product among peripheral route factors. It was found that variables of the central route, rather than those of peripheral route, had stronger effects on the acceptance intention for new products. Consequently, the central route of K-beauty SNS influencer is more important to Chinese consumers' acceptance of new products. It is expected that this study will offer beauty influencer marketing-based cosmetics brands efficient consumer management suggestions.

대학생 홍보대사 특성과 SNS 정보특성이 홍보효과에 미치는 영향 (Examining the Effect of University Student Ambassadors' Characteristics and SNS Information Characteristics on Corporate Promotion)

  • SNS 커뮤니케이션이 일상화되고 디지털홍보가 활성화되는 시점에 SNS 홍보의 효과성을 연구해보는 것은 이론적, 실무적 차원에서 의미가 있다. 본 연구는 기존 유명인 인플루언서 중심의 홍보대사 연구에서 벗어나 대학생 홍보대사 활용효과를 분석함으로써, 일반인 홍보대사 활용에 대한 시사점을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 공기업에서 운영하는 대학생 홍보대사로부터 홍보메시지를 수신한 287명의 응답을 구조모형분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 검증결과 홍보대사특성(친밀도, 전문성)이 SNS정보특성(정보제공성, 정보유희성, 정보신뢰성)을 매개하여 홍보효과에 미치는 유의한 영향관계를 확인하였다. 또한 홍보수신자가 속한 세대간 차이에서 MZ세대는 친밀도가 높을수록 유희성을 높게 인식한 반면, 기성세대는 전문성이 높을수록 정보신뢰성을 높게 인식하고 있었다. 향후 연구결과의 일반화를 위해 다양한 연령층과 지역을 확장한 추가연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

버질 아블로의 크리에이터 활동에 나타난 Z세대 특성 (The Characteristics of Generation Z in the Creator Activities of Virgil Abloh)

  • This study analyzed the characteristics of generation Z leading the trend of the fashion industry through the creative activity of Virgil Abloh. A literature review and case study were conducted together with detailing the research methodology. As a result of research, generation Z is conceptualized as a "digital native" who grows in digital technology environment with excellent visual sense. They are "SNS creators" who have influence on Social Networking Services (SNS). They are also characterized as "social activists" who reject social conventions and prejudices. They are a "leading creators" who seek to differentiate with creativity. The characteristics of generation Z in the creative activities of Virgil Abloh have a feature of digital native in that they seek visual originality. In terms of communicating with generation Z through SNS and influencer marketing, it has the characteristics of SNS creators. It expresses social activists in providing consumers with diversity, and social perceptions of differentiation. In terms of providing content that encourages consumers to express their personality, it has a feature of leading creators. It is meaningful in that it contributes to the understanding of the market change and marketing strategy according to the consumer development and the activity of the fashion designer.

여성 인플루언서의 SNS 바디프로필에 나타난 신체표현 이미지의 기호학적 분석 연구 (A Study of Semiotic Analysis of Body Expression Image Shown in the Body Profile of Female Influencer's SNS)

  • The purpose of this study is to interpret the semantic actions of body image symbolized in body expression images shown by micro-influencers body profiles to understand the body profile phenomenon of the MZ generation. As a result of collecting body profile data from micro-influencers, the body profile image types of female influencers on SNS were classified into four types, Athletic, Slim body, Natural, and, Glamorous. Images representing each type were analyzed using the Roland Barthes' Myth model analysis frame. As a result of the semantic analysis, influencers were found to be very active and bold, emphasizing certain body parts according to the type of body image they pursue. Fashion is strategically used to emphasize these aspects. It was found that the ideology of a 'subjective modern woman' was commonly expressed through emphasis on visual signs. This study is meaningful in that it can indirectly lead to the understanding the fashion culture expressed by the MZ generation and provide consumer information and essential data that can be used for communication strategies in the fashion market.

가상 인플루언서의 속성과 모방의도, 이용의도의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Virtual influencer Attributes, Imitation Intention, and Usage Intention)

  • 본 연구는 최근 기업의 마케팅 활동에 활용 빈도가 증가하고 있으며, 소비자들에게 관심이 높은 가상 인플루언서의 효과에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 특히 제품이나 브랜드의 정보원으로서 가상 인플루언서의 속성이 소비자에게 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 가상 인플루언서의 지각된 매력성, 신뢰성과 전문성이 가상 인플루언서의 SNS 이용의도와 소비자의 모방의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구결과 가상 인플루언서의 속성 중 매력성이 이용의도에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 모방의도에는 매력성과 신뢰성이 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 모방의도는 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, SNS를 통해 소비자가 지각하는 가상 인플루언서의 매력성이 가장 중요한 속성이라 하겠다. 이러한 연구 결과는 가상 인플루언서를 마케팅에 활용할 때 기업은 정보원으로서의 속성과 더불어 SNS에 게시되는 콘텐츠를 통해 가상 인플루언서의 매력성을 지각하게 해야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 우리는 본 연구의 결과가 가상 인플루언서 활용을 고려하는 기업과 공공기관 등의 마케팅 활동에 주요한 시사점을 제공할 것을 기대한다.

AHP를 이용한 인플루언서 속성 연구 (A Study on Influencer Characteristic Factors by Using AHP)

  • Focusing on the emerging influencer market of SNS (Social Network Service), This study attempts to clarify the priority of Influencer characteristics when the customer decided to purchase products through the promotion of influencers. Since the influencer marketing differs from the Online information source marketing, this study has an academic implication in that integrated the influence of the characteristics of the Online information sources and the characteristics of SNS contents. For this purpose, through the literature research on Information sources and Influencers, the characteristics of influencers were reconstructed and priorities were derived using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique. The upper layer of the AHP structure was set to expertise, trustworthiness, social attractiveness, and content attractiveness, and the lower layer structured the model with 13 subfactors. The results are summarized as follows. First, in the result of combining the importance of the $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ classes, the detailed factors of expertise and trustworthiness, ranked from the top to six, are largely influenced in purchasing decisions in influencer marketing. Second, content attractiveness is the third rank in the $1^{st}$ layer. Influencer marketing shows that content is more important than social attractiveness. Besides, the $7^{th}$ to $9^{th}$ positions of the overall rankings accounted for visual information, storytelling, and external attractiveness, which are the details of content attractiveness, and it is confirmed that it is more effective for influencer marketing to emphasize content attractiveness than social attractiveness. Although the influencer marketing differs from the existing information marketing, this study has an academic implication in that integrated the influence of the characteristics of the source and the characteristics of the contents.

인스타그램 패션 인플루언서의 패션디자인 특성 분석 (Analysis of the Characteristics of Fashion Design in Instagram's Fashion Influencer)

  • Fashion Influencer of Instagram get a lot of attention from the public, and they play a major role in shaping peoples' taste. This study attempts to analyze the fashion design of fashion influencer in Instagram. The data was collected from Apr. 15th to April 30th, 2017, and the pictures were collected from May, 2016 to April, 2017. Total of 460 pictures were collected based on the number of "likes". The method of study was content analysis and the cross tabulation analysis and frequency using SPSS Statics 24 Based on the above results, influencers were mostly models that have many "likes" on their photos. Many of influencers were wearing black, white, or blue dresses that do not have any patterns. Many others were wearing indigo, black, or white jeans with T-shirts. In summary of the above contents, influencer also found out that the materials of their clothes were both hard and soft, and that the casual style was the most popular among influencer, and that influencer also liked elegant, modern, mannish, or sexy looks. Therefore, through this study, it was found that the fashion design of influencer had a unique fashion image. Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, and Blake Lively are the representative influencers of fashion instagram. Gigi Hadid was a casual and manish image, Kendall Jenner was a casual and sexy image, and Blake Lively was an elegant image.

3D 가상 인플루언서에 대한 20-30대 남녀 소비자 인식 (Perceptions of male and female consumers in their 20s and 30s on the 3D virtual influencer)

  • The objectives of this study are to explore the information source, assessment, and preferred styles of 3D virtual influencers(VI), to investigate the expected impact of advertisements with 3D VIs on brands, and to explore ways of expanding the use of 3D VIs. In-depth interviews with 40 males and females in their 20s and 30s were conducted and qualitative data were analyzed. The study results are summarized as follows. First, the information source of the 3D VI was SNS, acquaintances, and broadcasting. Second, 3D VIs were considered positively due to their attractive appearance, wide utilization, innovative use, freshness, separation from private identity, and time and cost savings, while considered negatively due to their unrealistic appearance and antipathy against replacing a person's role. Third, the preferred appearance styles of the 3D VI differed according to the level of virtuality although the majority of interviewees preferred similar looks to real people with low virtuality. Fourth, diverse image qualities such as innovative, differentiated, trendy, high-value, professional, and future-oriented were considered as transferred to the brand advertised by 3D VIs. Fifth, advertisements with 3D VIs may help build positive perceptions of advertised brands that may lead to purchase behaviors for some consumers. Lastly, to expand the use of 3D VIs, the specific advantages of virtual models should be maximized with consideration of how to implement a variety of body types and images of models. Findings present an important foundation to generate strategies to better apply 3D VIs to the fashion market.

국내 V커머스 2.0 콘텐츠와 MCN 연계 전략 (Korean V-Commerce 2.0 Content and MCN Connected Strategy)

  • 동영상을 이용한 콘텐츠에 커머스를 접목한 'V커머스'가 크게 성장하며, 이른바 V커머스 2.0시대를 맞이하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 배경을 바탕으로, V커머스 2.0 콘텐츠와 MCN의 연계점과 시너지 창출 가능성에 주목하여, 그 특성을 감안한 연계 전략에 대해 고찰하였다. 결론적으로 첫째, V커머스는 1.0 시대를 넘어, 재미와 공감을 지향하는 콘텐츠로서의 특성이 중심이 되는 2.0시대로 진화하고 있으며, 이는 스마트폰의 대중화와 SNS의 일상화에 따른 웹콘텐츠 전반의 변화에 부합한다. 둘째, V커머스 2.0 콘텐츠는 SNS의 네트워크성을 기반으로 한 공유와 추천을 홍보와 구매 제고로 치환하여 활용하는 특성을 갖는다. 따라서 '커머스' 이전에 '콘텐츠'로서의 경쟁력이 상대적으로 중요하다. 셋째, V커머스 2.0과 MCN산업은 핵심 경쟁력 확보와 새로운 수익모델 창출의 돌파구라는 차원에서, 서로에게 강력한 연계의 필요성을 가지고 있다. 이에 V커머스 2.0과 MCN의 시너지를 창출하기 위한 연계 전략으로 빅데이터의 활용을 통한 V커머스 2.0 맞춤형 콘텐츠 경쟁력 강화, 스토리텔링 마케팅 구축과 브랜드화, 라이브성과 쌍방향 소통성의 강화를 제시하였다.
