  • 최근 스마트폰 사용자와 SNS를 이용하는 사용자들이 늘어나고 있다. 또 다양한 SNS가 등장하면서 SNS데이터의 양이 방대해지고 SNS데이터의 가치와 신뢰성도 점점 높아지고 있다. 이러한 SNS 데이터를 사용하여 특정 키워드의 여론을 분석하고 사용자들의 반응을 얻는 것은 좋은 정보로 여러 분야에 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 SNS를 기반으로 오피니언 마이닝을 사용해 특정 키워드에 대한 SNS사용자들의 여론을 분석하였다. 그 결과 실시간으로 올라오는 글들에 대하여 해당 키워드가 어떤 여론을 가지고 있는지 분석 결과를 얻었다.

Factors Affecting the Characteristics of SNS on User Satisfaction and Intention (소셜네트워크서비스 특성이 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • The identified research result can be outlined more specifically as follows: first, informativeness of SNS was giving positive impact to some degree on the user satisfaction; second, connectivity of SNS was giving very positive impact on the user satisfaction; third, accessibility was giving very positive impact on the user satisfaction; forth, usability of SNS was giving very positive impact on the user satisfaction; fifth, amusement of SNS was giving very positive impact on the user satisfaction; the satisfaction level of SNS users gave positive impact on the further intention of SNS users. It was identified, however, that interactiveness of SNS was the factor that did not give much impact on the user satisfaction. This result comes from the analysis that SNS is convenient to actively explore and get further information that users wish to find, while they are insufficient in function to provide the information other users require or exchange information among users through the SNS.

  • 현재 홍수예보는 정형데이터인 유량 및 수위 등을 활용하여 이뤄지고 있다. 하지만 실제 사람들이 체감하는 홍수에 대한 위험도는 홍수예보 발령과는 달라 홍수예보가 이뤄지지 않은 지역에서 인명사고가 발생하기도 한다. 이는 수위 측정이 이뤄지지 않는 소규모 하천이나 사람들의 유동성이 큰 도심지역에서 빈번하게 발생한다. 이를 보완하기 위해서는 사람들의 체감 정도 및 인구의 유동성을 고려한 비정형데이터를 활용해야 한다. 특히 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Commuinty, SNS)를 사용하는 사람들이 많아지면서 기존에 사용되어 왔던 정형데이터 센서 이외의 데이터를 제공한다. 또한 개개인이 작성하는 글은 실시간으로 활용이 가능하여 인구의 유동성 및 시 공간적 데이터를 얻기에 유용하여 활용성이 매우 높은 비정형데이터이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 SNS 데이터를 추출하고 이를 분석하여 2018년에 발생했던 강우사상과의 패턴을 비교하여 홍수예보에서의 활용성을 분석하였다. 홍수와 관련한 키워드를 중심으로 시 공간적 정보 및 추출이 가능한 웹 크롤러(Web Crawler) 프로그램을 작성하였으며 이를 토대로 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집한 데이터와 실제 홍수사상을 비교 분석을 한 결과 강우량 및 수위와 해당 지역에 대한 데이터의 양이 유사한 패턴을 보인 것으로 확인되었다. 실시간으로 데이터를 수집하고 이를 분석하여 리드타임을 충분히 확보한다면 홍수예측에 활용 가능할 것이라 생각된다. 본 연구는 한국건설기술연구원 19주요-대4-시드사업인 '커뮤니티 빅데이터 패턴 해석을 통한 수난(水難) 발생 및 규모 예측 기술 개발(20190126-001) '로 수행되었습니다.

Forecasting Market trends of technologies using Bigdata (빅데이터를 이용한 기술 시장동향 예측)

  • As the need for the use of big data increases, various analysis activities using big data, including SNS data, are being carried out in individuals, companies, and countries. However, existing research on predicting technology market trends has been mainly conducted using expert-dependent or patent or literature research-based data, and objective technology prediction using big data is needed. Therefore, this study aims to present a model for predicting future technologies through decision tree analysis, visualization analysis, and percentage analysis with data from social network services (SNS). As a result of the study, percentage analysis was better able to predict positive techniques compared to other analysis results, and visualization analysis was better able to predict negative techniques compared to other analysis results. The decision tree analysis was also able to make meaningful predictions.

  • As social networking services (SNS) become widely used tools for maintaining social relationships, people use SNS to express themselves online. Users are free to form multiple characters in SNS because of online anonymity. This phenomenon causes SNS users to easily demonstrate multiple personas that are different from their identities in the real world. Therefore, this study focuses on online multi-personas that establish multiple fake identities in the SNS environment. The main objective of this study is to investigate factors that affect online multi-personas. Fake online identities can have various negative consequences such as cyber bullying, cyber vandalism, or antisocial behavior. Since the boundary between the online and offline worlds is fading fast, these negative aspects of online behavior may influence offline behaviors as well. This study focuses on teenagers who often create multi-personas online. According to previous studies, personal identities are usually established during a person's youth. Based on data on 664 teenage users, this study identifies four emotional factors, namely, closeness with others, relative deprivation, peer pressure and social norms. According to data analysis results, three factors (except closeness with others) have positive correlations with users' multi-personas. This study contributes to the literature by identifying the factors that cause young people to form online multi-personas, an issue that has not been fully discussed in previous studies. From a practical perspective, this study provides a basis for a safe online environment by explaining the reasons for creating fake SNS identities.

  • 최근 인터넷과 통신기술, 특히 모바일과 관련된 기술의 급속한 발전으로 소셜 커뮤니케이션 수단으로 대표되는 SNS(Social Networking Service)가 중요한 이슈로 부각되어지고 있다. SNS 서비스 제공시 중요하게 고려되어져야 할 사항은 정확하고 의미 있는 데이터를 통해서 사용자가 원하고 관심 있는 분야의 정보를 어떻게 제공할 것인가에 초점이 맞춰져 있어야 한다. 그러나 최근 폭발적으로 증가되어지고 있는 소셜 데이터 때문에 사용자는 의미 분석이 정확하게 이루어지지 않은 신뢰성이 결여된 소셜 커뮤니케이션 서비스를 제공받고 있다. 이러한 소셜데이터 분석의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크 서비스에 필요한 데이터를 수집하고, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 수집된 대용량 SNS 데이터의 의미를 분석 할 수 있는 MapReduce 기반의 분석 모듈의 구조를 제안하였다. 제안한 모듈은 의미 분석에 필요한 소셜 데이터를 수집하는 수집 기능과 수집된 소셜데이터의 의미 분석을 수행하는 분석 기능을 포함하고 있다. 수집 기능은 SNS에서 생성되는 텍스트 형태의 데이터를 수집하고 MapReduce를 통해서 데이터를 분석하기 쉽게 적절한 크기로 생성된 파일을 분할한다. 수집된 소셜 데이터의 의미 분석은 기존 TF-IDF 방식에 개선된 Weighted-MINMAX 적용한 알고리즘을 통해서 구현하였다. 개선된 알고리즘은 단어의 중요도를 평가하고, 중요도가 높은 단어로 구성된 의미정보 제공 서비스를 지원한다. 시스템의 성능 평가를 위해서 노드별 데이터 처리시간과 추출 키워드의 정확도를 측정하였다.

A Study on SNS Records Management (기록관리 대상으로서 SNS 연구)

  • This study examined the influence and meaning of SNS as the hot topic of our time from the archival perspective and also studied the 'SNS records management'. The many users mean a high accessibility and utilization of SNS, which increase the influence and value of SNS as a record. Politically, SNS is a tool that strengthens the communication among the voters, politicians and the public while economically, it is a window to accept the complaints of the customers and a marketing tool. In addition, the voices of social minorities are also recorded unlike in the traditional media, which makes the SNS record a method to gain the social variety and diversity. SNS is a place of formation of collective memory and collective memory itself. Furthermore, it can play the role of public sphere. It also is a place for generation of 'big data' in an archival sense. In addition, this study has classified the SNS records management into primary and secondary management that include record management entities, subjects, periods, methods, and causes. This study analyzed the history, status, and the meaning of SNS to assess the values and meanings as the preliminary study for the future SNS record management studies.

  • In this paper, In order to solve the traffic of the SNS to be executed on smartphone, we propose the design of the SNS integrated gateway server. Also, we capture the payload size in a variety of methods to send the MQTT protocol and QoS level of MQTT protocol for communication between the client and the Gateway. And we present the results and analysis of packet loss and end-to-end delay. By using analysis proposed, we present the results of the integrated SNS Gateway push notification protocol design.

  • Spread of internet service had a huge effect on usage and spread of SNS world widely. Variety of the service has increased from human network managing to commerce, education, payment method and so on. Also, it is expanding its service territory to not only PC area but also that of mobile equipment with development of information technology. Spread of use on SNS provides existing corporations the expansion of service area. Late SNS starter companies are advancing in diverse way for attracting users by serving shopping, games and other services with association with SNS. Therefore, analysis on consumers' thought and pattern which analyze users' demand, service's function and contents and other factors in order to reflect on plans and operations of SNS is needed. On this perspective, this research is suggesting properties that are crucially related to sustained usage of SNS and study factors of SNS's characteristics that influence trust and satisfaction on SNS and continuous usage intent of SNS.

  • AI (Artificial Intelligence) has attracted interest as a key element for technological advancement in various fields. In Korea, internet companies are leading the development of AI business technology. Active government funding plans for AI technology has also drawn interest. But not everyone is optimistic about AI. Both positive and negative opinions coexist about AI. However, attempts on analyzing people's opinions about AI in a quantitative way was scarce. In this study, we used text mining on SNS (Social Networking Service) to collect opinions about AI. And then we performed a comparative analysis about whether people view it as a positive thing or a negative thing and performed a comparative analysis to recognize popular key-words. Based on the results, it was confirmed that the change of key-words and negative posts have increased through time. And through these results, we were able to predict trend about AI.
