패션 소셜네트워크(SNS) 사용의도 및 구전의도에 관한 연구 -의복쇼핑성향, 혁신제품태도와 유행선도력의 영향을 중심으로- (A Study on Intention to Use and Word-of-mouth for Fashion Social Network Service)

  • This study locates factors that affect the intention to use fashion SNS (social network service) and intention for word-of-mouth on fashion SNS. Independent variables were fashion shopping orientation, attitude toward innovative products, fashion leadership, and demographics. A questionnaire method was used to collect data on college students while factor analyses, multiple regression, $x^2$ analyses, and Pearson correlation coefficients were applied in analyzing data. Factor analyses resulted in four factors for fashion shopping orientation, three on attitude toward innovative products and two on fashion leadership. Multiple regression analyses showed that information compatibility of attitude toward innovative products had a significant impact on two models of intention to use fashion SNS and two models of intention for word-of-mouth on fashion SNS. Opinion leadership and gender were significant factors for two models of intention to use fashion SNS, which means that women are likely to have more intention to use fashion SNS. Meanwhile, fashion innovativeness was found to be a significant factor on two models of intention for word-of-mouth on fashion SNS. Shopping orientation factors were not important for any model. $x^2$ analyses showed that women rather than men wanted more information on online fashion shows, general fashion information, and user participation programs. Fashion major students wanted more information on online fashion shows and user participation programs than non-fashion major students.

  • 오늘날 빅데이터 활용의 필요성이 증가하면서 개인, 기업, 국가 등에서 SNS 데이터를 포함해 빅데이터를 이용한 다양한 분석 활동들이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 기존 기술 시장 동향 예측연구는 전문가에 의존적이거나 특허나 문헌 연구 기반 데이터를 이용한 연구가 주로 진행되어 왔으며 빅데이터를 활용한 객관적인 기술 예측이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 소셜네트워크서비스(SNS)의 데이터로 의사결정나무 분석, 시각화 분석, 백분율 분석을 통해 미래 기술을 예측하는 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 결과 백분율 분석은 다른 분석 결과에 비해 긍정적인 기술을 더 잘 예측할 수 있었고, 시각화 분석은 다른 분석 결과에 비해 부정적인 기술을 더 잘 예측할 수 있었다. 의사결정나무 분석도 의미 있는 예측은 가능하였다.

Effects of Technology Readiness on User Perceptions and Use Intention of Mobile Social Commerce

  • This research was implemented by using TRAM model. An existing research (Ok 2011) which dealt with technology readiness and social commerce at once had only asked consumers' attitude on 'general technology'. This research, however, has specifically focused on Social Network Service and mobile social commerce. Research hypotheses and research model were developed and tested by using 610 consumer survey data. It was found that individual's positive/negative technology readiness has a direct influence positively/negatively on perceived ease of use and perceived trust respectively. Also their positive and negative technology readiness has an indirect influence positively/negatively on perceived usefulness. Thus someone's positive and negative attitude on SNS has a different direction towards the perception of mobile social commerce. Perception on mobile social commerce depends on their attitude (positive or negative) concerning SNS. Managerial implications and limitations of the study were also discussed.

도서관 정보 수요자를 위한 소셜 네트워크 서비스 도입에 관한 연구 (A Study on Social Network of Library Information User)

  • 소셜 네트워크는 온라인상의 인맥 기반 친목 서비스로 잘 알려져 있지만, 광의의 소셜 네트워크는 타인과 협력하고 정보를 공유하는 작업을 통해 생성된 관계 또는 이를 기반으로 생성된 데이터를 통해 웹을 정보생태계로 진화시키는 메커니즘으로 해석할 수 있다. 소셜 네트워크는 친목 기반의 연결의 장에서 관심사 기반의 사회적 관계망으로 확대되고 있으며, 비즈니스 교육 등 다양한 영역에서 적용되고 있다. 도서관 서비스 영역에서도 수요자의 정보교류 네트워크 형성에 소셜 네트워크의 개념과 철학을 적용하기 위해 관심을 보이기 시작하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소셜 네트워크의 개념과 의의를 살펴보고 도서관 영역에서 어떻게 해석되어 응용이 시작되고 있는지 살펴본다. 또한 도서관 정보 수요자의 소셜 네트워크 활성화를 위한 지원 방안을 제안해 본다.

Digital Item Purchase Model in SNS Channel Applying Dynamic SNA and PVAR

  • Purpose: Based on previous researches on social factors of digital item purchase in digital contents distribution platforms such as SNS, we aim to develop the integrated model that accounts for the dynamic and interactive relationship between social structure indicators and digital item purchase. Research design, data and methodology: A PVAR model was used to capture endogenous and dynamic relationships between digital item purchase and network indicators. Results: We find that there exist considerable endogenous and dynamic relationships between digital item purchase and network structure variables. Not only lagged in-degree and out-degree but also in-closeness and out-closeness centrality have significant and positive impacts on digital item purchase. Lagged clustering has a significant and negative effect on digital item purchase. Lagged purchase has a significant and positive impact just on the present in-closeness and out-closeness centrality; but there is no significant effect of lagged purchase on the other two degree variables and clustering coefficient. We also find that both closeness centralities have much higher carryover effect on digital item purchase and that the elasticity of both closeness centralities on the purchase of digital items is even higher than that of other network structure variables. Conclusions: In-closeness and out-closeness are the most influential factors among social structure variables of this study on digital item purchase.

소셜 네트워크 서비스 사용자의 디지털 아이템 구매와 실제 사용에 관한 연구: 종단적 관점에서 (Exploring Purchase Behavior of Digital Items and Actual Usage in a Social Network Site: A Longitudinal Perspective)

  • Given the rapid growth of social network services (SNS) such as Facebook and Cyworld, it is important to understand SNS users' decision-making processes such as purchasing and continuance intention. Especially, as a number of SNS providers such as Cyworld and Habbo Hotel recognize the sales of digital items as the main source of their profits, it is critical to in-depth understand SNS users' purchasing behaviors. In this regard, this study explores continued usage behaviors and purchase behaviors of digital items in an SNS environment using a longitudinal research method. This paper develops a theoretical model to deeply understand the key drivers of purchase behavior of digital items through constructs prescribed by two established research streams on information systems, namely continuance usage and habitual usage. Moreover, this study examines the effects of actual and ideal self-image congruity on SNS continuance intention and habit. The research model was tested by using survey data collected from 307 users who have experience with Cyworld. The analysis results show that SNS actual usage directly influence purchase behavior of digital items. SNS users' continuance intention and habit are key drivers to enhance the level of actual usage of the SNS. Both actual and ideal self-image congruity play a key role in enhancing continuance usage and habitual usage. The implication of research and discussions provides reference for SNS providers in marketing and IT strategy.

대학생의 사회비교경향성이 자아존중감을 매개로 SNS 중독에 미치는 영향 (Effects of University Students' Social Comparison Orientation on Their SNS Addiction through Self-esteem)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the mediating effects of self-esteem between social comparison orientation and social network service (SNS) addiction in university students. Methods: Descriptive cross-sectional survey design was employed. The data were statistically analyzed by using the descriptive and inferential statistics. Sobel test and Bootstrap method, and Kappa squared mediation effect size measure were used to identify the mediator's significance. A convenience sample of 195 subjects was recruited from two universities in Korea. Results: The mean age of the subjects was $22.58{\pm}1.81$. The subjects showed relatively high levels of SNS addiction with a mean score of $14.33{\pm}4.80$. The overall model significantly explained 37.0% of variances in the subjects' SNS addiction after controlling gender, age, grade, major, period of SNS using, time spent on SNS per day, and times accessed SNS per day. Of the predictors, time spent on SNS per day, social comparison orientation, and self-esteem were significantly associated with SNS addiction. Self-esteem was the mediator between social comparison orientation and SNS addiction. Conclusion: When developing strategies for preventing SNS addiction, interventions for reducing time spent on SNS per day, not having upward social comparison orientation, and improving the self-esteem should be considered. These findings might provide a theoretical basis for developing effective strategies for preventing SNS addiction in university students.

외식기업 SNS 사용 특성에 따른 지각된 사용 용이성, 서비스가치 및 온라인 구전의도의 차이 분석 (Analysis of Differences in the Perceived Ease of Use, Service Value and Online Mouth-to-mouth Intention according to the Catering Companies Use SNS Features)

  • The study is focused on analyzing the SNS using characteristics of the people surveyed, as for the SNS acceptance channel of the food service corporations, accounted voluntarily for 71%. The SNS food service information regarding information of menu, location of store, price, coupon, taste evaluation, event, promotion, reservation and store atmosphere was researched. The most preferred information sharing for SNS food service were researched and found Facebook, blog and others in increasing order. The most preferred media to obtain SNS food service information were smart phone, desktop computer and others. The result of verifying differences in the perceived ease of use were also evaluated according to the food service corporation of SNS using characteristics of the people and was found: the longer period of SNS use, longer was access time: more number of visiting times, higher perceived ease of use. As for the difference in the perceived service value: longer the period of SNS use, more preferred was the blog: the more number of visiting times, the higher perceived service value. As for the difference in the online mouth-to-mouth intention: longer the period of SNS use, longer was access time: the more number of visiting times, the higher online mouth-to-mouth intention. Therefore, these research results provide useful implications in the working-level aspects such as providing basic data and the academic approach of the study, when the food service corporations establish marketing strategies through SNS.

소셜 네트워크 서비스를 위한 선별적 암호화 기능을 제공하는 관계 기반 동적 접근제어 모델 (Relationship-based Dynamic Access Control Model with Choosable Encryption for Social Network Service)

  • 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 온라인상에서 정보의 공개성과 관계의 확장성을 기반으로 사용자의 개성을 표현하고 인적 네트워크를 강화시켜 주는 서비스이다. 하지만 이러한 특성은 사용자의 개인정보를 확산시키고 신뢰할 수 없는 정보에 접근하도록 하는 부작용을 초래한다. 따라서 사용자의 프라이버시를 보호하기 위한 다양한 접근제어 기법이 제안되었다. 하지만 데이터 암호화 접근제어 기법은 사용자와 직접적인 관계를 맺은 대상에 대한 접근제어만 지원하며 데이터 비 암호화 접근제어 기법은 서비스 제공자가 모든 정보를 열람할 수 있게 한다. 또한 두 접근제어 기법 모두 사용자 신뢰도에 대한 동적인 변화를 고려하지 않아 정적 접근제어만 제공하는 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자가 선별한 민감한 데이터에 대한 암호화를 제공하는 관계 기반 동적 접근제어 모델을 제안하여 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 특성에 적합하면서 프라이버시 침해에 대한 보안성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 제공한다.

문단 분석을 통한 문서 내의 감정 예측 (Emotion Prediction of Document using Paragraph Analysis)

  • 최근 트위터, 페이스북 등과 같은 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service, SNS)의 확산과 더불어 정보의 생성 및 공유가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 SNS 매체들을 통해 생산하는 많은 데이터를 활용하기 위해 축적된 데이터로부터 의미 있는 정보를 추출해 내는 기술의 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 데이터 마이닝 기법을 이용하여 의미있는 지식을 찾아낸다. 특히, 다양한 형태의 방대한 자료들로부터 표출되는 의견, 정책, 성향, 감정 등 대중의 집단지성에 나타난 일반적인 감정분석이 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대중들이 SNS를 통해 작성한 사용자들의 짧은 문장에 함축된 단어와 단어들 간의 연관성을 이용하여 문장 내 감정 상태를 예측하고 사용자의 감정에 따른 적절한 답변이나 추출한 감정과 유사한 트윗글이나 영화 등을 추천하는데 사용될 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.
