  • The long-life housing certification system must have been applied more than 1,000 households apartments since 2015. The basic design guideline for the popularization of long-life housing has been developed in 2017, which include the concept of long-life housing and basic principle of design long-life housing. The demonstration project of long-life housing is be currently under construction in Sejong-si. The aim of this study is to find items on design checklist considering construction stage. The main goal is the development of design manual of long-life housing.

  • This is on-going project planned from June to August, 2003 for the development of sub-urban housing of 108 buildings on 30,000 pyung lot located in Dochuk-myun, Kwangju-si, Kyunggi-do. The Site is consist of 10 different building sizes ranging from 45pyung to 65pyung on 180 to 220pyung lot. Buyers can customize their types and functions based on given sizes. Most sub-urban housing until now was based on typical planning and had no regard for its characteristics of diverse location. To solve these problems, I designed each types according to its locational characteristics and gave each lot flexible shape to have identities. To take advantage of its undulation, I put playground and sports facilities like swimming pool and tennis court at the approach. Central square to the center and park and observatory to the top

  • In contemporary society, there is a notable rise in single-person households, coupled with an increased demand for residential spaces, necessitating the exploration of suitable housing solutions. Modular architecture is gaining prominence as a method to deliver cost-effective and sustainable living spaces efficiently. This study introduces a method for optimizing the design and construction processes of modular building units through Building Information Modeling(BIM) technology. It involves an analysis of factors that enhance living quality and meet the housing needs of single-person households. Utilizing BIM, a resource-efficient and cost-efficient modular apartment unit has been developed. BIM facilitates the visualization and integration of architectural components, thereby reducing design errors and enhancing productivity. This research evaluates both the benefits and constraints of modular architecture. Modular constructions, when combined with BIM, emerge as a potent solution for housing challenges, enriching the quality and variety of residential options. Nevertheless, considerations such as technical prerequisites and financial implications are also discussed. The study showcases the potential and merits of utilizing BIM for designing apartment units tailored to single-person households, offering a viable approach to ameliorate their living conditions.

Experimental Study on Wind-driven Ventilation in Basement Parking Lots of Apartment (풍동실험을 통한 공동주택 지하주차장의 자연환기 성능 연구)

  • This paper aims for evaluating the wind-driven ventilation in basement parking lots of apartment. Wind tunnel tests coupled with tracer gas method were conducted, and classified by wind directions and opening types. The test results showed that, as for wind-driven ventilations, stack type openings were more successful than scuttle vent. Finally, according to Weibull distribution in Seoul, yearly averaged wind-driven ventilation rate was calculated.

  • 自2000年以來, 中國通過經濟的高速增長迅速成爲世界第二大經濟體。与其他發展中國家一樣, 中國通過以政府爲主導的經濟增長方式推動了城市化進程進而助長了住房需求的增加和住房价格的上漲, 幷由此造成貧富差距不斷加大等各种社會問題。本硏究主要分析影響中國住房供給因素的中國住房生態系統。 通過自2001-2019年馬爾可夫鏈模型和效應模型的分析結果表明, 不同地區的城市化發展程度和收入的變化等与住房供需的相關因素, 存在有意義的顯著差异。特别是人口密度和收入最高的地區, 大部分在20年的持續城市化和收入差距的影響下没有發生變化, 幷且大部分在集群内移動。考慮住房城市化變化因素和收入變化因素, 20年投資供需价格變化彈性約爲0.628, 銷售需求价格變化彈性約爲0.748。换言之, 在中國住房也是具有財務屬性的商品。基于這一論点, 如果中國政府實施符合住房供需關系的住房供給政策, 卽可縮小貧富差距, 也將能够實現收入再分配和促進經濟增長兩个目標。

  • 우리 건축문화는 아직은 태동기라고 할 수 있다. 그간 건축계에서 논의하였던 건축문화정책을 제도적으로 지원·육성·진흥하고자 부단한 논의와 문제의 공론화가 있었지만 아직은 걸음마 단계이고 갈 길이 요원한 실정이다. 다행히 행정중심복합도시(행복도시)에서 새로운 패러다임의 도시 및 건축계획이 수립되고 있다. 행복도시는 우리가 그간 논의하였던 건축담론을 실현할 수 있는 기회가 아닌가 한다. 이에 따라 행복도시의 건축정책 및 디자인을 연재하고자 한다.

  • The residence plan of Korea has been formed with bias for quantitative growth and uniformity failing at obtaining human value. Also, rapid growth brought about severe problems of deteriorated human life and destruction of environment. The solution for these problems is pursued in many directions, but there is short of active plan yet. The residence shall develop into new direction to satisfy the demand by reflecting society and culture as well as residents. This study examines external design with symbolic representation of regional feature as an alternative for uniform residence environment problem. This study will be a basic data upon suggesting the direction for planning high quality residence environment. This study examined the elements which form external space of residence complex, designed plan for external space of residence complex, and examined how to reflect regional feature which is important element of local community and culture on the space plan for residence complex based on the evaluation by local residents centered on Gimcheon-si, Gyeongbuk which just started local specialty by fostering.   • Transformation of housing space is the most accurate physical trail to understand main needs from residents. The scope of the study targeted the 7 si & gun districts in Gyeongsangnam-do, this study is designed to consider the characteristics of space transformation in rural apartment houses and provide basic materials for the development of rural apartment houses. The results of the study are as follow. First, such spaces as corridor and stairway are transformed into storages and outside the houses are installed tap water facility, bicycle storage. and toilet. Second, in autumn seasons when crops and grains are harvested, parking lot and rooftop are used as the space drying such agricultural products. Third, space transformation within the houses has been different depending on family type and main businesses in terms of function and time to seek efficiency and stability of residence. Fourth, rural residents concentrate on a simple change of space usage and replacement of ageing or dilapidated equipment and facilities rather than space transformation incurring more financial burden.

  • 공동주택에서 태양광발전(PV)을 통한 세대 전기에너지 이용은 모듈 설치 면적의 제약으로 인해 전 세대를 대상으로 활용하기에 현실적으로 어려움이 있다. 특히 남향이나 남동, 남서향으로 위치한 거실 창호를 활용하는 경우에도 결정질 실리콘(crystalline silicon) 태양전지 셀로 인한 실내 음영문제 등으로 건물통합형 태양광발전(BIPV) 시스템의 가시성을 확보하는데 한계가 있다. 따라서 이런 문제점을 극복하고자 투광형 비정질실리콘(amorphous silicon) 태양전지를 이용한 발코니창호/커튼월 BIPV 시스템을 구축하고, 테스트베드를 통한 적용성 평가 검증을 수행하였다. 테스트베드는 KCC 중앙연구소 1층 외부 측창에 결정질 BIPV 모듈(A2PEAK 사(社), 최대 출력 210 Wp, W 2,000 mm ${\times}$ H 1,066 mm)과 10% 및 30% 투광형 비정질 BIPV 모듈(Sharp 사(社) See Through type, 최대 출력 135 Wp/123 Wp, W 1,930 mm ${\times}$ H 1,180 mm)을 각각 설치(남서 $30^{\circ}$, 수직 $90^{\circ}$)하여, 2009년 5월에서 8월 사이 4개월에 걸친 모니터링을 통해 실제 발전량 데이터를 확보, 시스템에 대한 분석을 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 설치용량당 일평균 발전량은 결정질형이 1.46 kWh/kWp, 10% 투광형은 1.10 kWh/kWp, 30% 투광형은 0.73 kWh/kWp을 나타내었다. 10% 투광형과 30% 투광형의 모듈 성능 차이는 크지 않으나 발전량에 있어서는 큰 차이를 보였고, 10% 투광형의 설치용량당 일평균 발전량은 경정질형의 75.2% 수준으로 투광형 비정질실리콘 BIPV 시스템의 창호 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. 특히 세대 거실 창호를 통한 가시성 확보는 기존 결정질 BIPV 창호의 단점을 개선하였다. 건자재 일체화로 구축된 가시성확보 BIPV시스템 창호는 단위 세대별 적용이 쉽고, 공동주택에서 PV 시스템의 설치면적을 극대화시키므로 향후 Zero Energy 공동주택 구축에도 활용성이 클 것으로 기대된다.
