  • 본 논문은 군용 공중폭발탄에 사용하는 발진기의 에러를 최소화 하고, 그 효율을 극대화하기 위하여 시뮬레이션과 매우 유사한 형태의 통계적 모델링 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 일정하고 안정된 출력을 내는 실제 모델에서 실험 계획에 의하여 얻은 데이터로부터 통계적인 해석을 통하여 새로운 형태의 방정식을 구하였다. 그리고 그것을 바탕으로 각각의 전자 부품들을 출력과 일치되도록 모델링 한 후, 출력 예측이 가능한 시뮬레이션을 수행하고, 실제 모델의 출력 데이터와 비교하여 그 유용성, 정확도 및 정밀도를 입증하였다.

  • 자유 모양을 한 적층판 형태의 복합 회전체 쉘 구조물은 원추형 쉘 요소의 조합으로 나타낼 수 있다. 이에 이 논문에서는 원추형 쉘 요소에 대한 유한요소해석 모델을 개발하고자 한다. 또한 이 모델의 타당성을 입증하기 위해 기존의 원통형 쉘으 고유진동 이론해와 비교한다. 여러 형태의 복합 원통형 쉘에 대해 여러 가지 인자변환 실험을 행한다. 실험을 통하여서 이 논문에서 제시한 모델을 이용한 고유진동 주파수 결과와 이론해에서 구한 결과가 매우 흡사하다는 것을 알았으며 그로 말미암아 이 모델의 적합성을 확인하였다. 이 원추형 쉘 요소의 개발로 말미암아 어떠한 형태의 적층 이방성 복합 회전체 쉘에 대해서도 해석이 용이하다.

의료사고의 근본원인 분석: 의료사고 판례문 이용 (Root Cause Analysis of Medical Accidents -Using Medical Accident Cases)

  • Objectives: To investigate whether medical institutions can prevent accidents by analyzing the root cause of a medical accident and identifying the tendencies. Methods: A total of 345 medical cases were used for the RCA(Root Cause Analysis). The root causes were classified using the SHELL model. The suitability of the model was confirmed by SPSS's MDPREF and Euclidean distance. An SPSS20.0 hierarchical regression analysis was used as an influencing factor on the degree of injury resulting from medical accidents. Results: The SHELL model was suitable for classification. The rates of accident causes were LS49%, L34%, LL10.2%, LE3.7%, LH2.3%. The order in which the degree of a patient's injury was affected were: Risk Threshold (${\beta}=.180$), Time (${\beta}=.175$), Surgical stage (${\beta}=-.166$), Do not use procedure (${\beta}=.147$). Conclusions: Health care institutions should remove priorities through system improvement and training. For patients' safety, the five factors of the SHELL model should be managed in harmony.

Buckling of FGM elliptical cylindrical shell under follower lateral pressure

  • A review of previous studies shows that although there is a considerable difference between buckling loads of structures under follower and non-follower lateral loads, only the buckling load of FGM elliptical cylindrical shell under non-follower lateral load was investigated in the literature. This study is the first to obtain the buckling load of elliptical FGM cylindrical shells under follower lateral load and also make a comparison between buckling loads of elliptical FGM cylindrical shells under follower and non-follower lateral loads. Moreover, this research is the first one to derive the load potential function of elliptical cylindrical shell. In this regard, the FGM cylindrical elliptical shell was modeled using the semi-analytical finite strip method and based on the First Shear Deformation Theory (FSDT). The shell is discretized by strip elements aligned in the longitudinal direction. The Lagrangian and harmonic shape functions were considered in the circumference and longitudinal directions, respectively. The buckling pressure of the shell under follower and non-follower lateral loads was obtained from eigenvalue problem. The results obtained from the model were compared with those presented in the literature to evaluate the validity of the model. A comparison index was defined to compare the buckling loads of the shell under follower and non-follower lateral load. A parametric study was carried out to investigate the effects of material properties and shell geometry characteristics on the comparison index. For the elliptical cylindrical shells with length-to-radius ratio greater than 16 and major-to-minor axis ratio greater than 0.6, the comparison index reaches to more than 20 percent which is significant. Moreover, the maximum difference is about 30 percent in some cases. The results obtained from the parametric study indicate that the buckling load of long elliptical cylindrical shell under non-follower load is not reliable.

스위프 기하학적 모델을 사용한 프리즘 쉘의 최적화 (Shape and Thickness Optimizations of Prismatic Shells Using a Simple Sweep Geometric Model)

  • 스위프 기하학적 모델은 곡선, 면 또는 입방체를 주어진 경로를 따라 이동시킴으로써 기하학적 모델을 생성하는 기법이다. 따라서 스위핑을 사용하면 프리즘 쉘의 곡면을 쉽게 정의할 수 있다. 본 논문은 스위프 기하학적 모델을 프리즘 쉘의 최적화에 적용하는 절차에 대하여 기술하였다. 제시한 스위프 기하학적 모델을 유한요소법과 융합하였고 프리즘 쉘의 반응을 계산하기 위해 9절점 퇴화쉘요소를 채용하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 최적화과정을 증명하기 위하여 수치예제를 풀어 보았다. 수치예제를 통하여 제시한 스위프 기하학적 모델이 많은 종류의 프리즘 쉘을 최적화하는데 효율적이고 신뢰적인 방법인 것으로 나타났다.

FG-based computational fracture of frequency up-conversion for bistablity of rotating shell: An effective numerical scheme

  • Theoretical study of vibration distinctiveness of rotating cylindrical are examined for three volume fraction laws viz.: polynomial, exponential and trigonometric. These laws control functionally graded material composition in the shell radius direction. Functionally graded materials are controlled from two or more materials. In practice functionally graded material comprised of two constituent materials is used to form a cylindrical shell. For the current shell problem stainless steel and nickel are used for the shell structure. A functionally graded cylindrical shell is sanctioned into two types by interchanging order of constituent materials from inner and outer side for Type I and Type II cylindrical shell arrangement. Fabric composition of a functionally graded material in a shell thickness direction is controlled by volume fraction law. Variation of power law exponent brings change in frequency values. Influence of this physical change is investigated to evade future complications. This procedure is capable to cater any boundary condition by changing the axial wave number. But for simplicity, numerical results have been evaluated for clamped- simply supported rotating cylindrical shells. It has been observed from these results that shell frequency is bifurcated into two parts: one is related to the backward wave and other with forward wave. It is concluded that the value of backward frequency is some bit higher than that forward frequency. Influence of volume fraction laws have been examined on shell frequencies. Backward and forward frequency curves for a volume fraction law are upper than those related to two other volume fraction laws. The results generated furnish the evidence regarding applicability of present shell model and also verified by earlier published literature.

배플 구조변경이 Shell-Tube 열교환기의 열전달성능에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Baffle Structure Variation on Heat Transfer Performance in a Shell-Tube Heat Exchanger)

  • 셀-튜브 열교환기는 다양한 크기와 유동형태로 쉽게 제작이 용이함으로 산업분야에 널리 이용된다. 본 연구에서는 열교환기의 열전달성능을 도모하고자 배플의 컷 방향, 배플의 경사각 및 배플의 회전각 등을 변경하여 ANSYS FLUENT v.14를 사용한 SST $k-{\omega}$ 난류모델을 적용하여 쉘 내부의 열전달률 및 압력강하 특성을 해석하였다. 그 해석결과로 배플의 컷 방향은 수평형 모델 A보다 수직형 모델 B 및 각도 $45^{\circ}$형 모델 C가 이 열전달성능이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 배플의 경사각을 $10^{\circ}$로 적용한 경우와 배플의 회전각을 $0^{\circ}-90^{\circ}-180^{\circ}-270^{\circ}$로 배치한 모델 D의 경우가 열전달률 및 압력강하 특성이 우수한 결과를 나타냈다.

명령 실행 모니터링과 딥 러닝을 이용한 파워셸 기반 악성코드 탐지 방법 (PowerShell-based Malware Detection Method Using Command Execution Monitoring and Deep Learning)

  • 파워셸은 닷넷 프레임워크를 기반에 둔, 커맨드 라인 셸이자 스크립트 언어로, 그 자체가 가진 다양한 기능 외에도 윈도우 운영체제 기본 탑재, 코드 은닉 및 지속의 수월함, 다양한 모의 침투 프레임워크 등 공격 도구로서 여러 이점을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라 파워셸을 이용하는 악성코드가 급증하고 있으나 기존의 악성코드 탐지 기법으로 대응하기에는 한계가 존재한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 파워셸에서 실행되는 명령들을 관찰할 수 있는 개선된 모니터링 기법과, Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)을 이용해 명령에서 특징을 추출하고 실행 순서에 따라 Recurrent Neural Network(RNN)에 전달하여 악성 여부를 판단하는 딥 러닝 기반의 분류 모델을 제안한다. 악성코드 공유 사이트에서 수집한 파워셸 기반 악성코드 1,916개와 난독화 탐지 연구에서 공개한 정상 스크립트 38,148개를 이용하여 제안한 모델을 5-fold 교차 검증으로 테스트한 결과, 약 97%의 True Positive Rate(TPR)와 1%의 False Positive Rate(FPR)로 모델이 악성코드를 효과적으로 탐지함을 보인다.

MFC 작동기가 부착된 실린더 쉘 구조물의 동적 모델링과 능동진동제어기 설계 및 실험 (Dynamic Modeling, Active Vibration Controller Design and Experiments For Cylindrical Shell equipped with MFC Actuators)

  • This paper is concerned with the dynamic modeling, active vibration controller design and experiments for a cylindrical shell equipped with MFC actuators. The dynamic model was derived by using Rayleigh-Ritz method based on Donnel-Mushtari shell theory. The actuator and sensors for the MFC actuator equations were derived based on pin-force model. The equations of motion were then reduced to modal equations of motion by considering the modes of interest. The sensor equations were also converted to a reduced form. An aluminum shell was fabricated to demonstrate the effectiveness of modeling and control techniques. The boundary conditions at both ends of the shell were assumed to be shear diaphragm. Theoretical natural frequencies were calculated and compared to experimental result. It was observed that the theoretical result is in good agreement with experimental result for the first two modes. The multi-input and multi-output positive position feedback controller, which can cope with first two modes, was then designed based on the blockinverse theory and implemented using DSP. It was found from experiment that vibrations can be successfully suppressed.

차량 복합판형부품의 설계개선 기법들 (Design Enhancements for Automotive Integrated Shell Structures)

  • Recent attempt to enhance the safety against collision reshaped the simple shell structures into the integrated complex shell structures. Moreover, due to various regulations continuously tightened for environment protection, weight reduction of automobiles becomes an increasingly important issue. Auto parts lightening is mainly accomplished by more reasonable design, adoption of lighter materials and miniaturization of the auto bodies. Focusing on the locally enhanced design approach among the above three ways, we here attempt to develop a patching optimization method, and also to determine the thicknesses of an integrated shell structure, both bringing a specified amount of stress relaxation. We first select a cross member as a patching optimization model. Based on the finite element stress calculations, we relieve the stress of cross member by patching in two ways-nonuniform thickness patching and optimized uniform thickness patching, the latter of which is more effective in a practical point of view for the preset amount of stress relaxation. Selecting a box type subframe as another finite element analysis model, we then determine the thickness of each part by axiomatic design approach for a preset amount of stress relaxation. The patching methodology and the axiomatic approach adopted in this work can be applied to the other complex shell structures such as center member and lower control arm.
