역학적 특성에 따른 니트 플레어 스커트의 길이 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Change in the Length of Knit Flare Skirt through Mechanical Properties)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyse the effects of knit samples' mechanical properties on changes of skirt length of knit flared skirt, and to compare it to the knitting method of a seamless knitted flare skirt. So, I compared the appearance and 3-dimensional shape of a seamless knitted flare skirt with those of a fully cut knit flared skirt. For this study, 18 kinds of cut and sew or seamless knitted test garment were made. The data analysis methods used in this study were descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results are as follows: The result of the evaluation of knit samples' mechanical properties by the KES-FB system showed that elongation decreased as gauge increased and course direction was greatest among grain directions. The length change after wearing the knitted flare skirts appeared wholly equal to the seamless knitted, compared with the cut and sew. The change was biggest at $180^{\circ}$, 7G of the cut and sew. In grain direction, bias cut showed more than 1.2cm of length change. As the weight and thickness increased, the length changes become larger. The regression analysis indicated that the greatest contributive variables on the length changes were elongation, weight, and thickness.

양극고주파전극과 냉동프로브를 이용한 지속성 심방세동의 수술 결과 - 절개/봉합술식과 비교 - (Result of Cox Maze Procedure with Bipolar Radiofrequency Electrode and Cryoablator for Persistent Atrial Fibrillation - Compared with Cut-sew Technique -)

  • 배경: Cox maze 수술은 거의 20년 가까이 심방세동의 표준적인 외과적 치료방법으로 이용되었다. 최근 저자들은 Cox maze 수술에서 대부분의 절개선을 양극고주파전극(Cox maze IV procedure)으로 대치하였다. 저자들은 지속성 심방세동의 수술적 치료에 양극고주파전극을 이용한 Cox maze 수술의 결과를 조사하고 절개-봉합법을 이용한 Cox maze III 수술의 결과와 비교하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2005년 4월부터 2007년 7월까지 40명의 환자가 양극고주파전극으로 Cox maze 수술을 받았다. 그 결과를 절개-봉합법으로 수술 받은 35예의 결과와 비교하였다. 모두 다른 심장수술과 함께 심방세동 수술을 받았으며, 수술 후 1내지 2개월마다 추적 조사하였다. 결과: 수술 후 6개월에 정규리듬의 전환율은 양극고주파전극방법과 절개-봉합방법 사이에 차이가 없었고(95.0%/97.1%, p=1.0), 마지막 추적시간까지 정규리듬 전환율도 차이가 없었다(92.5%/91.6%, p=1.0). 다변량 분석(Cox-regression)으로 양극고주파군에서 심방세동의 지속 및 재발의 위험인자는 수술 후 좌심방의 내경이었고(hazard ratio 31, p=0.005), 양군 전체의 환자에서 수술 후 심방세동의 지속 및 재발의 위험인자(Cox-regression)는 수술 6개월에 심방세동의 출현(hazard ratio 92.24, p=0.003)과 수술 후 좌심방의 내경(hazard ratio 16.05, p=0.019)이었다. 대동맥차단시간과 체외순환시간은 양극고주파전극군에서 더 짧았다. 결론: Cox maze 수술 시 양극고주파전극의 사용은 절개-봉합법과 같이 우수한 정규리듬 전판율을 보이며, 수술 후 좌심방의 크기가 심방세동의 지속 및 재발에 영향을 주는 독립인자였다.

단순결찰봉합술식을 이용한 외상성 대동맥완전파열의 치료 -2례 보고- (Primary Repair of Traumatic Aortic Transection with Clamp and Sew Technique -Report of 2 cases-)

  • Traumatic aortic transection after blunt chest injury is highly lethal and has high operative mortality. Recently, the diagnostic and therapeutic method of this injury is advanced, especially in spinal cord protection during aortic cross-clamping. We have experienced two cases of traumatic aortic transection with left hemothorax after blunt chest injury, which was diagnosed in operative field. The transected aorta was primarily repaired with clamp and sew method and postoperative paraplegia had not occured. The patients were dischraged without any significant complications. We report these cases with a review of literature.

기후변화에 따른 대구지역 지하배수 전망 (Future subsurface drainage in the light of climate change in Daegu, South Korea)

  • Over the last century, drainage systems have become an integral component of agriculture. Climate observations and experiments using General circulation models suggest an intensification of the hydrologic cycle due to climate change. This study presents hydrologic simulations assessing the potential impact of climate change on subsurface drainage in Daegu, Republic of Korea. Historical and Long Ashton Research Station weather generator perturbed future climate data from 15 general circulation models for a field in Daegu were ran into a water management simulation model, DRAINMOD. The trends and variability in rainfall and Soil Excess Water ($SEW_{30}$) were assessed from 1960 to 2100. Rainfall amount and intensity were predicted to increase in the future. The predicted annual subsurface drainage flow varied from -35 to 40 % of the baseline value while the $SEW_{30}$ varied from -50 to 100%. The expected increases in subsurface drainage outflow require that more attention be given to soil and water conservation practices.

한복생산 분야의 국가직무능력표준 개발에 관한 연구 (The Study on NCS Development for the Production of Hanbok)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyse the process of development and verification of 'National Competency Standards' of Hanbok production, which was carried out in 2013 for the fashion industry. As the result of this research, the definition of the duty in Hanbok production is 'to conduct a series of step-by-step processes of planning and developing fabric and design, then making pattern, cutting fabric and sewing.' The competency unit for Hanbok production is analyzed in 10 categories: analysis of market trends, design plan, production and manipulation of fabric, production process plan, sample making, pattern making, cutting out, sewing, finishing sewing, inspection of the product quality. Competency unit elements of each competency unit are as follows. 1) analysis of market trends: to research market trend resources, to analyse consumers' buying trend, to analyse industry changes, 2) design plan: to develop design, to plan fabrication, to draw flats, 3) production and manipulation of fabric: to develop fabric planning, to prepare fabric manipulation, to conduct fabric manipulation, 4) production process plan: to grasp design, to plan sewing method, to prepare a specification sheet, 5) sample making: to make a sample pattern, to cut sample fabrics, to sew sample, to finish sample making, 6) pattern making: to measure body, to make production pattern, to adjust production pattern, 7) cutting out: to care fabrics, to lay out patterns, to cut out fabrics, 8) sewing: to sew a garment, to sew a lining, to attach a lining, 9) finishing sewing: to neaten edges, to attach trims, to press to finish, 10) inspection of the product quality: to confirm correspondence with the specification sheet, to inspect appearance.
