This paper suggests an intelligent semantic blog model to systematically analyze and manage biogosphere with ontology as its conceptual knowledge base. In the model, the system managers may support users to easily find appropriate blog resources by tracking and analyzing various relationships between ontology - they may intelligently recommend Interest blog communities to relevant users by monitoring interaction activities in blogoshpere, dynamically grouping the communities with the ontology. To systematically specify the functionality of our model, 1) we first express the structure of blog resources in terms of objects and relationships between them and then 2) we formalize a set of operators designed to be applied to the resources. System queries are implemented by the combination of the operators.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of social support provided for fire officers on their job satisfaction and burnout. The subjects in this study were 251 male and female fire officers in the 119 fire centers located in Gangwon, Gyeonggi Province and Seoul. A survey was conducted from April 15 to May 12, 2013. As for data analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were made, and the level of statistical significance was all set at p<.05. The findings of the study were as follows: The social support provided for the fire officers had a significant correlation with their job satisfaction and burnout. The factors that affected their job satisfaction were social support from supervisors(${\beta}=-.469$) and social support from colleagues(${\beta}=.934$), which were the subfactors of social support. The factors that exercised an influence on burnout were social support from supervisors(${\beta}=-2.081$) and social support from colleagues(${\beta}=3.117$) as well, which were the subfactors of social support. The overall explain ability percentage of the two variables respectively stood at 31.1 and 21.1 percent. Given the findings of the study, it's required to grasp influential factors for the job satisfaction and burnout of fire officers in more detail, and the development of programs geared toward boosting their job satisfaction is necessary.

In the process of visualizing a point set representing a smooth manifold surface, global illumination techniques can be used to render a realistic scene with various effects of lighting. Thanks to the continuous demand for ray tracing and the development of graphics hardware, dedicated GPUs and programmable pipeline for ray tracing have been introduced in recent years. In this paper, real-time global illumination rendering is studied for a point-set model using ray-tracing GPUs. We apply the moving least-squares (MLS) method to approximate the point set to a smooth implicit surface and render it using global illumination by performing massive ray-intersection tests with the surface and generating shading effects at the intersection point. As a result, a complicated point-set scene consisting of more than 0.5M points can be generated in real-time.

As the communication industry develops, the development of SoC (System on Chip) is increasing. Accordingly, the paradigm of technology design of industries and companies is changing. In the existing process, companies purchased micro-architecture, but now they purchase ISA (Instruction Set Architecture), and companies design the architecture themselves. RISC-V is an open instruction set based on a reduced instruction set computer. RISC-V is equipped with ISA, which can be expanded through modularization, and an expanded version of ISA is currently being developed through the support of global companies. In this paper, we present benchmarking frameworks ARIA, LEA, and PIPO of Korean block ciphers in RISC-V. We propose implementation methods and discuss performance by utilizing the basic instruction set and features of RISC-V.

우리나라의 디지털 방송환경은 지상파와 위성에서는 빠른 진전을 보이고 있는 반면, 케이블방송에서는 너무나도 느린 진전을 보이고 있다. 무엇보다도 지상과 위성방송에서는 이미 HD 고화질 방송서비스를 실시하고 있지만, 케이블방송에서는 아직까지도 HD셋탑박스의 부재로 시범서비스조차 할 수 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내 디지털케이블방송의 표준인 OpenCable에 맞추어 HD방송 및 CableCard지원에 대한 내용을 구현위주로 기술한다.

Strategic decisions related to the design of a physical distribution system can be classified into three basic components : facility location, transportation, inventory decisions. In this research the interdependence of those decisions are expressed in a mathematical model such that the total relevant cost of the system is minimized. We suggested a heuristic technique for solving the model. In broad terms, our solution technique combines a heuristic method for determining which candidate DCs to open and an exact method for minimizing costs given a set of open DCs. And we also developed a decision supporting package for the design of a physical distribution system.

As software projects become larger and more complex, we need to take a more systematic approach to quality assurance. One plausible approach is the use of SQA (software quality assurance) methodology. Since this SQA methodology was not available, our study presents a SQA methodology. This methodology has a repository in which a set of quality assurance tasks with their related techniques and deliverables is defined and from which one can select only appropriate tasks based upon characteristics of project. This study further suggests a rule-based approach for supporting task selection process.

This paper presents the prototype design of hardware/software cosynthesis system for pipelined application-specific instruction processors. Taking application programs in VHDL as inputs, the proposed system generates a pipelined instruction-set processor and the instruction sequences running on the generated machine. The design space of datapath and controller is defined by the architectural templates embedded in the system. Generating the intyermediate code adequate for parallelism analysis and extraction, the system converts it into assembly codes. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed system.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the support system of the government and the local governments for enhancing the success rate of the startup firms affected the performance of the enterprises according to the behavior characteristics of the founders. It is divided entrepreneurial support system into entrepreneurial policy support such as entrepreneurial education, mentoring and consulting, and funding of startup support such as policy fund and R & D fund, distinguished the behavior of founder into behaviors for discovery of entrepreneurial opportunities and behaviors for exploiting entrepreneurial opportunities. In order to analyze whether it affects the corporate management performance, a research model was created based on the previous research and hypotheses were set up, and the hypotheses were verified based on this questionnaire. The results of this study are as follows: First, it is found that the support for entrepreneurial policy has a positive effect on the behavior characteristics of entrepreneur. Second, it is found that the startup support such as policy fund affects the behavioral characteristics for finding the opportunity of the founder, but it does not affect the behavioral characteristics for the opportunity exploit. Third, it was found that the behavior characteristics of entrepreneur founding opportunity and exploition of entrepreneurial opportunity influenced the performance of the company. According to the this study, the following conclusion were obtained, First, it is necessary to apply different policies according to the stage of growth of startup companies. Second, startup companies grow through the stages of development of new technologies and ideas, commercialization, and marketing, at each stage, entrepreneur must overcome the so-called Death Valley, which requires funding.
