  • Purpose: The importance of sustainability in the supply chain has steadily risen in recent decades as a result of the growing awareness on the social issues. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between social sustainability practices and performance outcomes, as well as explore the mediating role of supply chain integration on that relationship. Research design, data and methodology: PLS-SEM model is developed to identify the impacts of sustainability on performance outcomes and the mediating role of supply chain integration. We received 285 responses from medium and large companies located in Vietnam, and after filtering, 206 responses were used for further analysis. Results: Our findings showed that sustainability impacts significantly on integration and performance in the supply chain. Moreover, the result indicates that supplier integration and internal integration mediate the relationship between social sustainability practices and supply chain performance, while customer integration mediation role was not found significant at all. Conclusions: Our results prove that social sustainability practices can link all the stakeholders and enhance collaboration. To maintain sustainable development, firms should embrace values of sustainability to improve the well-being, working condition, and healthcare of their employees as well as the advancement of local society.

  • Purpose This study aims to investigate which factors have impact on the acceptance intention of new electronic ID. For the empirical analysis, this study utilized PLS-SEM after collecting 385 survey data, and analyzed relations between each factors. Design/methodology/approach This study made a design of the research model by integrating the factors deducted from the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology with the factors deducted from the Risk Factors. Findings The results are as follow; First, of the UTAUT factors, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy and Social Influence and has positive impact on Acceptance Intention, but Facilitating Conditions doesn't have meaningful impact on Acceptance Intention. Second, of the Risk factors, Innovation Resistance has negative impact on Acceptance Intention, but Perceived Risk dose not have meaningful impact on Acceptance Intention. Finally, regulatory effect of the Promotion Focus, Prevention Focus and Gender has regulatory impact to Acceptance intention. It is expected that the implications of this study enables government effectively to offer new electronic ID.

This research was conducted on all banking sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian capital market during a period of eight years, namely 2012-2019 which were selected using the purposive sampling method. The advancement of financial reporting technology is measured by two indicators based on the Internet financial reporting approach. Risk efficiency is measured using three indicators with a risk proxy relative efficiency approach using value at risk. Financial decisions are measured by two indicators that represent funding decisions and investment decisions. Financial performance is measured by two indicators with the profitability approach, and firm value is measured by two indicators based on the investor perception approach. The data analysis technique in this study used multivariate analysis with SEM-PLS. The empirical findings of this study are the advances in financial reporting technology, financial decisions, and risk-based efficiency value have a significant effect on firm value, while financial performance does not have a significant effect on firm value. Banking companies reduce risk to achieve efficiency and result in lower profits.

The originality of this study is the use of Agreeableness Personality and Social Exclusive as predictors in Theory of Planned Behavior. Besides that, this study involves Attitude, Perceived Behavioral Control, Religiosity, Intention to Donate, and Donation Behavior. The population of this research is all people registered as active participants of BPJAMSOSTEK in East Java Province, of which 400 people are used as samples. The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis is SEM, which was conducted by utilizing the WarpPLS 6.0 software. The study found that Agreeableness Personality significantly had a positive effect on Attitude and Perceived Behavior Control, while Social Exclusive only significantly had a positive effect on Perceived Behavior Control. Attitude and Perceived Behavior Control influence the Intention to Donate positively, then consequently had a positive effect on Donation Behavior. Data collection is carried out by the self-administered survey method based on the Purposive sampling technique, and the questionnaire is distributed online. The statistical analysis to test the research hypotheses is the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Results: Life satisfaction, product quality consciousness, and religious commitment have a significant effect on attitude to switching but do not significantly influence the intention of switching to use HCPC. Conclusions: Life satisfaction, quality consciousness, and religiosity that represent individual factors indirectly affect the intention to switch to use HCPC.
