It is very important the collaboration and risk management of supply chain between the parent company and its partners in the supply chain risk management(SCRM). It was known that the SCRM approach is very different between a large enterprise and a small and medium-sized enterprise. This paper deals with the suggestion about SCRM structure for a small and medium-sized enterprise. This SCRM structure consist of risk identification, risk assessment, and risk mitigation. We expect that this SCRM structure promote the collaboration between a parent company and its partners to alleviate the supply chain risk.

현대의 자동차는 안전필수(Safety Critical) 시스템이기 때문에 차량의 안전성을 보장하는 것은 물론 초 연결사회를 지향하는 사물인터넷 기술의 발전과 자동차의 스마트화 됨에 따른 자동차 보안문제가 대두됨에 따라 자동차 소프트웨어와 공급망에서의 보증 방안과 공급망에서 발생할 수 있는 위험을 식별, 평가 및 통제하기 위한 위험관리 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 자동차 Life-Cycle 내에서 이해관계자 별 위험관리(A-SCRM, Automotive Supply Chain Risk Management) 방법을 연구 제안한다.

It is one of the most important thing to select pneumatic components in pneumatic system design. For the purpose of selecting pneumatic components, case objects are described as a knowledge representation and the most similar case object must be selected by decision making in computer. In this paper, case objects are represented using the methodology that is used for CBR(Case Base Reasoning) and methodology that the most similar case can be selected is Proposed. Algorithm VIWNNR(Varying Index Weight-based Nearer Neighbor Retrieval) is accomplished by varying index weight, that is not considering a index matching as true or false but varying a size of weight according to the degree of matching and enhance the flexibility of SCRM(Similar Case Retrieval Module) involving fuzzy concept in matching the cases. SCRM is tested In verify the feasibility to select pneumatic linear components and is peformed effectively.

In this study, AHP analysis was conducted through a survey that was organized by 9 job categories. The results show that sustainable operation risks have the highest priority level among all criteria with management interest having the highest priority level within sustainable operation risks related attributes. The most important risk attributes among stakeholder risks appeared to be asset security and cargo and conveyance security, with education and training being the most important among regulatory risks. Effective management and response to the risks from export controls on strategic trade require an understanding of supply chain security and compliance programs, effective training programs, investments for development of security systems that meet international standards. In addition, the government needs to focus on developing professionals and providing support for companies with compliance programs, working closely with businesses.

This research project aimed at evaluating experimentally the effect of natural perlite powder as an alternative supplementary cementing material (SCM) on the performance of fiber reinforced self-consolidating repair mortars (FR-SCRMs). For this purpose, four FR-SCRMs mixes incorporating 0%, 10%, 20%, and 30% of natural perlite powder as cement replacements were prepared. The evaluation was based on fresh (slump flow, flow time, and unit weight), hardened (air-dry unit weight, compressive and flexural strengths, dynamic modulus of elasticity), and durability (water absorption test) performances. The results reveal that structural repair mortars confronting the performance requirements of class R4 materials (European Standard EN 1504-3) could be designed using 10%, 20%, and 30% of perlite powder as cement substitutions. Bonding results between repair mortars containing perlite powder and old concrete substrate investigated by the slant shear test showed good interlocking justifying the effectiveness of these produced mortars.

SCORM은 교육용 컨텐츠를 SCO라는 객체 단위로 공유하고 재사용하기 위한 국제적 표준이다. 그러나 유사 영역에서의 학습 컨텐츠 재사용시 컨텐츠의 일부분을 변경해야 할 경우에도 컨텐츠 원본을 수정해야 하는 문제점을 안고 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 상속이 가능한 컨텐츠를 개발할 수 있는 I-SCO 모델을 제안한다. I-SCO 모델은 SCORM 기반 컨텐츠의 오버로딩과 오버라이딩을 통한 상속을 지원하여 컨텐츠의 재사용성을 증대시킨다. 실험에서는 제안한 I-SCO 모델을 설계 및 구현하여 ADL에서 배포하는 실행환경에서 실행시켜 봄으로써 컨텐츠의 상속 기능을 확인하고 I-SCO 모델의 타당성을 입증한다.

본 연구에서는 공급사슬상에서 발생할 수 있는 불확실한 손실 현상, 즉 공급사슬리스크에 대한 인지와 관리의 중요성을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 공급사슬리스크와 관련된 기존 연구들을 고찰하여 공급사슬리스크의 요인들을 파악하였다. 둘째, 전문가 집단의 의견을 수렴하여 이전 연구에서 제시된 공급사슬리스크의 요인들을 물류센터의 입장에 맞게 6개의 카테고리와 15개의 세부요인으로 통합, 조정 하였다. 셋째, 통합, 조정된 요인들에 대해 물류센터와 외주업체를 대상으로 AHP 기법을 이용, 설문을 실시하여 각 요인간의 중요도를 측정하였다. 마지막으로, 분석결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제시하였다.

다양한 산업의 기업들은 비용 절감과 판매 촉진을 목적으로 물류 관리 기법들을 도입하여 왔으나, 물류 환경이 급변함에 따라서 적절한 물품을 빠르고(Speedy), 안전하고(Safely), 확실하고(Surely), 저렴하게(low) 고객에게 제공하는 물류 관리의 기본적인 3S 1L 원칙의 균형이 물류 실행 중에 지켜지지 않아서 기업에 위해를 입히는 현상이 확인되었다. 이러한 현상을 관리하기 위해서는 기업은 물류 환경에 유연하게 대응하는 위험 대처 능력이 절대적으로 필요하다. 특히 3자 물류 형태에서 공급망 위험관리의 주요 의사결정자인 화주의 지속적인 물류 정보 수집과 물류업체와의 정보 교류가 요구된다. 하지만 기존의 위험 관리 시스템은 다양한 화주의 요구, 긴급한 위험 상황에서 신속한 위험 인지와 대응을 하기에 미흡하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 기존 위험관리 연구를 고찰하여 위험 요인을 정리하고 능동적 공급망 위험관리 시스템 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 또한 기존 시스템과의 대응 활동을 비교한 안정성 검사를 통해 효율성을 검증하였다.

정보통신기술의 비약적인 발전을 통하여 스마트 제조 시대가 도래하고 있다. 이에 따라 많은 기업은 제조공정의 효율적인 업무를 위해 다양한 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어를 활용하기 시작하였다. 이때 사용되는 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어들은 제조 유통 과정을 거쳐 공급되는데, 이러한 공급 과정에서 각종 보안 위협에 노출되고 있다. 최근 공급망 공격 사례가 증가함에 따라 국외에서는 공급망 관리 체계를 정립하여 공급망 위험을 관리하고 있다. 이에 반해 국내는 일부 분야에 대한 공급망 위험 관리 연구가 진행되었다. 본 논문에서는 공급망 공격 사례를 통하여 공급망 위험 관리의 필요성을 강조하고, 국외 공급망 관리 체계의 동향을 분석하여 국내의 공급망 보안전략 방안의 필요성을 설명한다.
