Hemifacial spasm is a facial nerve disorder characterized by episodic involuntary facial muscle contraction. In this study, the effect of Acupuncture and Electro- acupuncture therapy for two patient with hemifascial spasm were evaluated. Two patients with hemifacial spasm were treated with Acupuncture and Electro-acupuncture and evaluated with Scott's scale and Treatment satisfaction grade. In Case 1, the grade of spasm intensity classified by Scott's description improved from 3 to 1. In Case 2, the grade improved from 4 to 2. Patients were satisfied with the treatment in both cases. Acupuncture and Electro-acupuncture seem to be effective in the treatment of hemifacial spasm.

Recently, there has been introduced various types of pairing computations to implement ID based cryptosystem for mobile ad hoc network. The Miller algorithm is the most popular algorithm for the typical pairing computation such as Weil, Tate and Ate. In this paper, we analyze the feasibility of concrete data fault injection attack, which was proposed by Whelan and Scott, in terms of regardless of round positions during the execution of the Miller algorithm. As the simulation results, the proposed attack that can be employed to regardless of round positions and coordinate systems is effective and powerful.

Recently, Kim et al. proposed ID-based authentication schemes using smartcards and fingerprints. However, Scott showed that they were vulnerable to the passive eavesdropping attack. Thereby, this paper proposes an enhanced ID-based authentication scheme to solve the problems in Kin et al. scheme. Especially, the proposed scheme solves the ID repairability problem commonly shared in the previous ID based Cryptosystems. The proposed ID-based authentication scheme supports the advantages in the previous ID-based authentication scheme and solves the problems in them effectively.

Objective : Hemifacial spasm is painless uncommon disorder characterized by involuntary paroxysmal movement of one side of face, In this study, the effect of Dong-Si acupuncture therapy for three patients with hemifacial spasm were evaluated. Methods : We have treated them with acupuncture treatment of Dong-Si acupuncture points(Cheuk-Samni and Cheuk-ha-Samni) and evaluated the effect by Scott's scale, For the first two weeks, it was dine once a day, and after two weeks, the other day. Results : Before therapy, the grades of spasm intensity classified by Scott's description in three cases were 3. And after Dong-Si acupuncture therapy, the grade of one case was 0, and two cases were 1. Conclusion : The Dong-Si acupuncture therapy for hemifacial spasm was effective and will be attempted to the patients with it.

Objectives : The aim of this study is to report the effect of Korean Medicine Treatment for patient with ophthalmoplegia in Miller-Fisher Syndrome. Methods : A patient with ophthalmoplegia treated with herbal medicine, cupping therapy and acupuncture(including pharmacopuncture, electroacupuncture). We used photographs of eye movement to evaluate the changes in symptoms, Scott and Kraft score of left eye, visual field test for measuring peripheral visual field, subjective symptom, and VAS for headache, subjective symptom. Results : After treatment, Scott and Kraft score increase from -4 to -2. Visual field of left side improved from 45° to 80°. Also, other symptoms such as diploma, dizziness, headache, gait disturbance was also improved. There are no adverse effects and no relapse of ophthalmoplegia after 20 days of discharge. Conclusions : This case report suggests that Korean Medicine Treatment can be effective for patient with ophthalmoplegia in Miller-Fisher Syndrome.

Many statistics, such as Cohen's (1960) ${\kappa}$, Scott's (1955) ${\pi}$, and Park and Park's (2007) H have been proposed as measures of agreement to represent inter-rater reliability. This study compared bias, SE, MSE, and CV of the measures of agreement with nominal and ordinal categories in the balanced marginal distributions, and those with nominal categories in the two paradoxical situations. The purpose of this research aims to retrieve the communication which is the essential publicness in the built environment design and the self-management which is the original value in terms of sociology. To examine this, the way in which the characters of the design of the publicness have been changed will be concentrated on in the public area since 1980s, Particularly, this research has been focused on the Second modernity design which is against the aggressive utopia - oriented modernization and Reflexive Modernization which has been mentioned by Anthony Giddens, Ulich Beck, and especially Scott Lash. Also, to understand Reflexive Modernization, the realism art in the view point of the objective recognition of modernity and identity emphasized by Scott Lash will be examined. Through the analysis of the Nene Sachlichkeit which is a part of the realism art, how the reflection of the design can be the function of the design will be addressed and some examples will be analyzed in terms of communications and self-education in the design of the publicness. Thus, Contemporary Built Environment Design features are categorized into universality, objectivity, and rationality; it reaches that the past Neue Sachlichkeit meets the spirit of art; it concludes that the efforts of the reflection of the modernity, intensity and development in design are the challenges for the purpose of the design of the publicness.
