전자 상거래에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 전자 상거래에서 제품과 서비스에 대한 구매를 결정하는데 중요한 역할을 하는 전자 카탈로그가 주목을 받고 있다. 원격 교육 분야의 SCORM은 좋은 품질의 학습용 콘텐츠를 적은 비용으로 재사용할 수 있는 장점을 지닌다. SCORM을 전자 카탈로그에 적용시킴으로써 제품 공급 업체가 제공하는 제품 정보와 제품과 관련된 여러 가지 정보를 쉽게 공유할 수 있고 재사용할 수 있다. 전자 카탈로그에 원격 교육 분야의 표준안인 SCORM을 적용시켜 새로운 콘텐츠 모델을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 SCORM을 기반으로 하는 LMS 상에 수많은 컨텐츠들이 있을 경우, 적은 노력으로도 원하는 컨텐츠에 접근할 수 있도록 도움을 주는 컨텐츠 추천 기법을 제안하였다. 이 기법은 각 학습자별로 컨텐츠 이용도 성향을 분석한 후 분석된 결과를 바탕으로 사용자에게 현재 이용하고 있는 컨텐츠와 가장 연관성이 높다고 판단되는 컨텐츠를 연관규칙을 응용한 방법을 이용하여 추천한다.

In currently being adopted as a e-leaning standard, SCORM it is difficult to provide the customized contents to a learner by changing the learner's level at runtime, and to control selective studying. So, we designed and implemented the customized contents organization engine(CCOE) in order to complement SCORM's faults in this paper. The CCOE consists of a level evaluation module, a contents re-organization module and a question item selection module. A level evaluation module evaluates the learner's level based on a question item reaction theory. And a question item selection module selects some random items by each level or by considering the learner's level which is then provided to a studying before evaluation, a section evaluation, and a quiz. And then this module transmits the selected items to the contents reorganization module for providing the quiz. A contents re-organization module selects the customized contents based on the learner's level by searching the tagged difficulty to the content, and creates the sequence with the selected items and the transmitted items from the question item selection module. If proposed in this paper CCOE is applied, the higher effectiveness of learning is expected by providing the customized learning contents based on the re-evaluated learner's level by each section.

In this paper, we design an intelligent loaming management logics which provide personalized teaming considering adaptive learning content dement and content sequencing. We enhance the existing functional model including adaptive learning management functions. Also, we present a system architecture to implement the adaptive learning management system. We realize the adaptive teaming management system based on the SCORM run-time engine.

SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model)은 세계 e-Learning 표준화 분야에서 가장 주목을 받고 있는 ADL(Advanced Distributed Learning)의 표준화 모델이다. SCORM2004 RTE(Run-Time Environment) 에서 상호작용 데이터 모델(Interaction Data Model)의 기능을 활용하면 LMS(Learning Management System)가 문항을 자동 생성하여 문제은행을 보다 쉽게 구현할 수 있다. 내용학습 후에 형성평가를 실시하기 위한 문항을 학습자가 원하는 만큼 공급할 수 있다. 본 연구는 일반계 고등학교 수학교과의 삼각함수 성질을 학습하는 데 있어 RTE의 상호작용 데이터 모델로 구현한 문제은행을 갖춘 반복학습 콘텐츠를 개발하여 학습효과를 높이고자 한다.

제7차 교육과정에서는 ICT의 활용을 적극 권장하고 있으며 교수학습에 정보통신기술을 활용하는 차원을 넘어 직접적인 교육의 장으로서 웹이 자리 매김하고 있다. 하지만 기존에 제작된 ICT 학습자료들은 표준화가 되어 있지 않고, 운영 플랫폼에 의존적인 형태로 제작되어 일선 교사들이 콘텐츠를 재활용하는데 어려움이 많다. 본 연구에서는 일선 교사들의 공유 및 표준화에 관한 요구를 조사하고, 이러한 요구를 만족하는 SCORM을 기반으로 한 교수학습지원센터에서 운영될 수 있는 표준화된 교수학습용 콘텐츠를 설계 및 제작을 통하여 ITS(Intelligent Tutoring System)의 대안으로서의 SCORM 도입의 가능성을 찾고, 일선 학교현장에서의 활용의 기초를 제공하고자 한다.

E-learning is a new paradigm of education using Internet media. E-learning is rapidly expanding, since it is not restricted by time and space. However, due to the lack of standardization in e-learning, learning contents are developed redundantly. SCORM has been proposed to address this standardization problems. The mere learning contents are shared, the higher the reusability of contents becomes. Therefore, it is needed to develop methods or tools to help educators or content producers to create a learning course easily. In this paper, we propose an association method that could help educators or content producers to efficiently generate learning courses for a subject. The association method, a learning course generation method suggested by this paper, makes use of existing learning courses and learning contents to create new learning courses suitable to a subject. The association method analyzes statistical information of leaning objects derived from existing learning courses and measures coherence between learning objects to create a learning course. The association method suggested by this paper not only supports educators or content producers for easy generation of learning course but also offers a guideline for developing learning courses.

For the purpose of an effective instruction-learning process by systematic management of knowledge between instructor and learner in e-Learning, we have developed the authoring system in which the instructor is able to author easily on various lecture frames according to the instructional design theory. The authored contents with the relations among the learning objects based on SCORM standard would help learner to conceptualize the contents. A knowledge map is constructed on the relations among the learning objects using RDF of the semantic web. We introduce the ontology in which the instructor can make a dictionary of terminology by registering the words of the teaching area. The learning activity and comprehension of students can be assessed using each student's learning map along the interaction points which are introduced to present the individual learning by considering each student's capacity of understanding and achievement.

To nurture skilled IT professionals required in the 21st information society, we have been faced to the need of learner-centered open lifelong education through the e-learning system that crosses the boundaries of time, space and geography. The object of this research is primarily as-is analysis of the IT contents in present cyber institutions, then making out the basic research data by to-be analysis and international standardization trend through benchmarking. Eventually this research intends to produce a prototype of the contents especially for the subjects related to the IT which is based on the modeling of e-Learning standard contents development model. It is possible that the final output of this project is used for the contents producing and operating data in cyber universities and institutions. This output also enhances the international competitiveness by the standardization and presents a standardized guideline to the domestic cyber education institutions.
