  • Supply Chain Management (SCM) is the overall process (component procurement, production planning, delivery, inventory control, etc.). It is the process from the supplier to the consumer until the raw material becomes the finished product. Basically, traditional supply chain management is primarily aimed at cost reduction and efficiency. However, considering only cost reduction and efficiency, it is not easy apply the center of 4th industry to Smart Factory. In this study, I propose a form of supply chain management network. It can be satisfy the security by using block chain and automatic control of each element by adding the internet of things.

  • 본 논문에서는 의류 산업에 있어서의 RFID 응용에 대해 고찰한다. RFID의 유래 및 정의, 특성을 고찰하고, RFID의 국내외 동향을 검토한후, RFID 응용 서비스의 고도화 모델에 대해 논한다. 그리고 나서, 지금 위기에 빠져 있는 국내의 섬유 산업과 유사한 환경에 처했던 미국 등 선진국의 대처 방법을 논한 후에, 의류 산업에 있어서의 RFID 응용성을 검토한다.

Impact of CSV and Power Attributes in the Supply Chain on Information Competency (공급사슬 내 CSV와 파워속성이 정보역량에 미치는 영향)

  • Supply chain management(SCM) requires efforts to search for methods for mutual growth with partner companies and to maintain continuous cooperative relations in order to gain a competitive edge. Because information competencies play a big role within the supply chain, it is essential to examine the relationship of information sharing and partnership quality that can affect information competency. In order to maintain continuous business relations between partner companies, it is necessary to identify the obstacles with partner companies resulting from the imbalance of power within a supply chain and to take on a strategic approach for effectively managing such obstacles. Therefore, there is a significant need to discuss strategic approach methods to enable the logic of mutual growth through the CSV that is worth learning from the partner company and the attributes of non-mediated power. CSV will be reviewed from various aspects as a new management paradigm in the future. This study aims at suggesting a continuous growth model for companies by solving social problems through the integration of CSV and the concept of non-mediated power to advance the information competencies of SCM. A total of 142 copies of survey forms for SCM Implementation Companies were using the PLS structural equation modeling for an analysis, and the following are the findings. Results of this study showed that both CSV and non-mediated power had significant impact on information sharing and partnership qualities, and the conclusion that it is possible to enhance information competency through information sharing and partnership quality. Based on this, this study proposes the implication that it is necessary to elevate awareness of CSV and non-mediated power as variables for the coexistence of SCM participating companies.

  • 물류 고도화를 통한 기업 생산성 확보 및 생존 경쟁력 강화를 위해 기존의 공급망 관리(SCM) 기술에 RFID 기술을 융합함으로써 물품자동 인식, 물류정보 교환 및 추적 등의 지능화 서비스를 온라인상에서 실시간으로 제공할 수 있는 기술이 적용되고 있다. 하지만 물류정보 동기화 기술 개발 측면에서는 물류정보의 단순 가시화 시스템 개발 수준에 머물고 있는 것이 현실이고, 본격적인 확산을 위해 수집된 데이터 오류 검출 및 보정이라는 물류정보 동기화 기술 개발로 물류 시스템 운용 비용을 절감할 수 있다면 그 파급 효과가 매우 클 것이다. 지금까지는 RFID 인프라 기술 개발에 집중해 왔기에 물류정보 동기화 기술은 아직 초기 연구 단계에 머무르고 있다. 본 논문은 RFID 기반 공급망 상에서 발생할 수 있는 물류정보 동기 오류를 검출하고 보정할 수 있는 물류정보 동기화 알고리즘을 설계하고, 향후 공급망의 변화 및 확장 등의 이유로 알고리즘을 효율적으로 수정 보완할 수 있는 비즈니스 룰엔진 기반의 아키텍처를 구현하여 글로벌 물류 기업에 적용하고, 그 결과를 분석하여 물류정보 동기화 알고리즘과 구현 아키텍처의 효율성을 증명하였다.

A study of SCM strategic plan: Focusing on the case of LG electronics (공급사슬 관리 구축전략에 관한 연구: LG전자 사례 중심으로)

  • Most domestic companies, with the exclusion of major firms, are reluctant to implement a supply chain management (SCM) network into their operations. Most small- and medium-sized enterprises are not even aware of SCM. Due to the inherent total-systems efficiency of SCM, it coordinates domestic manufacturers, subcontractors, distributors, and physical distributors and cuts down on cost of inventory control, as well as demand management. Furthermore, a lack of SCM causes a decrease in competitiveness for domestic companies. The reason lies in the fundamentality of SCM, which is the characteristic of information sharing, process innovation throughout SCM, and the vast range of problems the SCM management tool is able to address. This study suggests the contemplation and reformation of the current SCM situation by analyzing the SCM strategic plan, discourses and logical discussions on the topic, and a successful case for adapting SCM; hence, the study plans to productively "process" SCM. First, it is necessary to contemplate the theoretical background of SCM before discussing how to successfully process SCM. I will describe the concept and background of SCM in Chapter 2, with a definition of SCM, types of SCM promotional activities, fields of SCM, necessity of applying SCM, and the effects of SCM. All of the defects in currently processing SCM will be introduced in Chapter 3. Discussion items include the following: the Bullwhip Effect; the breakdown in supply chain and sales networks due to e-business; the issue that even though the key to a successful SCM is cooperation between the production and distribution company, during the process of SCM, the companies, many times, put their profits first, resulting in a possible defect in demands estimation. Furthermore, the problems of processing SCM in a domestic distribution-production company concern Information Technology; for example, the new system introduced to the company is not compatible with the pre-existing document architecture. Second, for effective management, distribution and production companies should cooperate and enhance their partnership in the aspect of the corporation; however, in reality, this seldom occurs. Third, in the aspect of the work process, introducing SCM could provoke corporations during the integration of the distribution-production process. Fourth, to increase the achievement of the SCM strategy process, they need to set up a cross-functional team; however, many times, business partners lack the cooperation and business-information sharing tools necessary to effect the transition to SCM. Chapter 4 will address an SCM strategic plan and a case study of LG Electronics. The purpose of the strategic plan, strategic plans for types of business, adopting SCM in a distribution company, and the global supply chain process of LG Electronics will be introduced. The conclusion of the study is located in Chapter 5, which addresses the issue of the fierce competition that companies currently face in the global market environment and their increased investment in SCM, in order to better cope with short product life cycle and high customer expectations. The SCM management system has evolved through the adaptation of improved information, communication, and transportation technologies; now, it demands the utilization of various strategic resources. The introduction of SCM provides benefits to the management of a network of interconnected businesses by securing customer loyalty with cost and time savings, derived through the consolidation of many distribution systems; additionally, SCM helps enterprises form a wide range of marketing strategies. Thus, we could conclude that not only the distributors but all types of businesses should adopt the systems approach to supply chain strategies. SCM deals with the basic stream of distribution and increases the value of a company by replacing physical distribution with information. By the company obtaining and sharing ready information, it is able to create customer satisfaction at the end point of delivery to the consumer.

Applications of Mathematical Optimization Method for Chemical Industries (화학 산업에서 수학적 최적화 기법을 적용한 사례)

  • Executions of SCM in a chemical company of which divisions produce petrochemicals, compounds, batteries, IT material and medicine directly affect their own profit. Execution level of SCM or optimization is very important. This work presents activities of SCM and optimization of inefficient issues in several industrial divisions using mathematical optimization method. The meaning is not only academic research but also making a useful tool which active partner deals with in his work. It is explained how to do beforehand and afterward optimization problem. The benefits are mentioned in the sections. The first of examples would be cover supply plan optimization, optimal profit business plan, and scheduling of a stretching process of polarizer based on minimizing raw material loss in polarizer production. The second example would be cover the optimization of production/packaging plans to maximize productivity of Poly Olefin processes, and the third example is minimization of transition loss in the production of battery electrodes. The fourth example would be cover scheduling of vessel approaching to berth. Because transportation of large portion of raw material and products of petrochemical industry is dealt with vessel, scheduling of vessel approaching to berth is important at the shore of large difference of tide. The final example would be scheduling problem to minimization of change over time of ABS semi products.

  • The Fourth Industrial Revolution is centered on a personalized demand fulfillment economy and is all about transformation and flexible processing that can deliver what customers want in real time across space and time. This paper implements the construction and operation of a packaging platform that can instantly procure the required packaging products based on real-time orders and evaluates its performance. The components of customer satisfaction are flexible and dependent on the situation which requires efficient management of enterprise operational processes based on an e-SCM platform. An OMS optimized for these conditions plays an important role in maximizing and differentiating the efficiency of a company's operations and improving its cost advantage. OMS is a system of mass customization that provides efficient MOT(Moment of Truth) logistics services to meet the eco-friendly issues of many individual customers and achieve optimized logistics operation goals to enhance repurchase intentions and sustainable business. OMS precisely analyzes the collected data to support information and decision-making related to efficiency, productivity, cost and provide accurate reports. It uses data visualization tools to express data visually and suggests directions for improvement of the operational process through statistics and prediction analysis.

  • 본 연구는 자재업체부터 마약류 생산 제약사 도매업체(물류) 대형병원까지의 전체 프로세스에 RFID 시스템을 구축하여 마약류의 도난 및 오남용을 방지하여 국민의 보건안전 및 의약품 관리강화를 도모하는 것으로 현재까지 기 구축된 제약사들의 RFID 시스템에서 기술적으로 고도화시킬 수 있는 방안을 도출하여 최적화된 현장적응형 RFID 서비스를 제공하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 제약산업 내 제약사 도매업체 대형종합병원 의원에 대한 RFID 도입표준모델을 제시하고 Supply Chain의 유통 투명화를 위한 정보시스템 도입의 기반을 마련함으로써 제약산업 내 참여주체들간의 정보 신뢰성 제고는 물론 철저한 의약품 유통관리로 인한 건전한 의약품 소비문화를 정착시킬 수 있다.

  • It is noteworthy that EIS Consulting Method by ISP based on ERP Linkage Type for Large Scale Enterprise Associate Company. In this thesis, IT Strategy plan and methodology are suggested in order to solve the several problems including standardization on implementation of EIS Introduction and operation between large-small enterprise. Integration of business and information technical is made by Business management group's continuous IT concern and future information strategy. Also this paper proposes ISP Planning method (environment analysis, present analysis, IT analysis, target IT plan etc..), EIS Construction (based ERP Real data/time). In addition to, we suggest to use electron industry model and LCD/LED field in this system.
